Kevin Costner appears to be making a statement at his divorce deposition ... showing up in all white.

The "Yellowstone" star casually strolled into Saturday's depo in Santa Barbara in an all-white ensemble, keeping it cool behind some dark sunglasses and leaving the top of his dress shirt unbuttoned.

Kevin's sitting down to answer questions under oath about his divorce from estranged wife Christine Baumgartner ... and he's got his lawyer, Disso Queen Laura Wasser, in his corner.

Christine was quite the opposite on her way into the depo ... wearing a red blouse and dark slacks, with a couple fancy bags.

She was actually scheduled to arrive for her deposition after Kevin, but she showed up about a half hour before him ... and it looks like she means business.

Remember ... Kevin and Christine's divorce has gotten extremely contentious.

Most recently, Kevin's lawyers slammed Christine over their prenuptial agreement ... as there have been some signals she's going to contest the prenup on grounds she didn't understand what she was signing.

It's a good bet Wasser is going to grill Christine over the prenup ... and there's a lot on the line for Kevin's estranged wife.

If Christine challenges the prenup and the judge enforces it, she will have to return the $1.5 million Kevin already fronted her, plus pay his attorney's fees.

Paulie Calafiore, who just got eliminated from MTV's "The Challenge: USA," is coming out as bisexual.

The reality TV star came out to GLAAD, saying he almost feels guilty about waiting so long to share his truth.

Paulie says he decided to come out as bisexual after changing his perspective ... explaining, "There might be other people that are going through this exact same thing …and maybe this is what they needed to hear and what they needed to see in order to do it themselves."

For Paulie, one of the hurdles was his upbringing as an athlete ... he says he felt pressure to be viewed publicly as a strong athlete and competitor, and that sports culture made him feel like he had to repress his sexuality.

Paulie, who is also a "Big Brother" alum, says since coming out as bisexual he's been accepted by his family and his longtime girlfriend and fellow 'Challenge' star Cara Maria Sorbello.

Cheems, one of the most famous dogs on the internet, is dead after a battle with cancer.

The viral meme dog died Friday during a surgical procedure ... according to his owners, who say he fell asleep during surgery and never woke up.

Cheems shot to fame way back in 2017 when an awkward photo of him went viral ... sparking a meme that is still shared to this day.

Also known as Pup Balltze or just Balltze, the shiba inu was famous for his love of cheeseburgers ... and he's got his own meme character, Cheemsburger.

The pup's owners say ... "Don't be sad, please remember the joy that Balltze brought to the world. A Shiba Inu with a round smiling face connecting you and me, he has helped many people during the pandemic and brought a lot of joy to many of you, but now his mission has completed."

Cheem's family believes he's in a better place now ... "running freely in the sky and having a lot of delicious food with his new friends."

Naturally, Cheems is getting a grand send-off on social media ... with the meme getting posted all over the place.

Billy Porter has three things for the Hollywood studios, producers and executives he blames for the strikes ... venom, rage and a little bit of grace.

The actor was at LAX Friday when a photog asked him about the unnamed studio exec who was quoted as saying studios are purposefully delaying negotiations with the writers and actors "until union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses."

Billy unloads ... he says he's already losing his home, and his financial situation is why there are strikes in the first place ... though he's not quite going full Ron Perlman here.

Getting emotional, Billy says the strikes aren't a game ... and he's trying to have some grace about the situation he and others in Hollywood find themselves in.

At the same time, Billy says he's tried to bite his tongue because he knows all that's going to come out of his mouth is venom and rage, which he fears will not be useful to the strike's end goal.

Billy also seems to reference some of his recent interviews, like the one where he slammed Harry Styles' Vogue cover and called Anna Wintour a bitch.

For Billy, he says he's just telling the truth and is getting dragged as a result of keeping it real.

Drake's now having books thrown at him onstage, in addition to bras ... and it sounds like a fan got lucky the page-turner didn't smack him in the face.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have totally shut down any and all communication with one another, leaving it up to their legal teams to handle everything moving forward.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us ... things got really nasty when Sam left their home, and the two haven't spoken since.

From here on out, we're told all communication, negotiations and any other business to be handled between the two will be done by their legal teams.

While totally shutting down communication might seem improbable, it's important to note the two never had kids -- so there's no need to communicate about child care, schedules, or even FaceTime calls between parents and kiddos -- making it easier to avoid talking.

US Weekly was first to report they've stopped communication.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam moved out after he believed Britney was cheating with a staffer at their home. At this time, we're told the relationship between Sam and Britney is so bad that people around them believe it's possible they may never talk again.

We were also the first to tell you there's a growing concern for Britney's well-being, as Sam was her main support system, and she's totally iced out the rest of her family.

Sam posted a statement on the divorce Thursday, writing in part, "After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together." He's also taking a lot of heat for mentioning, "S*** happens" in his statement ... as many feel he showed a lack of sincerity in how things ended with Britney.

Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin have figured out what seems to be an elusive concept in divorce generally and Hollywood divorces specifically ... parting without hate.

Jeremy and Addison both showed up for their daughter's soccer practice Friday in L.A., and at least on the surface, they seemed like a happy family.

As we reported, Addison has filed for divorce and Jeremy seems to have moved on to a new relationship with model Ashley Moore, with whom he was making out earlier this month.

More than 4 years after the bodies of at least 8 sex workers were found on Long Island's Gilgo Beach, a former escort and current stylist says she had dinner with accused killer Rex Heuermann, and she says she knew he was the serial killer.

TMZ interviewed Nikki Brass for Sunday's Fox documentary, "TMZ Investigates: Gilgo Beach Serial Murders: Missed Warning Signs," and she describes in great detail how she spent an evening with Heuermann at a Long Island restaurant, 45 miles from where the bodies were buried.

She says during their dinner in 2015, he asked if she was a fan of true crime, which she was. He then asked if she was familiar with the Gilgo Beach murders, and she said of course she was.

Then things turned ... according to Nikki, Heuermann was not so much talking about the murders as he was bragging about them. She was so creeped out, she called a friend to pick her up.

When dinner was over, Heuermann asked her to come home with him, and she declined. Nikki says he got angry and she left.

Nikki, who is now a stylist, says the way he spoke about the murders, she was convinced Heuermann was the Gilgo Beach serial killer and told many of her friends for years.

She didn't go to cops because she was on probation for a drug offense.

Britney Spears is opening up about her divorce to Sam Asghari, saying she’s a “little shocked” ... while admitting “I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly.”

The pop star posted a lengthy statement with a homemade dance video on Instagram Friday night, but she never explained why from her perspective her 6-year relationship and 14-month marriage ended with Sam, although saying she "couldn't take the pain anymore" suggests the marriage wasn't working for her either.

Still, Britney offered a window into how she's coped with everything, stating she’s been “playing it strong for way too long” and her so-called “perfect” posts on IG mask her true reality behind the scenes, noting, “I think we all know that.”

She also said she wished she could show her “emotions and tears” on how she really feels, but she always hides her weaknesses.

Britney then made cryptic references to being her dad’s strong soldier, getting fixed by doctors, needing her family most and receiving unconditional love — but “not under conditions.”

Britney wrapped it up by saying she will be strong and, as things stand now, she’s “pretty damn good.”

As we reported, Sam filed for divorce this week after getting into a blowout fight with Britney over allegations she cheated on him and physically abused him.

The two signed a prenup allowing Britney not to turn over a cent of her fortune to Sam … but our sources say that could change.

Rachel Leviss may not be coming back to "Vanderpump Rules," but that isn't stopping Scheana Shay.

Scheana is dropping a new song Friday called "Apples" ... in which some of the lyrics go like this ... "I was with you on your worst day / You stabbed me in the worst way / How you gonna lie to my face?"

Scheana wasn't done ... "And you said that we would always be friends / Party on the weekend / But then you’re gone without a trace; I thought you were grateful / I found out you’re fake, though / I hope there’s a place for friends like you."

Interesting ... saying "you're gone without a trace" suggests Scheana is completely done with her friendship with Rachel or she's pissed Rachel decided not to return to 'VPR' ... safe to assume the latter.

And get this ... Shay labels Rachel a "narcissistic psychopath" whom she "cut out like lipo."

Scheana was pissed at the time over Rachel having an affair with Tom Sandoval ... ultimately resulting in Rachel (then Raquel) getting a restraining order against her after claiming Scheana physically attacked her.

Scheana denied the whole thing, with her lawyer calling Rachel a "known liar and a cheat." As you know, Scheana won in the end -- with the whole thing eventually getting dismissed.

Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman says he's concerned about Britney Spears as her marriage with Sam Asghari comes to an end ... and he thinks something like a conservatorship could help.

We got Shawn at LAX, where he opened up about his concerns for a fellow artist, saying it's clear to him she's been in need of assistance for some time -- but it's more crucial now that she's going to be on her own.

He harkened back to the end of Britney's conservatorship -- which shut down in November 2021 -- with her dad, Jamie, getting bashed by the fan-fueled "Free Britney" movement ... but in Shawn's eyes, a conservatorship might be what she really needs.

Shawn acknowledges Brit's fans do love her, but adds, that's not enough to help her through mental illness -- he says that's where her family could be essential. Unfortunately, we know she currently has no relationship with her mother, father or siblings.

As we reported ... Sam beelined to court Wednesday to file for divorce ... and we learned he believes she was cheating on him with a staff member in their home. Sources told us Sam claims there's a video of Britney and the staffer in a compromising position.
