A transatlantic passenger is feeling lucky to be alive after severe turbulence sent him hurtling through the cabin of a Boeing jet ... and planted him in the airliner's ceiling.

Check out the clip -- you can see the man's feet sticking out from above an overhead bin Monday aboard Air Europa's flight UX045 from Madrid to Montevideo, Uruguay. The fact his feet were actually moving had to be relieving to his fellow passengers ... who eventually dislodged him, and got him back into his seat.

Other passengers were also thrown out of their seats when the plane hit turbulence over the Atlantic -- and in total, 30 out of the 325 passengers were injured during the ordeal.

Flavor Flav and Red Lobster are trying everything to save a sinking ship -- including a new menu addition based on Flav's favorite flavors.

The seafood chain announced the launch Monday of Flavor Flav's signature menu item -- a massive combo meal featuring the Public Enemy rapper's go-to Red Lobster dishes.

Andrew Jury -- famous for being one of the grooms on the first season of "Married at First Sight New Zealand" -- is dead.

Andrew died Thursday while he was in custody at Mt Eden Corrections Facility in Auckland, New Zealand ... his father, Roy Jury, told The New Zealand Herald.

The cause of death is unclear ... and prison officials reportedly rushed to save Andrew's life.

At one point, Ray grabbed a backpack out of his vehicle and charged back into the crowd -- it's unclear what was in the bag, but his team was able to convince him to get back in the vehicle and they drove off without further incident.

Jim Pons -- the man who created one of the New York Jets' logos -- is now suing the team and the NFL ... demanding he be paid for their use of his design.

Pons filed the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, in New York on Monday ... claiming he made the now-iconic emblem way back in the 1970s, after he had been working for the team as a film and video director.

Pons says in '78, the Jets were looking for a redesign -- and when he submitted his logo that featured a jet plane above the letters "E-T-S" ... team officials loved it, and began using it.

Kanye West's former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, is slamming a new lawsuit claiming the rapper's wife, Bianca Censori, exposed Yeezy employees, including minors, to pornographic videos.

Milo tells TMZ ... he's been authorized by Bianca to stress the allegations against her are offensive, disgusting, abhorrent, and wholly false.

Milo is blasting one of the plaintiffs, Shemar DaCosta, as a "tragic, desperate, attention-seeking wannabe Yeezy staffer."
