Nina Agdal won't have to worry about Dillon Danis posting any more sexually explicit images of her online without facing serious consequences.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, a New Jersey Court has granted Logan Paul's fiancée a temporary restraining order against Paul's upcoming fight opponent.

The docs prohibit Danis from, "posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff’s accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means."

The documents also place the same rules on people associated with Danis.

TMZ Sports broke the story, Agdal sued Danis and requested the restraining order Wednesday after weeks of social media harassment from Dillon on Twitter and elsewhere.

She specifically highlighted a sexually explicit image Danis posted on Twitter of Nina and another person from "a romantic encounter" taken more than 10 years ago.

The lawsuit stated, "Danis posted the photograph -- entirely uncensored -- from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff's consent" The docs continued, "Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."

Famed plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein is dragging a Florida plant store to court ... claiming the company made off with a bunch of plants from his home, years after he paid for them.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Lenny says he dropped thousands of dollars on plants from Threlkel Botanicals back in 2020 ... but he claims the store started removing plants and trees from his Miami mansion last week while his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein was moving out.

Lenny, who is divorcing 'The Real Housewives of Miami' star, claims he directly told the store and its owner, Jim Threlkel, not to take the plants from the property ... but Lenny says they were removed anyway.

In the docs, Lenny is crying foul ... he says removing the plants he bought amounts to theft and trespassing.

Lenny also claims Jim acted with "felonious intent and knew he was taking property he was not entitled to."

Lisa and Lenny's divorce has been pretty nasty -- he's already engaged to another woman -- and now Threlkel Botanicals is being pulled into the fray.

Lenny's going after the store to get the plants back and/or damages, and he claims those damages exceed $50K!!!

We reached out to Threlkel Botanicals ... so far no word back.

David Beckham and Marc Anthony's bromance just got a whole lot tighter ... the former soccer superstar surprised his good pal at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony Thursday -- and gave a super emotional speech.

The Inter Miami owner hid in the wings as Anthony was about to be introduced at the event ... and just before the singer's star was unveiled on the famous strip of sidewalk in Los Angeles, Beckham appeared.

Anthony was fired up to see his close friend -- and shared not one, but two long embraces with the ex-footballer.

Then, Beckham got up to the podium ... and gushed about Anthony.

Beckham revealed he used to listen to Anthony's music before every one of his Real Madrid games. He also told the crowd in attendance he learned how to salsa dance because of Anthony.

"Today, Marc," Beckham said into the microphone, "we celebrate you and everything you mean to all of us and to all of your fans around the world."

At one point, after telling Anthony he loved him, Beckham paused his speech and said, "I'm getting emotional."

The guys then shared another hug after Beckham wrapped ... before Anthony -- the godfather of Beckham's son, Cruz -- received his star.

The two are no strangers to putting their affection for each other on public display ... ever since they became friends a couple decades ago, they've shared big moments together -- including back in July, when Beckham met Anthony's newborn child.

Danny Masterson has finally been sentenced, months after he was convicted on 2 rape counts, to 30 years to life behind bars.

The "That '70s Show" star was sentenced Thursday to 30 years in a Los Angeles court. He was facing 30 years to life after being found guilty on 2 of his 3 counts ... so the sentence isn't all that surprising.

As we reported, he was convicted on the 2 counts in May, but the jury was hung on the 3rd count. He was first charged back in 2020, with the 3 women saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003 -- as he was working on his comedy series.

Remember, Masterson had a trial last October, but it ended in a mistrial a month later after the jury was unable to reach a decision. The actor's team tried to get it dismissed, but he was eventually retried and convicted.

His attorney, Philip Cohen, told us after Masterson's mistrial that the case was "about nothing other than the credibility of the three accusers and that credibility could only be determined by comparing, contrasting and focusing on the ever-evolving statements given by the women."

After being found guilty, we learned Masterson wasn't put in lockup with the general population at the L.A. County Men's Central Jail -- where he's been awaiting his sentence -- but instead was in "administrative segregation" ... where high-profile inmates like O.J. Simpson and Suge Knight have stayed in the past.

Desiigner wants to put his recent past as a mid-flight masturbator behind him ... agreeing to a plea deal that he hopes will allow him to avoid jail time!!!

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Desiigner is set to enter the guilty plea Sept. 8 agreeing to the recommended sentence of 2 years probation, 120 hours of community service, a $5K fine and a public apology to the flight attendants.

We broke the story ... the "Panda" rapper was busted after returning home on a flight from Japan where prosecutors say he told flight attendants he was "brick hard."

He allegedly dropped a jar of lubricating Vaseline in the aisle and eventually had to be monitored for the duration of the flight.

Following the incident, Desiigner immediately apologized, and claims he's attended 19 court-appointed counseling/therapy sessions since the incident ... he also says he voluntarily submitted himself for drug testing, which he says came back clean.

Desiigner's attorney is asking the judge not to impose any travel restrictions that would slow his movement as a professional musician, insisting he has tours planned for all over the world in 2023-24.

Desiigner's management team also stated he's been pouring his "heart and soul" into his upcoming music as part of his personal growth.

Ja Rule's decided 50 Cent's controversial hurling of a microphone at the head of a radio host is too sweet a moment to pass up -- so, he's rubbing the incident in his longtime rival's face!!!

NFL tight end Jimmy Graham can enter the 2023 season breathing a sigh of relief -- TMZ Sports has learned the New Orleans Saints star will NOT face criminal charges following his training camp arrest.

We're told the Orange County District Attorney's Office decided not to move forward with the case due to insufficient evidence ... meaning Graham will not have any potential legal trouble hanging over his head stemming from the Aug. 18 incident leading up to Week 1.

We broke the story -- 36-year-old Graham was arrested near a Newport Beach resort after cops say they observed him walking in traffic. When they tried to take him into custody, he resisted.

We obtained video of Graham prior to the arrest ... showing staffers chasing him as he ran through the resort grounds.

According to the arrest report, officers believed he was under the influence of a stimulant ... but the team said Graham may have experienced a medical episode, as he was taken to a nearby hospital later that night.

Graham was booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting, delaying and obstructing a police officer -- both misdemeanors -- but as of now, he's in the clear.

Graham -- who is making his return to the field after sitting out the 2022 season -- has since rejoined the team and made the 53-man roster.

Cash Money Records legend B.G. has several special conditions to fulfill now that he's released from prison after 11 years -- and his duties will benefit his community, as well as B.G. himself.

Court docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, outline the terms of B.G.'s 2 years of supervised release which make it mandatory he participate in an approved drug/alcohol treatment program ... in addition to a program designed to better orient one's life skills.

The 42-year-old rapper is also required to perform 400 hours of unpaid community service and is barred from possessing firearms and other dangerous weapons. He also must cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by his probation officer.

And, then there's his education ... the court's ordered B.G. to actively pursue a GED or vocational training equivalent in order to better set him up for future employment.

The chances B.G. will be spotted working a 9-to-5 are pretty slim. After being released into the world Tuesday, he promised fans he'd return to musical form soon enough and has been enjoying his freedom alongside Cash Money boss Birdman ... who might help him make good on that promise.

Hot Boys' rapper Turk is also waiting in the wings, telling TMZ Hip Hop ... fans can anticipate a reunion just like in the "Bling Bling" days!!!

Paqui, the company responsible for the viral "One Chip Challenge," is yanking the product off of store shelves ... in response to a teenager who died after eating the product.

The company has a statement at the top of its website, saying the challenge "is intended for adults only, with clear and prominent labeling highlighting the chip is not for children or anyone sensitive to spicy foods."

Paqui says it's seen an uptick in minors jumping in on the challenge, despite the warning label on the packaging -- adding the company's now "working with our retailers to remove the product from shelves."

The company is even offering refunds to folks who have already purchased the challenge. Unclear if it's the end of the product, or if the plan is to ditch the product and come up with a new option ... but Paqui says the product already adheres to food safety standards.

As we reported, 14-year-old Harris Wolobah died in Massachusetts last week -- according to his mother, his passing was a result of complications he suffered from consuming the chip at school.

While Harris' official cause of death is still pending, his mother claims the school contacted her on Friday about a stomach ache he had after eating the Paqui chip, but allegedly was feeling better when he got home. However, she says he collapsed and was rushed to a hospital not long after, where he was pronounced dead.

Harris' mom has been pointing fingers at Harris' school -- mainly for not taking him straight to the hospital when his stomach started hurting, which potentially could've saved his life.

Sophie Turner was struggling after the birth of her second child, and Joe Jonas was "less than supportive," so claims several sources who were around Joe after the birth.

Our sources say, after their youngest child was born a year ago July, Sophie didn't want to leave their home ... she didn't want to be photographed or go to events. Nevertheless, she attended several events with Joe, but at one specific event, several people who were there said Sophie made it clear she was uncomfortable and didn't want to be there.

Shortly after that event, there was another in which Joe attended but Sophie didn't. Our sources say Joe complained Sophie was MIA and felt she needed to get out more. It was clear to the people who were there and heard Joe ... there was a strain in the relationship.

What's interesting ... as we reported, over the last 6 months it seemed the tables had turned for Joe ... he was complaining she was too into partying.

Sources connected to Joe acknowledge "challenges in the relationship," but say Joe was supportive of Sophie getting the London acting gig.

As we reported, Joe filed for divorce Tuesday ... and the trigger for him was allegedly Ring camera audio/video of Sophie doing or saying something.

We reached out to Sophie's team but didn't hear back. Joe's rep declined to comment.

A Chipotle worker in Ohio says she's got PTSD from a customer's ballistic burrito bowl assault -- and the full spicy confrontation was caught on camera.

The incident went down in Parma, OH -- it's hard to hear exactly what the customer was arguing about, but it's safe to assume she was pissed about how her order came out Tuesday night.

Early on in the clip, another customer defends the employee who's taking the verbal beating ... the irate patron complains about waiting for their food, and the woman in gray responds, "Then go to Taco Bell!"

And, just as the back-and-forth seems to settle down, the customer slams her food into the employee's face ... completely covering her, and drawing a big reaction from onlookers.

The woman from the beginning of the clip even swoops in as the customer tries to leave, getting in a brief physical spat ... before the bowl-thrower gets outta there.

A witness claimed the customer in question left unhappy with their food and came back 5 minutes later to start yelling, according to Fox8.

The worker says she now suffers from anxiety as a result of the incident, but a witness says they were impressed by how well the employee kept her cool at the moment.

Wild scene out on a South African course this week ... a golfer was stalked by a hyena all the way through a fairway -- though, somehow, the guy managed to keep his cool the whole time.

The tense moments unfolded at Skukuza Golf Club in Kruger National Park ... when a man who was trying to get in a casual 18 was joined by an unexpected visitor after teeing off.

You can see in selfie footage that the man filmed ... a hyena walked up to him -- and then followed him closely for a couple hundred feet.

But, the golfer wasn't rattled by the animal being so close to him ... in fact, he smiled -- and even joked, "Got a new caddie on the golf course."

Eventually, despite getting within a couple yards of the golfer, the hyena turned its attention elsewhere.

While it might seem weird the dude never panicked -- the wild encounter is actually not a rare sight at the South African course ... in fact, just a couple days ago, some lions were seen chompin' on a sprinkler head near a green.

Joe Jonas got some much-needed love from his brothers during their latest concert in Arizona ... this after his 4-year marriage to Sophie Turner fizzled.

The Jonas Brothers hit the stage at Footprint Center in Arizona Wednesday night to perform for the first time since news broke that Joe filed for divorce from Sophie this week.

Check out this video, which shows Nick, Kevin and Joe pulling each other close for a group hug before launching into one of their hit songs as the packed crowd goes wild. Clearly, Joe can rely on his siblings for their support in the toughest of times.

Earlier, Joe was spotted having breakfast in Los Angeles with the two children he shares with Sophia -- 3-year-old Willa and a 1-year-old daughter, whose name has not been publicly disclosed.

As we reported ... Joe filed for divorce from Sophie in Miami Tuesday, insisting their marriage is "irretrievably broken."

The former couple released a joint statement, saying they "mutually decided to amicably end our marriage" after "four wonderful years." They have a prenup, but the terms of the agreement have not been released.

As we reported, the trigger for Joe ... he's told confidants he heard/saw something with Sophie on Ring video that was the final straw. Sources tell TMZ the marriage was on the rocks for the last 6 months, in part because of different lifestyles.

Kroy Biermann is tired of petty swipes with his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, amid their divorce, and he's making one urgent plea ... sign off on the sale of their home, STAT.

The ex-NFL star's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us ... Kim's recent on-camera suggestion that Kroy asking a court to let him put the Georgia mansion on the market was actually her idea is simply posturing ... and it's meaningless considering how dire things are.

Bergstrom says Kroy is over all the gamesmanship and simply wants what's in the best interest of everyone involved -- including their 4 children -- and that boils down to selling this house yesterday, collecting whatever equity they can and paying off a ton of debt.

Per KB's attorney, the family's deep in the hole right now -- well north of a million bucks -- and they're also on the verge of having their home foreclosed on for good ... despite Kroy's best efforts to sell personal items and make mortgage payments.

Unless they act soon, we're told, they'll be out on the streets ... with other bill collectors continuing to come after them. Bergstrom says the only way to rectify their financial situation in one fell swoop is to sell the house -- and Kroy is basically begging his wife to come to the table and sign a joint consent agreement that'll get this ball rolling.

Kroy has gone to court in the meantime since he says Kim has failed to meet him halfway -- requesting an emergency hearing to get permission from a judge directly -- but Bergstrom says all that is unnecessary if Kim just plays ball.

Bergstrom tells us Kroy isn't out to hurt Kim, nor does he want to one-up her -- right now, his only focus is protecting their children and helping the family move forward.

Bottom line ... Kroy wants to turn the page, but feels his wife has her head buried in the sand. While she's gallivanting in L.A. -- his lawyer says he's in Georgia trying to navigate their money nightmare ... and he needs her to come back to Earth to face the music.
