Diddy won a small victory in court today when a judge tossed a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer accusing him of sexual assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed five of the nine claims Rodney Jones made against Diddy ... including RICO claims, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract claims.

The court also dismissed a Trafficking Victims Protection Act claim against Diddy's company, Combs Global.

American actress Victoria Principal was in her late 20s when she first played Pamela Ewing -- the brunette bomshell who suffered from depression and jumped off a building -- in the long running old school soap opera "Dallas" back in 1978.

Joining Victoria in the drama included Larry Hagman as the self-absorbed oil tycoon, J.R. Erwing, Ken Kercheval as the self-saboteur with a troubled past, Cliff Barnes and Linda Gray as former Miss Texas and the popular southern belle, Sue Ellen Erwing.

After nine years on the series, Victoria decided to start her own production company, Victoria Principal Productions.

Miller was staying at the property as part of a family vacation when he and others in the group fell seriously ill ... per Inside Edition.

Officials in Costa Rica are now reportedly working with the Gardners to return Miller's body to the United States.

Brett Gardner -- former star of the New York Yankees -- has just announced the death of his 14-year-old son ... adding it came suddenly after he became ill along with a group of family members on a trip.

The 14-year MLB veteran and his wife, Jessica, announced the news in a heartfelt statement, released through the Yankees social media channels ... explaining their son Miller passed away Friday.

According to the Gardners, Miller and a group of other family members got sick while on vacation ... adding they have far more questions than answers at this point.

Rich stopped by "TMZ Live" Monday and, while he’s giving Lutnick the benefit of the doubt, he thinks compassion is key when it comes to Social Security -- after all, it’s people’s own money coming back to them -- and they should never be denied their benefits.

Secretary Lutnick said on a podcast last week that anyone who complains about delayed or missing Social Security payments is a "fraudster." Lutnick, who is a billionaire, said his 94-year-old mother-in-law would not call to complain if she didn't get her check this month, and explicitly said "whoever screams is the one stealing."
