Selena Gomez is posting thirst traps by sea, and her organ donor, and former BFF, is doing the same by land ... with some super sexy bikini action on a beach volleyball court!!!

Francia Raisa continued her birthday celebrations Sunday in Malibu, showing off her curves -- and her scars from the kidney she donated to Selena -- as she played volleyball with friends.

It was another scorching hot summer weekend in the 'Bu, and Francia made it hotter ... leaving little to the imagination in a skimpy swimsuit that matched her sunglasses and hair.

Francia showed off her athleticism ... serving some aces and bouncing around in the sand.

The beach day capped off Francia's birthday week, which included an olive branch of sorts from Selena, who wished her well with a social media post after their recent falling out.

As we reported ... in the wake of Selena's birthday message, Francia followed her back on social media and told paparazzi there's no more beef between them.

Now that Francia's following Selena on Instagram, she's probably seen Selena's weekend thirst traps she posted from a boat ride.

Cardi B might not get away scot-free with that microphone toss in Las Vegas -- she's now listed as the suspect in a battery ... TMZ has learned.

The woman who was struck by Cardi's mic when she hurled it into the crowd at Drai's Nightclub on Saturday ... went to Las Vegas Metro PD the next day to report the incident.

She told police she'd been struck by an item -- the microphone -- thrown from the stage. Of course, the whole incident was captured on cameras during Cardi's show.

As we reported, a woman in the crowd threw some kinda liquid at Cardi while she was performing ... and the rapper snapped, immediately throwing the mic in retaliation.

The mic struck the drink thrower, but ricocheted and also hit another woman standing next to her ... as seen in the footage.

Prior to the altercation, Cardi and her DJ had implored the crowd to splash water on her to cool her off in the triple-digit weather -- but obviously, she didn't take kindly to whatever the woman threw later in the show.

We've reached out to Cardi's camp, but no word back yet.

Yung Miami's brief talk show host career has her now comparing herself to Oprah Winfrey ... albeit the City Girls rapper is proclaiming herself to be the "Black" version of the legendary journalist. 🤔

Miami makes the puzzling proclamation on an upcoming episode of "Drink Champs" ... and made it an even more confusing statement by acknowledging she knows Oprah is indeed, a Black woman.

Last year, Miami shared the "Best Hip Hop Platform" award with "Drink Champs" for her "Caresha Please" series on Revolt TV, but she's only 10 episodes deep.

Oprah was enamoring television audiences since the mid-80s ... several years before Miami was even born ... and fans told her she has a bit of catching up to do before she can be mentioned in the same breath as Lady O.

Remi Lucidi -- a daredevil known for his death-defying stunts atop skyscrapers -- has tragically passed away after he reportedly fell from the 68th floor of a building in Hong Kong last week.

He was just 30 years old.

The incident happened at the Tregunter Tower on Thursday, according to the South China Morning Post, when the thrill-seeking Frenchman allegedly snuck up to the top floors of the residential high-rise.

Lucidi -- who went by "Remi Enigma" on his social media pages -- was climbing the tower ... when he somehow got stuck outside. Per the Post, he was last seen tapping on a window, pleading for help.

A maid who had seen him outside of the building reportedly called cops ... though he fell to his death before authorities arrived.

Officers found his camera at the scene ... and it reportedly contained images of him doing extreme sports stunts. Cops, meanwhile, are still investigating the matter.

Lucidi had gained fame over the years for the way he took photos of himself in daring situations across the world, including many of him on top of buildings in Poland, Bulgaria, and even a bridge railing in Portugal.

In fact, one of his last Instagram posts before his death appeared to show him at the top of a skyscraper in Hong Kong.

Fans of his work paid tribute to the stuntman following his passing ... with one commenter writing on his IG page, "Rip brother 🙏🏼 Sad news no one ever wants to hear about a fellow explorer."

There's evidence Cardi B should've anticipated a fan tossing liquid on her in Las Vegas ... because she actually asked the crowd to douse her with water and cool her off!!!

Additional scenes from inside Cardi's Drai's Beachclub performance from her Saturday show demanding the crowd to throw water on her in between songs because she was "dying" from the triple-digit desert temps -- it got up to 105° that day, so hydration was a must.

Cardi's DJ also encouraged the crowd to hose her down and she didn't care where they soaked her -- she even bent over, and directed fans toward her, umm ... WAP!!!

Now, Cardi was very clearly asking for H2O only to be thrown at her. It's hard to tell what was in the cup that was thrown when she went completely ballistic, but the operating theory is it was booze, and not just water. BTW, the fan has been extremely apologetic since the whole thing went down.

That said, one fan is claiming Cardi clocked her with the mic, despite not being the one who threw the drink ... which could prove to be a slippery situation down the line.

Now we know why Kyle Richards has been in Aspen at the same time as her good friend country star Morgan Wade ... Kyle's spreading her wings and producing a documentary on Morgan's life.

Morgan performed Sunday night at Belly Up in Aspen ... and everyone in the audience signed releases allowing the footage shot to be used in a production.

We've learned the production puts the spotlight on Morgan's life ... the highs and lows -- from her rise to stardom to overcoming substance abuse. It also focuses on the 28-year-old cancer issues -- she has a gene that makes her at high risk for ovarian and breast cancer. She'll be getting a double mastectomy in November -- presumably the doc will chronicle that journey.

Kyle is not only the executive producer of the doc, she appears on camera as well. And, Kyle was actually shooting footage of the concert during Sunday's show.

54-year-old Kyle is venturing into new territory, producing and whatnot. Congrats!

Lady Gaga has finally broken her silence on the passing of Tony Bennett, with whom she was incredibly close ... and that's reflected in her moving tribute to the legend himself.

The singer posted a photo of herself and Tony, writing ... I will miss my friend forever. I will miss singing with him, recording with him, talking with him, being on stage together. With Tony, I got to live my life in a time warp. Tony & I had this magical power."

Gaga goes on to say that she felt like she was in another era while performing with Tony -- and goes on to describe valuable life lessons he imparted to her in a variety of ways.

She also adds this ... "I've been grieving the loss of Tony for a long time. We had a very long and powerful goodbye. Though there were 5 decades between us, he was my friend. My real true friend. Our age difference didn’t matter -- in fact, it gave us each something neither of us had with most people. We were from two different stages in life entirely--inspired."

The daughter of two-time Super Bowl champion Bruce Collie, Devyn Reiley, was tragically killed during an airshow this weekend ... when the plane she was flying crashed into Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin.

According to authorities, Reiley's World War II-era T-6 Texan plummeted into the body of water at around 9 AM on Sunday ... while it was participating in the AirVenture Oshkosh 2023 event.

It's unclear what caused the accident ... though one witness told NBC 26 the aircraft began "spinning" before it splashed down in the lake.

"I thought they were doing a trick at first," the witness added.

One other passenger on the plane, a 20-year-old man, was also killed, authorities said.

The NTSB is investigating the matter.

Collie -- who won Super Bowls XXIII and XXIV with Joe Montana in the 1980s -- appeared to address the tragedy on his Facebook page on Sunday evening, writing, "I trust You my King…. ALL THINGS to work together for good…" He posted two photos of Reiley inside a cockpit as well.

Just days prior to the crash, Collie had glowed about Reiley's passion for flying ... saying in a social media post that he was "so proud" of her.

"God is so cool to give her a family that is ALL aviation…" Collie wrote. "thank you Reiley’s  for being the family that she was destined for…"

Britney Spears won't see her kids before they leave the mainland ... the boys are all set to move to Hawaii with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, without saying bye to their mother.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney and Kevin's two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, are moving to Hawaii Tuesday with K-Fed and his wife, Victoria.

Britney hasn't seen her kids in well over a year, and we're told that's not going to change before Kevin moves the boys out of California, where their mother lives.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin was encouraging the boys to see Britney before they left, but he wasn't going to force them to sit down with their mom if they weren't up for it.

Our sources say Kevin's relieved Britney didn't fight the move in court, and he feels she did the right thing by allowing the boys to relocate to Hawaii.

Madonna is counting her lucky stars, thanking the people closest to her for pulling her through what appears to have been a critical illness that threatened her life.

The legendary pop star posted a lengthy statement on Instagram, reflecting on a severe bacterial infection that landed her in ICU. She posted photos of her with two of her six children: David and Lourdes. (Her 4 other kids are Rocco, Mercy, Estere and Stella.)

Madonna wrote, "Love from family and friends is the best Medicine" ... "As a Mother you can really get caught up In the needs Of your children and the seemingly endless giving."

She went on ... "But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me. I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference."

The singer also expressed gratitude for her manager, Guy Oseary, who gave her a touching gift after her medical emergency -- a Polaroid of Keith Haring sporting a jacket emblazoned with the face of Michael Jackson.

The picture, Madonna says, was snapped by Andy Warhol and it made her realize how "lucky I am to be alive" and "how fortunate I am to have known these people and so many others who are also gone."

Selena Gomez is surrounded by water, but it hasn't quenched her thirst, because she posted some smokin' hot pics on vacay!!!

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kenya Moore's changing her tune -- she's now sending well-wishes to Kim Zolciak ... after previously claiming Kim might be lying about her divorce/no-divorce drama.

We got Kenya in NYC, where she said seeing the police body cam footage of Kim and Kroy Biermann during a domestic dispute made her rethink the situation.

After seeing them hurl accusations at the cops, Kenya says divorce just isn't an easy thing to navigate, especially with kids involved.

Kenya, who's been going through her own divorce since 2021, still questions how legit Kim's "divorce" filing really was -- but she's seen enough to send her best to the Biermanns, regardless.

Neal McDonough might need a realtor ... we've learned he was stopped and questioned by sheriff's deputies while driving around and knocking on doors, but he says he was just looking for his next home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department got a call earlier this week about a man behaving suspiciously around a Westlake Village neighborhood.

We're told the person who called said the man was driving around, getting out of his car and knocking on some doors. The caller was concerned he was casing the area, and up to no good.

Of course, Neal's got a knack for playing bad guys really well (see "Minority Report") -- maybe too well since his mere appearance freaked out the caller.

Anyway, we're told deputies responded and made contact with the door knocker, only to realize he was Neal.

Law enforcement says Neal was super nice and told the deputies he was looking for a house to buy and was just checking out the neighborhood. Anyway, after a friendly chat -- kind of like the one Neal had with us on the TMZ Celebrity Tour -- it was clear no crimes were being committed.

"Blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol" -- Jamie Foxx, T-Pain, and now, Paul Pierce ... 'cause the Celtics legend is opening up on his infamous stripper video that led to his ESPN firing -- saying he was boozin' hard the night he accidentally streamed his scandalous party on Instagram.

Pierce gave Lance Armstrong the lowdown on the whole controversy in the latest episode of the hit Fox celebrity competition show, "Stars on Mars" ... and he downplayed the whole incident -- even though he lost his TV gig over it.

The Truth explained he was playing poker at his friend's birthday party ... and there was "a lot of alcohol" involved.

"It was a big whole controversy," the Hall of Famer told Lance. "I mean it wasn't nothing illegal, but it was just girls ... girls shaking their ass."

Lance somehow knew nothing about the controversy ... so when he asked how the video even saw the light of day, Paul had to admit it was all his doing.

"I accidentally did, my dumb ass."

Lance hilariously scolded the hooper ... saying, "Bitch, how old are you?!"

Pierce enlisted fellow contestant Tinashe to vouch for the harmfulness of the clip ... and she said it wasn't all that bad on its own, but context had her understanding why it was such a big deal.

Of course, ESPN quickly parted ways with Pierce after the video went viral ... but he's seeing the silver lining in getting the boot, saying, "Maybe I wouldn't be on Mars if that didn't happen. See? Everything happens for a reason."

Former actor Jonathan Morgan Heit was only 8 years old when he played the role of Patrick -- the young boy who loves nothing more than creating bedtime stories -- in the comedy/family film "Bedtime Stories" back in 2008.

Jonathan shared the screen with Adam Sandler as the hotel handyman and main babysitter, Skeeter, Russell Brand as Skeet's scruffy friend and hotel employee, Mickey and Keri Russell as the elementary school teacher who also babysits the children, Jill.

After portraying his character as Patrick, Jonathan appeared in two rom-com films in 2010: "Valentine's Day" with Julia Roberts and Anne Hathaway and "Date Night" with Tina Fey and Steve Carell.
