50 Cent is forecasting a grim future for Los Angeles over its no-bail policy ... going so far as to say the City is "finished."

The New York rapper posted the biting message on Instagram, writing, “LA is finished watch how bad it gets out there. SMH [shaking my head].” He accompanied his one-liner with a Fox 11 Los Angeles post detailing the reinstatement of the policy two months ago.

Per the reg, the L.A. County Sheriff's Department will no longer detain people accused of battery, vandalism, theft, narcotics use and other non-violent offenses. Plus, anyone arrested for these crimes will automatically be released without paying bail and before arraignment.

You may recall ... during the COVID pandemic, L.A. imposed a no-bail rule to prevent overcrowding in jails for fear of spreading the virus. In July 2022, the policy expired ... but now it's back.

Clearly, Fitty is no fan ... and he certainly isn't mincing words.

Momma Dee just wanted to do some shopping, but ended up in an ambulance ... after someone allegedly slammed into her parked car, and then drove off.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star tells TMZ ... she was going to a Sephora store in Atlanta Wednesday when she was injured in a hit-and-run.

Momma Dee says she parked on a busy street and her car was struck by another driver right as she was going to get out of her vehicle. She says the car that hit her was a black Ford sedan, and it kept on going after the collision.

TMZ obtained video of Momma Dee being treated in an ambulance ... as well as photos of the car damage and her injuries. Momma says the bumps, bruises, and scratches are minor.

Leonard Fournette was driving like a madman before his car burnt to a crisp last month ... moving at high rates of speed and racing a motorcyclist -- at least, that's according to a new police report, obtained by TMZ Sports.

In the Florida Highway Patrol documents ... cops say a witness came to them with the allegations shortly after Fournette revealed his car had been destroyed while on a Hillsborough County highway on June 27.

In the docs, cops say the witness told them he had been driving northbound on I-275 ... when Fournette's black Dodge passed him "at a high rate of speed."

The witness, according to the report, then stated "he observed the vehicle and [a] motorcycle to be racing and changing lanes." He stated he observed the vehicles "racing when fire then erupted from the bottom of" Fournette's car.

In the report, cops state the witness told them Fournette then slowed down and pulled over -- while the motorcyclist kept on moving.

Fournette, however, told a much different story to cops ... in the report, officers say the NFL star "stated he has been having problems with the vehicle as of late" -- before it erupted in flames on the 27th.

Fournette -- who had seemed to love the car, posing inside of it in one recent social media post -- said of the incident on his Instagram page, "Man it was one of those days today, but I would like to thank God, my car caught on fire while I was driving, But I am still blessed."

We've reached out to Fournette for further comment, but so far, no word back yet.

"Snowfall" star Damson Idris' home was subject to a burglary earlier this month ... but we're told the damage the thieves caused in the home outweighed what they got away with in goods.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the alleged thieves broke into Damson's L.A.-area house July 3, smashing a glass door to get inside.

We're told they eventually left with Damson's small safe, but the joke's on them -- because our sources say it only held about $500 worth of stuff ... though it's not totally clear what was inside.

What's more, we're told the suspects did more damage breaking in and stealing the safe than what they took home -- telling us it's about a $2K bill to fix what was busted.

LAPD is investigating the incident -- we're told cops will be reviewing the security cameras in the house and will be checking out neighbors' videos too. So far, no arrests have been made.

American actress Annabeth Gish was just 17 years old when she played the role of Kat -- the reserved pizza waitress and babysitter preparing to study astronomy at Yale University -- in the rom-com movie "Mystic Pizza" back in 1988.

Serving fresh pies in the small town of Mystic also included Julia Roberts as Kat's older and friskier sister, Daisy, who falls in love with the preppy, rich boy (played by Adam Storke), Lili Taylor plays Jojo, who is afraid to marry and settle down, and Conchata Ferrell as the Mystic Pizza owner, Leona.

Harry Styles has his fans abuzz with excitement at the possibility that he's dating Taylor Russell -- and based on where she was this weekend ... they may be on to something.

TMZ has obtained photos and video that show the actress watching Harry's Vienna concert Saturday night in what appears to be a VIP tent of some sort. More than just that, though, it also seems to be an area where HS's team might've been handling BTS concert duties.

As you can see, Taylor -- who's pictured with the bob cut and white dress -- is sitting next to a guy, who's got an electronic device and monitors in front of him. Looks like he might be Harry's stage manager or something ... and that he was pulling the levers of the show.

Taylor's sidled up alongside this fella ... and she's also dancing the night away as Harry performs. In between songs, TR was chatting with the crew member -- taking it all in.

Looks like she was there for the entirety of the show ... and her appearance here dovetails with photos of her in Vienna, with a guy that stans are certain is actually Harry. On Saturday one such photo appeared to show her wearing this exact outfit and rocking the same 'do.

And yet on Sunday, even more purported footage of the two of them walking around the city began circulating as well ... sending the Harry brigade into a full frenzy over the chance that he may have a new love interest in his life. Indeed, they're quite happy about it.

The dating rumors actually began last month, when Harry was spotted walking with Taylor in London ... and seemingly holding her hand too. Now, it appears she's accompanying him on tour, at least partially anyway. Unclear if she'll be going to his other European dates.

Like we said, the Harries (as they're known) are flipping their lid over this would-be couple ... and, unfortunately, it comes at the expense of Olivia Wilde, who Harry dated last year.

Needless to say, his fan base wasn't totally thrilled with that pairing ... as the collective feeling, it seems, was that being with her brought a lot of drama he might not normally have around him ... if not for her. Yes, we're referring to Florence Pugh, Jason Sudeikis, etc.

Anyhoo, they're all broken up now ... and on its face, it looks to us like he might already be moving on to someone else -- who also happens to be closer to him in age ... FWIW.

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz have a lot of air to clear in the aftermath of Scandoval -- and they were doing just that this weekend ... while cameras were rolling, no less.

TMZ has obtained footage of the two "Vanderpump Rules" stars and business partners seemingly hashing out their issues Saturday night at none other than their own establishment ... TomTom in West Hollywood.

As you can see, they're seated across from each other and engaged in what looks to be a fairly serious conversation -- with Sandoval giving Schwartz a bit of a death stare here.

And yes, there's a film crew around them as well ... with cameras pointed right at them, so this will almost certainly be featured in the upcoming season -- which they're obviously shooting right now. Now, when it comes to what exactly they were saying ... it's anyone's guess.

You can't quite make out the convo from the audio in our clip -- but ya gotta figure they were discussing the fallout of Sandoval's cheating with Raquel Leviss ... which has been dogging him for months now, and which came to a head during the recent reunion episode.

Schwartz seems to have tried to distance himself from Sandoval of late -- but since they're both back on the show ... their paths were going to cross again eventually. BTW, we're told this intense chat between the Toms ended abruptly with Sandoval leaving and Schwartz staying behind ... who then continued talking with Lisa Vanderpump, sans any cameras.

In between this ... eyewitnesses tell us Schwartz didn't seem all that fazed by whatever happened with Sandoval, 'cause the dude was taking selfies with fans -- looking chill.

Mark Ronson just clarified that his praise of the final two mystery artists on the "Barbie" soundtrack was actually meant for one person ... and many see it as a dig at Sam Smith.

Here's the deal ... Ronson -- who's EP'ing the upcoming album attached to the movie -- has been teasing two final artists set to have songs on there (which weren't being announced until the final weeks). A few days ago, Billie Eilish revealed she was one of those two.

She confirmed it in an IG post, saying the track is going to be called "What Was I Made For?" ... adding that she's stoked to be part of the project, confirming her love of Barbie.

With BE being cemented as the penultimate addition to the soundtrack ... Twitter was rife with speculation about who could possibly be filling the final spot -- which reached a fever pitch when a screenshot of a track that was allegedly registered recently made the rounds.

The grab purports to show a song that's supposedly tied to the soundtrack ... one by Sam Smith and produced by Ronson -- with the actual "Barbie" soundtrack attached as well.

When the Internet saw this, they were bummed ... especially considering what Ronson had recently said about at least one of the mystery artists -- namely, "One of the f***ing greatest living artists around, but also had a very personal idiosyncratic tie to Barbie as well."

Indeed, the jokes were flying at Sam's expense ... as it appears fans were expecting a different artist to be unveiled. Well, it seems Ronson caught wind of all the chatter this morning -- because he hopped online to clear up who exactly he was talking about ... Billie.

He writes, "Hi. I love all these artists being thrown around. But was specifically referring to Billie." Now, MR didn't mention Sam's name specifically -- but does seem to be referencing all the conjecture that the final artist may be them ... so his comment here is interesting.

Jussie Smollett is carrying on with his life with good pals in his corner like Taraji P. Henson -- even though, in reality, he's far from out of the woods in the legal world.

The embattled actor was in L.A. Saturday with his ex-'Empire' costar during what appears to have been a hike -- or at the very least, something active. In any case, they hit up a little pop-in restaurant right after ... and then parted ways with a sweet little hug goodbye.

A couple of takeaways here ... one, Taraji is continuing to stand by Jussie's side -- which she's done from pretty much the beginning of this saga. So, her support is unwavering.

The other observation one can glean from this is that Jussie truly is trying to move on and put the whole Chicago case behind him by hunkering down on the West Coast ... this despite the fact that there's an ongoing appeal, which he may very well lose once it's heard in court.

As you may remember, Jussie was convicted in December 2021 for lying to police about the hate crime he claimed was committed against him -- and he was sentenced to 5 months in jail.

He'd actually started serving that time, but was quickly sprung pending his appeal ... which his team filed almost immediately. Since then, he's been free to roam around, it seems, and the case is still dragging on -- with a recent hearing just last month ... but no real update.

No word on when exactly we're going to get some closure on that matter, but in the meantime ... Jussie's been busy working on movies and whatnot. In fact, he was recently seen on a film set with none other than Vivica A. Fox -- yet another defender of his.

Martin Brundle fans were NOT happy after Cara Delevingne snubbed him on the grid -- but the model's defending herself ... saying she was just following orders.

The F1 legend-turned-broadcaster was on his usual TV schtick at the British Grand Prix Sunday ... walking around the grid/trying to talk to famous people on camera, for which he's sort of become famous (anew) lately -- especially depending on who he gets.

This time, he wanted a quick one-on-one with Cara ... but he was being rebuked at the door, with some nameless-faceless man blocking him from approaching CD and saying an impromptu interview was a no-go. Martin forged on though, and asked Cara directly.

He tried to be light-hearted about it ... saying it's a "rule" that everyone on the grid has to talk to him, and we're being honest -- yeah, that's kinda the unspoken deal at these events.

Anyway, Cara doubled down in what the guy -- who looked to be part of her team -- said ... namely, she wouldn't be giving any interviews ... saying "no" repeatedly. MB walked away and threw a little dig at her, sarcastically saying he's sure it would've been a fascinating chat.

As you can imagine, F1 Twitter started ripping into Cara ... calling her conceited and full of herself for rejecting what's become a pastime at Grand Prix races -- talking to Martin. But she's come out swinging, responding by saying she specifically was told not to rebuff him.

Folks replied to that by questioning whether she was told this by her agent or PR person, and wondering if she wasn't capable of thinking/speaking for herself -- but she stamped that out too ... claiming it was actually a Formula 1 rep who instructed her not to speak.

A transgender woman was crowned Miss Universe Netherlands for the first time ... making history in the Dutch country.

22-year-old Rikkie Valerie Kolle won the pageant Saturday -- which effectively makes her Miss Netherlands ... and which will send her on to compete in the upcoming Miss Universe competition later this year ... where women from all over the world will fight for the crown.

The last Miss Netherlands, Ona Moody, and reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel (from USA) were on hand to give Kolle the big prize ... everyone seemed stoked, RVK included.

Now, she's on to the big show ... which is going to be held in El Salvador in December. While she might be the first trans woman in the Netherlands to compete ... she won't be the first trans woman to vie for the Miss Universe title ... Spain's Angela Ponce did so in 2018.

More trans women have been competing in national Miss Universe pageants in recent years -- in fact, the new owner of the Miss Universe org -- Anne Jakrajutatip -- is transgender herself.

Morgan Wallen's opener followed in his footsteps with an onstage fall this week -- but this one went off the rails ... or into the rails, more like.

Country singer Ernest was performing before the main act Thursday in St. Louis when the stumble happened, and based on video TMZ obtained ... you can see just how out of nowhere it really was.

Watch ... the guy's signing autographs for people in the front row, and follows that up by throwing roses out into the crowd. It was one too many, though, 'cause the dude ate s***.

As you can see, the force with which he chucked the flower launched his body forward ... and Ernest actually went over the edge of the stage right into the barricade below.

He posted BTS footage after the fact, and you can see it was kinda ugly. He got pretty tangled up there for a sec -- but surprisingly, he popped right back up and looked fine.

All's well that ends well ... which was reflected in the comments he received from Morgan himself. MW wrote, "Stuck the landing" -- and other artists got in on the ribbing as well, including Nelly and Dierks Bentley ... who were all amused by the stunt.

Sean Penn's moved on to a new woman -- a European one, no less, and he's taking her around on a vacay that's right in her backyard ... and right in his wheelhouse of PDA.

The actor was out in Saint Tropez Sunday with Ukrainian actress Olga Korotyayeva -- where they were walking around, taking in the sights ... and taking in each other too. Sean and Olga landed some kisses in the streets, as you can see, and sure seem to be in love.

The couple's romance is fairly new -- he's only been publicly linked to her for a couple months now ... they were also recently seen hanging out over Memorial Day weekend.

Of course, him getting with this woman comes on the heels of his last marriage with Leila George -- who filed for divorce in 2021. Sean's been fairly active since -- both with the vaccination effort throughout the pandemic, but more recently ... in embattled Ukraine itself.

As you may have seen, he's actually been on the ground there ... providing relief efforts, resources, and aid in a lot of different ways. He's even met with Volodymyr Zelensky.

Elton performed his final "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" concert in Stockholm Saturday night and ended the show with the tour's namesake. He thanked his fans for supporting him at more than 330 live events.

After finishing Elton said ... “Every step of the way, my fans have been there. They have stuck with me, they have supported me, they have been patient, and they have kept turning out for every single last show.”

He went on ... “Tonight has been magical. I’m trying to process it, and I don’t think it will sink in for a while yet that I’m finally finished touring. I can’t tell you how much I’m going to miss the fans and how much their support has humbled me — it will stay with me forever.”

One cool thing that happened during the concert ... there was a live view of Coldplay that popped up -- they were performing in Sweden at the same time -- and Chris Martin told both his and Elton's crowd, “Elton, from all of us here, from all the bands and artists you’ve helped and inspired, we love you so much.”

Elton has said he was retiring from touring so he could spend more time with his fam. This leaves open the possibility of a residency, but who knows?

Harry Styles is the latest victim of an overzealous fan hurling something his way on stage ... because Harry got hit with some sort of flying object right in the middle of his set.

Harry was in Vienna for Love on Tour ... and as he walked along the stage an object hits him around his left eye. You see he's visibly in pain, putting his hands up to his face, and almost doubles over, but then pushes through the pain and keeps walking off-stage.

This is the latest in a string of dangerous incidents for singers. As you know, Bebe Rexha was hit in the face with a cellphone with such force, she had to stop the show and get stitches.

Kelsea Ballerini was recently been in the eye with a bracelet.

Drake didn't escape the trend ... he avoided injury by inches when a fan threw a cell phone in his direction.

Shocking new video shows a gunman sticking up an Arizona toy store while kids are frozen in fear with their hands up.

The surveillance footage, recently obtained by AZFamily news, captures the masked thief brandishing his pistol as he barges into Teddy Bears El Paraiso in Mesa, AZ, on April 16.

He first points the gun at two customers and orders them to stand against a wall along with three children -- one of whom was playing on the floor.

The intruder then goes to the counter and demands money from the register as the scared customers raise their arms above their heads.

A shop manager starts handing over bills to the robber, who suddenly gets impatient, reaching over the counter and grabbing the cash drawer.

Meanwhile, another shopper unwittingly walks into the store and he, too, ends up against the wall with his hands up.
