Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky claim to be separated ... but you wouldn't know it from these photos.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars posted a series of images on Instagram, showing the couple very much together while enjoying the Fourth of July with their family.

In one photo, the couple is all smiles standing next to each other and 2 of their daughters.

Another picture captures Kyle and Mauricio hanging out with their dog on a quaint street in a mountain town. Not only do they seem happy, but Mauricio also has his arm around Kyle -- a sure sign of affection.

Makes you wonder just how serious their split is. Remember, People magazine reported they were separated ... but still living under the same roof as friends.

So, are they just friends and good co-parents, or are they working out their marital issues as husband and wife?

Well, that brings us to Kyle and Mauricio's IG statement in which they denied rumors they were divorcing while admitting they were working on their 27-year marriage.

Ben and Jerry's drew a line in the sand on the 4th of July -- turning the cold shoulder on blind American patriotism, and demanding the U.S. return stolen land dating back centuries.

The famed ice cream company -- which has gotten increasingly political over the years -- threw up a bold statement Tuesday for the holiday ... which, inevitably, pissed off about half the country, especially considering the occasion.

They took to Twitter, writing, "The United States was founded on stolen indigenous land. This Fourth of July, let’s commit to returning it." Pretty straightforward, but also ... polarizing.

B & J's website echoed a similar sentiment but hit the point home even further -- where they argued that Independence Day celebrations could, perhaps, "distract from an essential truth about this nation’s birth." As far as their game plan, they wanna start with Mt. Rushmore.

Here's what they have to say, "What is the meaning of Independence Day for those whose land this country stole, those who were murdered and forced with brutal violence onto reservations, those who were pushed from their holy places and denied their freedom."

Ben and Jerry's continues ... "The faces on Mount Rushmore are the faces of men who actively worked to destroy Indigenous cultures and ways of life, to deny Indigenous people their basic rights."

As you can imagine, their stance here drew the ire of many on social media ... some of whom accused the brand of being a traitor to the country for pushing out what they consider anti-American views on the biggest national holiday meant to celebrate America.

India.Arie doesn't like the fact Megan Thee Stallion and Janelle Monáe show off a lot of skin during their performances -- but that criticism has the Internet ripping her as a boomer.

The veteran neo-soul singer issued a scathing rebuke of the 2 artists' live-show choices -- namely, their tendency to bare their bodies onstage ... which was again on display this past weekend during Essence Festival, where both MTS and JM grabbed the mic.

Their respective sets went viral ... in Janelle's case, it was because she ended up flashing the audience -- revealing her right breast (which had a nipple pasty). She's had a habit lately of dropping her top, but has said she feels comfortable in her own skin.

As for Meg, she didn't really do anything too crazy ... just a little twerking of her booty, which she always incorporates into her routines, and for which she's kinda become famous.

In any case, India wasn't feeling the perceived peep show they put on, and she sounded off about it on IG, saying ... "The issue is what is CONTEXT. Humanity does EVERYTHING. But does EVERYTHING BELONG IN A STAGE. No. is everything for KIDS? No."

She continues, "So when we as a culture make something like this mainstream -- it shows a lack of discretion and discernment. To those in the comments who laugh at anyone who wants these things for our culture, you certainly have that right."

India adds this though ... "Just as many folks have the right to want our MAINSTREAM International export -- our Music -- to show us in a respectful light. I'd like to on the record saying: this wont age well and that's my issue." She finishes by saying she loves Janelle and Meg, but just not how they're choosing to express themselves in this regard.

Her critique, although somewhat apologetic, is getting roasted by fans dropping memes and GIFs mocking India.

Essentially, she's getting branded a prude and an old head, who should keep her comments to herself ... and let the younguns live!

Allison Mack is a free woman after serving 2/3 of her prison sentence -- and she should count herself lucky ... seeing how her ex-sex cult leader has a very long time to go.

The former 'Smallville' star was cut loose from a federal prison in California Monday -- this according to online records. It seems she was let out quietly, and it's taken some by surprise, as she was only 2 years into a 3-year sentence.

The facility where Mack was serving her time -- which began in September 2021 -- is the same place where Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman went for their roles in the college admissions scandal. In other words, it's a low-risk prison for non-violent offenders.

You'll recall ... Mack was convicted on racketeering and conspiracy charges as a result of her ties to the infamous self-help group, Nxivm -- whose top dog, Keith Raniere, was accused of recruiting/abusing women ... not to mention running a criminal enterprise in his ranks.

He was ultimately convicted as well, and had the book thrown at him ... a 120-year prison sentence. During Mack's criminal proceeding, she ended up catching a major break in terms of punishment after federal prosecutors asked a judge to go light on her because of her substantial assistance in nabbing Raniere and others in the sex cult.

Mack -- who was said to have been a key head hunter for Raniere during his reign -- has expressed remorse about her involvement in the cult ... which forced members to brand themselves, have sex with the guy and pledge blind allegiance to him in his operation.

Two protesters just brought a Wimbledon match to a screeching halt ... after they rushed the court and hurled confetti all over the place.

The bizarre scene went down just minutes ago during Sho Shimabukuro's first-round tilt with Grigor Dimitrov ... when a man and a woman wearing "Just Stop Oil" T-shirts leaped from the crowd and disrupted play.

The two unloaded boxes full of orange paper ... as well as puzzle pieces -- all while Shimabukuro and Dimitrov looked on from just feet away.

They quickly escorted the woman from the area ... but the man sat cross-legged on the court until security pulled him away from the scene.

Activist group Just Stop Oil (who are known for these kinds of stunts) took credit for the commotion in a series of tweets Wednesday morning ... saying the actions were in response to Wimbledon's sponsorship deal with Barclays, an org. which Just Stop Oil officials claim has "given £30 billion to oil and gas companies" in the past two years.

Taylor Swift fans overseas are crossing their fingers for an email from Ticketmaster, letting them know if one of her concerts will be in their future ... and there's reason to worry after last year's ticket sales fiasco.

Swifties looking to attend one of the singer's shows in places like London, Dublin, and Liverpool are supposed to be getting a drop in their inbox Wednesday, informing them if they'll get a code to buy tickets or be put on a waiting list.

Ticketmaster's made it clear ... seats will be sold on a "first come first serve basis" for those blessed with codes.

Folks with the golden email can only scoop up 4 seats, and they'll get their unique code sent to them the evening before their show's tickets go on sale -- tickets for Dublin go on sale next week and other concerts follow according to date.

As we reported, fans were furious back in November when the public sale for Taylor's US leg of the Eras Tour was canceled, following a mad scramble for tickets, and major scalper interference that inflated prices to as much as $20k a pop. Oh, and the site crashed.

Taylor dragged Ticketmaster after the mess, echoing what a lot of her fans had already complained about. The company was even hit with a lawsuit and had to answer to Congress.

Pinterest is seeing a MASSIVE Barbie boom ahead of the much-anticipated film's release ... a swarm of fans are lookin' to live a life of plastic, just like the iconic doll.

A spokesperson for Pinterest tells TMZ ... people on the site have been hunting for ideas to "Barbify" their lives as the Margot Robbie-led movie premiere gets closer. "Barbiecore" searches have increased by 980%, while "Barbie mood board" is seeing a 1,290% bump.

Pinterest data shows a steep rise from May 2022 to May 2023 -- "Barbie live-action" is now up 1,305%, "Barbie Margot Robbie" is up 1,630%, and "hot pink chrome nails," pulled from Barbie's color palette, is up 1,465%.

Searches for "Dua Lipa Barbie" are 43 times greater than last year, possibly a sign of a future cosplay or Halloween costume craze. "Barbie adult birthday party" is getting looked up 12 times more often than last year.

As you know, the marketing for "Barbie" has been nonstop, and folks have been going nuts for the new flick.

It's Independence Day, when America forged its own path forward and down an uncharted path -- something Hollywood loves to celebrate ... which they did plenty of this year!

The sun was out Tuesday, as were the rest of Tinseltown's biggest stars -- who were catching rays, hanging with loved ones, cooking up grub ... and enjoying the holiday that is, essentially, the U.S.A.'s birthday. Of course, most everyone was on theme, too.

Among the A-listers who posted pics showing off their planned festivities ... Jana Kramer, Kim Kardashian, Arnold Schwarzenegger (who was dressed as Uncle Sam), Paula Abdul, Rumer Willis, Gretchen Rossi, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelly Ripa, Cheryl Burke, Billy Ray Cyrus and Snooki.

Another interesting 4th post that went up amid a reported tumultuous time ... one from Kyle Richards' husband, Mauricio Umansky, from whom she's said to have recently separated.

Based on the family-friendly pics he posted -- which also feature Kyle front and center -- you wouldn't think anything's amiss ... even though KR herself said they've been going through a hard time of late, but denying any hint of a looming divorce in their future.

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak were once sworn enemies, but the two have changed their tune ... now acting as a support system for each other during really tough times.

NeNe was out shopping on Rodeo Drive in Bev Hills and told us she'd recently reached out to her fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star in the midst of her messy divorce with Kroy Biermann.

NeNe tells us while the two chatted, it's still hard to tell exactly how Kim's doing behind the scenes -- every divorce is hard, especially with kids involved.

Fans of the show know NeNe and Kim haven't always seen eye to eye, but NeNe tells us Kim reached out to her during one of her low points when her husband Gregg died in 2021, so it felt right to reciprocate the love.

We've broken a bunch of stories about the huge mess between Kim and Kroy ever since she filed for divorce in May. Since then, there's been a big fight over custody of their kids, with both sides waging war ... Kroy's asking for sole legal and physical.

Kim called the police last month, -- claiming Kroy threatened to file a kidnapping report on a family friend who took their kid to a rodeo. Clearly, there's no sign of things easing up.

Tyga and Avril Lavigne are really enjoying each other's company after their reported split ... at least according to a new video they shot together.

Check out the short clip Tyga posted to TikTok, which shows the pair looking very comfy as they boogie to Tyga's new summer jam, "Bops Goin Brazy."

Under the circumstances, one might think Avril and Tyga are playing a guessing game with everyone ... are they back together or just really good friends?

You may recall ... TMZ broke the story Tyga and Avril called it quits after they became an item back in March. Our sources said the breakup was mutual, with both feeling the relationship had run its course.

An incredibly rare piece of Jimi Hendrix's music history could be yours ... that is if ya have a fortune!

The legendary musician's 1961 Epiphone Wilshire guitar is up for sale through Moments in Time, and the mahogany-bodied instrument has a $1.25 mil price tag attached to it.

The piece holds a lot of significance ... when Jimi was discharged from the army back in 1962; he traded in his Danelectro for the Wilshire -- only paying $65 bucks for it.

Jimi played the Wilshire in his early days with his group, The King Kasuals ... marking it as one of the first guitars in his professional career!

The guitar was last seen on the open market back in 2008, and now Moments in Time is selling it on behalf of a private collector.

American actress Samaire Armstrong was 22 years old when she first started playing the role of Anna Stern -- the cute comic book reader from Pittsburgh with a witty personality -- in the teen drama series "The O.C." back in 2003.

Armstrong was part of an ensemble cast including Mischa Barton as the pretty and troubled teen, Marissa Cooper, Adam Brody as the nerdy comic book guru and Anna's love interest, Seth Cohen and Rachel Bilson as the materialistic and at times judgmental, Summer Roberts.

Lisa Vanderpump's self-named restaurant in L.A. is finally shuttering -- and it seems like the work crews are getting a jump on tearing it down before the official close date.

TMZ has obtained photos taken Tuesday which show PUMP pretty damn empty and abandoned ... albeit for some dudes who were busy throwing crap into a moving truck -- including some pieces of a gate that once lined the outside of the establishment.

As you can see, there's a lot being done ahead of Wednesday ... which is the day LV has said PUMP is closing its doors for good. Clearly, no one is dining there on the 4th.

Remember, the place was absolutely packed just a couple days ago ... which seems to have been the last time PUMP would serve anybody. The "Vanderpump Rules" cast and crew were there as well, and yes -- cameras were rolling to capture one last hurrah at the joint.

It's the end of an era for sure -- Lisa opened this place more than a decade ago amid her successful stint on 'Real Housewives' ... which went so well, she got her own show out of it.

When it comes to why PUMP is closing at all -- good old-fashioned cold-blooded capitalism, which Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, were on the receiving end of year after year. Of course, we're talking about increasing rent prices ... which were tipping into a million bucks.

Lisa and co. have been waving people to their other restaurants in town ... including SUR and TomTom -- which she co-owns with Sandoval and Schwartz. Here's hoping you got your fill while you could ... 'cause PUMP's gone, baby. No more orders here, unfortunately.

Mark Zuckerberg's new Twitter-like app is just days away from taking flight -- and it seems Elon Musk's not happy about the competition ... further fueling the two techies' beef.

In case you've forgotten ... the reason Mark and Elon are talking about fighting each other (for real) is because of this new service that Meta is rolling out called 'Threads -- which is said to be the "new" Twitter, if you, will ... only, it'll be rolled out under Mark's watch.

When Elon caught wind of MZ's new toy last month, he jokingly said he was willing to battle the guy -- and now, it's full-steam ahead on negotiations as they prepare to duel.

Welp, the impetus for this all came full circle Monday ... with word of Threads' supposed launch date being revealed as July 7 -- with the option to pre-order it now available on Apple's app store. There's more info as well as to what sorta data it's going to harvest from users ... something EM couldn't help but comment on Monday, taking a swipe.

In response to all the ways Threads is going to manage personal data (mining a helluva lot, frankly), Elon replied ... "Thank goodness they're so sanely run." That carries significance.

Reports have suggested that a Meta executive told staffers recently that Threads would be "sanely run" compared to Musk's wild west on Twitter lately -- but it sounds like Elon's scoffing at how much freaking user data they're going to control in order to do so.

Of course, you could argue Elon's probably a little worried about this new foe on the market -- especially in light of his absolutely hated decision to limit Twitter users' daily tweet count ... as far as being able to see new content. He's upped the count since the debacle this weekend -- but folks are still pissed and certainly looking for an alternative for news.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's East Coast weekend getaway is shaping up to be a ball ... of the pickling variety, specifically.

The couple is out in the Hamptons right now, where they seem to have settled in to ring the 4th of July -- but before the fireworks, it looks like they were in the mood to get active ... namely, by hitting up a public pickleball court in Sag Harbor and whacking away.

Check out this footage, obtained by TMZ, which shows Bennifer hitting a ball back and forth out in the open. This was in a public space, BTW, so they weren't trying to lie low.

As you can see -- they're on the side of the court ... and we're told there were two children on the other end who were playing with them. No word on whether it was either of their kids or not, but ya gotta figure it might've been ... the brood rolls together a lot these days.

Now, when it comes to their game ... well, let's just say Jen looked to be a little more engaged (and dressed for the occasion) than her hubby did. She's out there in straight-up tennis gear (pickleball is like mini tennis, FWIW) and Ben's in ... jeans and a tee.

He also comes across as a little more lackadaisical here, half-heartedly using his paddle -- but hey, they're playing against young'ns. Can't really knock the dude for takin it easy.

Remember, the two of them had just gone to Michael Rubin's White party the day prior -- so it's possible they're a little pooped and soaking in the holiday with a chill back-and-forth.
