Kanye West is being taken to court by a former employee who's claiming Ye openly had some bizarre plans for kids attending his Donda academy ... and openly espoused antisemitic rhetoric at the school.

Trevor Phillips just filed suit against KW ... saying he was brought on to the Yeezy org in late 2022 -- right around the time Ye's antisemitism controversy reached its peak -- and explains he was tasked with growing the cotton production for Kanye's fashion line.

However, according to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Phillips claims his duties quickly expanded and started to encompass handling Ye's Donda Academy school as well, which he says started to experience difficulty as a result of Kanye's public rants.

Joe Flaherty -- famous from "Happy Gilmore" and "Freaks and Greeks" -- has died ... so says his own flesh and blood.

The actor's daughter, Gudrun, dropped the sad news, saying her father passed away Monday after a brief illness. She didn't disclose what ailment he was battling, or where exactly he died ... no further details were shared.

JF's famous friends had recently rallied to raise money to provide round-the-clock care for the comedic legend ... with his daughter serving as his sole caregiver at the time.

The comedian dropped this would-be bombshell on his latest podcast episode, claiming he spoke with a Malibu grocery store employee recently, asking why they were closed one day in the week -- and he says the worker told the KarJenners were filming there.

Specifically, Tosh says this employee claimed they were filming the finale for the upcoming season of "The Kardashians" ... and during staged grocery store shopping being done by the fam, KJ apparently reveals she's expecting again -- which would make this her third kid.

The Boston Red Sox are mourning the loss of longtime executive Larry Lucchino on Tuesday ... with the team announcing the former CEO and president passed away at age 78.

After serving the same roles for the Baltimore Orioles and San Diego Padres, Lucchino -- a former Princeton basketball player -- joined the Red Sox organization in 2001 ... and was tasked with putting together a squad that would end the franchise's World Series drought.

Not only did he succeed in 2004, breaking the 86-year curse, he also led the Sox to two more championships in 2007 and 2013. Lucchino was the chairman of the Worchester Red Sox, the team's AAA affiliate as well.

The NFL says it's keeping a close eye on Rashee Rice ... this after one of his vehicles was allegedly involved in a massive car wreck in Dallas on Saturday.

U.S. Army spokeswoman Heather J. Hagan tells TMZ ... Bowling was a healthcare specialist in the Army from February 2010 to February 2014. During this time, Josh was deployed 3 times overseas ... stationed in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.

The guy racked up a ton of medals during his time in service too -- including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal and at least 6 others.
