Joe Biden brought out some hip-hop allies for a COVID-safe event in A-town -- Offset and Common performed, and Outkast helped with his intro.

The Presidential candidate held a drive-in rally Tuesday in Atlanta, where dozens of cars pulled in and parked around a stage near the Cellairis Amphitheatre in Lakewood.

It was Joe's second stop of the day in the Peach State, and this one included some one-on-one time with warm-up acts.

Offset, an Atlanta-area native, performed his song, "Clout," while Common appeared to do a freestyle -- and then when Joe was intro'd, the DJ cranked up "Hey Ya!" Sure, playing Outkast feels like pandering to the ATL crowd, but hey ... just 7 days left to vote!

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and U.S. Senate candidate Jon Ossoff were also on hand to pump up the Biden/Harris ticket.

Afterward, Biden shared some face time with Offset and Common backstage. All of them were wearing face coverings, and Joe was digging Offset's chain ... which featured a pic of Kulture.

Fashion Nova Sued Quit Hopping on Playboy's Bunny!!!

Fashion Nova's pimping a new bunny costume that looks real familiar to anyone who's read Playboy -- for the articles, of course -- at least that's the magazine's claim in a new lawsuit.

Playboy's pissed at Fashion Nova for rolling out new bunny costumes, just in time for Halloween, which it claims are plainly "an attempt to piggyback off the popularity and renown of Playboy's iconic bunny costume."

Translation: Quit bitin' our bunny!

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Playboy says Fashion Nova completely ripped off its iconic costume -- which includes cuffs, collar, bowtie, corset, ribbon name tag, bunny ears and tail -- and is selling them as Halloween costumes on its website. According to the suit, Fashion Nova's even using the description "Bunny of the Month," which Playboy says is a clear reference to its Playmate of the Month trademark.

The magazine says when the general public thinks of the Playboy brand, "one of the first things that come to mind is the Playboy Bunnies and their iconic costumes."

In the suit, Playboy says it sent Fashion Nova a cease and desist, yet it continues to market and sell the costume. Playboy's suing for trademark infringement and wants a judge to shut down all sales of Fashion Nova's bunny costumes.

We've reached out to Fashion Nova, so far no word back.

IG MODEL DEYANA MOUNIRA Sues Over Aroused Dog Photo Shoot

Instagram model Deyana Mounira claims her career was derailed by a photo shoot with an aroused pooch humping her leg ... and she's seeking legal payback against its owner.

Deyana just filed suit against Tony Toutoni, the guy who owns the Russian royal terrier seen on video humping the bikini-clad model by a pool.

According to the new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Deyana claims her promising career hit a major speed bump when Tony lured her to the April 2018 photo shoot, which she says turned out to be a scam.

In the docs, Deyana says the shoot was a bait and switch for a perverse stunt, which saw Tony encouraging his pooch to "f*** her" on camera in order to get content for his IG account ... which she labels "misogynistic."

You'll recall ... Deyana was initially sued by Tony, who claimed she sexually aroused the pooch, named Hef, by playing with its genitals. Deyana claimed she was the real victim, and said Tony was the one sexually harassing HER.

In her suit, Deyana also claims Tony falsely reported her to the FBI ... and tried to grope her while attempting to get in her in bed at the shoot location.

Deyana, through her attorneys Ben Meiselas and Dev Das, is going after Tony for money and other relief.

BTW, Tony's lawsuit was eventually dismissed, but Deyana says she racked up a hefty legal bill for her defense.

Chrissy Teigen Opens Up About Loss of Baby Boy

Chrissy Teigen says she's trying her best to move on from the death of her son, Jack ... but, understandably, she needs to pour out her heart first.

Chrissy's opening up about the devastating loss she and her husband, John Legend, suffered last month. She says she's been taking the time to read all of the messages of love and support ... and truly appreciates everyone's kindness.

It's no secret Chrissy was going through a rough pregnancy, but she reveals just how serious and dire things got before she knew her baby boy wasn't going to make it.

In her open letter on Medium, Chrissy says ... "After a couple nights at the hospital, my doctor told me exactly what I knew was coming -- it was time to say goodbye. He just wouldn’t survive this, and if it went on any longer, I might not either."

She says they tried everything, but she was finally told she would have to let go the following morning ... which she says brought on "utter and complete sadness."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Chrissy detailed the heartbreaking process of delivering Jack and saying goodbye, and how she asked John and her mother to take pictures -- no matter how tragic or uncomfortable.

She says, "I needed to know of this moment forever, the same way I needed to remember us kissing at the end of the aisle, the same way I needed to remember our tears of joy after Luna and Miles. And I absolutely knew I needed to share this story."

After Jack was delivered, she says, "I asked the nurses to show me his hands and feet and I kissed them over and over and over again."

Chrissy says she is recovering, and the horrific experience has just made her happier to have "two insanely wonderful little toddlers" she showers with love.

And, though she says the loss of Jack created a hole in her heart ... "it was filled with the love of something I loved so much. It doesn’t feel empty, this space. It feels full."

She added, "Thank you so much to every single person who has had us in their thoughts or gone as far as to send us your love and stories. We are so incredibly lucky."

Keith Raniere NXIVM Sex Cult Leader Sentenced ... 120 Years in Prison!!!

Keith Raniere -- the leader of NXIVM, a sex cult operating under the guise of a self-help organization -- will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The judge sentenced 60-year-old Raniere to 120 years in prison Tuesday in Brooklyn federal court. His sentencing came after 15 former NXIVM members confronted him over the physical and emotional abuse they endured under his guidance in the cult.

Raniere -- known as "Vanguard" to his followers and the subject of the HBO docuseries, "The Vow" -- was arrested in March 2018 for sex trafficking, but was still relatively flying under the radar until it came out that "Smallville" actress Allison Mack was linked to him and the cult. She was arrested the next month.

Mack allegedly served as Raniere's accomplice in forming the DOS group in NXIVM, which manipulated women into being branded above their pubic regions with his initials.

Raniere was convicted of wire fraud conspiracy, sex trafficking conspiracy, forced labor conspiracy, and 4 other charges for his role as leader of the cult for 2 decades.

As we reported ... Mack pled guilty in her case to racketeering conspiracy and racketeering in April 2019, and is still awaiting sentencing. She's facing up to 40 years.

She said at the time of her guilty plea ... "I must take full responsibility for my conduct. I am very sorry for my role in this case. I am very sorry to my family and to the good people I hurt through my misguided adherence to [NXIVM leader] Keith Raniere’s teachings."

Miami University Football Players Charged ... After Insane Brawl At Fraternity Caught On Video

FIGHT AT FRATERNITY

Three Miami University football players have been hit with criminal charges ... after cops say they were involved in a MASSIVE brawl at a fraternity house that was caught on video.

According to the Oxford Police Dept. in Ohio, 19-year-old TE James Bomba, 19-year-old WR Dimitri Mitsopoulos and 18-year-old DB Terrell Rush were all charged Tuesday.

Cops say they played at least some role in an Oct. 3 melee at the Theta Chi fraternity house near the Oxford, Ohio campus that left several people hospitalized.

In video of the brawl -- released shortly after the incident -- you can see the fighting was widespread ... with people tackling each other and throwing wild haymakers.

Cops said after the fracas was broken up ... a few people were hospitalized -- and one person claiming to have witnessed it all told WLWT5 that somebody was hit in the eye with a golf club and suffered a broken orbital.

Police say Bomba was ultimately charged with assault and criminal trespass; Mistopoulos was hit with 2 counts of assault, 2 counts of criminal trespass and 1 count of disorderly conduct; while Rush was charged with trespass.

The University said in a statement to WLWT5 that all 3 players have been suspended from the team indefinitely ... and they could face further school punishment going forward.

"With the OPD criminal investigation concluded, Miami has begun its investigation into the incident," school officials said. "Miami University holds its students to high standards of conduct and will not tolerate violence."

"Students who engage in misconduct face student disciplinary action up to and including suspension or dismissal."

The Miami Univ. football team is slated to open its season on Nov. 4 against Ball State.

As for what led up to the attack, several fraternity members told WLWT5 there was an incident at the house the previous night -- when members told an uninvited guest to leave.

The fraternity members believe the people who showed up the next day to fight were connected to that uninvited guest and may have been looking for revenge.

The fraternity members say some of the attackers showed up to the house wearing masks, hoodies and gloves.

In other words, the members believe the attackers showed up looking for violence.

2020 Election 'Trump Store' Collecting Ballots ... Undercover Video Shows

UNAUTHORIZED
VICE

Here's a GOP campaign HQ in California, doubling as a Trump merchandise store, AND allegedly collecting ballots -- a state violation -- according to this undercover video.

The video was shot in Newport Beach and shows "Trump Store" employees offering to collect a voter's ballot for storage in their safe. The footage was filed with a complaint made to the Orange County Registrar of Voters.

Vice obtained the video which briefly shows the inside of the store filled with Trump merch, before the lens is covered ... but you can clearly hear the conversation about collecting ballots. An employee, or volunteer, says "it's very safe" to drop off a ballot there.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla and Attorney General Xavier Becerra fired off a cease and desist to the California GOP over its use of ballot boxes. The person who filed the complaint says the video was shot after that cease and desist.

The GOP has defended using ballot boxes, claiming they are legal under the state's ballot collection law.

Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton We're Engaged!!!

Blake Shelton popped the question and Gwen Stefani had a two-word answer ... YES PLEASE!!!

Gwen announced Tuesday she and the country star are engaged after nearly 5 years of dating. She shared a picture on her Instagram locking lips with Blake while holding up her hand and the ring on her finger.

Blake shared the same picture and captioned it, "Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020... And the rest of my life.. I love you. I heard a YES!"

The "No Doubt" singer was also the one who announced their relationship back in November 2015 while they celebrated the CMAs in Nashville. They had co-starred as judges on "The Voice." Gwen, of course, filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale in 2015 and finalized their divorce later that year. Shelton announced his split from Miranda Lambert in July 2015 and they too finalized their divorce that same year.

This will be Blake's third marriage -- he was also married to longtime GF Kaynette Gern for 3 years before their 2006 divorce -- and Gwen's second marriage. Congrats!!!

Arizona Racist Busted for Telling Black Man 'This is a No N***** Zone,' Fired Too

CONFRONTING THE RACIST
Storyful
UPDATE

11:21 AM PT -- The man who said the n-word right in front of a Black man in Arizona actually told cops he said it off-camera before saying it again when the film started to roll ... this according to the police report from the incident.

UPDATE

According to the Scottsdale PD, at least a couple different officers were made aware of the altercation between Ng and Abram after the department getting a call from the owner of a nearby business getting negative threatening comments, even though the owner said she was in no way affiliated with Ng.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Remember, Ng was leaf-blowing in front of a business in Abram's video, and it seems like the owner was concerned Ng would be tied to her and the biz, and that retaliation would follow. Two officers followed up and tracked Ng down at his home.

UPDATE

According to the cops, Ng says Abram said something to the effect of a lot of racist white people being in Scottsdale -- to which Ng said he replied, "Well, not all of them are white, n*****." As for why he even bothered to approach Abram and his Black friend, Ng told cops he often keeps an eye out in the community, and takes notes of suspicious behavior and was concerned that the men were casing the area.

UPDATE

In the wake of recent looting, Ng told cops he's been extra vigilant for outside agitators ... thinking Abrams and his buddy might be one of them. Ng was apparently worried the two of them were doing "recon" scouting work.

UPDATE

When cops asked him if he realized how his comments could be perceived as inflammatory and spark a fight, officers claim Ng pushed back at first ... but ultimately said he understood but didn't see why so much energy was wasted on the incident. Didn't get him off the hook though -- because officers eventually arrested and cited him for disorderly conduct.

A racist had the gall to tell a Black man to his face that the public area he was trying to film in was a "no-n***er zone" ... and somehow walked away unscathed, at least at first.

The victim is Andre Abram, who was recording an episode for his podcast in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ last Friday with his cameraman, who's also African-American. As they were doing their thing, Abram says he noticed a guy giving 'em the eye ... who then approached.

That's when he started rolling and caught the guy's vile words on camera. The older man -- who, interestingly, is of Asian descent -- walks up casually and asks them what they're doing ... to which Abram tells him, filming on a public road, as he asks why the guy came over at all.

The man, who has since been identified as Paul Ng, then flat out tells Abram ... "this is a no-n***** zone," while going on to admit that he is, in fact, a racist. Abram disputes his claim about the area, and Ng continues to press him on where he's from and why he's there.

Abram then tells Ng to back up and step away ... he's clearly upset, but controls himself as he addresses his own camera about the situation. Ng, from across the way now, proceeds to use a leaf blower in front of a building ... which Abram assumes is his place of business.

After the fact, local reports say Ng was later arrested by police on a disorderly conduct charge after the video was posted and went viral. Turns out, he was also fired from his real estate job -- with Russ Lyon Sotheby's Int'l Realty recommending his license be revoked.

One outlet reports that Ng later expressed regret for his comment -- and said he was simply looking out for his neighborhood, as they had had "trouble" there recently.

NASCAR's Josh Bilicki Turns Race Car Into Cop Car ... to Honor Fallen Officers

NASCAR driver Josh Bilicki turned his #7 car into a replica of a police cruiser for Sunday's Cup Series race -- all to honor more than 200 cops killed in the line of duty.

Bilicki will roll out his new paint job at the Martinsville Speedway in Virginia on Nov. 1st ... and it looks pretty incredible.

It's got painted on police lights, a black and white base scene -- and the iconic "Protect & Serve" slogan across the side.

There are also more than 200 stars painted on the hood -- to represent more than 200 officers who have reportedly been killed in the line of duty in 2020.

25-year-old Bilicki -- along with his sponsor Insurance King -- have been working with The Wounded Blue organization, which helps officers who have been wounded or injured on the job ... and wanted to do something special for Martinsville.

"We came up with the idea to make the car look like a cop car because NASCAR began with bootleggers outrunning the police," Insurance King president Dan Block said

"However, when we partnered with The Wounded Blue, we ended up going one step further with this paint scheme and are dedicating this design to each police officer that lost their life in 2020."

234 police officers have died in the line of duty in 2020 -- up from 147 in 2019, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page. The uptick is mostly due to COVID-19, which has claimed the lives of 130 officers this year.

NYC Voters Lined Up Around Blocks In Person ... One Week to Go

Early, in-person voting kicked off in NYC this weekend, and a few days later -- and exactly one week out from Election Day -- there are no signs of those lines fizzling out.

Check out the scores upon scores of people in the Big Apple Tuesday, all of whom are waiting up to about 3 hours just to cast their ballot in the flesh. These shots show a Iine stretching 5 city blocks -- 58th to 63rd Streets -- near Columbus Circle in Manhattan.

NYC voters seem dead set on the age-old tradition of voting in person ... even though mail-in voting is right there for the doing.

Of course, President Trump has sown a lot of doubt and apprehension about mail-in ballots -- not to mention widespread accusations of shenanigans at the U.S. Postal Service. So, people might have reason to be concerned.

Remember, we saw people wrapped around blocks as well on Saturday ... the first day of early voting in the city. Early voting is also underway in all 50 states now -- and this year might prove to be one the biggest turnouts yet.

Kim Kardashian 40th Bday Celebration ... Private Island and Villas On Me!!!

Kim Kardashian did it BIG for her big 4-0 ... renting out a private island for a week of birthday celebrations.

Kim's guest list included ... Kris, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, La La Anthony, Corey Gamble, NBA studs Devin Booker and Tristan Thompson, plus Scott and Mason Disick. We're told Kanye West was not present for Kim's actual birthday -- he had some work commitments -- but Yeezy joined the trip for the final few days.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Our sources say Kim picked out an island that hadn't seen any COVID cases ... and she asked all her guests to quarantine for 2 weeks before the trip and get multiple tests. Smart and safe.

In addition to private beachfront villas, we're told Kim hooked her guests up with Skims pajamas, KKW Beauty products, GoPro's, waterproof disposable cameras and lots of other island essentials. Now that's hospitality!

Our sources say Kim and co. spent the entire week dancing, whale watching, swimming in lagoons, kayaking, snorkeling, playing volleyball and enjoying outdoor dinners right on the sand. Like we said -- lavish.

We're told Kim even treated everyone to a private screening of "This is 40" on the beach.

Kim got a sweet surprise herself ... sources say she was treated to an hour-long birthday video tribute featuring her four kids, old childhood friends, family members, work associates and celeb pals like Cher, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen.

Kathy Hilton Signs On for 11th Season of 'RHOBH'

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" just became even more of a family affair ... because Kathy Hilton is officially joining the show.

The sister of 'RHOBH' star Kyle Richards and former star Kim Richards -- and of course, Paris and Nicky's mother -- finalized her deal in the last week ... production sources tell TMZ.

We're told Kathy's signed on to be a "friend of the show," which means she'll make regular appearances and possibly do confessionals ... but isn't considered a full-time cast member.

We broke the story in September ... after making brief appearances in past seasons, 'RHOBH' producers made an offer to Kathy to join, but she was mulling it over. Clearly, she decided to pull the trigger.

It's unclear if her addition will lead to any appearances by her children, but production for Season 11 is underway ... so fans will find out shortly.

The Kathy news isn't the only big development on the show -- it was also just announced that Crystal Kung Minkoff will be added to the Season 11 cast list. She's the wife of "Lion King" director Rob Minkoff ... and the first Asian American to join the show.

Philadelphia Protests Violence Over Fatal Police Shooting ... 30 Cops Injured, 1 Hit by Truck

The police killing of a 27-year-old black man wielding a knife in West Philadelphia set off severe unrest in the city ... and escalated to extreme violence and chaos.

At least 30 Philly police officers were injured overnight and 33 people were arrested for rioting, vandalism and looting. A 56-year-old female sergeant suffered a broken leg and other injuries when she was struck by a pickup truck.

Philadelphia PD says she's hospitalized in stable condition, and the other 29 officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries from being hit by bricks or rocks thrown at them. Cops say multiple businesses were looted and damaged, and 5 police vehicles -- along with one fire vehicle -- were vandalized.

Protesters first clashed with cops outside a police precinct as tensions rose over the fatal shooting of Walter Wallace. Around 2:45 PM Monday, cops responded to a call of a man with a weapon.

The officers discovered Wallace brandishing a knife and acting erratically, according to Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Gripp. Footage of the incident shows Wallace walking around a parked car as the officers back away with their guns pointed at him.

Wallace appeared to move toward them and they opened fire, taking him down instantly. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.

Gripp says the officers ordered Wallace to drop his weapon multiple times to no avail ... which you can hear on the video. One witness, Maurice Holoway, says several people were yelling for him to drop the knife, but Holoway told reporters he also thinks cops could have shot him in the leg instead of shooting to kill.

Wallace's father, Walter Wallace Sr., says his son was shot at least 10 times. He told reporters his son had mental health issues and was on medication, and questioned why he had to be gunned down instead of police using non-lethal force.

Both the mayor and the police commissioner say an investigation will address what happened.

'60 Minutes' Lesley Stahl Family Gets Death Threat, Security After Trump Interview

We're told the network has guards monitoring the homes of Lesley and her family members, and escorting them if they go out in public.

Law enforcement sources tell us the death threat call was reported to LAPD around 9 AM Thursday, October 22. We're told the caller directed the threat toward Lesley and her family, and also said something about neo-Nazis.

The call came a couple days after word got out the President bailed on Lesley. That's also a few hours before Trump released the full interview ahead of Sunday's broadcast.

Stahl's "60 Minutes" interview aired Sunday night on CBS ... including her follow-up questioning of VP Mike Pence as to why the Prez walked out on her.

Pence didn't really have an answer, but it was obvious from his abbreviated interview POTUS felt Lesley was unfairly grilling him. For her part, Stahl accused Pence and Trump of insulting her show.
