Emma Roberts is weighing in on the nepo baby debate ... saying women face the criticism more than men do -- and pointing to one of Hollywood's biggest stars to make her point.

The actress sat down for a conversation about her famous family on the podcast "Table for Two" released Tuesday ... and she says she thinks the controversy's unfair -- especially for the women with A-list family trees.

Roberts -- her dad Eric's an actor and aunt is freaking Julia Roberts  -- says she feels young ladies get attacked more than young men for their nepo baby status ... just take George Clooney, she says.

Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau is laying out the keys to victory for President Biden, at least when it comes to debating Donald Trump ... and it's more about demeanor than policy.

A sexual assault lawsuit filed against Dak Prescott earlier this year has just been dismissed.

According to online court records, a Colin County, Texas judge threw out the suit on Wednesday.

The Dallas Cowboys star's attorney, Levi McCathern, said in a statement to TMZ Sports the judge found that the suit "lacked merit."

Killer Mike's legal troubles are behind him ... 'cause TMZ has learned he's officially off the hook for his pre-Grammys arrest, as long as he keeps his nose clean.

University of South Florida football player Teigan Martin tragically died this week in a horrific car crash in Minnesota, officials said. He was just 20 years old.

According to the Carver County Sheriff's Office, Martin was involved in a one-vehicle wreck at around 5 AM on Monday on a roadway in Hollywood Township.

Police say when first responders arrived at the crash site ... they found a black 2013 BMW M5 that had skidded into a ditch. They ID'ed Martin as the driver ... and stated he died on the scene.

Fiona Harvey, the self-proclaimed inspiration for Netflix's "Baby Reindeer," has been hit with a new stalking allegation ... as British politician George Galloway has come forward as an alleged victim.

George stopped by "Piers Morgan Uncensored" and claimed Fiona stalked him during the '80s ... stating he chose to speak out after seeing FH on Piers' show last month.
