Miley Cyrus was apparently plush with trouble this morning after cops say some weirdo showed up on her doorstep with a token of love that was full of cotton ... and it landed the guy in jail.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ 52-year-old Alexander Kardalian was arrested early Friday near Miley's L.A.-area home -- this after they got a call around 1 AM on a report of a suspicious person Miley and co. suspected might've been somebody she's dealt with before.
As it turns out, they were right ... 'cause Miley previously got a restraining order against Kardalian for something similar last year ... and he was ordered to stay away from her.
Now, we're told he showed up at her front gate and was trying to give something to MC -- specifically, a stuffed animal of some sort, according to our sources. Doesn't sound like the guy got far though ... we're told Miley security detained him and waited for LAPD to arrive.
When cops showed up, we're told they hauled him away and ended up booking him for violating a court order. Remember -- Miley claims she's been dealing with this Kardalian since at least 2018 ... and notes he did some time in San Quentin before allegedly pulling up at her crib in 2022 upon release.
The last scary part about this ... we're told Miley was home for the latest dustup -- but luckily she didn't encounter the dude herself. Fortunately, her team was able to handle it.

Emma Stone I Wanna Be on 'Jeopardy!' ... Been Denied For Years!!!
Emma Stone is a 'Jeopardy!' buff -- and says she's been trying to get on the show for years to no avail ... but that's because she's been applying as a normie, when she's anything but.
The movie star dished this interesting tale on a recent episode of Variety's Awards Circuit podcast ... revealing she's a huge fan of the long-running trivia show, and that she's even thrown her hat into the ring to be a contestant herself.
Of course, she was asked if she'd ever been asked to be on any of their celebrity iterations -- of which there've been several over the years -- but Emma says she's not interested.
Take a listen for yourself -- sounds like she wants to earn her keep among regular trivia buffs, and not be given any special treatment among the rich and famous. That's interesting ... the implication here is that she thinks she can hang with the brainiacs you normally see.
Emma also says she watches 'Jeopardy!' daily ... and keeps score of her answers throughout.
Here's hoping somebody at Sony hears this and gives her a ring -- considering all the turbulence they've been going through in recent years as it pertains to hosts, etc. ... an appearance from ES would be gold. Get on the horn and get her in the building already!
Then again, it's unclear if she'd accept the red carpet rollout -- Emma seems dead set on working her way up through merit. So, dig through the freshest batch of apps, we guess?

Travis Kelce I'm Not Retiring After Season!!!
No, Travis Kelce will not stop playing football and ride off into the sunset with Taylor Swift after this season ... he just revealed he has zero intentions of retiring anytime soon.
The Kansas City Chiefs star made it clear to reporters during a news conference Thursday that he will not hang up his spikes once the final whistle blows on this year ... despite speculation from many online.
"I have no reason to stop playing football," he said. "Man, I love it."
Of course, Kelce kind of sparked the rumors himself ... when he said in an interview in 2023 that he had given thought recently to what life after football would be like.
However, Kelce shut down all that talk Thursday ... telling media members, "I just love the challenge [football] gives me every single day to try to be at my best."
Travis Kelce's monologue! pic.twitter.com/ETJfAaELNj
— Saturday Night Live - SNL (@nbcsnl) March 5, 2023 @nbcsnl
Kelce is coming off of his worst statistical season since 2015, failing to record 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in seven years. He's also completely blown up off the field, starring on "Saturday Night Live" and in various commercials. And, of course, he's dating the most famous pop star on the planet.
Yet still, he says he's not ready to give up the game just yet.
"I have no desire to stop anytime soon," he said.

Amy Sedaris Tumbles Onstage at NBR Awards ... Audience Laughs It Up!
Amy Sedaris ended up on the floor at the National Board of Review Awards Gala, but the actress/comedian did what she does best ... and turned the fall into some comedic gold.
Amy was at the NYC event Thursday night, presenting Paul Giamatti with the award for Best Actor for his work in "The Holdovers" -- but the excitement turned into a bit of panic when she took a tumble while walking away from the podium.
Paul quickly rushed over to help the "Elf" actress, but it must not have hurt too bad, at least at the moment ... because she jokingly stayed flat on the floor while Paul returned to his speech, getting a big laugh from the star-studded crowd.
The NBR's Instagram page even poked light-hearted fun at Amy's fall -- sharing another angle of her on the floor next to Paul, writing, "Paul Giamatti literally floored presenter Amy Sedaris with his nuanced comic performance." Well played, NBR.
As for the wins, Lily Gladstone and Martin Scorsese took home Best Actress and Best Director awards for "Killers of the Flower Moon," Mark Ruffalo won Best Supporting Actor for "Poor Things," Bradley Cooper was bestowed the NBR Icon award, and Paul's costar Da'Vine Joy Randolph went home with the Best Supporting Actress award.
Other big names in attendance were Michael J. Fox, Zac Efron, Elizabeth Olsen, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Ethan Hawke, Daniel Day-Lewis and many more.
No one else took a hard fall like Amy, but she was beyond a good sport about it. Acting!!!

Tom Cruise 'Top Gun 3' a Go at Paramount ... Despite Just-Inked WB Deal
Tom Cruise can apparently have it all in showbiz -- evidenced in the fact he's developing yet another sequel with Paramount ... this right after signing a massive deal with a rival studio.
The movie star is reportedly working on "Top Gun 3" with the mountain and star crew -- and word is, it's in the early stages at the moment ... with a script being written by 'TG: Maverick' screenwriter Ehren Kruger, and Miles Teller and Glen Powell expected to return.
While we're just hearing about a new 'Top Gun' now, THR reports it's quietly been in development since Fall -- this, of course, on the heels of the huge box office hit from '22.
Now, the larger context here is that just a few days ago ... Tom shook hands with none other than Warner Bros.' chief, David Zaslav, in a big announcement that saw him being brought in as a key producer for several franchise films over at the water tower lot in Burbank.
No word on a dollar-amount figure for Tom's services here -- but he basically agreed to help develop and star in a handful of blockbuster films for WB over the next several years ... and they're even giving him his own office there at their HQ.
On its face, it sounded like he was fleeing Paramount -- a studio he's been tied to forever now ... this after reported rifts in their working relationship of late with the newest regime.
With this 'TG' news, though, it's pretty clear Tom can work with who he pleases and dip his toe into multiple ponds in Hollywood. As many have noted, the WB deal ain't exclusive.
Get ready for a lot more TC on the big screen, y'all ... homeboy's booked and busy!

Well, that didn't take long ...
Roughly 24 hours after parting ways with Bill Belichick, the New England Patriots have hired a new head coach ... Jerod Mayo!!
ESPN's Adam Schefter just reported Robert Kraft made the decision on Friday morning, explaining the team will formally announce the move at a news conference next week.
According to Schefter, the Patriots were able to bypass the NFL's normal, lengthy hiring process because they had written in Mayo's most recent contract that he'd be Belichick's successor.
37-year-old Mayo becomes the youngest current NFL head coach. He's also the Pats' first-ever Black head coach.
Mayo has spent the entirety of his football career in Foxborough -- he was picked by New England in the first round of the 2008 NFL Draft ... and played eight years for the org. alongside Tom Brady.
Following his career -- which included one All-Pro selection -- he joined Belichick's staff as a linebackers coach in 2019, holding that role until The Hoodie's departure this week.
The move will almost certainly be welcomed by most in Patriots Nation ... as Deion Branch just told TMZ Sports on Thursday he wanted someone from inside of the building to take over the vacant gig.

Gary Busey When Nature Calls ... Whips It Out in Public
Gary Busey has that dog in him ... as in, he's pissing in public without a care in the world.
The veteran eccentric actor was spotted pulling down his sweatpants and relieving himself Thursday out in Malibu ... urinating on a bush along a wall near a newsstand, and certainly not trying to keep it low-key. Unclear where exactly he's at -- looks like a lot of some sort.
Gary apparently felt a tingle below the belt and had no other choice but to rock a whizz at that instant ... 'cause that's exactly what he did. He even looked around a bit, but there was no shame in his game -- seriously, just look at that impish smile he's got on here.
The pee-pee seen around the world will only add to Gary's many memorable Malibu moments ... the 79-year-old is developing a bit of a reputation of late as a bit of a wild man around those parts.
Remember ... back in September, Gary was accused of a hit-and-run. A woman claimed he hit her car in a Malibu parking lot and she chased him down only for Gary to blow her off and drive away.
Gary didn't face any charges for the car incident ... and it will be interesting to see if there are any consequences for this very public bathroom break. Feels like if no one caught him in the act right then and there, he might be fine in this instance. Still ... yeesh 😬.
Now, we reached out to his camp over this ... and they had no comment. We suppose what they say is true -- when ya gotta go, ya gotta go. Drop 'em and spray ... anywhere/any way.

Ariana Grande Knife-Wielding Stalker Pleads Guilty ... Faces Years In State Prison
The man who relentlessly stalked Ariana Grande for years – including showing up at her L.A. home with a knife – has now been convicted of the frightening crimes and faces years in prison.
Aharon Zebulun Israel Brown pleaded guilty to charges of stalking, residential burglary and making criminal threats against the famous singer/actress in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties beginning in 2021.
In his announcement Thursday, Santa Barbara County District D.A. John T. Savrnoch said Brown will be sentenced in May to three years and eight months in a California state prison.
After he serves his sentence, Brown will have to abide by the terms of his restraining order, barring him from having any contact with Ariana for 10 years.
That's great news for Ariana who had to endure Brown's wrath for so long.
Ariana Grande Says Alleged Stalker Brandished Knife and Threatened to Kill Her
Between February 2021 and September 2021, Brown forced his way into Ariana's Hollywood mansion nearly 100 times – and even brought along a deadly weapon on one occasion.
TMZ broke the story ... Brown confronted Ariana's security guards while brandishing the knife, threatening to kill them and the pop star. But cops were called and Brown was taken away in handcuffs.
After that, Ariana was granted a 5-year restraining order against Brown, but it didn't do much to stop him.
In June 2022, Brown broke into Ariana's Montecito abode, slashing wires connected to the alarm system and phone lines. As the crime was in progress, police responded, finding Brown balled up in a crawl space inside the house. Ariana wasn't home at the time.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still beefing with a bank over their Georgia mansion ... and now the bank says it has every right to foreclose on the place to collect the money it’s owed.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank claims the couple defaulted on their mortgage … and now the bank has the right to foreclose on their mansion.
Kim and Kroy are going through a messy divorce, but they're still living inside the family residence ... remember, Kroy's got the primary bedroom and Kim has the nanny suite and basement.
Truist Bank says it's well aware of the divorce proceedings, but it claims that's not enough to block its foreclosure rights.
TMZ broke the story ... in October, Kim and Kroy asked a judge to stop the bank's foreclosure auction so they could sell it on their own ... and they've slashed the price on the estate to $5.5 million.
Truist Bank says it voluntarily delayed the auction in November ... but Kim and Kroy haven't been able to sell it themselves, and now the bank is apparently getting impatient and intends to exercise its foreclosure rights so it can collect on the debt.
Meanwhile, Kim and Kroy remain at each other's throats over their finances and divorce proceedings ... that is, when they're not banging.
We reached out to reps for Kim and Kroy ... so far no word back.

Mariska Hargitay S.A. Survival Story ... Gets Praised by Advocacy Groups
-
Exclusive
Mariska Hargitay revealed this week that she's a survivor of sexual assault -- something a number of orgs advocating on behalf of victims are singing her praises over, for good reason.
The actress penned a gut-wrenching piece for People this week detailing her experience -- which detailed what she says was an outright rape committed by someone she considered a friend in her 30s. She doesn't specify when it happened, but she does remember it vividly.
She says, "I tried all the ways I knew to get out of it. I tried to make jokes, to be charming, to set a boundary, to reason, to say no. He grabbed me by the arms and held me down. I was terrified. I didn’t want it to escalate to violence. I now know it was already sexual violence, but I was afraid he would become physically violent. I went into freeze mode, a common trauma response when there is no option to escape. I checked out of my body."
Afterward, Mariska says she erased this incident from her narrative and tried forgetting it -- although, this issue is still very clearly near and dear to her heart ... evidenced in the fact that she founded the Joyful Heart Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at helping SA survivors.
Of course, there's also the fact she's been playing Det. Olivia Benson on 'Law & Order: SVU' for years now ... and her character is constantly out to catch predators of this nature as well.
Mariska has been getting praised for sharing her experience, but there are some advocacy groups in this space that wanna show her more love and appreciation ... including the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault, the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network and the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
Reps for all 4 orgs tell TMZ that Mariska coming forward continues to strip away the stigma of victims feeling afraid or ashamed to come forward and speak their truth ... noting what she's doing here is helpful to countless other people out there in the world.
Scott Berkowitz of RAINN says, "Mariska Hargitay has already done so much for survivors of sexual violence through her career and her foundation. To now share her personal story is another brave and important act, and we stand by her and all survivors who take this step."
All the groups here tell us just about the same thing -- that Mariska's recounting echoes so much of what victims go through collectively ... and that talking about it encourages others to do the same. With someone as high-profile as her speaking out, it helps pave the way.
As MH says herself, "The experience was horrible. But it doesn’t come close to defining me, in the same way that no other single part of my story defines me. No single part of anyone’s story defines them."

Todd & Julie Chrisley Sell Tennesse Estate On the DL ... $5.2 Mil Price Tag
-
Exclusive

Todd and Julie Chrisley are locked up, but still making some dough in real estate -- TMZ has learned they unloaded their Tennessee mansion months after starting their prison sentences.
Property records show the Chrisleys sold their 13,279 square foot Brentwood, TN property for $5.2 million in April 2023. The place was sold off-market, which is why the sale has flown under the radar for so long... but, even on the down-low, the buyer picked a fantastic spot.
Todd and Julie's former property comes with an indoor sports court, a professional chef's kitchen, a sprawling pool with a jacuzzi, and gorgeous architecture throughout.
It's the same place Todd spent his days on house arrest in 2022 following his guilty verdict for tax evasion and bank fraud ... while he was awaiting his sentencing.
Remember, Todd and Julie were sentenced to a combined total of 19 years in prison at the end of 2022, starting their prison time about a year ago.
BTW, they bought the huge home in 2019 for $3.375M ... so, they likely made a bit of a profit, but it doesn't look like they're pocketing any of that cash.
As part of their sentencing, they were also ordered by a judge to cough up $17.2 million in restitution for their crimes ... so this likely was to start paying down their debt. They also have another home in Nashville, but it's unclear if they sold that property as well.
Just like losing in Monopoly, folks -- just hurts more IRL!!!

Asante Samuel To NFL Owners ... You'd Be Crazy To Give Belichick GM Powers Again!!!
-
Exclusive
- 1.3K shares
Asante Samuel is sending a message to NFL owners looking into hiring Bill Belichick ... warning them, under no circumstances, do NOT give him general manager powers!!
Samuel tells TMZ Sports given the way it all ended in New England ... Belichick's next employer shouldn't even remotely entertain the idea.
"If any owner would give Bill Belichick that power again," the former Patriots star said, "that would be crazy."
Belichick, of course, held both the head coach and GM roles for New England during his 24-year tenure in Foxborough ... and despite some of the greatest success ever during that timeframe, things ultimately flamed out recently.
Samuel made it clear he believes it all shows Tom Brady was the reason for the winning in New England ... telling us straight up, "One man, one player determined your success."
And, he says that's exactly why if Belichick ends up on a new sideline next year ... he shouldn't have a GM hat, too.
Samuel also continued his questioning of Belichick's legacy ... asking just hours after it was revealed Belichick and Robert Kraft had broken up, "How does a coach fall off?"
"Here's my thing," he said. "You're a coach. You don't have to be fast. You don't have to be strong. You don't have to be agile. All you have to do is use your mind like you always been doing and coach. So if you're so great of a coach, how do you fall off? You didn't lose anything!"
That all being said, Samuel tells us he can see Belichick finding wins elsewhere -- explaining that if he teams up with Josh McDaniels again and gets "an alpha" GM in place, it all could work out.

L.A. Police Chase Driver Throws Dog from Moving Truck During High-Speed Chase
Horrifying sight in L.A. during one of those wild police chases -- as the suspect was speeding away from cops, he tossed a small dog out his window!
This piece of crap was wanted for vandalism, and led CHP officers on a high-speed chase Thursday afternoon on several different L.A. freeways ... before exiting onto surface streets in the suburb of Pomona.
The guy didn't appear to slow down at all when he shockingly threw the dog out of his vehicle, forcing the pursuing police units to swerve around the poor animal.
Unfortunately, it's unclear if the pup even survived the fall from the truck.
As for the jerk behind the wheel ... he went on to hit 2 other vehicles during the chase -- the second one being a head-on 60 mph collision that brought the pursuit to an end.
Cops quickly surrounded his truck, and shouted instructions, but he would not get out on his own. Officers eventually used non-lethal rounds to shoot out his window, and then dragged him out and arrested him.
Both of the other drivers he hit were not seriously injured and were able to walk away from the accidents.

OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenney New Video Shows Violent Altercation with BF ... 2 Months Before She Killed Him
OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney was in an explosive, physical argument with her boyfriend less than 2 months before she stabbed him to death, and TMZ has the never-before-seen video.
Courtney and Christian Obumseli were at an OnlyFans content trip in Aspen back in February 2022, when she went ballistic after she got wind Christian was flirting with other women on the trip.
You hear her go off on him and then she begins hitting and pushing him. It was enough of a scene that other models stopped in their tracks to watch.
The video, which was just unsealed by prosecutors, is part of the murder case against Courtney. She stabbed him in their Miami apartment on April 3, 2022, and prosecutors plan to use the Aspen video to show she was volatile and violent.
Courtney is claiming self-defense ... she says Christian was violent toward her and the day he died she was afraid he would kill her.
Courtney told cops she threw the knife at Christian in self-defense, but the Medical Examiner testified at her bond hearing it would have been almost impossible for someone who is not an expert knife thrower to throw and knife that plunged into someone's body.
The defense begs to differ, and has produced a video of a pig carcass where someone throws a knife at it and it does indeed stick.
The prosecution also has a video of a fight in an elevator around the same time as the Aspen fight, where Courtney beats on Christian. She says she feared him and was trying to get him out of the elevator so he did not follow her upstairs to her unit.

Tinder's co-founder, Sean Rad, has put his fat L.A. mansion on the market -- and you might be a match for it ... that is, if you're someone who's got an extra 8 figures lying around.
The dating app guru has his 10,000-plus square foot home for sale again, with a whopping asking price of $28.5 million -- and as you can imagine ... the 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms aren't the only perks of the place.
There's a lot of amenities that come with this 3-story pad -- including a pool, a full chef's kitchen, a cobblestone driveway, a full speakeasy bar, 2 fireplaces, a covered patio, a wine cellar, a gym, a library, and a private theater ... just to name a few.
BTW, Sean's estate -- being listed by some notable people in H'wood ... "Selling Sunset" stars Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald ... in case you're a fan of the show.
Sean put his home on the market back in July, asking $32M for the spot -- this after originally buying the not-so-humble abode in 2018, picking it up from Kurt Rappaport for $26.5 mil. Now he's looking for a couple mil to line his pockets.
He's obviously brought the price down since trying to sell it last summer, but it's still a profit we'd swipe right on regardless.
