Joe Manganiello has a new bae -- a casual one, but still ... we're told he and actress Caitlin O'Connor have been getting to know each other on the heels of his divorce from Sofia Vergara.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Joe and Caitlin aren't official, but they're casually dating after meeting last month at the screening party for the second season of the HBO show, "Winning Time," in which Caitlin plays a young Dyan Cannon.

Joe and Caitlin even jumped in the jacuzzi together at the bash, albeit with other folks taking a dip too -- no solo swims here.

Joe and Caitlin were spotted leaving Gold's Gym in Venice together Wednesday, so they obviously get along well enough to get their pump on as a duo.

Drew Barrymore is offering up an emotional apology to the thousands of writers who are striking while her show returns ... but she is NOT shutting down the show.

The talk show host gave a lengthy apology on social media Friday, tearing up while taking full responsibility for the heat she's been facing since saying over the weekend her show will resume production.

She says she doesn't think there's anything she can do to make it right, and admits she didn't want to hide behind others for the decision to return. Drew claims she wasn't expecting folks to be as up in arms as they are, but wants to make it clear that she won't be breaking any rules with the show.

It's interesting, Drew isn't yanking her production but instead is explaining why she decided to move forward ... citing reasons like the ones Bill Maher had for taking "Real Time" back to the studio.

As we reported, Drew has been labeled a scab after saying on Sunday she's resuming her show, claiming she wants to "provide what writers do so well, which is a way to bring us together or help us make sense of the human experience."

SZA's runaway success following her "SOS" album last year wasn't enough for the MTV VMAs committee to nominate her for Artist of the Year ... a move Top Dawg Entertainment deemed disrespectful enough to yank her from the show.

Terrence 'Punch' Henderson told THR on Friday, he repeatedly attempted to get clarity as to why her album's 10-week run at No. 1 didn't earn her even a nomination alongside Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat, Shakira, Karol G and Taylor Swift.

SZA was nominated for other awards, and was scheduled to perform, but as Punch put it ... "Why go perform and do this if she’s not going to be respected to the highest level?"

He says that's why he effectively terminated all things VMAs for SZA this year. As far as who's really beefing ... Punch says it's all him, not SZA, harboring the animosity. He says it's not in SZA's character to hold this kinda grudge.

MTV is boasting its highest-ever VMA impressions on social media, evidence they did something right with the viewing audience -- but it wasn't good enough to get SZA onstage that night.

Jeezy is pulling the plug on his marriage to Jeannie Mai -- the Atlanta rapper filed Thursday to divorce the talk show host in Fulton County Superior Court.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jeezy filed in Georgia on Thursday … saying their marriage is "irretrievably broken," with "no hope for reconciliation."

Jeezy’s seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Monaco, and he says they have an existing prenup in place.

The news could've very well been news to Jeannie ... she recently celebrated her soon-to-be ex's book and his accomplishments on a heartfelt IG post just a week ago.

Their union was a relatively short-lived affair ... the pair got hitched in March 2021 at their Atlanta home in the heart of the pandemic.

Aaron Rodgers says tearing his Achilles on Monday Night Football was one of the worst experiences of his life ... but the New York Jets superstar is adamant he will recover from it -- and he's not ruling out a return THIS YEAR.

Fresh off going under the knife to repair his tendon, the four-time MVP joined the "Pat McAfee Show" Friday to break down his immediate reaction, recovery and his plans moving forward.

Rodgers said he dealt with "a lot of sadness, a lot of tears, a lot of dark frustration and anger" shortly after going down with the injury ... but he's been receiving a ton of love from his close friends and supporters.

"A lot of the sadness, I think initially, was just feeling like I let so many people down who believed in me, supported me, and made that transition so incredible," he said minutes ago.

Rodgers admitted he could quickly tell it was a serious situation ... but makes it clear he can overcome the ailment and get back to 100%.

"Give me the doubts," Rodgers said. "Give me the timetables. Give me all the things that you think can, should, or will happen because all I need is that one little extra percent of inspiration. That's all I need."

"So, give me your timetable, give me your doubt, give me your prognostication and watch what I do."

Rodgers explained he isn't going to curb his expectations or place limits on his recovery ... so when asked whether he could be back in time for the playoffs, he left the door wide open.

"I think as Kevin Garnett said, 'Anything's possible.'"

Hugh Jackman and his wife, Deborra-lee Furness, are calling it quits ... and it's an amicable decision that's putting an end to 27 years of marriage.

TMZ confirmed their breakup and in a statement given to People Friday, they said that they've been "blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage."

Hugh and Deborra-lee say their journey is now "shifting," and that they've decided to "separate to pursue our individual growth." They go on to mention their family always will be a top priority, and they're moving on with "gratitude, love, and kindness."

The 2 met back in 1995 on the set of the Australian TV show, "Corelli," tying the knot less than a year after that. They share 2 kids together -- 23-year-old Oscar and 18-year-old Ava.

Princess Diana's wardrobe remains in high demand -- her famous sheep sweater just sold to the highest bidder for over $1.1 million, making it the world's most expensive sweater.

An all-out bidding war erupted for the famed red and white sweater at Sotheby's Fashion Icon auction -- a 15-minute battle ended Thursday with 44 bids, jacking the price up from $190,000 to $1,143,000.

Princess Diana famously wore the sweater for the first time way back in 1981 ... helping the designers behind the garment, British brand Warm & Wonderful, explode in popularity after she was pictured wearing it on the front page of a newspaper.

The sheep sweater sat dormant in the brand's archives for decades until this March, when co-founder Joanna Osborne rediscovered it while searching for a different pattern ... and ultimately decided to auction it off.

The winning bidder walks away with Diana's sheep sweater and two letters from Buckingham Palace sent to Osborne in 1981 from the Princess' press secretary.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's efforts to dig outta their deep financial hole, amid their divorce, aren't going that well -- their Georgia home is teetering on foreclosure once again, TMZ has learned.

According to online records, their Alpharetta mansion is in pre-foreclosure again, with the pending sale date listed as November 7. It isn't technically in foreclosure yet, but it certainly appears to be heading in that direction -- indicating they've missed some mortgage payments.

As we reported, Kroy filed docs last month, asking for an emergency hearing to authorize selling their $3 million house, saying their financial woes were getting worse and the sale could cover their "significant debt."

Kroy claimed they were struggling to make their monthly mortgage payments, having to sell off his backpacks and other personal belongings to make enough cash to cover what was owed.

He says he asked Kim to sell her purses for contribution, but she refused.

Kroy claims Kim sold some bags, wigs, and other high-end items ... but added, "None of the funds garnered from the sale of these items have gone towards the mortgage, or any other bills."

Kroy claimed they weren't able to make their mortgage payment in July, presenting the prospect of foreclosure ... which is why he's pushing to unload the property.

Regarding Kroy's push to sell the house, his attorney, Maryls A. Bergstrom, tells TMZ ... "We are going to court on September 27th to request that the court order the home sold."

Don't forget, their family home faced foreclosure back in February, with the estate set to be auctioned off the following month ... but they were able to stop the sale and keep the spot through their payments.

Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert's vaping denial just went up in smoke, because new video certainly looks like she was taking a hit.

As we reported, Boebert was booted from the "Beetlejuice" musical in Denver Sunday night after she was singing along and allegedly vaping. Boebert denied she was taking hits from a vape pen, but the video seems to show otherwise.

You see her holding an electronic cigarette and placing it on her lips, then blowing smoke.

A pregnant woman behind her wasn't having it and it looks like she made her displeasure clear to the congresswoman. The woman claims Boebert shot back she was a "sad and miserable person."

The video also shows the man she was with -- a Democrat who owns a bar in Aspen -- appearing to cup and fondle her right breast.

Boebert was eventually told to leave, and she flipped off the theater staff during her exit, but not before allegedly telling ushers, "Do you know who I am? I am on the board. I will be contacting the mayor."

When Offset put the call on speaker, she quickly chimed in, "You need to be streaming every single day for 24 hours, so I can know everything you're doing!"

Diddy's star-studded new album dropped Friday and he threw a blowout bash in New York City to match the tracklist!!!

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Hip Hop Diddy rented out Sei Less NYC for his "Love Album: Off The Grid" release party ... a special occasion seeing as how the restaurant extended its usual midnight shutdown time, so the shindig could go until 4 AM!!!

The moment he entered the bash, Diddy hit up the venue's co-owner Dara Mirjahangiry for a bottle of Ace of Spades, and raised glasses with Yung Miami, Jadakiss, French Montana, Shyne, Jozzy and his sons Quincy and Justin Combs.

All the MGM Resorts hotels are still feelin' the heat from a massive hacking ... a major nightmare as weekend visitors start to hit the Las Vegas Strip.

The cyberattack went down at the beginning of this week, blocking some guests from getting into their rooms ... and spiraled into casino issues with slot machines, downed phone lines and shutting down hotel check-ins.

As bad as that was, at least it was mid-week -- a much less busy time in Vegas, but now as the weekend begins ... folks staying at MGM properties like the Aria can expect long check-in lines as the weekend warrior crowds arrive.

MGM has said it's identified a "cybersecurity issue" affecting the company's systems and is working with "leading external cybersecurity experts" to get the issue taken care of, but the issues persist.

Hacker groups like The Scattered Spider and ALPHV have claimed responsibility for the issues, but MGM has yet to confirm ... but experts say the problems the resorts are facing have all the markings of a cyberattack.

In the midst of the MGM chaos, Caesars Entertainment revealed it was hit with a similar attack not long before this one, which compromised player info. The company reportedly paid alleged hackers a $15 million ransom just days before MGM's issues started.

So, how bad is it in Sin City? Some visitors say they've gone back to their hotel room to find other people inside.

On the casino floor, slot machines that aren't broken down often aren't printing out tickets when players want to walk away. Instead, casino employees are paying them out by hand with cash!
