12:25 PM PT -- TMZ obtained legal docs spelling out the reasoning behind denying Sabrina's TRO request -- and the court cited unconstitutional prior restraint ... which courts tend to frown on, generally speaking.

A woman claiming to be Wendy Williams' legal guardian is s*** out of luck as it pertains to this Lifetime documentary -- despite her 11th-hour efforts, we've learned it's still coming out.

A rep for the TV network tells TMZ ... "Lifetime appeared in court today (Friday), and the documentary 'Where is Wendy Williams?' will air this weekend as planned." The doc is slated to drop on Saturday, and based on what they're saying here ... it's moving forward.

TMZ also confirmed that there's been some major updates on this case in just the past 24 hours. According to new legal filings, obtained by TMZ, Sabrina Morrissey -- the one who filed suit -- has already filed an appeal ... this after requesting injunctive relief just yesterday.

What this seems to mean -- we don't know for sure since the case is under seal -- is that a decision was reached on granting her request to halt this ... and it appears to be one she didn't like, since she's already appealing and asking for another judge to take a look at her argument. That tracks with Lifetime moving forward ... sounds like the court sided with them.

We broke the story ... Morrisey ran to court Thursday on behalf of Wendy -- claiming to be her temporary guardian -- and said it was urgent she be granted a TRO to prevent the doc from releasing. She also wanted this all under seal, and like we said ... it is at the moment.

No word on whether Morrissey's appeal will be heard before tomorrow -- there's no new movement on the case that we can see ... so for the time being, it's full-steam ahead.

We've continued to try and reach out to Morrissey ... so far, no word back.

The aftermath of a 100-car pileup in China looks absolutely terrifying on camera ... and yet, it seems everyone survived the horrible ordeal.

Chinese state media posted the video, now all over social media, Friday which showed a huge swath of cars rammed into one another at odd angles, with one vehicle even resting atop several others at a near vertical angle.

Debris litters the freeway in the vid, and people can be seen clambering out of cars and looking to help their fellow crashed drivers ... but, local police are saying everyone's pretty much fine with just a few people injured.

Suzhou Industrial Park traffic police posted on social media platform WeChat saying three people were headed to the hospital for their injuries and six suffered minor scratches ... but, according to them, everyone's still alive.

Reuters is pointing to a recent bout of bad weather as the main reason behind this crash ... saying the country's been hit with blizzards and tons of rain.

More people have been on the roads too, the outlet reports, because of the recent Lunar New Year holiday.

BTW ... these huge accidents aren't totally unheard of in China. More than 200 cars were involved in a massive pileup in 2022 caused by heavy fog according to the state-owned Global Times. One person reportedly died in that instance.

Travis Kelce was front and center for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, as she took the stage down under anew ... and she showed her appreciation for him afterward with a little sugar.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was among thousands of people in attendance Friday at Accor Stadium in Sydney -- where T-Swift kicked off a fresh round of performances heading into the weekend. Just like at other shows of hers he's been to ... the fans went wild.

Lots of videos are floating around on X that show TK making his way to his spot in the stadium -- and as he passed a bunch of Swifties ... they were losing their s*** screaming.

Travis soaked up all the attention ... clapping and waving at all the young'ns as he passed them -- with security flanking him on all sides, of course. He had a buddy with him too -- Ross Travis -- who's a former Chiefs player ... and who's randomly accompanying Travis on this Aussie trip. Taylor's dad, Scott, was also in the mix as Trav went to his VIP tent.

BTW ... there were other famous people at this show -- namely, Katy Perry and Rita Ora ... and Travis snapped a photo with the latter. Indeed, he's got his friendship bracelet on! After the concert, he was there to greet Taylor -- and lingering fans saw her plant one on him.

As Travis and co. looked on ... Taylor was onstage doing her thing, and put on a helluva show like she normally does. Lots of highlights from that -- all captured in photos, no less.

When it comes to Travis -- the dude is obviously committed to the relationship -- he's already traveled internationally for Taylor before this ... and he did it again here in Australia. He hasn't missed a beat either with Taylor since arriving -- going from plane to zoo date ASAP.

It's no small feat. As we reported ... Travis' long trip to see Taylor again began Tuesday night when he jumped on a private plane from L.A. after having dinner at Nobu Malibu.

He first jetted off to Hawaii for a short stay and then flew to Sydney, where he was pictured walking off the aircraft and climbing inside an SUV. A long trip, no doubt -- and yet ... he powered through and went right to the Sydney Zoo with his gal, playing a good sport.

This marks the 2nd time Trav has traveled around the world for Taylor ... but don't worry, she's done the same for him. Remember, she flew from Tokyo to catch the Super Bowl in Vegas -- and was there on the sidelines cheering for him as he and the Chiefs won it all.

Some wondered if they'd be able to keep the momentum going post-football season -- and so far, it appears they have ... you don't just jet off to Australia if you're half in on a relationship.

We know Trav will be there through the weekend ... but the question is, will he be her roadie through the rest of the tour? She's got shows in Singapore next as the "Eras" tour rolls on.

"Love Is Blind" contestant Chelsea Blackwell is patching things up with the one person at the heart of her whole look-alike drama: Megan Fox.

IYDK, Chelsea's been getting roasted online for dropping the comparison between herself to the actress while getting to know Jimmy Presnall on the latest season of "Love Is Blind." But she's now owning up to it big time ... saying she totally regrets making that comment and she's gone as far as reaching out to Megan Fox herself to apologize.

"I did reach out to her [Fox], and I was like, 'I'm so sorry I did this to you,'" Chelsea told "Entertainment Tonight" ... adding she's waiting to hear back from Megan.

Amid all the online heat, she did see some solidarity from Julia Fox. The model/actress, came through with some support ... commenting, "don't worry sis. I see it," under Chelsea's TikTok video where she begged anyone who'd ever said she looked like Megan to fess up.

Some other folks have also cut Chelsea some slack, saying they can kinda squint and see the resemblance ... but the overwhelming online vote says she's not a Megan doppelgänger by a long shot. Tough crowd!

You'll remember ... on the show, Chelsea spilled the beans on how people compared her to Megan 'cause of her dark hair and blue eyes ... and Jimmy was totally hyped by the name drop.

However, he realized he hadn't exactly hit the jackpot when they came face-to-face, admitting to the cameras ... "She definitely lied to me about some, uh, how she looked."

4:16 PM PT -- Colorado State Police tell TMZ Sports that "excessive speed" is being investigated for the fatal crash of the three UW swim team members.

"The vehicle was southbound on Highway 287 and swerved to miss a vehicle in front of them stopped to make a left turn on to Larimer CR 37," CSP said.

"No alcohol or drugs suspected as casual factors."

Three members of the University of Wyoming swim team were tragically killed on Thursday after a horrific, single-car crash in northern Colorado.

According to the Colorado State Police, five passengers were traveling in a Toyota RAV4 around 2:44 PM when the vehicle swerved off the road, and rolled over, ejecting two people, and leaving the SUV mangled.

Sadly, three victims, ages ranging from 18 to 21, were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Denver Post ... and they were members of the UW swim and diving team.

The two surviving victims are also members of the swim team.

"My thoughts and prayers are with our swimming and diving student-athletes, coaches, families and friends," UW Director of Athletics Tom Burman said in a statement.

"It is difficult to lose members of our University of Wyoming family, and we mourn the loss of these student-athletes."

The crash is under investigation ... and it is not yet known if speed, or any other factors played a role in the crash.

This isn't the first time UW Athletics has seen such devastation ... in 2001, eight runners from the track team were killed when a drunk driver crashed into their Jeep on the same highway.

11:27 AM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Porhsa and Simon have a prenup.

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia are reportedly parting ways just over a year after getting hitched ... though it's apparently not over his recent legal issues.

According to People, Porsha filed for divorce from Simon Thursday in Atlanta ... interesting timing given there is a lot of talk online about Guobadia being deported to his native Nigeria. A source told the outlet the divorce is unrelated -- but, it's hard to imagine Porsha didn't consider it before filing.

The reported filing seems to mark the end of a whirlwind romance for the couple, who got engaged just one month after they started dating in 2021. The engagement lasted longer than the marriage ... with Porsha and Simon tying the knot in November 2022.

The timing comes just a few weeks after Porsha signed up to return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" after a two-season hiatus ... and ya gotta imagine producers are gonna jump on her reported divorce for a storyline.

Bravo announced she was returning to the show under her married name Porsha Williams Guobadia ... unclear if she'll change her mind on that moniker before the new season launches production.

As for Simon ... he's reportedly dealing with immigration issues as he tries to apply for naturalization. Not really bothering the dude it seems based on his most recent IG post -- where he smoked a cigar while chilling in a golf cart on a huge estate.

We'll have to wait and see what sorta developments arise as the couple seemingly splits ... for now though, it appears the 15-month marriage has run its course.

Katy Perry's old feud with Taylor Swift is dunzo -- something we already knew, but which was double confirmed by the fact KP crashed her Aussie show ... and sang a certain song.

The pop star was one of a handful of famous people on hand Friday for T-Swift's first Sydney concert -- where she was hanging in the VIP tent with Rita Ora and, of course, Travis Kelce ... who flew on down to be with his girlfriend.

Katy's presence was interesting though ... on account that she and Tay Tay used to beef.

That's why her singing "Bad Blood" -- which has always been rumored to be about Katy -- was fascinating to see ... as Taylor belted out the tune onstage, she was being recorded singing along down in the crowd. It's the ultimate irony ... and proof they're all good now.

Katy even posted a picture with Taylor after the show ... and they look very chummy.

If you're unfamiliar ... the whole saga dates back to 2014 or so, when Taylor was first releasing "Bad Blood" -- during which she alluded to a rift in a friendship ... and most everyone assumed she was referring to Katy, explaining it was a personnel issue.

Taylor talked about it at the time without naming KP ... "She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour."

TS added ... "She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it."

Katy ended up responding with her own diss track, of sorts, and went on to say that their feud was all about backup dancers -- namely, Katy hiring some of Taylor's own staffers.

In the end ... they ended up making up by the time Taylor dropped her song/video for 'You Need to Calm Down' -- in which Katy made a cameo ... and was clearly cool with her again.

Now, they're buddies, it seems, and all that bad blood has turned into water under a bridge.

Speaking of water ... there was a lot of it at Taylor's Sydney show -- albeit, well before curtain call. Some fans got caught in a brief downpour as they were filing into the stadium

The BBC is largely defending an interview with Andrew Scott at the BAFTAs that's been slammed as homophobic ... over a question about a Barry Keoghan nude scene.

In a statement Friday, the BBC says it's received complaints from folks who didn't like the way entertainment correspondent Colin Paterson asked Andrew about Barry stripping down at the end of "Saltburn."

Colin's been dragged online for asking Andrew, who is gay and was at the BAFTAs promoting another movie, about Barry's penis ... but the BBC says Colin's questions were "meant to be a light hearted reflection of the discussion around the scene and was not intended to cause offense."

The BBC says Colin began the interview by asking Andrew about his movie, "All of Us Strangers," before moving on to ask him about the popularity of his fellow Irish actors, like Barry.

Andrew was clearly uncomfortable with questions about Barry's nude scene, but Colin kept pressing and asked, "There was a lot of talk about prosthetics ... how well do you know him?" The BBC says this specific question was "misjudged."

Still, the BBC says there was reason behind asking Andrew about Barry getting naked in "Saltburn" ... the network says the film had a cultural impact and the nude scene grabbed a lot of attention, which Barry himself addressed.

The BBC also says Colin asked similar questions to "Saltburn" writer and director Emerald Fennell, plus singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, whose song "Murder On The Dancefloor" plays during the nude scene.

Tom Holland certainly got GF Zendaya under his spell ... 'cause the smitten actress can't stop gushing about his "rizz" to whoever will listen.

Zendaya was asked during the Buzzfeed Puppy Interview about the 'Dune 2' cast's "rizz" -- short for charisma -- and she quickly steered the topic back to her man, Tommy boy.

She says ... "I think someone who has beautiful charisma, not on the Dune cast, but personally works for me, is Mr. Tom Holland."

Zendaya explained why TH's got her hooked ... and it all comes down to his killer conversational skills, apparently. She says it takes her a while to come outta her shell 'cause she's shy ... but in contrast, her BF's a master at talking and getting to know people.

When it came to how he swooned her directly ... Zendaya admits he had to pull it out of her a bit ... but seeing as he's got a natural gift for flirting, it didn't take long for him to work his magic on her.

Zendaya gushing about Tom is just further proof their relationship is solid ... this amid breakup rumors that kickstarted when Z unfollowed everyone, including Tom, last year.

Since then, they've had some hand-in-hand sightings, and if that wasn't enough to squash the breakup rumors, Tom set the record straight himself ... straight-up telling a paparazzo in Jan that they were absolutely not dunzo.

Tyler Perry says he's down to use artificial intelligence in his projects going forward, 'cause it'll save him money and resources ... which is why he's temporarily halting his studio expansion.

The media mogul -- who has his own production studio in Georgia -- told THR this week that he's been keeping a close eye on AI ... and he's impressed by what he sees, so much so that it's actually influencing some big plans he had for the massive 330-acre lot.

He was asked about OpenAI's Sora program -- which can create very lifelike scenes and visuals with nothing but a text command -- and TP says it's gonna revolutionize filmmaking.

Tyler says, "I have been watching AI very closely and watching the advancements very closely. I was in the middle of, and have been planning for the last four years, about an $800 million expansion at the studio, which would’ve increased the backlot a tremendous size -- we were adding 12 more soundstages. All of that is currently and indefinitely on hold because of Sora and what I’m seeing."

He adds, "I no longer would have to travel to locations. If I wanted to be in the snow in Colorado, it’s text. If I wanted to write a scene on the moon, it’s text, and this AI can generate it like nothing. If I wanted to have two people in the living room in the mountains, I don’t have to build a set in the mountains, I don’t have to put a set on my lot. I can sit in an office and do this with a computer, which is shocking to me."

Tyler was even more candid on what impact he thinks it will have on the industry ... saying, "It makes me worry so much about all of the people in the business. Because as I was looking at it, I immediately started thinking of everyone in the industry who would be affected by this, including actors and grip and electric and transportation and sound and editors, and looking at this, I’m thinking this will touch every corner of our industry."

He adds, "So I am very, very concerned that in the near future, a lot of jobs are going to be lost."

Bottom line ... Tyler sees the future, and he's embracing it -- but his words here have not been well-received. Take a look on X and you'll see ... people are dragging him for what they characterize as abandoning creatives and openly being willing to slash jobs to save a buck.

Whether that's fair or not is for the Internet to decide, we suppose ... but the fact is, Tyler sees how big a deal AI is and will continue to be -- and he's ready to implement it to his benefit.

Natalie Portman is seeing declining popularity of film with young people ... and it seems like she's got mixed feelings about it -- pointing out the double-edged sword of its downfall.

The actress sat down with Vanity Fair earlier this week for an interview, and she opened up about the increased influence of social media stars on kids when compared to traditional movie stars, like herself.

Portman says film feels "much more niche" these days -- and notes if you ask someone in her kids' generation -- she's got a 12-year-old and a 7-year-old -- they tend to know way more YouTubers and viral people as opposed to actors.

Now, Natalie's not saying this is necessarily a bad thing ... she points out the freedom in making movies in an era when commerce isn't the chief concern, while also walking the fine line of not making projects that are too elitist -- saying ya gotta keep the audience in mind.

Plus, Natalie says it's cool kids in more remote small towns now have access to great art anywhere, which has led to traditional gatekeepers being demoted -- making H'wood more inclusive.

This liberation Natalie's referring to in the entertainment industry isn't sitting well with everyone however ... remember, Billie Eilish got caught talking some smack about influencers being invited to the People's Choice Awards this past weekend.

ICYMI ... Eilish was talking to Kylie Minogue and -- despite trying to whisper -- she could clearly be heard complaining about the number of TikTokers at the event. She seemed none too happy at their involvement.

Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant had a pregame exchange with two fans ahead of Thursday night's game ... confronting the Mavericks supporters after being called a "bitch."

The whole exchange was captured on video ... showing KD running out of the tunnel for warmups -- but coming to a screeching halt after hearing the word hurled his way.

Durant quickly approached the two fans -- who appeared to have great seats for the game -- and they went back and forth for a good 30 seconds before the two-time NBA champ waved his hand in disgust and rejoined his teammates.

Of course, the NBA has a history of kicking heckling fans out of games at a player's request ... and it appeared the pair of Dallas backers were about to be escorted out of American Airlines Center before Durant returned to the scene and intervened.

It's unclear what was said between Durant and the fans ... but according to reporter Jonah Javad, the hooper saved them from getting the boot.

As for the game, Durant finished with 23 points and six rebounds ... but the Suns fell to the Mavs, 123-113.

Justin Timberlake has caught the flu ... forcing him to back out of his concert in England.

In a video posted on X, the singer/actor delivered the bad news from what appeared to be a hotel room while sounding as if he had a frog in his throat.

JT started off by saying it was "unfortunate" he had to send out this video before telling fans he was canceling Friday's performance at The Roadhouse in London. He said he was gutted by the decision to nix the show because he had been in town all week prepping for it.

But, as JT explained, he's been battling a bug and, while he felt better at one point, he then took a turn for the worse.

As you know, JT has been on tour promoting his upcoming record, "Everything I Thought I Was," recently announcing shows in the UK and throughout Europe.

He also just released a new song, "Drown," which was a follow-up to the first track off his forthcoming album, "Selfish."\

Last month, TMZ obtained footage of JT dazzling a packed crowd for 90 minutes at the Orpheum Theater in Memphis, Tennessee. He sure gave everyone in his home state a real treat that night.

After JT gets rid of that nasty illness, he'll be right back onstage cranking out his tunes. Feel better, JT!!!

Cocoa Brown is the latest person to be overwhelmed by Tyler Perry's generosity -- 'cause he just offered her nearly half a million dollars for a new home after hers burned down.

The actress tells TMZ she's filled with profound gratitude over TP's support and that of everyone else who's donated to her GFM campaign. She has a lot to be grateful for ... 'cause Tyler chipped in a whopping $400k toward her cause.

Cocoa adds that she's been on an emotional roller coaster -- noting the devastation of watching her home go up in flames Sunday while feeling and trying to make sure her young son Phoenix was safe and sound.

But the comedian -- known for "For Better or Worse," alongside a slate of other movies and TV shows -- reiterates she and her son have been deeply moved by the outpouring of support they've received.

It's not just Tyler who's helped, BTW -- she's gotten other donations from Tiffany Haddish, Marlon Wayans, Byron Allen, Sherri Shepherd, "The Breakfast Club" podcast team, and numerous other friends, family and fans. All of them have given fairly generous amounts.

Cocoa has made sure to send a special shout-out to Pastor Mark and the entire congregation of McDonough Rd Baptist Church, who she says have gone above and beyond for her.

Despite the devastation of losing her home, Cocoa tells us "having each other, our fur babies, and seeing and feeling all this love has strengthened our love for each other and humanity."

The support is evident on Cocoa's GoFundMe page kickstarted by her loved ones, which has surpassed the $50,000 goal and then some. She's now on her way to $70,000 in donations.

2/23 -- 7:54 AM PT -- Jeramey hopped on IG to clarify this whole ex-fiancée thing -- and he noted he was NOT engaged when he joined the show ... nor was it a secret while they were filming.

He explained it all in a lengthy video ... apparently feeling the need to clear this up even before the reunion episode.

Jeramey Lutinski's looking for love on this season of "Love Is Blind" -- but a woman online has been blasting him as not being forthcoming ... claiming she's his ex-fiancée.

Here's the deal ... Jeramey hit viewers' TV screens on Valentine's Day, and while fans were watching the drama play out in the pods and beyond, it turns out JL might've been hiding some key details about his life -- at least that's what Brittani Mcliverty and her mom have been suggesting on social media.

Brittani's mother, Jenni, has been sounding off online over the past several days -- claiming Jeramey was previously engaged to her daughter, with whom she says he shared a home ... an alleged detail that hasn't come out in the 9 episodes of the show that have aired so far.

The supposed evidence she's putting out there ... a picture of Jeramey lookin' real cozy with a woman -- who Jenni says is Brittani -- sporting a big ol' rock on her ring finger. The implication here is that he was engaged to her ... and that the timeline for when he actually applied for 'LiB' might've bled into his time with Brittani.

It's unclear if what this Jenni woman claims is true -- Jeramey himself hasn't explicitly addressed her allegations ... and considering the show's currently airing, he probably won't.

Jenni has also gone on to claim that Jeramey and Brittani sold their home around the same time -- which lines up with a detail about his life that Jeramey actually did share on the show ... telling the woman he got engaged to, Laura, the exact same thing.

BTW ... the alleged fiancée here ain't sittin' on the sidelines either. She's dropped a few comments on one of Laura's IG posts, asking her point blank if Jeramey ever mentioned her -- and telling her and Sarah Ann, another contestant on the show, to DM her for more info.

Jeramey's sorta in the middle of a complicated situation on the show right now ... 'cause he ended things with Sarah Ann in the pods -- someone he seemed to have a connection with -- to propose to Laura ... basically dumping one for the other.

Now, Jeramey's made a cryptic statement in the past 24 hours. He took to Instagram to decry all the hate he and his castmates are getting this season.

One noteworthy line ... "Everyone will get their chance to speak when the time is right. Until then we all get it." He might just be waiting for his opportunity to speak out ... but that won't happen until they film the reunion episode -- which won't be for a little while.

We should note ... Jenni and Brittani aren't saying Jeramy was engaged while on the show, but they are claiming he was engaged shortly before getting on there -- insisting he broke things off with Brittani at the end of 2022. If true, he's not technically doing anything wrong.

Anyway, the season finale's set for next Wednesday ... and we're sure all of this will be addressed then.

A video of N3on getting pulled over has gone viral online ... but TMZ has learned what exactly led sheriff's deputies to stop the social media star mid-stream -- and it's wild.

N3on -- who's a streamer/YouTuber popular with the Gen-Z crowd -- was recently featured in a video posted to Kick ... which shows the internet-famous 19-year-old and his entourage getting stopped by deputies in West Hollywood.

Check out the vid ... N3on opens the door and starts shouting questions at the cops about why they're handcuffing his associate -- before officers told them not to move and then commanded him and his friends to put their hands on the headrests in front of them.

A member of N3on's entourage can be heard yelling from outside the car ... a move one of the officers said is "making it worse." It's dramatic -- and we finally got to the bottom of what the hell happened here ... and it's pretty silly, 'cause it basically amounts to a clerical error.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... N3on and his crew were pulled over because their vehicle was apparently reported stolen, which plate-readers in the cop car picked up on and flagged.

We're told Officers ordered N3on out of the car at gunpoint as part of a felony car stop -- standard operating procedure -- and that's when N3on told officers the car had recently been stolen and then recovered by LAPD. In other words, it was jacked and found before they were aware of the update.

Our sources tell us deputies verified N3on's story and found out the car just hadn't been taken out of the system. We're told they explained this to N3on -- who our sources say was understanding -- and released him without further incident.

Video N3on posted seems to confirm this account ... although, we're told officers made clear his security inflamed the sitch by interfering while they were trying to do their jobs. N3on cracked an NSFW joke at the end too -- one we'll let you listen to for yourself.
