Evan Ellingson Ex-Child Star Dead at 35 ... 'My Sister's Keeper,' 'CSI'

Evan Ellingson -- a one-time child star who seemed to be on a trajectory toward major fame -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The former actor, who hasn't been on camera for over a decade, passed away Sunday at his home in San Bernardino County -- where his body was discovered in his bedroom ... this according to the coroner's office there. The exact circumstances of his death are unclear at this point ... but officials tell us that, for now, there appears to be no foul play involved.

Evan's father, Michael, was able to give us a bit more detail -- telling TMZ Evan was found at a sober-living home. We're told he'd struggled with drugs in the past, but was doing better of late -- and that his sudden passing comes as a complete shock to the family.

Ellingson is perhaps best remembered starring opposite Cameron Diaz -- playing her teenage son -- in 2009's "My Sister's Keeper." He was also well-known for his recurring role as Kyle Harmon on "CSI: Miami" ... in which he starred for a total of 18 episodes over 3 years.

He'd actually gotten his start in showbiz at the age of 13 with a small role in a TV movie as well as a guest appearance on 'General Hospital.' From there, EE went on to act in shows like 'Titus,' 'That Was Then,' 'Mad TV,' 'Complete Savages,' 'Bones,' '24' and others.

Ellingson also acted in a handful of films, such as 'Walk the Talk,' 'Letters from Iwo Jima,' 'The Bondage,' 'Confession,' 'Rules of the Game,' 'Time Changer,' 'The Gristle' and more.

Like we said, Ellingson appears to have stepped away from Hollywood ... not having any acting credits post-2010. Still, he left his mark on TV/film -- and he died quite young.

Ellingson was only 35.

Kanye West QT with Daughter North in Dubai ... No Sign of Other Kids

110623_kanye_north_kal 11/6/23
daddy-daughter day

Kanye West has been hanging out in the Middle East lately -- and now, his daughter North is there too ... chillin' with her pops in what seems to be some one-on-one quality time.

Ye's eldest kid -- who seems to like being with her dad more than her mom, Kim K -- was spotted hand-in-hand with her father this past weekend ... walking through a mall. They're surrounded by an entourage, but it seems they had some relative privacy here.

Other clips of KW and North have been floating around on social media these past few days -- looks like they might've been in neighboring Saudi Arabia as well, hobnobbing with fans.

Worth noting ... we don't see any of his other children out there -- and ditto for his wife, Bianca -- so, it seems only North's with him at the moment, which kinda jibes with the parenting style Ye shares with his children these days.

As of late, he tends to bring them along one at a time ... even though they're all usually staying with Kim in California.

Of course, it's also notable that it's North who's here with Dad ... we know she's a huge fan of his and apparently actually prefers to be with him -- at least according to KK. Remember, in a recent 'Kardashians' episode ... Kim revealed North loves Ye's ratty apartment.

That was doubly confirmed by North's costume choice for Halloween this year ... she dressed up as Kanye's famous 'Graduation' bear, paying homage to her father's music legacy.

Just goes to show ... North's a true daddy's girl, and Ye fans sure love to see it.

Jorge Masvidal Pleads No Contest To Misd. Battery ... In Colby Covington Case

UPDATE

10:00 AM PT -- Jorge Masvidal spoke outside the courthouse ... just minutes after accepting a plea deal in the Colby Covington battery case. Beef squashed?? Not exactly! 😬

SWEET FREEDOM

Jorge Masvidal struck a sweet deal with the district attorney prosecuting the Colby Covington case ... the retired UFC superstar pled no contest to misdemeanor battery, and will not serve a minute behind bars, or on probation, TMZ Sports has learned.

As a result of the plea agreement, the two felonies Jorge faced were dropped, aggravated assault and criminal mischief, according to Masvidal's attorney, Bradford Cohen.

We're also told there is no stay-away order in the plea.

According to the DA's office, the case was "adjudicated guilty," though Masvidal never admitted guilt, according to Cohen.

Masvidal had been facing over a decade behind bars.

Of course, the incident happened in March 2022 outside of Papi Steak in Miami Beach ... where Colby was having dinner with the Nelk Boys. When CC left, Masvidal was outside waiting, and the attack was on.

Covington told police Masvidal punched him twice, breaking his tooth, and even causing an alleged brain injury.

The fight outside the steakhouse came just weeks after Colby beat Jorge by unanimous decision at UFC 272 ... pitting the former best friends-turned-enemies against one another.

Colby hasn't fought since UFC 272 ... meanwhile, Jorge retired in April 2023 after fighting Gilbert Burns. Masvidal then launched his own fight promotion, Gamebred.

TERESA GIUDICE at BravoCon FIRES BACK AT FEISTY 'RHONJ' FAN ... Panel Erupts Into Chaos!!

FEUDING WITH A FAN

Teresa Giudice went full New Jersey alongside one of her 'RHONJ' costars after a fan poked the bear at BravoCon ... forcing them to tell this lady off in true trash reality TV fashion.

The 'Real Housewives' star was sharing the stage with Jennifer Aydin -- who's also on the show --- when someone in the audience asked them something out of pocket during a Q&A section Sunday in Vegas. The query wasn't very PG at all ... take a look for yourself.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

You can tell this rubbed Teresa and Jen the wrong way ... 'cause they both stood up and started mouthing off to the audience member, telling her they're good friends and that they have each other's backs -- and NOT each other's "ass*****" as this woman suggested.

That wasn't the only drama that unfolded during this panel ... later on, Teresa revealed where she stood in her relationship with her estranged brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa ... basically admitting that they were not on good terms.

BOOED AT BRAVOCON
Whitney Vasquez/RadarOnline

In a brutal swipe ... she added that her and Joe's parents were dead -- meaning, in her eyes, there's no reason to mend their relationship ... a response that got major boos.

One person she has kept in touch with, though ... her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, who now lives in the Bahamas after being deported from the States in 2019 for fraud. They're still tight, apparently.

Teresa went on to confirm her ex was doing great and that she'd be spending New Year's Eve with him in the Bahamas -- along with their daughters, of course ... as both she and Joe have respectively moved on to new significant others.

Teresa also expressed hopes for him to come back to the States because she believed he should not have gotten deported and "it wasn't fair what happened to him."

Long story short ... Teresa's time at BravoCon was about as rowdy as you'd expect.

'Simpsons' Homer Stops Strangling Bart ... 'Times Have Changed'

Homer Simpson is done strangling his son, Bart, and it all has to do with modern sentiments, it seems -- a decision by showrunners that's strongly dividing fans.

The pivot away from child abuse (albeit, in animated form) is just now making the rounds -- coming to in the 3rd episode of Season 35, titled 'McMansion & Wife,' in which HS meets his new neighbor ... and declares that he won't be choking his cartoon son anymore.

The way this becomes revealed is through a handshake, which the neighbor points out as firm -- and then Homer responds ... "See, Marge, strangling the boy paid off." He then follows up and says ... "Just kidding, I don’t do that anymore. Times have changed."

Fans took this to be a not-so-subtle hint from Disney -- which owns the 'Simpsons' IP now -- that they were retiring the long-running gag ... which has been a staple joke for years.

Before this episode ... the new masters of 'The Simpsons' had actually already toyed with the idea of Homer evolving and refraining from strangling Bart ... with Season 22 featuring Homer going to therapy and learning the harm he was causing by attacking his son.

However, in the seasons since ... HS has choked Bart on and off, and the last time he did it in the show was back in 2019/2020. Now, however, it seems like the creators are acknowledging ... it's over for good.

Of course, with Homer hanging up his strangling ways ... there's some pushback, with a handful of folks saying 'The Simpsons' has "gone woke." Others, meanwhile, are praising it.

Ramsess was declared dead at the scene with two of his daughters -- a 13-year-old and the other just 8 weeks old.

His mom, Akili, confirmed their deaths on Instagram and later revealed in a second IG post his 10-year-old son -- who was on life support -- had also passed away.

Jon Voight Calls Out Angelina Jolie ... Over Palestine Stance

110623_jon_voight_kal
PUTTING ANGELINA ON BLAST

Jon Voight is on opposite ends of the Israel-Palestine conflict from his daughter, Angelina Jolie ... and he explained in impassioned terms why he thinks she's wrong.

The actor posted a lengthy video on Instagram, in which he torches his own flesh and blood for her mostly pro-Palestine stance ... where she called for a ceasefire, and condemned Israel's bombing campaign in Gaza.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

JV says Israel is in the midst of war, and that their retaliation, by nature, will be ugly ... which he believes is justified due to the Oct. 7 terrorist attack carried out by Hamas.

As Jon puts it ... he says he's disappointed with Angie for "having no understanding of God's honor, God's truths" -- going on to call Israel's response in Gaza "justice for God's children in the Holy land. He also says this conflict can't be civil now ... it's gone too far for that.

Jon also points out a tactic that many military strategists say Hamas uses in burrowing itself among innocent Palestinians -- namely, using human shields to defend themselves.

Bottom line ... Jon is very much pro-Israel, and is nowhere near calling for peace like AJ. FWIW, JV's words here are probably falling on deaf ears ... he's estranged from his kid.

As far as his point, though ... the bodies are piling up in Gaza -- well over 9,000 now by many estimations -- and Israel is facing increased scrutiny for their cause. More and more U.S. politicians are calling for a "pause" ... including President Joe Biden and his staff.

Benjamin Netanyahu has shown no signs of giving in/slowing down ... it's full-steam ahead.

Larsa Pippen Cardi Hatin' on My Sex Life? Look, She Wasn't in Bed with Us, Ok?!?

Cardi B called BS on Larsa Pippen's lofty sex life claims months ago -- and now, more than half a year later, she's finally weighing in ... and sticking to her bedroom story.

Larsa addressed the skirmish this weekend at BravoCon during a 'Real Housewives of Miami' panel ... where the moderator brought up what Cardi said about her waaaaay back in April. It's super old news, but the dude brought it up anyway ... and LP actually responded.

ICYMI ... Larsa went on Andy Cohen's 'WWHL' and said she and her ex, Scottie Pippen, used to bang 4 times a day -- but noted even that wasn't enough to save their marriage.

Reacting to that ... Cardi went on IG live about a month later and called Larsa out for what she considered clout-chasing, not to mention tall tales of love-making. She said doing it that many times in a day means something's seriously wrong with either the man or woman.

Of course, she also took some vulgar shots ... saying Larsa needed to "stitch your p***y up."

Now, all this time later ... Larsa said this, "I don't know how can someone else comment on how many times I have sex, you guys?" she said, addressing the audience at the event in Las Vegas. "She wasn't in bed with us, so I don't know. I kind of feel like that was comical."

So, there you have it ... Larsa says it happened, and that Cardi can zip it. FWIW, Cardi hasn't brought Larsa up much since then -- so her point is moot. Carry on, folks!

Matthew Perry Chandler Supposed To Cheat On Monica ... Went To 'Friends' Writers To Get It Cut

Matthew Perry's character, Chandler Bing, on "Friends," almost had a scandal on his hands by cheating on Monica ... but we're told the actor got the whole idea scrapped.

We spoke with Lisa Cash, who appeared in the 1999 episode from season 5, "The One in Vegas: Part 1" -- telling us she got the gig as an extra, but her role on the episode was originally a lot more controversial ... or it would have been if Matthew didn't speak up.

JUST FAMILY & F•R•I•E•N•D•S

Apparently, Chandler and Lisa's character hit it off after his big fight with Monica -- going so far as to actually cheat on her with the hotel staffer.

If you watched the show, you know that's something fans would NEVER forgive Chandler for, and that's exactly what Matthew thought. Lisa says after rehearsing the scene, he went to the writers and told them to axe it.

Lisa knew having a costarring role with Matthew Perry would have been a game changer for her career, but thinks it was ultimately a good move and could have changed the course of the show.

While the whole plot got nixed, Lisa ended up staying in the episode as a flight attendant in Ross and Rachel's scene.

There's been an outpouring of love for Matthew since he was found dead in his jacuzzi last weekend ... and Lisa's echoing a lot of the kind things folks have been saying about him in the wake of his passing.

Damar Hamlin Emotional Postgame Moment First Return to Cincinnati

Damar Hamlin made his first return to Paycor Stadium since suffering cardiac arrest back in January ... and the Buffalo Bills safety was visibly emotional as he reflected on his journey in a postgame moment on the field.

25-year-old Hamlin -- a healthy scratch from the Bills' 24-18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals -- made his way onto the field after Sunday's matchup ... crouching down near the spot he collapsed and needed resuscitating last season.

"Head Clear. Blessed & Highly Favored. Thank You," Hamlin said on social media alongside a short clip of his time on the grass.

It was a special night for Hamlin -- he also embraced several Bengals players before the game ... smiling from ear-to-ear as he dapped them up.

"Tonight was everything for me," Hamlin said on X. "Y'all don’t know the half of it. Trust me."

Hamlin also took his return as an opportunity to do something really special -- announcing scholarships named after the 10 medical professionals who brought him back to life ... and enjoying a dinner with the heroes over the weekend.

GYPSY ROSE BLANCHARD First Post-Prison Outing ... Chiefs Game, Hoping to Meet Taylor Swift

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's top priority when she gets out of prison next month is a tall order -- she wants to link up with Taylor Swift, and thinks she knows exactly where to do it.

The felon, who is nearing the end of her 10-year sentence for the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee, is hoping her "Wildest Dreams" come true ... telling TMZ she and her husband Ryan have tickets for the Kansas City Chiefs game on Dec. 31.

Gypsy's scheduled to get out on Dec. 28, and she's counting on running into her idol at Arrowhead Stadium.

Realizing Tay Tay might not be there to watch BF Travis Kelce during that particular game, Gypsy has a backup plan, which is buying tickets for Taylor's October 2024 tour stop in New Orleans.

Clearly, she's determined to meet the singer, who Gypsy adoringly calls the "kick-ass chick" who's taught her the true meaning of girl power.

What's more, Tay's songs have served as massive inspo -- she says "Eyes Open" helped her push through the trauma from her mother's abuse ... which was detailed in the 2017 documentary, "Mommy Dead and Dearest."

Gypsy admits she mainly uses the commissary money her father sends to buy every TS album.

BTW, she's also a football fan, and would be thrilled to meet Travis too.

Of course, this might sound like a little pie in the sky -- Taylor sits in a luxury suite when she's at the stadium, and Travis is a little busy on game days.

Gypsy says she knows it's a long shot, but she's doing her best to manifest a tete-a-tete with her idol.

The Dove Shack Rapper C-Knight on Life Support ... Post-Stroke MRI to Come

C-Knight -- an original member of rap group The Dove Shack -- is fighting for his life, with his loved ones waiting on some key tests before any next steps ... TMZ has learned.

The MC's father, George Lee Washington Blount Jr., tells us his son was hospitalized on Oct. 18 as a result of a scary blood sugar level -- which we're told stems from his diabetes. Blount says that while C-Knight was receiving dialysis, he somehow suffered a stroke.

In addition to that, we're told C-Knight went into cardiac arrest ... and that his heart stopped, with him needing to be resuscitated by doctors. At that point, Blount says C-Knight was placed on life support -- but Blount says even more health issues surfaced amid all this.

Since the stroke and cardiac arrest ... we're told C-Knight has been in an unresponsive state, and that the medical staff has told the family there's no signs of progress they're detecting.

As for where things stand now ... Blount tells us they're waiting on a crucial MRI scan to be done, which will tell if them if there's any notable brain activity. We're told the family believes he can battle back and recover from this ... despite how grim it looks at the moment.

In the case that the scan shows no brain activity -- which is the worst case scenario -- we're told his family plans to keep him on life support for the time being ... and will weigh their options. For the time being, they're praying for a miracle, hopeful he can pull through.

The Dove Shack only released 2 albums, but they're both memorable ... especially for their impact on the West Coast G-Funk movement in the '90s, which was spearheaded by Snoop Dogg and Warren G -- both of whom are familiar with these guys, and friendly with them.

The other members, 2Scoops and Bo-Roc, are obviously tight with C-Knight -- and Bo called for everyone to send their thoughts and well-wishes his way as CK tries to bounce back.

We've lost a lot of legends in hip-hop, and almost all of them were taken far too soon. Here's hoping C-Knight doesn't become one of them and is able to make a full recovery. 🙏🏽

RAY J RUSHES MOM TO HOSPITAL ... Bad Reaction to IV Therapy

Ray J's mom, Sonja Norwood, is recovering from a bad reaction to something that's, generally speaking, good for you -- a home IV drip that turned into an emergency situation ... TMZ has learned.

The health drama unfolded when Sonja began feeling light-headed after the IV treatment ... which is meant to deliver essential vitamins and nutrients directly to the bloodstream.

It's a health and wellness trend popularized by celebs in recent years, and a few weeks ago ... Sonja decided to get in on the action.

Unfortunately, we're told there was no wellness involved that day ... as Sonja had to lie down due to sudden rapid breathing, which prompted her family, including Ray, to call an ambulance out of concern.

She got checked out at the hospital and, eventually, she was okay.

The IV therapy she got was a mix of C and B vitamins, as well as calcium and magnesium. It's meant to boost a patient's immune system, but side effects can include infection, rashes, blood clots, air embolism and more.

Back in 2018, Kendall Jenner was also hospitalized following a bad reaction to an IV vitamin drip. Some people just might be better off sticking to vitamins from a bottle.

Despite losing to Gervonta 'Tank' Davis in front of the world, Ryan Garcia will still become a boxing superstar, according to his promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, who knows a thing or two about dominating the sport.

TMZ Sports spoke with the Golden Boy ahead of Garcia's return to the ring against Oscar Duarte on December 2 (streaming on DAZN) ... Ryan's first scrap since the April L to Tank.

"I have to commend Ryan for taking this tough challenge after his defeat," ODLH said.

"[Duarte] is coming off 11-straight knockout wins. I mean, that tells you a lot about him, but it also tells you a lot about Ryan's character."

Oscar says a win over OD in December will indicate the 25-year-old boxer is back on track ... and he'll be ready to go toe-to-toe with BK's own, Teofimo Lopez, for a world title.

What happens after that is up to Garcia, according to Oscar ... but the Hall of Famer is optimistic Ryan's headed places.

"I can see Ryan Garcia opening up the Sphere in Las Vegas," ODLH said. "I can see Ryan Garcia being a superstar."

For now, Garcia is focused on showing the world he's still elite  ... and he tells us he's prepared for what 26-1 Duarte will bring to the ring.

Before this sweet girl making pottery turned into a Broadway star and an on-screen actress, she was just rollin' up her sleeves and getting her hands on some clay, growing up in Torrance, California and heading off to New York University!

Starting in 2013, she appeared as a regular on MTV's "Girl Code" and made her first recurring TV role in Hulu's "The Path", and she's no stranger to the Broadway stage -- starring in "Be More Chill" and "SpongeBob Squarepants: The Broadway Musical."

Need one more clue? Her breakout role came in 2022 alongside Michelle Yeoh.

Can you guess who she is?
