Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's alleged arsonist had his mugshot publicly released Monday -- and the guy certainly appears glum.

The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office released the booking photo of Cody Balmer, who allegedly set fire to Shapiro's house while the governor, his wife, his kids and another family were inside as they celebrated Passover -- the Jewish holiday -- this past weekend. Luckily, the Shapiros and their guests made it out of the blaze alive and unscathed.

Check out the mug shot ... Balmer looks like he just lost his dog, with his droopy face and sullen eyes. Prosecutors just hit Balmer with a truckload of charges, including attempted murder, aggravated arson, burglary, reckless endangerment, terrorism and other offenses.

Don Lemon’s spilling more tea on Wendy Williams' situation at her assisted living facility -- especially the food, which apparently isn’t exactly satisfying her tastes.

The TV personality spoke to TMZ about his recent dinner with Wendy ... saying she was in great spirits and really enjoying her food -- because, as he put it, you can only imagine the grub at the Coterie in NYC isn’t exactly top-tier.

Wendy’s been vocal about feeling like a prisoner at the facility, but there are folks out there saying it’s karma for all the trash she talked about others during her career.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Taylor Armstrong is recalling the physical abuse she says she suffered at the hands of her late husband ... claiming he once fractured her face with his fist.

Taylor goes into detail about the alleged abuse in the newest episode of Investigation Discovery's new docuseries, "Hollywood Demons" ... claiming Russell Armstrong punched her on her birthday and broke her eye socket.

In a clip from the episode, obtained by TMZ, Taylor claims Russell punched her after accusing her of cheating on him with Chippendales dancers in Las Vegas.

"Dazed and Confused" actor Nicky Katt died by suicide at his home in California, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Katt's body was discovered hanging inside his L.A. area apartment by his landlord on April 8.

Our sources say the landlord visited Katt's apartment about a week earlier, telling him his rent was due, and he needed to pay it.

At 9:38 AM, after reaching its apogee, the rocket began its descent back down. By 9:39 AM, the rocket executed a "picture perfect landing" back on Earth, directly on the spot from where it launched. Then the capsule, still airborne, deployed its parachutes as it floated down. At 9:41 AM, the capsule landed in the dirt.

Lacy -- who scored nine touchdowns last season -- died on Saturday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after a police chase in Houston, TX.

Brace yourself for the shocking footage -- the Teerthanker Mahaveer University students were huddled together under a tree, desperately seeking shelter from the rain. But, in an instant,  lightning struck, sending them crashing to the ground.

One of the students hit by the lightning miraculously managed to get up and run to safety ... returning moments later with others, frantically checking on those still lying motionless.
