With his divorce from Sofia Vergara finally settled, Joe Manganiello is moving things along with Caitlin O'Connor -- they've officially taken the next step in their relationship.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Caitlin is now living under the same roof as the "Magic Mike" hunk, and so far, they're relishing every moment of cohabitating.

We're told they're very much in love, especially after forging quite a strong bond over their Pittsburgh roots -- even traveling there together, and further solidifying their relationship with trips to NYC and Italy.

Most importantly, our sources say the actor's beloved pet dog Bubbles has given Caitlin his seal of approval ... which means a lot to Joe.

News of Joe's romance with COC emerged in September last year ... just 2 months after he filed for divorce from Sofia after 7 years of marriage. The main reason they called it quits was his desire to have kids and Sofia's reluctance to have them.

TMZ broke the story last week their divorce was settled amicably -- each kept the assets they accumulated individually, and both mutually waived any right to spousal support.

While Joe quickly found new love after their split, Sofia moved on too ... now dating a respected orthopedic surgeon named Justin Saliman -- they've been seen out on several date nights over the past few months.

But back to Caitlin ... Joe hit it off with the rising actress after meeting at a 'Winning Time" after-party -- she played Dyan Cannon in that series -- and later going public as a couple at NYC's Children of Armenia Fund Gala in December.

A small-town Oklahoma radio station is under fire after a listener accused it of purposely barring Beyoncé's new country songs -- but the whole thing has been totally warped, and in fact, it's now resolved.

Here's the deal ... someone on X hopped online Tuesday, claiming KYKC -- a local country station in Ada, OK -- had told him they refused to play Bey's 2 new country singles when he requested them, because they "do not play Beyoncé."

There was a lot of context missing here, obviously, but the user ran with this as what he characterized as blatant racism ... suggesting the station was purposely trying to box her out.

He wrote, "I requested Texas Hold ‘Em at my local country radio station (KYKC) and after requesting, i received an email from the radio station." He posted a screenshot of the KYKC response, which notes they're a country music station, and that's why they wouldn't play Beyoncé.

Again, on X, the user didn't explain (or show proof of) the exact wording of his original request to KYKC, but he was calling for people to boycott the station -- and, as you might expect, lots of Bey's fans have their pitchforks out.

Welp, TMZ got to the bottom of this, and the station might be off the hook.

We contacted the X user, who told us his original request to KYKC was ... "Please play the new song, 'Texas Hold 'Em' by Beyoncé." In his eyes, he says it should've been obvious to the station he was requesting a country song, as it's already been labeled as such on major streaming platforms.

We also reached out to KYKC, and a staffer told us the station hasn't received Beyoncé's new songs -- "Texas Hold 'Em" and "16 Carriages" -- yet, and that's why it's not playing them. Another Oklahoma country station -- KECO in Elk City -- told us the same ... they don't have the tracks yet.

In terms of whether KYKC was even aware Beyoncé had dropped 2 country songs -- with a country album on the way -- the answer seems to be no.

We obtained further correspondence between the X user and KYKC that strongly suggests the station just was not aware of Bey's new drops. Fact is, if its programmers weren't on social media Sunday night, or watching the Super Bowl when Beyonce's Verizon commercial aired ... it makes sense they'd have no clue.

But, the Beyhive can fall back. Due in no small part to all the attention the X user's post got today ... KYKC tells TMZ it played "Texas Hold 'Em" for the first time Tuesday afternoon. Problem solved.

As of right now, Bey's new songs are not charting on Billboard -- they were just released 2 days ago, so they won't appear on Billboard's charts until next week, at the earliest. However, "Texas Hold 'Em" is doing very well on streaming charts, and we suspect KYKC listeners will be hearing it plenty in coming days.

There's been a lot of discussion -- online and IRL -- about Beyoncé breaking into country, and, on its face, it feels like some have preconceived notions about the country music scene.

It's Fat Tuesday -- and while it marks the end of Mardi Gras ... the reality is, the party out there has been going strong for several days now ... just take a look yourself.

Lots of festivities have been unfolding in New Orleans these past several days -- including elaborate parades that have been trotted up and down local streets there ... with some awesome floats on display.

Nick and Aaron Carter's late sister, Bobbie Jean Carter, died from a fatal drug overdose ... TMZ has learned.

Bobbie's official cause of death is intoxication by the combined effects of fentanyl and methamphetamine ... according to the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner in Florida.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the M.E. ruled Bobbie's death accidental.

As we first told you ... Bobbie Jean died two days before Christmas 2023, when she was found unresponsive in her bathroom while on probation on a drug-related charge.

The Medical Examiner's report says Bobbie Jean's roommate had contact with her at 6:30 AM on Dec. 23 ... but shortly after, around 7 AM, the roommate found Bobbie Jean unresponsive on the bathroom floor and called 911.

The docs say first responders tried life-saving measures on Bobbie Jean but they were unsuccessful and she was transported to a Tampa hospital, where, at 8:02 AM, she was pronounced dead.

A 45-year-old man is now in police custody after cops claim he stole and destroyed a beloved Jackie Robinson statue in Kansas ... but authorities say they believe his actions were NOT motivated by hate.

According to the Wichita Police Department, Ricky Alderete has been hit with four criminal charges -- including felony theft and aggravated criminal damage to property -- after authorities say he nabbed the famed JR monument from outside a youth baseball facility late last month and then burnt it down to a pile of rubble.

Cops say their investigation revealed Alderete committed the act in order to cash in on the figurine's metal scraps.

Officials added they believe there might be more individuals involved in the crime.

"Our detectives remain committed to gathering information to identify and charge all individuals involved in the theft and destruction of the Jackie Robinson statue," cops said in a statement Tuesday. "The WPD extends its gratitude to the community for their support, patience, and information related to this case."

City officials, meanwhile, have already said they plan to replace the Robinson sculpture with another one in the near future.

Jennifer Lopez says Ayo Edebiri delivered an emotional apology on the "Saturday Night Live" set after trashing her vocal skills on an old podcast.

J Lo told Variety about what the 'Bear' star said to her in the wake of these old, ugly comments surfacing the same week they were scheduled to be on 'SNL' together -- and according to her, Ayo had tears in her eyes when she came to Jennifer's dressing room.

Ayo was apparently "mortified and very sweet" and said she felt "terrible" ... that's how Jen's characterizing it anyway. She says AE apologized for calling J Lo's career a scam, full-stop.

Remember ... Ayo was a guest on a podcast in 2020 -- long before she was a big TV star -- when she threw tons of shade at J Lo, particularly ripping her vocal skills in the booth.

The comments bubbled back up literally right before Ayo was set to host 'SNL' earlier this month, the same night Jenny was the musical guest ... when they'd be crossing paths.

Interestingly, Jen now says Ayo actually apologized after she did her soundcheck ... meaning Ayo had the chance to listen to J Lo performing live. Talk about irony, right?

Jennifer says Ayo told her, "I'm so f***ing sorry, it was so awful of me."

Following the dressing room apology, Ayo used a skit to issue a public mea culpa. She didn't mention J Lo by name but said, "It's wrong to leave mean comments or post mean comments just for clout, or run your mouth on a podcast and you don't consider the impact because you are 24, and stupid, but I think, I speak for everyone when I say that from now on, we're gonna be a lot more thoughtful about what we post online."

While it sounds like J Lo appreciated the apology, it seems like the whole situation was a bigger drag on Ayo ... J Lo explains that the mean comments didn't affect her because she's heard similar things said about her throughout her career.

Less than a year after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry called it quits on their $20M Spotify deal ... she herself is giving it another go in the podcast game.

The Duchess of Sussex has inked a deal with Lemonada Media -- the company behind "Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus" -- for a new, untitled podcast series.

That's not all ... MM's "Archetypes" is actually coming with her to her new podcast home -- Lemonada will be distributing her old pod to all other networks for access to a broader audience, in addition to her forthcoming show.

Meghan gushes about the partnership ... saying she's proud to continue her love for podcasting and adding, "Being able to support a female-founded company with a roster of thought-provoking and highly entertaining podcasts is a fantastic way to kick off 2024."

She continued, "Our plan to re-release Archetypes so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast are well in the works. I'm so eager to be able to share it soon, and am overjoyed to be joining the Lemonada family."

On their end, Lemonada's CEO Jessica Cordova Kramer says their beyond honored Meghan has trusted them to help democratize access to "Archetypes." They also mention they're blown away by her collaborative spirit, clear vision, and a deep desire to build compassion and community through this work.

You'll recall ... in June 2023, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (citing their production company, Archewell Audio) and Spotify said in a joint statement they "mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together."

There were varying reports as to the exact reason behind the partnership's end -- some said M&H failed to generate enough content for Spotify to payout their $20M payday.

Meanwhile, MM's talent agency WME said the reason was 'cause she was busy cranking out more podcasts for her "Archetypes" fans on a different platform -- the latter explanation now seems to be taking shape.

Meg launched "Archetypes" in 2020 after reportedly signing a multi-year deal with Spotify to produce the show in audio form.

Travis Kelce's enjoyed a bunch of professional perks since he started dating Taylor Swift, but it hasn't been all rainbows and butterflies ... the superstar TE was forced to move after overzealous fans camped out in front of his crib.

Kelce's big bro, Eagles center Jason Kelce, told the story on "The Big Podcast with Shaq" this week ... after The Big Fella asked the future Hall of Fame center about their newfound fame since Trav and T.S. hooked up.

"It's crazy what it opens up, opportunity-wise. It's crazy to feel how much joy you bring people or how much you affect people's daily lives," Jason told the NBA legend.

Kelce continued, "It has drawbacks, for sure and Travis knows more than I do."

That's when the 7x Pro Bowler revealed the reason behind Travis upgrading homes last October (he moved into a $6 million, 6 bed, 6 bath, 16,000 sq. ft. place), saying fans, who weren't invited, were basically camping outside his house, literally forcing him to move.

"He had to completely move out of his house," Jason said, "People were just staying by his house."

Unfortunately, not even the new place, with added security measures, was enough.

"The first day he moved into the new house, in a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house."

Thankfully, no one has seemingly wanted to cause them harm ... but it's clear the Kelce's are still adjusting to their newfound fame outside of the NFL.

"The Taylor World and the pop culture world, that's a whole different level. It's a new demographic that wasn't there before," Jason said.

Sadly, Taylor's no stranger to overzealous fans. She's dealt with over a dozen stalkers, most recently including a man named David Crowe, who showed up to her NYC pad multiple times, despite being arrested.

Dolly Parton says she feels no ill will toward fellow country singer Elle King for butchering a birthday tribute song for her -- despite fans being adamant Dolly would be mortified.

Surprise!! -- Post Malone will show off his acting chops in the reimagined "Road House" movie ... and judging by what Jake Gyllenhaal had to say about the casting, the dude is a natural in front of the camera.
