A golfer at the U.S. Women's Open hit a birdie on Thursday ... but not one she was hoping for -- 'cause a winged creature is now dead after it got absolutely rocked by a ball.

The sad moment went down on the 12th hole at Lancaster Country Club ... when cameras captured the participant's approach shot.

As the ball came down from the sky, a bird was just chilling on the green ... and unfortunately, it was the worst case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

He says Madonna blew off the heat complaint, telling people to just strip down.

The female coworker who was with Johnny Wactor the night he was fatally shot is speaking out and calling his killer a "coward" while also claiming the "General Hospital" star died in her arms.

In a lengthy message posted Wednesday to Instagram, Anita Joy opened by saying she needed a few days to collect herself before sharing Johnny's story.

Joy then described the murderer as a "coward who reacted without care of the gorgeous life he was taking." She said she's angry and sad, but most of all she wants justice for Johnny – her friend of 8 years.

A bunch of Indianans missed out on comedy shows from Matt Rife this week -- this after he abruptly canceled two sold-out gigs ... something he says he's very sorry about.

The comic was scheduled to perform 2 comedy shows Wednesday in Bloomington, IN -- and according to reports on the ground ... MR and co. pulled the plug on both of them very last-minute, apparently about 20 minutes or so after the first show was already set to start.

Of course, people were pissed and started firing away on social media ... slamming Matt for the late heads-up, and were extra pissed since these shows had already been postponed from February.

The soccer superstar literally slashed the tires of his teammate's car ... all after a harmless little prank.

Here's the deal ... Al-Hilal's left-back Renan Lodi was in good spirits after the team was named the Saudi Professional League champion this week, so he decided to have a little fun at Neymar's (he's recovering from an injury) expense.

On Wednesday, Lodi got a hold of Neymar's shoes and tied them together at the Al-Hilal training facility ... likely never thinking revenge would be so swift and severe -- and costly!

Diddy is missing some key milestones for his kids as his legal troubles mount -- and this week he'll be MIA for the latest one, involving his 17-year-old daughter Chance.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Chance is set to put on her cap and gown Thursday for her graduation from Sierra Canyon School in the L.A. area -- and while we're told other family members are flying in for the ceremony, her dad won't be present.

We're told Diddy's already communicated this news to the family, although he did not offer any exact reason for his absence -- but it can't be all that shocking to them.

Kim Zolciak is accusing her estranged hubby Kroy Biermann of snatching her crap -- again getting cops involved, which was again caught on body cam ... and TMZ's got the video.

In a police report we obtained ... Milton PD says an officer was dispatched to Kim and Kroy's family home -- the same one that's facing foreclosure -- for a domestic disturbance call.

Per the report, Kim called the cops claiming Kroy took her cellphone and locked himself in the master bedroom -- where he currently resides. Since a recent court order instructs the warring spouses to stick to their halves of the house ... Kim told officers she was unable to retrieve her phone from Kroy, and that he wouldn't give it back. "My heart was pumping at 40 percent," said Strawberry, who described the heart attack as a "massive" one. "So, there was a lot going on. There was not a lot of blood flowing through my heart at that particular time."
