Taylor Swift kicked off the latest leg of her "Eras" tour without her boo in the crowd -- Travis Kelce was busy showing love for his best friend, Patrick Mahomes, at his charity event on Thursday instead.

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar was front and center for his quarterback's "15 and the Mahomies Foundation" bash in Kansas City ... which is about 5,500 miles away from Argentina -- where Swift kick-started her string of international concerts.

There are reports Kelce will make the long trip to check out one of his lady's gigs during the Chiefs' bye week ... and that's entirely still possible -- as she has two more dates in Buenos Aires before he's gotta be back to his day job.

Tayvis has been the biggest storyline of the NFL season ... and Travis' Eagles star bro, Jason, was even asked about the tight end's plans during his appearance on Thursday Night Football -- but the guy played clueless, saying TK will "pop up somewhere."

As for Taylor, she crushed her opening night performance ... and there's one moment in particular that has Swifties freaking out -- when she sang a surprise song about "falling in love again."

The clip of Taylor's delivery during "Labyrinth" is all the proof her die-hard fans needed to determine she is, in fact, head over heels for her new man ... which, of course, had social media in a frenzy.

A McDonald's customer completely lost his s**t and went on a wild rampage, trashing one of the chain restaurants in Maryland from a drive-thru window.

The bizarre incident was captured on video and posted to TikTok, showing the furious man standing outside his vehicle at the fast food joint in White Marsh, which is about 16 miles south of Baltimore. The patron is clearly hungry and unhappy with the service he's getting.

Check out the clip ... the man reaches in through the drive-up window and grabs several drink cups and tosses them while screaming, "Shut it down right now" and "Give me some food!"

He starts pointing at the employees -- who are off-screen but shrieking in terror. Then he pushes a metal storage shelf lined with electronics and other items, watching it all come crashing down.

But he doesn't stop there ... the maniac continues to yell that he wants food, violently shaking the fallen shelf while demanding two bags of French fries in his view.

One of the workers hands him the bags of food, but the guy is still not satisfied and shouts some more until he finally slams the drive-through window shut and walks off.

During his tirade, the man also used some foul language, calling the staff a "b***h" and other names.

We've reached out to the Baltimore County Police Department to see if they're investigating ... so far no word back.

French Montana kicked off his 39th birthday in exotic fashion ... with a Moroccan-themed soiree in the L.A., where several of his fellow hip hop stars helped him celebrate.

TMZ Hip Hop got this video from inside French's party -- the theme was "Playboy Nights" -- and it was packed with plenty of decadent temptations. Live entertainment, including a sultry fire dancer and a next-to-naked DJ, did plenty to boost the vibes!!!

French clearly had a ball ... he and Offset dapped it up and posed for photos together as the bottle service was flowing -- Travis Scott made a cameo and we're told Chrisean Rock stopped through to help lead the "Happy Birthday" serenade.

Chris Brown was also in the building, and in good spirits... he dropped his 11:11 album last night but still made time to swoop in to show French love.

The crowd was partying around a candlelit pool, and a violinist armed with a glowing neon violin also performed to spice up the festivities.

Travis Barker played the drums to his baby's heartbeat while in the delivery room with Kourtney Kardashian before the kiddo was born ... and folks online are calling it a bit "ick."

The Blink-182 drummer did what he does best in the clip, shared by the man himself on Thursday ... with the caption, "Practicing to my babies [sic] heartbeat."

While some couldn't help but point out he's one of the best drummers in the game, others chimed in with their distaste for the delivery room performance -- with one saying Kourtney, who seems to be recording the vid, has to have "angel-like" patience.

Trav's TikTok prompted comments like, "I would literally be so annoyed I couldn't do it," "That would've driven me up the wall" and, "Imagine being in the room next to this."

It wasn't all bashing, though ... plenty of folks simply congratulated Travis and Kourtney on their new baby, calling the music "so beautiful."

As we reported, Kourtney and Travis left Cedars-Sinai on Tuesday after spending multiple days at the hospital ... although it's still unclear exactly what day their baby, Rocky, was actually born.

6:48 PM PT -- To add another complicated layer to this custody filing, Keke has also reportedly filed for a temporary restraining order against Darius, according to Us Weekly.

In the docs, Keke alleges there have been "many instances of physical violence" with Jackson, including one on November 5 Keke says she has on video.

Keke Palmer is gunning for full legal and physical custody of her 8-month-old child … another development in the apparent relationship breakdown with Darius Jackson.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the actress is asking a judge to give her full custody of her baby son Leodis Andrellton Jackson. Keke does not get into details as to why she's decided to file.

The petition states that Keke is willing to pay the reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth -- but she's also asking the court order Darius to assist with attorney fees and expert fees.

As we reported, the fallout between the couple seemingly started when Darius publicly insinuated Keke's choice of attire at an Usher concert in Vegas was inappropriate for a mom.

Keke doubled down on her sexy wardrobe selection with a recap on IG ... and Usher also seemed to have her back ... so Darius stood little chance of having people see things from his POV.

Tucker Carlson is open to playing GOP candidate wrangler for a debate, but the Republicans would have to be down with the parameters he'd demand ... TMZ has learned.

In case you missed this week's debate, Vivek Ramaswamy gave a full-throated endorsement for Tucker to moderate a future Republican debate, predicting it would spark a major ratings boost.

Well, sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Vivek has personally verbalized this wish to Tucker himself, and while the former Fox News firebrand likes the idea of doing it -- he's not keen about doing it on a traditional TV network.

We're told Tucker actually spoke to GOP officials about the role back in the summer, after Fox News let him go ... but he didn't want to fall back in with corporate media, which he thinks is all buddy-buddy with the RNC.

So, the only way Vivek's dream will come true is if the party approves the debate airing exclusively on X. Obviously, Elon Musk would love that, but our source adds the real benefit for the RNC could be finally landing Donald Trump ... who's been absent from previous debates.

The feeling is Tucker's involvement might prompt Trump to participate.

Tucker's potential involvement came about after GOP candidate Vivek took aim at NBC's Lester Holt, Hugh Hewitt, and Kristen Welker during Wednesday night's third battle of Republican candidates.

As it turns out, the journalists got off easy ... relative to Ramaswamy's attack on Nikki Haley, who he called "Dick Cheney in 3-inch heels."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... before authorities arrived early Monday morning, Tom Hanks' son punched the 42-year-old suspect after finding him attempting to break in around 3:00 AM. When L.A. County Sheriff's deputies got on scene they tried to slap cuffs on the man, but he kept fighting.

Eventually, they subdued him enough to get cuffs on him ... but while leading him to the car, the guy fell backward onto one of the deputies, who ended up with a broken leg!!!

Both men had to be taken to a hospital for treatment. Once he was medically cleared, the suspect was booked for burglary. As for Chet ... at least physically, he was unscathed.

Yankees shortstop Anthony Volpe is hoping to share a dugout with Shohei Ohtani next season ... telling TMZ Sports he believes New York should go after the former MVP in free agency.

"Yeah!" he said emphatically while out at the MLB Flagship Store in NYC on Thursday. "Of course!"

Ohtani is eligible to leave the Angels this year ... after he spent the last six seasons with the team turning himself into one of the biggest superstars the sport's ever seen.

And, despite undergoing a second surgery on his throwing elbow in September, Volpe made it clear to us he really wants to see the 29-year-old in pinstripes.

Ohtani is expected to stay off the mound in 2024 while rehabbing, but he is slated to be healthy enough to hit at the dish -- and many in the MLB believe he's now poised to land the biggest contract in the history of the sport.

Lynne Spears defended herself Thursday on Instagram, shooting down Britney's claim -- showing what she says are current pics of Brit's old journals and Madame Alexander dolls. Lynne says, "I'm not sure who told you I got rid of your dolls and journals but I would never do that!"

She says she knows how important they are to her daughter, adding, "They are special to me too because of the years we spent collecting them. Of course I still have your things, and I am happy to send them to you if you'd like me to."

Britney wrote in "The Woman in Me" about storing some of her personal belongings at Lynne's place in 2019, while she was at a mental health facility -- including the dolls and journals.

Robert De Niro just lost big in a New York courtroom, after a jury socked his production company with a $1.2 million judgment.

A jury shut down De Niro's claim that his ex-personal assistant, Graham Chase Robinson, embezzled from him. He had sought $6 million in damages but after 5 hours of deliberation, the jury tossed his claim.

The jury was way more sympathetic to Robinson's $12 million countersuit, awarding her $1.2 mil against De Niro's company, Canal Productions.

De Niro testified during the 2-week trial, and the jury heard about the tensions between him. The actor admitted he had called her a "f**king spoiled brat" when she failed to wake him for an important appointment. He also admitted that he asked her to scratch his back several times, but scoffed at the notion it was sexual. Robinson called it "creepy" and "disgusting."

Robinson claimed she was bullied by De Niro's girlfriend, Tiffany Chen, whom Robinson called a sociopath.

The trial, which lasted 8 days, was explosive, from start to finish.

Donald Trump doesn't forget his day 1 supporters -- Lil Pump was in attendance at the former commander-in-chief's Florida rally Wednesday night, and the "Gucci Gang" rapper got some public praise.

Trump singled him out in the crowd of 5,200 reportedly in attendance in the Miami suburb of Hialeah ... prompting Pump to stand up, collect his flowers and show off his fit ... head-to-toe MAGA!!!

JFK's assassination 60 years ago this month was not the work of a lone gunman, and Rob Reiner & Soledad O'Brien are naming names.

Rob and Soledad joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday to talk about their new podcast, "Who Killed JFK?," which debuted Wednesday. They present a compelling case -- Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone back on November 22, 1963.

The "All in the Family" star and mega-producer has been obsessed with the assassination since he was 16, when Kennedy was shot, and he's been doing deep research ever since. Rob previewed his theories with us, clearly suggesting there were rogue government officials who plotted to get JFK.

Soledad and Rob agreed ... much of the distrust Americans feel toward their government emanated from the Kennedy assassination.

There are CIA connections to the plot to kill Kennedy, and even President Lyndon B. Johnson -- who succeeded Kennedy -- had a significant role in the coverup, according to Rob.

The fascination with the assassination has hardly subsided ... there's even an auction going on to sell a portion of the infamous picket fence behind the grassy knoll.

The Tuohy family says it's doled out $138K to Michael Oher from profits it received from "The Blind Side" ... and it's now claiming it's got the receipts to prove it.

Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy shared images of the alleged payments inside new court documents filed in Tennessee this week ... insisting they show Oher received money from them in 10 separate installments.

The Tuohys said in the docs the payments began in June 2007 -- roughly two years before the blockbuster movie about Oher's life was released in the U.S. -- and most recently ended in April.

The payments to Oher, according to the docs, ranged from $117 all the way to $31,500 ... and represented an agreed upon split of the cash the Tuohys got from the "Blind Side" movie and the book that came out just before the hit flick.

"By agreement between the family members including Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, their children SJ and Collins as well as Michael Oher, the book and movie proceeds were to be split five ways," the Tuohys' attorneys wrote in court documents.

"These funds represent funds paid to Mr. Tuohy and the portion paid over to Mr. Oher."

As we previously reported, Oher had accused the Tuohys of essentially tricking him into a conservatorship ... before screwing him out of a ton of cash in the "Blind Side" deal that they negotiated -- which precipitated this week's court filings from the Tuohys.

Meanwhile, the Tuohys have consistently maintained they did nothing wrong ... accusing Oher of actually trying to shake them down for $15 million, before willingly ending the conservatorship in September.

"The Tuohy's have never received any money as conservators on behalf of Michael Oher," the Tuohys' attorneys wrote in this week's court documents, "and further never had control over any funds or any dealings on behalf of Mr. Oher during the entire term of the conservatorship."
