Halyna Hutchins' family's attorney is pissed about Alec Baldwin's new reality show ... side-eyeing the timing of the announcement and referring to it as a public relations stunt.

Gloria Allred -- who's repping members of the late cinematographer's family -- tells TMZ ... she's not buying any sort of coincidence in the announcement's release coming just a month before his involuntary manslaughter criminal trial begins.

She says, "This appears to me, to be a calculated and cynical public relations move to try to influence the jury pool in New Mexico to think of him as a sympathetic family man rather than as the killer of Halyna Hutchins, who was the beloved daughter of our clients Olga Solovey, Halyna’s mother, Anatolii Androsovych, Halyna’s father, and Svetlana Zemko, Halyna’s sister."

It doesn't look like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is going to have a chance to join President Biden and former prez Donald Trump on the debate stage this month -- and he thinks it's mostly Biden blocking him.

We spoke to the independent presidential candidate for Wednesday's "TMZ Live," and he explained why he recently filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against CNN ... alleging it colluded with the Biden campaign to keep him out of the mix for the June 27 debate.

According to RFK Jr. ... he believes Joe and co. clandestinely made CNN alter the criteria for debate inclusion, so that, technically, he wouldn't qualify -- which is something CNN has outright denied, FWIW.

Different kind of wake-and-bake for Hunter Biden ... at least that's what his ex-girlfriend claimed on the stand, alleging he'd light up a crack pipe upon waking up in his drug days.

Hunter's ex, Zoe Kestan, testified in court out in Delaware Wednesday in the President's son's federal gun trial ... with her testimony touching on a lot of Hunter's alleged drug habits while they were together years ago.

Zoe testified Hunter's crack use was near constant in private and that he "would want to smoke as soon as he woke up." On the flip side, she also says he was universally liked while out in public ... telling jurors he was "charming."

Adam Levine is making a reality TV comeback ... returning to "The Voice" after several seasons away from the singing competition show.

The Maroon 5 frontman just announced his upcoming return as a coach on the NBC show ... he'll be back for Season 27, premiering next spring -- and in a video announcement he says he's well rested and ready to roll.

According to court records, GRB's lawsuit against April Johns -- whom Gypsy says she was in business with several years ago in an attempt to produce media that would be lucrative and benefit her and her family -- got dismissed Wednesday in Livingston County, Missouri.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, SK was released on a $100K bond Wednesday in Broward County with special conditions ... Sean had to surrender his passport and any firearms to officials.
