Madonna is movin' and groovin' on camera for the first time since her serious bacterial infection sent her to the ICU ... dancing to one of her hits on a very big career milestone date.

The 64-year-old singer was breaking it down Thursday to her track, "Lucky Star" -- the first song on her self-titled debut album, which she's wishing a happy 40th birthday.

Madonna says, "To be able to move my body and dance just a little bit makes me feel like the Luckiest Star in the world!" She goes on to thank all her fans, saying they're pretty lucky, too.

She's seemingly recovering really well, based on those moves -- as we reported, Madonna was in a battle for her health after an infection and being unresponsive and intubated in the ICU.

She got out of the hospital, and we saw her earlier this month out and about in NYC -- she also broke her silence on her medical crisis by letting her fans know she'd have no choice but to push back the start of her world tour ... which was set to start this month.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are finally in agreement on one thing -- they both want to try squashing their legal war over the winery they once owned together ... and their willing to do it out of court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Brad and Angelina have agreed to mediation as a means to settle their dispute over French vineyard Chateau Miraval ... which is potentially a big development in this bitter legal battle.

The wine dispute's been brewing for a while ... as we first reported, Brad claims Angelina double-crossed him by secretly selling her interest in the winery to a Russian oligarch in 2021, and now Brad's suing her to undo the deal.

Remember ... Brad and Angelina bought Chateau Miraval in Correns, France way back in 2008, when they were still happily married.

Brad's claimed he invested a ton of time and money in the vineyard over the years, though also acknowledging Angelina ponied up 40% of the original $28.4 million purchase price, and he's claimed they always had an understanding neither could sell off their interest without the other's consent.

As we've reported, Angelina went to court in July 2021 and told a judge she had reached an agreement to sell her interest to an unnamed person ... and Brad says in September 2021 he agreed to allow Angela to move forward with a potential sale, while making it clear he would still reserve the right to give a thumbs up or down to the proposed buyer.

Cut to a few months later, when Brad says he was shocked to learn a subsidiary of the famous vodka company Stoli Group, controlled by Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, bought Angelina's interest in the vineyard -- so, he sued in an attempt to get a judge to undo the deal.

With all the nastiness between Brad and Angelina over the years, it will be interesting to see what comes out of the mediation.

Maybe we can all get along, but also ... maybe don't hold your breath.

Kylie Jenner says she doesn't want her daughter, Stormi, to go under the knife to get breast implants ... but also admits she had that very surgery years ago and now regrets it.

KJ got candid about her boob job on the season finale of "The Kardashians," telling her pal Stassie Karanikolaou she got her breasts done at 19 -- something she's never confessed before -- just before having her first kiddo.

It's a decision she's definitely looking back at differently now, and really hopes her 5-year-old daughter doesn't follow in momma's footsteps as the years go on -- saying she'd be "heartbroken" if she did, because she's beautiful as she is.

ICYMI, Kylie addressed a long-running rumor on last week's episode that she got a lot of surgery on her face ... saying she's gotten fillers, but that's about it.

The reason that was even addressed on the show is because the Kardashians, in general, have been criticized for inspiring millions of Americans to get cosmetic surgeries, for better or worse, often attempting to achieve the same look as Kim, Kylie and co.

So, it's interesting Kylie's turning her boob job confession into a teachable moment for her daughter, and possibly for young women everywhere.

The wife and children of alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann are back at the family home on Long Island ... the very house cops believe might have been the scene of the grisly murders.

TMZ obtained these images of the suspected killer's wife, Asa Ellerup, and his 32-year-old son, Christopher ... looking somber as they returned to their Massapequa, NY home for the first time since Rex was taken into custody in connection with some of the Gilgo Beach killings.

Heuermann's wife and son milled around the front porch and then sat down on a bench together and, not shockingly, appeared to get emotional.

Police previously searched the home -- roughly 15 miles from Gilgo Beach -- and even dug up the backyard in their quest for any evidence linking Heuermann to the killings.

Investigators are digging into a theory Heuermann might have murdered victims in the home while his family was out of town.

Heuermann has so far been charged with 3 murders ... though 11 sets of human remains have been found at Gilgo, including those of multiple sex workers, a man, and a toddler.

There have been a lot of chilling details surfacing since Heuermann was arrested ... like the former escort who claims she went on a date with him while the murders were happening, with Heurmann allegedly bringing up the case in an oddly enthusiastic manner.

LeBron James is breaking his silence on Bronny's medical scare ... assuring fans his family is "safe and healthy," and sharing his appreciation for all the support over the past few days.

"I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers," the Lakers superstar tweeted on Thursday morning. "We feel you and I'm so grateful. Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love."

"Will have more to say when we’re ready," James added, "but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us! #JamesGang👑"

Bronny initially suffered cardiac arrest on Monday ... while he was working out at USC. He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center -- but, thankfully, he's been making steady progress ever since.

It's unclear what caused the issue and when Bronny will be able to return home -- but when he does eventually get out ... several people who have suffered similar medical emergencies have already said they'll be there for him if he needs them.

LeBron's former teammate, Ronny Turiaf -- who needed open-heart surgery in 2005 -- said he'd be "always available" to talk.

Shareef O'Neal, meanwhile, said he too would be down to chat with Bronny -- revealing Thursday he's already reached out to his good friend.

New details have emerged in the death of Sinéad O'Connor … the singer was discovered unconscious inside a London home and police do not believe foul play was a factor.

Scotland Yard says cops responded Wednesday morning to a report of an unresponsive woman at a residence in the southeast part of the UK capital. When officers arrived, they found Sinéad already dead, but they tried to revive her, though nothing could be done. The coroner will perform an autopsy to determine Sinéad's cause of death.

Best known for her 1990 smash hit "Nothing Compares 2 U," Sinéad had reportedly moved back to London recently after leaving the city 23 years ago and was preparing to go on tour in 2024.

In the last few years, Sinéad's life was marked by tragedy, including the death of her 17-year-old son, Shane, who died by suicide in January 2022. All of it had a negative impact on Sinéad and troubled her deeply.

Back in March, Sinéad was seen smiling from ear to ear while accepting the Classic Irish Album award at the RTÉ Choice Music Prize in Dublin.

Bullfighting star Andrés Roca Rey -- aka the "Messi of Matadors" -- suffered gruesome injuries during a show in Spain on Tuesday ... after he was terrifyingly gored by a 1,100-pound beast.

The horrifying incident happened at the Santiago de Santander Fair ... when Roca Rey was attempting to lure a bull through his cape.

The matador stared down the animal for several seconds ... but when it finally charged -- it ended up catching Roca Rey right in the thigh. It then took him for a scary ride.

The bull tosses Andrés in the air ... before ramming him into the stadium's boards. The bull then appears to stick its horns in the man -- before turning its attention to other matadors who had jumped in to help.

Roca Rey's teammate, Cayetano Rivera Ordoñez, jumped in the ring and managed to divert the bull's attention away from Roca Rey but was then gored by the bull as well suffering a fractured rib.

Reportedly, Roca Rey was taken to the hospital with wounds to his knee -- and bruises on his neck, face, and legs.

Fortunately for the fighter, however, he avoided life-threatening wounds ... and took to Instagram just hours later to thank his teammate and fellow matador Cayetano Rivera Ordoñez who jumped in to save him and was attacked and gored by the bull as well, suffering a fractured right rib.

OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney had security guards right outside her front door while she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death, but security did nothing about it ... so say the lawyers for the BF's estate.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, security at the luxury apartment building in Miami was notified about a fight going down inside the couple's unit on April 3, 2022 -- the same day Christian was killed.

Attorneys repping Christian Obumseli's estate say guards knocked on their front door and even heard yelling coming from inside, but they just stood outside for 12 minutes and didn't do anything to break it up ... despite what they say was a long history of past disturbances and complaints from neighbors.

The estate claims by the time Courtney opened the door, security saw her and her dogs covered in blood with Christian lying unconscious on the floor.

The estate insists the building and its security were well aware of Courtney and Christian's explosive relationship, saying the building got its first complaint about a domestic dispute between them back on move-in day in January -- months before the fatal incident -- and claim the building got flooded with complaints over time.

According to the docs, Courtney even notified the building's general manager in late March that she had been recently diagnosed with "a severe borderline personality disorder."

The estate lawyers are saying the building should have known at that point that she was "extremely volatile and aggressive," adding that if they'd intervened sooner, Obumseli could have survived.

Tori Kelly says her alarming medical emergency -- passing out in a restaurant and discovering potentially life-threatening blood clots -- left her scared and heartbroken.

The singer gave an update to her fans Thursday morning, jumping on X to say the past few days have been tough, but also saying she's feeling a lot stronger and hopeful.

Tori goes on to say, "There are still some things to uncover." The 30-year-old singer is referring to the blood clots in her legs and near her lungs.

We're told doctors also discovered some clots near her heart ... and, as a result, she remains in the hospital while doctors try to figure out what caused them and how to prevent them in the future.

Despite her health being a priority, Tori says she isn't gonna let her health scare derail the release of her upcoming EP, "tori," which is still coming out Friday. She says the new songs represent "the happy place I've been in the last few years."

TMZ broke the story, the Grammy-winning artist was at dinner with her pals Sunday night in DTLA when her heart rate increased and she collapsed. Her friends put her in a car and zoomed to Cedars-Sinai, instead of taking an ambulance to a hospital downtown.

Hulk Hogan and his fiancée had a romantic night out on the town after the WWE legend proposed this week ... and her engagement ring is HUGE!!

TMZ Sports broke the story -- Hulk and Sky Daily, his lady of a year and a half, are slated to tie the knot after he got on one knee at a restaurant in Tampa.

Fresh off the awesome news, the happy duo decided to celebrate with a dinner at Latitude 28 in Clearwater ... and they were both in great spirits as they showed up at the JW Marriott.

Hulk rocked his usual bandanna, t-shirt, and chain for the date ... and future Mrs. Hogan went for a patterned shirt and tight brown pants -- and, of course, her shiny, new accessory.

Mick Jagger is 80 now, but he's the youngest 80 you've ever seen -- the rock legend celebrated the milestone birthday with a party filled with a slew of other entertainment legends.

The Rolling Stones lead singer was boogying Wednesday night into the wee hours at the London nightclub Embargo Republica with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Lenny Kravitz, bandmate Ronnie Wood, "Elvis" director Baz Luhrmann and Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie.

Mick also brought the fam along to enjoy the festivities. Among those in attendance were his fiancée, Melanie Hamrick, ex-wife Jerry Hall, daughters Georgia May and Elizabeth, and his younger brother, Chris.

After all these years, Mick showed he still hasn't lost a step and he looked the part, too. He wore a dark green suit with a black polka-dot satin shirt, a pair of black trainers and a scarf wrapped around his neck.

Paparazzi snapped photos of Mick and his celeb friends and family as they left the club after getting their fill of fun.

The Cubs vs. White Sox game on Tuesday night was a bit of snooze ... but in the stands, it was anything but that -- 'cause several fans of both teams beat the hell out of each other during a wild melee.

The action actually happened inside of a suite at Guaranteed Rate Field as the Cubbies were rolling over their crosstown rival, 7-3, on the diamond ... and you can see, there were so many people involved in the rumble, it looked like a WWE match in the box.

Both men and women clad in Cubs and Sox jerseys were in the mix ... throwing punches and kicks with regularity.

At one point, one woman violently swung her foot into another's face three straight times.

Eventually, however, bystanders pulled the combatants away from each other -- and order was restored.

It's unclear if any arrests were made.

President Biden is gearing up for an epic battle to retain The White House, but we've learned he's put the brakes on going to a critical area to fill his campaign coffers -- Los Angeles.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Biden will not come to the L.A. area until the actors' and writers' strikes are resolved. There's still 15 months left before the election, but with strikes that seem to have no end in sight, it could become problematic.

Biden has a long history of supporting unions, and the Hollywood strikes are no different. He said back in May, "I sincerely hope the writers' strike in Hollywood gets resolved and the writers are given a fair deal they deserve as soon as possible."

Here's how significant L.A. and, California is to Biden's campaign. He raised more money in CA than any other state in 2020 -- $105.5 million -- and that represented 21% of money raised for the campaign.

His spokesperson said earlier this month, "The President believes all workers, including actors, deserve fair pay and benefits," adding, "The President supports workers' right to strike."

L.A. County is a huge part of that equation. In 2020 Biden held 20 virtual fundraisers, some at $25,000 a head. One fundraiser alone raked in $2.7M. Celebs like Cher, Jennifer Garner, Barbra Streisand and Cyndi Lauper hosted some of the events.

Our sources say some very rich folks are already offering their homes for big Biden fundraisers this time around ... again, for $25,000 a pop. But we're told, "Nothing has been scheduled. There are no events planned so far, but they will happen when the strikes are over."

We're told Biden feels it's unseemly to raise this kind of money from the Hollywood community when lots of industry folks are struggling.

An industry source with decades of experience in many areas of Hollywood is convinced ... this strike will be over by the end of the year and probably before. But the clock is starting to tick.

Shareef O'Neal has already offered to help Bronny James in his recovery from his cardiac arrest ... revealing this week he's actually spoken with LeBron's son -- making it clear he'll be there for the 18-year-old if and when he needs assistance in his road to recovery.

Shaq's son, of course, survived his own heart health scare back in 2018 -- when he had to undergo a scary surgery to fix an irregularity in his ticker.

He told Good Morning America on Thursday that getting back to 100 percent following the procedure was anything but easy ... explaining that, initially, he couldn't even walk.

"What is my future looking like," he remembered wondering during his first days out of surgery. "That's when I kind of realized, I don't know if basketball is ever going to be an option again."

O'Neal, though, eventually returned to the court at full strength ... and he says his dad's words -- which he's now passing on to Bronny -- helped tremendously in getting back.

"He's like, 'If you make it out of this, you'll be the baddest man on the planet,'" Shareef said of Shaq's advice. "And that kind of just builds a fire up in you and makes you want to go back and get it."

It's unclear how similar Bronny's situation is to Shareef's -- few details surrounding the cause of James' medical emergency on Monday have been released -- but sources close to the situation have told TMZ he's doing well enough now that both LeBron and Savannah are feeling "relieved."

From here, however, it'll likely be a hard road for Bronny to get back on his feet and potentially return to USC's basketball team ... but Shareef made it abundantly evident he's going to do everything he can to help.

Drake took a big bite out of the Big Apple this week, performing at Madison Square Garden to sold-out crowds and partying into the wee hours with some of his famous friends.

Drake, Travis Scott and French Montana popped into the rooftop lounge at the Dream Hotel in Manhattan after Drake's Wednesday night gig at The Garden. Not surprisingly, the trio was the center of attention, wowing all the guests.

Check out the video, obtained by TMZ, which shows Drake walking around and mingling with security shadowing him. Drake was also spotted chilling with a hot blonde -- and the two seemed to be having a good ol' time together.

Then there was Travis, who hit the DJ booth and grabbed the mic to say a few words before spinning some tunes. We're told Travis took a break at one point to go hang out with his buddy, French.

French arrived with a small posse and was seen texting, yapping on his phone and kicking it with his peeps.

Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, is pulling the plug on her second marriage ... filing for divorce from her actor husband, Richard Lawson, after 8 years of marriage.

Tina beelined it to court Wednesday and filed for divorce ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

She lists the date of separation as Tuesday, and Tina is rolling with the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Tina and Richard tied the knot way back in April 2015 ... and they did not have any children together.

Of course, Tina has two kids with her first husband, Mathew Knowles ... Beyonce and Solange.

In the docs, Tina is asking the court to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to her or Richard.

Tina's apparently changed her name to Celestine Lawson when she married Richard ... and now she wants to have her named restored to Celestine Knowles.
