C.T. Tamburello, known from his time on MTV's "The Challenge," has finalized his divorce ... this coming a year after heading to court to pull the plug on their marriage.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, C.T. and his ex, Lilianet Solares, reached a settlement earlier this month -- agreeing to split custody of their 7-year-old son, Christopher Jr., and also to evenly divvy up expenses for the child.

But C.T.'s also gonna have to pay Lilianet $761.39 each month in child support ... and an additional $332.45 for each week he is working, and unable to exercise equal timesharing for their little one.

In addition, C.T. keeps their home, but will give Lilianet another $30,000 for her portion of the property's equity -- he'll also retain ownership of his company, New Leaf Investments, and she keeps her business, Solares Management.

TMZ broke the story, C.T. filed for divorce in Florida last November, following a very up-and-down relationship.

Docs filed in September showed they agreed on strict rules when it came to raising their kid -- which included them not being able to ask Christopher Jr. about the other parent while spending time with them.

11:54 AM PT -- Huge bummer for Tayvis -- the singer's second Buenos Aires date was just postponed 'til Sunday due to rain.

Unclear how long Travis Kelce was planning to stay in town ... but we take it he'll just tune in to Saturday's show.

Taylor Swift released a statement on the decision to push back the gig ... saying she loves to perform in uncooperative weather, but didn't want to put her fans in harm's way.

Guess this clears her schedule for a date night with Travis!!

Travis Kelce has touched down in Argentina -- the NFL superstar made his way to Buenos Aires in time to catch Taylor Swift's concert in just a few hours.

There were rumblings TK -- who's currently enjoying his off week from his football duties -- was planning to make the nearly 13-hour trip to South America to watch his lady rock the stage ... and now there is proof he is the ultimate supportive boyfriend, with Daily Mail snapping pics of the Super Bowl champ at the airport.

As we previously reported, the Chiefs tight end was spotted at Patrick Mahomes' charity event on Thursday ... electing to skip night one of T-Swift's international tour in order to be there for his bestie.

Taylor has attended four of Travis' games this season ... and now, it's his time to return the favor.

It's currently 3:15 PM local time ... so Travis has a few hours to relax before dancin' and singin' like crazy.

Of course, this won't be TK's first "Eras" tour experience -- he saw her live at Arrowhead Stadium back in July, and famously detailed how he wanted to shoot his shot, but never got the opportunity.

Fast forward to now ... and the two are the biggest couple in sports and entertainment.

A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with arson and other felonies after allegedly intentionally setting fire to a New York horse barn, tragically killing over 24 thoroughbreds.

The New York State Police say they responded to a structure fire at the Tioga Downs Casino complex early Thursday morning in Nichols, NY ... about an hour or two south of Syracuse.

NYSP says the blaze was catastrophic, killing more than two dozen horses in a horrific manner ... also leaving one human, who tried to save the animals, injured in the blaze. There was also thousands of dollars worth of damage.

"Over two dozen racehorses died in the fire," NYSP said.

"One person who entered the burning barn in an attempt to save horses suffered second-degree burns and was transported to Robert Packer Hospital for treatment."

The state police also sent condolences to "individuals and families that lost their beloved animals during this tragic incident."

The NYSP's ongoing investigation revealed the fire was set intentionally ... and identified Boyd H. Fenton as the suspect.

The Pennsylvania native was arrested and charged with third-degree arson, third-degree burglary, 2nd-degree assault, and criminal mischief in the second.

PETA released a statement about the devastating news ... and expects the courts to prosecute Fenton to the "fullest extent of the law."

Wynonna Judd's nerves are clearly settled -- the day after her CMA performance had fans worried about her health, she put on a great show in Texas ... with no apparent issues.

The country singer showed up and showed out for fans Thursday night at the Tobin Center in San Antonio as part of her "Back to Wy" tour.

The crowd seemed to love the show, and more importantly, she didn't seem to be giving anyone a reason to worry -- performing just like she usually does, although she did joke about forgetting some of the words at one point.

As we reported, the same couldn't be said for her performance at the Country Music Association Awards Wednesday night in Nashville ... remember, she joined Jelly Roll for his song, "Need A Favor," but then grabbed a hold of him, seemingly to stay upright.

Jelly made sure to stick by her side throughout their performance, fueling fans' belief something was wrong. After seeing the comments, Wynonna later posted a video chalking up her unsteadiness to nerves getting the best of her.

8:44 AM PT -- Keke Palmer's request has been granted temporarily until a hearing on December 5.

Keke Palmer has submitted security camera footage as part of her request for a restraining order against her ex, Darius Jackson ... which allegedly shows him physically assaulting her in her home.

As we reported, Keke went to court Wednesday seeking sole custody of her 8-month-old son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson ... but gave no details as to the grounds.

However, she also filed for a restraining order against Darius, alleging she faced "many instances of physical violence" with him -- including one as recent as Sunday.

According to new docs obtained by TMZ, Keke's now presenting footage she claims was recorded in February 2022 of Darius "chok[ing] me and body slamm[ing] me onto the stairs" after he got "violently jealous and irrationally angry over a bikini picture."

Keke claims Darius got "enraged" after showing him the bikini pic of her, despite allegedly not showing it to anyone else but him -- adding, "I simply showed it to him on my phone as I was proud of what I had accomplished."

The actress says Darius abused her over 2 days after that, with the security footage only capturing some of what she says happened -- showing Darius allegedly grabbing her around the neck and slamming her on the stairs.

Don't forget, Darius publicly shamed Keke's outfit choice at an Usher concert back in July -- over a year after this alleged altercation over a photo of her in a bikini.

Keke's mom, Sharon, has since spoken out against Darius and his brother, Sarunas ... who she claims knew Darius was abusive, but didn't do a thing about it.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have said they're separating, and we've learned they're doing pretty much everything separately, including therapy.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the estranged couple is not in marriage counseling or couple's therapy. We're told they're both in individual therapy, but nothing together at the same time.

It seems strange on the surface ... that they're not working on the issues that have driven them to separate, but we're told they are not. Multiple sources tell us ... they just want space -- to explore individually.

Our sources also tell us there are still no talks whatsoever of divorcing ... even though Kyle recently referenced their separation as a straight-up divorce, which was an apparent slip of the tongue.

One source in the know tells TMZ ... "Look, they may get back together, but they may not. They just don't know right now. They will decide at some point whether they stay married, but not now."

Kmart Australia stepped on a bag of s**t, after touting a bag used to keep Christmas ham fresh in the fridge -- a bag with the inscription, "Merry Ham-Mas."

Pretty obvious ... after the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, the colorful bag which once was just a trapping of XMAS now has another meaning ... one that has enraged some Jewish groups.

The Australian Jewish Association made its feelings clear, posting a pic of the bag with the caption, "K-MART STUFF-UP! Check out the special Christmas bag currently available via K-Mart online. Well, Kmart heard them loud and clear, because an hour later Kmart yanked the item from its site.

Two deputies are lucky to be alive after a Florida man intentionally accelerated his car and plowed into them while they were responding to a distress call from his mother.

The horrifically violent scene played out Thursday morning in suburban Tampa ... where the mother of the suspect, Ralph Bouzy, called cops to say her son was "behaving violently" at their home. Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies arrived and saw Bouzy sitting behind the wheel of car in his driveway.

Cops say Bouzy drove off, but returned 15 minutes later ... as 2 deputies were still there, standing near the foot of the driveway. A deputy's body cam captured the moment Bouzy stepped on the gas, sped up and smashed into the lawmen ... pinning one of them up against a patrol car.

After the impact, Bouzy got out of his car and walked toward other cops on the scene, refusing to surrender. He finally went down once they tasered him, and he was arrested.

It's a miracle the deputies -- Carlos Brito and Manuel Santos -- even survived the crash. Both sustained critical injuries that required surgery, and remain hospitalized.

Sheriff Chad Chronister said, "There is no other way to describe this other than an ambush. Our deputies put their lives on the line every day to protect this community and what happened today makes me absolutely sick."

Scientists are celebrating a remarkable discovery -- the Attenborough Echidna can't be extinct, as they thought it was, because it was caught on freakin' camera!!!

Check out the extremely rare find, captured on a remote camera placed by Oxford University researchers on an expedition to Indonesia. The footage shows the long-beaked creature just strolling in the woods.

Dr. James Kempton told BBC News he and his whole team got the impressive footage on "the very last SD card that we looked at, from the very last camera that we collected, on the very last day of our expedition." Point being ... the critter made one hell of an entrance.

He says his whole team was "euphoric" when they found the old timer, and rightfully so ... the Echidna -- scientific name Zaglossus attenboroughi, named after famed biologist Sir David Attenborough -- was thought to have evolved in the time of dinosaurs, about 200 million years ago.

It isn't clear exactly when the spiky mammal went extinct -- or so scientists thought -- but the only evidence of the creature was collected in 1961.

A McDonald's customer completely lost his s**t and went on a wild rampage, trashing one of the chain restaurants in Maryland from a drive-thru window.

The bizarre incident was captured on video and posted to TikTok, showing the furious man standing outside his vehicle at the fast food joint in White Marsh, which is about 16 miles south of Baltimore. The patron is clearly hungry and unhappy with the service he's getting.

Check out the clip ... the man reaches in through the drive-up window and grabs several drink cups and tosses them while screaming, "Shut it down right now" and "Give me some food!"

He starts pointing at the employees -- who are off-screen but shrieking in terror. Then he pushes a metal storage shelf lined with electronics and other items, watching it all come crashing down.

But he doesn't stop there ... the maniac continues to yell that he wants food, violently shaking the fallen shelf while demanding two bags of French fries in his view.

One of the workers hands him the bags of food, but the guy is still not satisfied and shouts some more until he finally slams the drive-through window shut and walks off.

During his tirade, the man also used some foul language, calling the staff a "b***h" and other names.

We've reached out to the Baltimore County Police Department to see if they're investigating ... so far no word back.

French Montana kicked off his 39th birthday in exotic fashion ... with a Moroccan-themed soiree in the L.A., where several of his fellow hip hop stars helped him celebrate.

TMZ Hip Hop got this video from inside French's party -- the theme was "Playboy Nights" -- and it was packed with plenty of decadent temptations. Live entertainment, including a sultry fire dancer and a next-to-naked DJ, did plenty to boost the vibes!!!

Travis Barker played the drums to his baby's heartbeat while in the delivery room with Kourtney Kardashian before the kiddo was born ... and folks online are calling it a bit "ick."

The Blink-182 drummer did what he does best in the clip, shared by the man himself on Thursday ... with the caption, "Practicing to my babies [sic] heartbeat."

While some couldn't help but point out he's one of the best drummers in the game, others chimed in with their distaste for the delivery room performance -- with one saying Kourtney, who seems to be recording the vid, has to have "angel-like" patience.

Trav's TikTok prompted comments like, "I would literally be so annoyed I couldn't do it," "That would've driven me up the wall" and, "Imagine being in the room next to this."

It wasn't all bashing, though ... plenty of folks simply congratulated Travis and Kourtney on their new baby, calling the music "so beautiful."

As we reported, Kourtney and Travis left Cedars-Sinai on Tuesday after spending multiple days at the hospital ... although it's still unclear exactly what day their baby, Rocky, was actually born.

Tucker Carlson is open to playing GOP candidate wrangler for a debate, but the Republicans would have to be down with the parameters he'd demand ... TMZ has learned.

In case you missed this week's debate, Vivek Ramaswamy gave a full-throated endorsement for Tucker to moderate a future Republican debate, predicting it would spark a major ratings boost.

Well, sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Vivek has personally verbalized this wish to Tucker himself, and while the former Fox News firebrand likes the idea of doing it -- he's not keen about doing it on a traditional TV network.

We're told Tucker actually spoke to GOP officials about the role back in the summer, after Fox News let him go ... but he didn't want to fall back in with corporate media, which he thinks is all buddy-buddy with the RNC.

So, the only way Vivek's dream will come true is if the party approves the debate airing exclusively on X. Obviously, Elon Musk would love that, but our source adds the real benefit for the RNC could be finally landing Donald Trump ... who's been absent from previous debates.

The feeling is Tucker's involvement might prompt Trump to participate.

Tucker's potential involvement came about after GOP candidate Vivek took aim at NBC's Lester Holt, Hugh Hewitt, and Kristen Welker during Wednesday night's third battle of Republican candidates.

As it turns out, the journalists got off easy ... relative to Ramaswamy's attack on Nikki Haley, who he called "Dick Cheney in 3-inch heels."

Chet Hanks must defend his house, and he'll do it with his bare fists, as a man who was allegedly trying to get into Chet's place found out the hard way ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... before authorities arrived early Monday morning, Tom Hanks' son punched the 42-year-old suspect after finding him attempting to break in around 3:00 AM. When L.A. County Sheriff's deputies got on scene they tried to slap cuffs on the man, but he kept fighting.

Eventually, they subdued him enough to get cuffs on him ... but while leading him to the car, the guy fell backward onto one of the deputies, who ended up with a broken leg!!!

Both men had to be taken to a hospital for treatment. Once he was medically cleared, the suspect was booked for burglary. As for Chet ... at least physically, he was unscathed.
