Kim Kardashian is upset Kanye West has again resorted to blasting out their disagreements on social media ... and she believes what he's doing is harmful to their children.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kim is not pleased Kanye went on Insta Wednesday night, telling the world he wanted their kids out of the school they're attending in L.A.

Kanye said, "KIM TAKE MY KIDS OUT OF SIERRA CANYON NOW IT'S A FAKE SCHOOL FOR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE USED BY 'THE SYSTEM'"

Our sources say ... Kim enrolled their kids at the school for 2 very good reasons -- 1. it's a "fantastic school," and 2. their children need consistency in their lives.

One source said, "The only solution Kanye has offered in protest to the school -- that the kids have been at since pre-school -- has been placing them with unaccredited teachers and his own unaccredited Donda school which has been riddled with lawsuits."

The source noted Kim did allow their kids to go to Donda for after-school activities but stopped when the school shut down.

What's more ... we're told Kanye told his kids school isn't necessary, something that has frustrated Kim.

And there's this ... we're told Kanye doesn't see his kids often -- sometimes for months at a time, and Kim believes strongly that their children need consistency ... which is what she is providing for them. Kanye is leading a nomadic life, jumping from Japan, Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, etc., and she is the home base that makes the kids secure.

One source said frankly, "Kim is frustrated with his constant public attacks and naming of the school because it creates safety and security concerns each and every time for their children."

Rick Harrison's son, Adam Harrison, died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and methamphetamine ... TMZ has learned.

The Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner tells us that the cause of death has been ruled an accident for the "Pawn Stars" personality's son, who died in Las Vegas last month.

TMZ was the first to report Adam's passing ... after a rep for RH shared that Adam had died from a fatal OD. The Harrison family told TMZ shortly after his passing ... "Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss." At the time -- the Las Vegas Metro PD told us they were investigating the case.

As we reported ... Adam was struggling in the days leading up to his death -- with former roommates telling cops that AH was displaying erratic and strange behavior before allegedly barricading himself inside a guest house where he was staying. He reportedly had just been released from jail after serving 3 months behind bars -- although we don't know the cause for his incarceration.

Adam -- one of Rick's three boys -- kept mostly out of the limelight ... having stepped away from helping out at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. Adam is Rick's kid from his first marriage to ex-wife Kim, with whom he also shares son Corey.

The "Pawn Stars" leading man later welcomed son Jake with his second wife, Tracy. Corey and Jake are regulars on his reality show -- but Adam did not appear on camera.

On losing his son, Rick shared on Instagram, "You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam."

Adam was 39.

Former Illinois football star Tip Reiman had the most memorable quote of the NFL Combine so far ... telling reporters he believes birds are not what they seem!!

For those who aren't in on the joke ... the "Birds Aren't Real" movement made waves a few years ago, when a guy named Peter McIndoe created a satirical conspiracy that winged animals are actually spy drones for the U.S. Government.

A bunch of people joined in on the troll job ... and now, it's even made its way to professional football.

Reiman -- who had 203 yards and three touchdowns last season -- revealed his allegiance with the movement on Thursday ... hitting reporters with several questions that support his stance.

"Have you ever seen a baby pigeon?" Reiman asked, according to Owen Riese. "How do we know that power lines aren't pigeon recharging stations?"

Some people think Reiman is actually serious ... comparing him to Aaron Rodgers, who's been known to rock a tinfoil hat from time to time.

But Reiman's take wasn't the only bizarre statement out of Indy this week -- Texas Tech standout Tyler Owens also told reporters he doesn't believe other planets exist ... adding some flat-earthers have a strong argument.

2:41 PM PT -- Rachel’s lawyer Mark Geragos tells TMZ … "This lawsuit is squarely about illegal behavior and those who traffic in it and enable it. Rachel has apologized for her part in an affair. That’s not a crime. Tom and Ariana are alleged here to have engaged in criminal acts. They then doubled down and used those actions to shame, bully, belittle, and intentionally try to destroy Rachel’s mental health."

Geragos adds, "The law makes it clear that recording someone without their consent and distributing that illegal recording is punishable by law; however, doing so while knowingly enticing them to engage in sexual acts deserves the harshest of penalties allowable under the law."

Rachel Leviss is taking Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix to court -- and it mostly has to do with this intimate video she says they circulated with the cast.

The former "Vanderpump Rules" star just filed a lawsuit against her ex-lover and ex-friend -- both of whom were her costars for a long time before the Scandoval blew up last year -- and in her docs, obtained by TMZ, she's alleging a number of things ... including revenge porn.

Rachel claims Ariana became privy to at least 2 recordings that were on Tom's phone -- which she says depicted her in a state of undress and masturbating ... clips she alleges were taken without her knowledge or permission while she was involved in an affair with Tom.

In the suit, Rachel claims Tom must've recorded these FaceTime chats secretly ... 'cause she says she wasn't aware he had them saved. In any case ... RL says when Ariana stumbled across the footage ... she allegedly shared it with other 'VPR' cast members.

Rachel claims Ariana confronted her in March 2023 -- before the Scandoval officially broke -- and sent her the two illicit videos in question ... and AM allegedly said Rachel was dead to her.

She also claims Scheana Shay attacked her after this ... which led her to believe that Scheana had also seen the videos, not to mention other costars from the reality show.

In addition to these claims, Rachel alleges Bravo and the production company behind the show fostered an unsafe and hostile work environment for Rachel once the Scandoval broke ... allowing cast members to dogpile her and berate her during the reunion filming.

Worth noting, Rachel is not suing Bravo here ... just Tom and Ariana for now, and a bunch of unidentified Does whom she says might've been party to all this stuff.

Also worth mentioning -- her attorneys are the same ones who've filed suits on behalf of other Bravo stars of late. We've reached out to Tom and Ariana ... so far, no word back.

Oprah is parting ways with WeightWatchers after nearly a decade ... a decision that comes on the heels of criticism about her proudly revealing she uses a weight loss drug.

The weight loss company made it clear in its official statement Wednesday there's no bad blood with Oprah ... and her departure from the Board of Directors isn't due to any disagreements with the company or anything related to the company's operations, policies, or practices.

WW's CEO Sima Sistani says, "While I and the rest of our directors will certainly miss her in our board meetings following the end of her current term, she remains a strong strategic voice and collaborator with WeightWatchers."

That being said ... Oprah's departure comes a few months after confessing to using weight-loss drugs in December -- the admission raised eyebrows, especially as she'd spoken out against medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro months earlier.

As we reported ... Oprah revealed she dropped 40 pounds in 2023, and part of her strategy involved medication prescribed by doctors -- but she's never revealed the drug's name.

Some people, most notably fitness guru Jillian Michaels, criticized O for not being transparent that WeightWatchers had invested in a popular weight loss drug. The speculation was Oprah stood to profit greatly from advocating for the use of such medication.

Oprah's actually directly addressing that criticism as she leaves the company -- WW says she's donating her 1.4% stake in WW to the National Museum of African American History and Culture to "eliminate any perceived conflict of interest around her taking weight loss medications."

BTW ... the announcement her bolting from WW is putting a hurting on the company's stock -- it plummeted more than 20% immediately after the news broke Thursday morning.

Wall Street's bottom line ... losing Oprah is never a good thing for any organization -- but Oprah's bottom line is she's in the best place she's ever been health-wise, both physically and mentally as she sheds pounds.

Meek Mill is now roped into the latest Diddy lawsuit drama -- quite salaciously and carelessly, we might add -- and yet, he's taking the bait and publicly responding with a rant about being straight as an arrow.

The Philly rapper's been on a wild tweet storm since Wednesday in response to a number of users who were posting memes and jokes after Meek was obliquely referenced in Rodney Jones' suit against Diddy. The docs don't name Meek, but very clearly allude to him.

The lawsuit includes a footnote addressing a redacted name, and it describes the identity of that person as "a Philadelphia Rapper who dated Nicki Minaj."

Long story short ... Rodney alleges Diddy once told him he'd slept with big-time male celebs in the music biz, including Meek.

Folks online had a field day with this once the docs were published, and Meek ended up going on the attack ... firing off several different tweets to deny he's gay, or that he was involved in any romantic way with Diddy -- as it was recklessly suggested in the wild legal claim.

We'll let you read Meek's tweets for yourself -- but let's just say ... he goes a little over the top here to hit the point home that he's not into dudes, and to some, it comes across as a bit homophobic.

Meek uses some fairly graphic and sexual terms to describe how much he's into women -- and while he might think he's setting the record straight, some are taking his fervent tweetstorm the opposite way.

He also goes after DJ Akademiks here, who's the one who highlighted Meek was alluded to in the suit -- and the 2 of them have been going back and forth nonstop since yesterday.

In any case, it's all very icky, which is why it's strange that Meek is so publicly leaning into it.

Other famous people have also been referenced in Rodney's lawsuit -- who were not named -- and they've kept quiet, refusing to give the allegations any oxygen.

Of course, Diddy himself has utterly denied any and all of Rodney's claims -- and some of them, as we've pointed out, are already starting to fall apart at the seams.

3:39 PM -- TMZ Sports got some more intel on what went down inside the restaurant ... and as it turns out, Travis and Christian never crossed paths.

In fact, we're told McCaffrey had no idea Kelce was also there Wednesday night ... and only found out after the fact.

Travis Kelce and Christian McCaffrey aren't letting the Super Bowl results keep them from bro-ing down in Malibu -- 'cause that's exactly what they were doing on Hump Day.

The two dueling NFL superstars -- who faced off in Vegas a few weeks ago, with TK's team emerging victorious (again) -- were spotted enjoying each other's company at Nobu in Malibu on Wednesday.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is clearly staying busy while Taylor Swift does her thing in Singapore -- the next stop on her international tour. We're told he showed up at the famous hot spot around 8 PM, right around when CMC and his fiancée, Olivia Culpo, arrived.

It appears McCaffrey and Culpo were there for a Dolce Glow product event ... 'cause a handful of influencers and celebs like Becky G, Chrissy Teigen and Olivia's two sisters were also present. Unclear why Kelce was there ... but in any case, he was rolling with the crew.

We're told the two jocks got in separate cars as they left the restaurant ... but Kelce was trying like hell to avoid the paps on the scene (Taylor's really rubbing off on him, huh?)

In fact, Travis made his way through the kitchen to ultimately make his exit around midnight -- the same time as the engaged couple, who elected the standard route and didn't mind being photographed. For whatever reason, Travis has become camera-shy.

As for Kelce and McCaffrey ... it doesn't seem like they've been tight for very long -- the 49ers running back said back in November he met Travis for the first time during the 2023 offseason. And yet, they're hanging together shortly after the SB.

McCaffrey and Culpo are getting married soon ... so maybe Kelce asked for some pointers on how to pop the question??

Fyre Festival founder Billy McFarland is proving folks can't resist a good comeback ... 'cause the pre-sale for the sequel to his infamous music event has made him a boatload of cash!

Billy boasted about this achievement on IG Thursday -- and he confirmed to TMZ as well ... saying FYRE Festival II has received applications for over $110,000,000 worth of tickets during its second and final pre-sale -- an impressive feat compared to sluggish Coachella.

Pre-sale tickets started up at $2,500 and soared up to a whopping $1M per ticket for the festival which is set for its Caribbean return in December ... and we're told that 40 of those ticket holders were invited to celebrate the $110M figure during an intimate dinner Wednesday night at Le Baratin in NYC.

While he's made another fortune, it looks like Billy's learned a few lessons -- 'cause this time around he's leaving it to the pros and letting his operation partners and entertainment bigwigs call the main shots at the festival.

Billy himself said in his IG clip Thursday that the next time people would hear from him was when his partners would officially announce the event ... so he's covering his bases here.

His do-over got off to a flying start when pre-sale was first announced in August 2023. Back then, they released 100 tickets, and they all sold out in a day!

Billy attributed the success to the massive curiosity and interest generated by the epic failure of the 2017 Fyre Fest, telling TMZ at the time that he's living proof of the saying "no publicity is bad publicity."

Justin and Hailey Bieber went to church this week and emerged looking stoic -- just mere hours after JB's father-in-law Stephen Baldwin asked for prayers for the A-list couple.

The singer and his model wife attempted to keep a low profile as they exited the Churchome Church in Bev Hills on Wednesday evening. The lovebirds -- who got hitched in 2018 after a whirlwind engagement -- looked subdued as they made their way from the religious service.

We'll be honest, Justin looks a little down and out here ... wearing a dark oversized sweatshirt and a matching scarf that covered his face. Hailey was rocking a cheery yellow and gray sweater ... but she appeared equally somber.

They made a quick getaway in their $90,000 Tesla Cybertruck -- refusing to comment on nosy paps who were asking pretty wild questions about their marriage.

The backdrop to this moody outing is actually Hailey's dad Stephen -- AKA Alec Baldwin's brother -- sparking some concern among their fans when he reposted a plea for prayers for his daughter and son-in-law.

Overlaying a video of Justin singing, a message read ... "Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection and to draw close to the Lord." Stephen didn't post this originally, but he did repost it.

Of course, Faith is a major part of Justin and Hailey's relationship ... and ditto for Stephen obviously. Unclear why Stephen might've been asking for prayers ... but it worried some.

Justin and Hailey definitely hit the town a lot -- but they don't really talk much, especially Justin these days ... who's really stepped away from the spotlight and performing amid health issues. They've also been open and honest about struggles in their marriage early on.

Looks like the two of them are once again seeking out spiritual guidance ... and Papa Bear wants to send them some love.

Tish Cyrus was just seen for the first time since being accused of "stealing" her husband Dominic Purcell from her estranged daughter, Noah ... and Mama Bear didn't wanna chat.

Miley Cyrus' mom was spotted Wednesday in Beverly Hills, driving out of a parking garage in her Toyota SUV after grabbing a bite at Soho House ... and dodging questions from a swarm of paparazzi on the way out.

It also looks like Dominic himself had joined her ... as he was caught on camera in a different car while parked outside the lot.

Tish is being hounded by photogs in the wake of a report this week claiming Noah was romantically involved with Dominic first -- apparently before Tish got with him following her 2022 divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus.

While Tish and Dominic have since tied the knot and are happily married now, this report casts doubt on the timeline of things -- claiming NC was actually seeing Dom first, when her mom eventually started pursuing him as well. Supposedly, Tish knew Noah was with him.

It's unclear exactly when Noah was dating Dominic -- if this is to be believed -- or when things ended between her and Dom and where a romance started with Tish. The report suggests there may have been some overlap ... and considering Noah's estranged from Tish, it's safe to assume there's some bad blood and harsh feelings over this alleged love triangle.

The claims also add another layer to some perceived drama among the Cyrus clan ... fans have been suspecting things weren't great among the family ever since Miley didn't mention Billy in her acceptance speech at the Grammys earlier this month.

Likewise, Noah skipped Tish's wedding with Dominic ... so the Cyrus brood is fractured.

Tish gushed over Dominic in a recent podcast, saying they made out for hours on their first date and started saying "I Love You" the very next day ... and she noted she DM'd him in 2022 after first getting a message from him in 2016, which she didn't see at the time.

While Tish is head over heels, Noah is said to be "distraught" over Tish "stealing" Dominic away.

Whatever the case may be, Tish isn't ready to address the claims quite yet. We've reached to Tish and Noah for comment ... so far, no word back.

YouTube sensation CboysTV is topping their last outrageous stunt with a destructive new video ... and TMZ has an exclusive first look at the upcoming upload.

The Internet group -- a Minnesota-based motorsports collective known for pulling off wild stunts by using outrageous vehicles -- is dropping a new video tonight ... in which a red snowplow is used to help demolish a literal house.

In the new footage above ... the CboysTV crew – which includes Ben Roth, Ryan Iwerks, CJ Lotzer, Micah Sandman, Ken Matthees and Evan Sheff – drives a massive plow into the front of a single-car garage. The infrastructure is no match for the plow ... as it only takes a few collisions to create real damage.

The group -- that boasts 3 million subscribers and 1 billion views -- eventually turns their attention to the nearby house ... which the group owns and was already set to be demolished, for the record. It's not like they were destroying some innocent bystander's home.

In two different shots ... the plow is backed up into the home -- with one member declaring, "That scared me." We on the other hand ... couldn't help but cheer along with the CboysTV crew.

Of course ... this is only a taste of the destruction to come -- with the full upload dropping on CboysTV's YouTube channel tonight at 6 PM PST.

The organizers behind the chaotic Willy Wonka pop-up attraction in the UK were directly confronted by outraged customers ... which we can now see in this heated video.

In the footage above ... House of Illuminati -- the organizers behind the disastrous event -- are shouted at by angry parents, who accuse them of scamming kids after putting on an exhibit with cheap decorations, zero chocolate and a script made from artificial intelligence.

What's worse ... it's said the group charged $35 a pop for this sad display, and the parents clearly feel like they got ripped off, evidenced in their shouted words and scolding.

While one of the planners is seen assuring the enraged attendees that full refunds would be issued -- the crowd does not appear satisfied with his response ... with one woman threatening to call the police. As we all now know ... they eventually did call cops.

One guest calls out the company for duping attendees -- as they posted little to no information on social media or their website. She screamed ...  "It's a scam. You've scammed children!"

One of the organizers does offer up an apology -- saying he's "very, very sorry" for the whole mess. That wasn't good enough for the fuming mob here, though.

This encounter confirms what Paul Connell -- who played one of the Wonkas at the now-viral experience -- previously told TMZ about the "carnage" that ensued after guests formed an angry mob.

He dished to us that the cops were called after the frustrated group began throwing things and crying. While over 850 refunds are said to have been issued -- PC alleged he still hadn't been paid the 500 pounds (roughly $633) for his part in the event.

Now, we know there is a sweet ending potentially in the works at the moment ... some of the pissed parents who left with disappointed kids are reportedly working on putting on their own exhibit that will be totally free.

So ... cheer up, Charlie!

Kate Middleton's team is responding to viral speculation/jokes about why she hasn't surfaced publicly in months -- but they don't find anything funny about all the gossip and chatter.

The Princess of Wales' camp was forced to respond this week after a ton of memes were posted online over the past several days -- several of which were making cracks at her expense over her whereabouts and conjecture over what sort of procedure she had done.

Her rep told Page Six Thursday ... "Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands."

They also emphasized she continues to be doing well and making progress in her recovery.

As you can see, they didn't address the specific theories that have been floating online -- several of which are wild and salacious ... and which really aren't worth addressing here. Clearly, her camp is taking her health seriously ... and didn't feel the need to fuel the fire.

Still, that's not stopping the internet from making light of her situation ... which is kinda sad.

Fact is ... Kate underwent a very serious surgery that was focused on her abdominal area -- and it sidelined her for a good while. When news broke about her hospitalization last month ... the Palace said she'd be out of the public spotlight until at least Easter.

So, them emphasizing that plan yet again here appears to project some frustration on her team's part -- which is understandable. A lot of people are leaning into these Kate Middleton jokes ... and it's a little cringeworthy to say the least.

We haven't seen Kate out since December ... but we know she's been released from the hospital, and that she's recovering at home. Prince William has been quite attentive ... visiting her at the clinic she was at while she was there, while continuing on with his work too.

He did make a last-minute cancelation on one of his engagements this week for "personal reasons" ... and while many assumed it pertained to his wife, it's just unclear why.

Drea de Matteo says when her family hit hard times, they were saved by the most unlikely of heroes ... OnlyFans subscribers who helped pay their bills.

The 'Sopranos' actress sat down for an interview with DailyMail where she revealed she launched the online account back in August because her house was going into foreclosure, and she said she only had about $10 in the bank.

While it might be seen as polarizing for some, DDM credited the subscribers-based site with saving her family ... and she said she's comfortable with anyone judging her because she did what any good mother would do -- sacrifice personal pride for her children.

Drea admitted she wasn't exactly flush with cash at the time ... saying most of her acting career was spent working from paycheck to paycheck despite appearing in 48 episodes of "The Sopranos" ... plus other projects, of course.

But, she says she had enough money to save her home from foreclosure within five minutes of starting her OnlyFans -- for which she charges $15 a month. Honestly, that's incredible.

She's all good on the family front though ... 'cause Drea said she asked her daughters for their blessing before firing up the OF account -- and they said it was totally OK.

As for acting work ... Drea's maintained that speaking out against the COVID-19 vaccine and refusing to get the jab has limited career opportunities in Hollywood, which made starting OnlyFans that much more essential.

But, OF seems to be funding more of Drea's dream ... 'cause she said it gave her the money she needed to start her new clothing brand, Ultrafree -- a new venture she talked about with us earlier this month on "TMZ Live."

Bradley Cooper always looks so comfortable in his own skin ... and it turns out that's quite literally true -- 'cause it turns out, he's always walking around his place completely nude!

The Oscar-nominated actor talked about lettin' it all hang out during an episode of Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast, and it seems they've got more in common than just their profession.

Dax said he's often using the bathroom in the morning, and his daughters Lincoln and Delta are constantly traipsing into the room and chatting with him while he's on the toilet.

BC laughed at this and said his place in New York has a completely open floor plan ... meaning the bedroom and bathroom are basically in the same room without much in the way of doors -- so, his daughter Lea's always talking to him when he's naked, too.

Of course, Bradley shares Lea with his ex, Irina Shayk, with whom he's had an on-again, off-again relationship with for nearly a decade ... though right now he's dating model Gigi Hadid.

He says their standard at-home convo scenario features him on the toilet and her in the bathtub just shootin' the s*** (pun very much intended).

Cooper says it's a little different from how he was raised -- explaining he never saw his dad on the toilet, but did admit he was always naked around his pops growin' up. Safe to say, the Cooper clan's got no hang-ups with nudity. Very European!

Father Time is still clearly losing his battle with Tom Brady ... 'cause the NFL legend just revealed he's actually faster now at 46 years old than when he was at 22!!

The former quarterback decided to re-run a 40-yard dash following a shoot with his new "NoBull" company recently ... just to see if after all these years, he could move a bit quicker than when he was trying to get noticed by NFL teams at the 2000 Combine.

Brady wasn't sure if he could beat his now-infamous mark of 5.28 seconds ... saying prior to the run to his buds, "Let's see if we can level up."

Turns out, though, he does, indeed, have better wheels these days!

Check out the footage of the sprint ... the two who timed Brady's jaunt had him at 5.18 seconds and 5.12 -- both clear improvements from when he was a little-known signal-caller who had just wrapped up his Michigan career.

Brady's "NoBull" business partner, Mike Repole, could hardly believe the times ... joking with TB12, "If you do that 25 years ago, you get drafted in the third round!"

Of course, being better with age is nothing new for Brady. Four of his seven Super Bowl wins came AFTER he turned 37 years old -- with his final title coming following his 43rd birthday.
