A morbid, bloody and frightful Halloween display at a Texas man's home is eliciting more than gasps from his neighbors ... he's getting police visits too.

Artist Steven Novak turned the front yard of his Dallas residence into a gory scene straight out of a horror movie -- or several of them -- using dummies, props, and more than 20 gallons of fake blood.

Check it out -- there's a man killed by a chainsaw, another killed by a safe dropped on his head, one more with a knife to the skull, an apparent dead body in a bag ... and a wheelbarrow full of severed limbs!!!

Steve really went all out.

The shocking and way-too-realistic display might take the cake for 2020's best Halloween decorations, but it's also prompted several complaints from locals ... and cops have been called to the fake massacre location multiple times.

Novak says he's been home twice when police showed up, and the officers told him they just had to check it out because they received calls ... but they thought it was cool.

President Trump's rally at an Omaha airport left hundreds of his supporters feeling ice cold ... and several ended up in the hospital!!!

After Trump finished addressing a large crowd Tuesday night at Omaha's Eppley Airfield -- where he said, "Is there any place you would rather be than a Trump rally on about a 10-degree evening?" -- the bundled-up Prez got back on Air Force One and jetted off ... as temperatures got even colder.

Now, Trump was exaggerating -- it wasn't 10 degrees -- but the temp was below freezing and when his supporters had to wait to get on shuttle buses to take them back to distant parking lots, it became a major problem.

The buses were unable to accommodate for the amount of people waiting, leaving attendees standing in the cold for hours ... including many elderly folks.

Police tried to help get the most at-risk people to warmth and safety, but at least 7 people were reportedly taken to local hospitals. After waiting for hours, many people gave up on the buses and walked to their vehicles about 3 miles from the rally site.

According to the Trump campaign ... it provided enough buses for everyone, but there was a traffic jam on the 2-lane road leaving the airport after the event.

A police officer was killed during a raid on an illegal cockfighting event in the Philippines ... when a rooster with a blade on it's leg slashed the cop, causing a fatal wound.

It all went down on Tuesday when cops descended on an illegal cockfight in Northern Samar -- where the "sport" has been outlawed due to the COVID pandemic.

FYI, before COVID times, cockfighting was allowed in the Philippines (at licensed venues) on Sundays and on certain holidays.

Officials say Lieutenant Christian Bolok had picked up a rooster while collecting evidence during Tuesday's raid, when he was sliced by a steel razor blade attached to the bird's leg.

Bolok was hit in the left thigh -- with the blade reportedly slicing through his femoral artery, which ultimately caused him bleed out.

The officer was rushed to a nearby hospital but it was too late -- he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The local police chief, Colonel Arnel Apud, commented to the AFP news agency -- describing the incident as "a piece of bad luck that I cannot explain."

"I could not believe it when it was first reported to me. This is the first time in my 25 years as a policeman that I lost a man due to a fighting cock's spur."

With Amy Coney Barrett now confirmed to the Supreme Court -- as President Trump and Sen. Mitch McConnell promised -- one organization is vowing to get revenge at the polls.

Sources tell us Planned Parenthood Votes is knee-deep in voter outreach this election, and its mission is clear ... getting more women than ever before to not only vote, but specifically defeat any incumbent GOP Senators who confirmed ACB.

We're told PP's got this initiative going called We Decide 2020 -- a 50-state virtual volunteer program that aims to recruit, train and mobilize thousands of people to spread awareness about what and who is on their ballots ... as it pertains to women's reproductive rights.

Some of their targeted battleground states include Montana, Iowa, Georgia and Colorado. All of those states have GOP Senators up for re-election. We're told PP is also focusing on Presidential battleground states like Pennsylvania, Florida and Wisconsin.

The idea behind this, we're told, is to make sure another Justice Barrett situation doesn't happen. PP leadership feels ACB was rushed through, and women's rights are hanging in the balance now that SCOTUS leans conservative, 6-3.

Planned Parenthood says what Trump and the Republican Senators (only one voted against confirmation) did is a blatant power grab that threatens the causes and people it advocates for every day.

In a true sign that love knows no bounds ... a man proposed to his longtime girlfriend on the second night of protests in Philadelphia, and she said yes!!!

Maurice Small got down on bended knee Tuesday night in West Philly in front of a line of cops as a stunned and elated Tenesha Pennington looked on in disbelief ... before saying yes. It all went down as Philly residents protested the fatal police shooting of Walter Wallace Jr.

Check out the video ... if only for a moment in time, the crowd cheered as the couple embraced after Small popped the question. They've been dating for 8 years.

As we reported ... the fatal shooting of Wallace triggered protests that led to 30 cops being injured, including 1 hit by a truck. Wallace, who was holding a knife and walking toward police, was shot 14 times. The shooting sparked riots across the city.

And now an engagement too.

A crazy driver who celebrated the Dodgers championship by doing donuts in the streets of L.A. struck a cyclist during the burn-outs ... and then sped off.

It's wild video -- and scary -- you can see the car fishtailing and trying to regain control of the vehicle after it finished spinning out ... only for the driver to punch it right into an unsuspecting man who was crossing the street.

The victim is knocked into the air and falls over the top of the car as it speeds off down the street.

Miraculously, the man pops right up and limps over to the sidewalk where concerned witnesses tended to him.

The extent of his injuries are unclear. Hope he's okay. No word if cops have a license plate for the car involved.

The incident was just one of the crazy moments following the Dodgers victory -- a bunch of people flooded Downtown L.A. to celebrate by setting off fireworks, chanting ... and yes, more cars doing donuts in the street.

Cops say around a dozen people were arrested Tuesday night. There was looting at a Foot Locker on 7th and Broadway that ended with cops taking two suspects into custody.

Not everyone was violent -- there are videos of L.A. fans chanting Kobe Bryant's name as a tribute to the late Lakers legend.

Other fans set off fireworks and partied in the streets throughout the night. Obviously, there are concerns about a COVID outbreak due to the close contact and several fans not wearing masks.

But Tuesday night, most of the people celebrating didn't seem to worry about their own health and safety.

Some lucky people and also voters casting their ballots are getting a tasty reward -- even before election results -- in the form of free tacos!!!

Here's the deal ... Vote.org branded food trucks are descending on voting sites through Election Day, providing folks braving the long lines with free grub, water and voting rights info.

The treats are free to all voters and locals, as the nonpartisan org is picking up the tab. We're told it costs about $15,000 to rent the food trucks for 12 hours and dish out hundreds of meals.

The food trucks are setting up shop in Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin ... almost all of which are critical battlegrounds that will most likely decide who wins the White House.

Chris Harrison's finally cashing in on what happens after final rose ceremonies -- in theory, at least -- by helping the ladies put rings on their men.

"The Bachelor" and 'Bachelorette' host is launching his own signature line of wedding rings ... strictly for grooms-to-be. Chris hooked up with a company called Manly Bands, and the collab features wedding bands chosen and designed by Chris himself.

So, what's his style? We're told the Chris Harrison Collection is all about using unique materials. None of the usual boring bands for dudes. Instead, his 24 styles incorporate tantalum, meteorite and even dinosaur bone!!!

For your traditional types, he does have some gold and diamonds too. The rings cost from $650 to $3,500.

Chris says he's excited to "encourage men to look for exciting ways to express their love through their wedding ring."

Wild Tuesday night for the L.A. Dodgers -- they won the World Series and also ignited major COVID concerns after Justin Turner tested positive DURING THE GAME!!

The Dodgers star 3rd baseman was pulled from the game in the 7th inning -- but nobody knew why at first.

It was later revealed 35-year-old Turner had taken a COVID test that came back inconclusive on Monday. He was re-tested on Tuesday -- and that test came back positive.

As soon as the lab got the results from the Tuesday test, they informed MLB. An MLB official immediately called the Dodgers and ordered them to pull Turner, but it was already the 7th inning.

The Dodgers went on to win the game 3-1, thanks to some solid hitting from Mookie Betts.

But, as the players stormed the field to celebrate, Turner was nowhere to be found ... already in quarantine because of the COVID test.

After the game, Commissioner Rob Manfred explained ... "We learned during the game that Justin was positive. He was immediately isolated to prevent spread."

Turner did not celebrate with the team on the field -- but now there are new concerns about possible exposure to other players, coaches, staffers, etc.

ESPN's Jeff Passan reports ... when the Dodgers return to the team hotel, everyone will take a rapid PCR test.  Passan says it's unclear if the COVID news means the team will stay in Dallas ... or if they will try to travel back to L.A. Passan says the situation is "fluid."

But, the question ... how many people could have been exposed in the 8 innings Turner played on Tuesday before he was yanked??

This could be a huge problem ...

Turner later tweeted about the situation -- saying, "Thanks to everyone reaching out! I feel great, no symptoms at all."

"Just experienced every emotion you can possibly imagine. Can’t believe I couldn’t be out there to celebrate with my guys! So proud of this team & unbelievably happy for the City of LA #WorldSeriesChamps."

As for the game itself, the Dodgers battled back from a 1-0 deficit and took a 2-1 lead in the 6th inning. Mookie Betts extended the lead with a solo HR in the top of the 9th.

Final score, 3-1 ... clinching the series for L.A., 4 games to 2.

Corey Seager was named World Series MVP.

It's the first World Series title for longtime Dodgers stars like Clayton Kershaw, Justin Turner, Corey Seager, Cody Bellinger and company.

Dodgers co-owner Magic Johnson was on hand in Dallas and was going crazy when the Dodgers won. Awesome moment!

The Blue Crew had made it to the World Series in 3 of the last 4 years -- but lost to the cheating Houston Astros in 2017 and then the Boston Red Sox in 2018.

But, this was L.A.'s year ... the pitching, the hitting -- even the coaching was top notch. Shout-out Dave Roberts.

As we previously reported, the L.A. Lakers have postponed their victory parade until they get the all-clear from L.A. City and County officials due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It's likely the Dodgers will follow suit.

In the meantime, CONGRATS and get well soon, Justin Turner!

Rob Kardashian hit the football card equivalent of the LOTTERY this week -- pulling an insanely rare Tom Brady card that could be worth around $250,000!!!

Yeah, he's having a pretty good week!

Here's the deal ... Rob is a massive sports card collector who's been buying boxes of rare cards from his pals over at The Bullpen card shop in L.A.

Around 3 AM on Tuesday morning, Rob was feeling the urge to buy a case of 2020 Panini Mosaic Choice (hobby) cards -- which comes with 20 boxes.

No word how much Rob paid for the case -- but they usually run around $10,000! (It ain't exactly a cheap hobby anymore!).

Since Rob couldn't personally make it into the store, he gave the green light to the guys at Bullpen to open it on his behalf -- he even allowed 'em to stream the opening on IG Live.

And, man ... Rob hit some BIG cards!

There were some cool Tua Tagovailoa autograph cards. A super-rare Justin Herbert card. And, some Joe Burrow gems.

But, the big pull was a Tom Brady MVP Nebula parallel -- an ultra-rare 1-of-1 card that's worth a fortune!!!

Watch the video ... the guy opening the packs for Rob at the card shop (his name is Ben) immediately knows he's got a banger and loses his mind!!!

We spoke with some experts who told us the card could be worth anywhere from $50k to $250k depending on its condition (which will be graded by the PSA authentication company).

PSA looks for things like how perfectly the card is centered, the integrity of the corners and other possible flaws.

But, since this card was pulled right from the box and immediately put into a case, it's expected to get a perfect 10 grade -- which is HUGE for collectors.

The other cards are also super valuable ... we're told the Herbert card (a Black Gold parallel that's 1 of only 8) could be worth around $6,000.

The Tua autographs could fetch $5k a piece (Rob pulled two!). And, the two Burrow fusion red rookie cards are also worth a few thousand each!

As one expert tells us, "Rob crushed it!"

One of the homes that became a bloody murder site at the hands of the Manson Family is looking for a new owner ... Zak Bagans just put it up for sale.

The Los Feliz house is famous for its dark past ... it's where former owners Leno and Rosemary LaBianca were brutally murdered by Manson Family members way back in August 1969, sending shock waves throughout Los Angeles.

Rosemary was stabbed 41 times ... and Leno was stabbed 12 times. The murders came the day after Manson Family members slaughtered Sharon Tate and 4 others.

The house itself is 1,600 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's got a pool and has explosive city views.

As we first told you ... Zak bought the home last July, when it was up for sale for $1.98 million, but now he's selling.

Zak tells TMZ ... he originally purchased the property for a film production, but changed course after spending time there. He says he started to feel those tragic events should rest and ultimately canceled the project out of respect for the LaBianca family.

Heidi Klum's streak of owning Halloween is sadly coming to an end ... but that doesn't mean ya can't enjoy some of her best work over the last 2 decades.

Yes, the pandemic shutdown in the US of A has unfortunately reached its 7th month -- but who's counting -- and that means the shutdown has wiped off the super model's 21st Halloween bash. Horrible, yes. But, no need to be too terrified 'cause we've got a fun gallery showing off some of Heidi's best costumes.

English actress Veronica Cartwright was only 13 years old when she was cast as the birthday girl Cathy Brenner -- who narrowly escapes the throngs of ferocious fowl in the small town of Bodega Bay -- in Alfred Hitchcock's classic 1963 horror film, "The Birds."

Cartwright shared the silver screen with Rod Taylor as the protective older brother, Mitch Brenner, Jessica Tandy as the unfriendly mother, Lydia Brenner ... and of course, Tippi Hedren as the famous socialite with a bad reputation, Melanie Daniels.

Cartwright went on to star in a long list of TV shows and movies including other fright films and spooky shows like "The Twilight Zone," "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" and "Alien."

Walter Wallace Jr.'s family is speaking out over his fatal shooting at the hands of police in West Philadelphia ... and one of his sons is blaming it on racism.

Walter's mother and children just broke their silence after a night of violence in that city in the wake of Monday's fatal shooting. Speaking to reporters, his oldest son choked back tears trying to explain what his father meant to him.

Then he claimed it all boiled down to race -- accusing "white racist cops" of shooting his father, and raising his fist to declare "Black lives matter."

As we reported ... Walter was shot by cops at least 10 times, according to Walter's father. Police say Walter was wielding a knife, which seems evident in graphic video of the incident.

President Trump's campaign website was apparently "seized" by hackers claiming to have evidence of him trying to manipulate the election ... but the alleged hack didn't last long.

Visitors to the campaign site, DonaldJTrump.com, were greeted Tuesday afternoon by a homepage message claiming "this site has been seized." Eventually, the entire site was taken offline Tuesday evening ... according to the Daily Mail.

The message reportedly said the world "has had enough fake news spread daily by the president ... it is time to allow the world to know the truth." There were also several wild, unfounded claims about the President and the coronavirus and foreign interference in the 2020 election.

Joe Biden brought out some hip-hop allies for a COVID-safe event in A-town -- Offset and Common performed, and Outkast helped with his intro.

The Presidential candidate held a drive-in rally Tuesday in Atlanta, where dozens of cars pulled in and parked around a stage near the Cellairis Amphitheatre in Lakewood.

It was Joe's second stop of the day in the Peach State, and this one included some one-on-one time with warm-up acts.

Offset, an Atlanta-area native, performed his song, "Clout," while Common appeared to do a freestyle -- and then when Joe was intro'd, the DJ cranked up "Hey Ya!" Sure, playing Outkast feels like pandering to the ATL crowd, but hey ... just 7 days left to vote!

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and U.S. Senate candidate Jon Ossoff were also on hand to pump up the Biden/Harris ticket.
