Rick Ross brings more to his community than just car show bonanzas ... and his latest act of kindness to his Georgia neighborhood is sparing a health center from imminent doom.

We're told the MMG rapper learned about the Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic's fate through a conversation with his lawyer Steve Sadow.

Rozy was immediately touched by pending bad news for the community ... and swooped in with a $30k check to save the clinic from an immediate shutdown, and he's planning to do more down the line.

Rozay told the local media his father would probably still be alive had he had access to healthcare resources, and he didn't want anyone else to suffer the same fate.

The clinic executive director Geneva Weaver says their patients live 200% below the national income level and Rick's donation is the largest they've ever gotten!

Rozay's neighbors recently complained about the additional level of vehicle and foot traffic his annual car show brings to the area ... a hurdle that was overcome and he went on to get praise from the county itself.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé were coolin' out in Cannes at a beachside restaurant ... a nice little lunch date while Bey tours Europe on her "Renaissance" Tour.

TMZ obtained video of Jay and Bey trying to stay under the radar while strolling along a pebble-strewn path as they headed toward a ship on the French Riviera Monday afternoon.

As you can see, Jay seems totally chill in his T-shirt, shorts and sunglasses. Bey, also in summer gear, appears to be in tourist mode with a camera slung over her shoulder. The two are surrounded by security telling fans to keep their distance.

We're told Jay and Bey had earlier arrived by boat to have lunch at La Guérite -- which is known for its seafood, salad and pasta dishes and boasts amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea from its island terrace.

The submarine that's gone missing trying to explore the Titanic was, partly, comprised of simple, store-bought parts ... but it's unclear if that has anything to do with its disappearance.

OceanGate Expeditions' underwater vessel, dubbed Titan, has been under the microscope and featured on news programs ... which dove into its construction, its technology and efficacy -- and all three seemed to be fairly solid, at the time.

What caught the eye of journalists then -- and what's certainly being scrutinized now -- is the fact this submersible features a lot of gadgets and gizmos built using very basic consumer products ... like game controllers, one-push buttons and home monitors you could buy at any electronics store, like Best Buy.

With that said, other key elements of the sub -- including the exterior and all its air pressure tech -- seemed to be top-notch, with designs and contributions from institutions like Boeing and NASA. At least, that's what OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush once told CBS News.

In fact, Rush gave a tour of this thing, and when the journo asked him if some of this stuff was MacGyver-y ... he rebuked that characterization, even though it sure felt that way.

Of course, the sub's components are getting a double-take now, because it's been missing for 2 days. As we've reported, it lost communication with its support team a couple hours into the expedition, and it didn't return to the surface at its scheduled time. Now, authorities have launched a full search and rescue.

The U.S. Coast Guard has launched a full search and rescue for the vessel with 5 passengers onboard, including OceanGate's honcho and Paul-Henri Nargeolet, Shahzada Dawood, Suleman Dawood and Hamish Harding ... these men were researchers, businessmen and explorers, respectively.

Again, there's no evidence at this point the makeshift elements of the sub have anything to do with it going missing. By all accounts, Titan and other OceanGate subs have carried out several successful voyages over the years ... including ones to the Titanic.

While the fact Titan has yet to be found might sound discouraging, reports have indicated it's actually capable of supporting life for up to 96 hours ... so there's still time, technically.

Drake's giving his compliments to the chef -- who just happens to be UGK legend Bun B --  for serving up award-winning Trill Burgers!!!

On Monday, Drake was rocking a t-shirt honoring the late DJ Screw as he checked in with Bun inside his flagship Houston restaurant, and gave it a glowing review, calling it "the best burger he ever had."

Drake and Bun have been tight ever since the Toronto rapper broke into the game, and says he opts to refer to Bun as a "mentor" rather than an "OG."

As fate would have it, Drake's other H-Town mentor, Rap-A-Lot Records CEO J Prince, was also in the building and they dapped it up like always.

Tyler, The Creator also deemed Bun's burger exceptional when he munched on one backstage at Coachella this year.

LeBron James and Draymond Green were spotted enjoying the fruits of their labor in Europe over the weekend ... and the timing is pretty interesting, considering the Warriors star is slated to test the market in free agency in a matter of days.

The NBA stars both rocked bucket hats and sunglasses as they shared a meal and chatted with restaurateur Samy Sass in a pic posted to Instagram ... which also showed Draymond holding a cigar in his hand.

The duo of 4-time NBA champions have been friends off the court for years and there is a ton of mutual respect between the two ... so it's not necessarily earth-shattering to see them hanging out.

But the timing is something of note, as many believe Green and James -- who share agent Rich Paul -- could end up on the Lakers together next season.

Green -- who will hit free agency after declining his $27.5 million player option to stay with the Dubs -- has had nothing but high praise for the King over the years ... going as far as to say he's the greatest player of all time over Michael Jordan.

Maybe it was just two friends chilling during the offseason ... or perhaps it was much more.

Bam Margera's son Phoenix is inspiring him to detox and sober up following a psych hold ... and his estranged wife is allowing him to talk to their kid again.

Nikki Margera's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... she's given the green light for Bam and Phoenix to start communicating, and they're talking over FaceTime while Bam's in rehab.

We're told Bam's FaceTime sessions with Phoenix are being modulated by one of Bam's therapists ... and, so far, things are going well.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Bam is still in treatment at one of Lamar Odom's rehab facilities, and Nikki is not talking to him on the FaceTime calls.

There's been a lot of bad blood between Bam and Nikki ever since she filed for legal separation, including a series of angry texts Bam recently sent her, so it's not a surprise she's staying off the calls.

Our sources say Bam usually dominates the FaceTime convos with 5-year-old Phoenix, with Dad typically going on for about 5 minutes.

Andrew Tate is officially facing charges of human trafficking, rape and more in Romania ... this coming 6 months after the kickboxer-turned-social media influencer's arrest overseas.

According to Romanian prosecutors, Tate, his brother Tristan, and 2 local women were all indicted Tuesday. The Tate brothers, in particular, are also facing charges for allegedly setting up a criminal gang.

The brothers' legal team sounded optimistic in the wake of the indictment, telling local outlet Antena 3 ... they'll "embrace the opportunity to fight in court."

As we reported, Andrew and Tristan were arrested back in December -- they tried, but failed, to appeal a couple of 30-day extensions that kept them locked up until they finally got released from a Romanian jail in March.

They both were placed under house arrest after their release ... and Andrew's been busy on social media retweeting support from followers since Tuesday's indictment.

TMZ has a new documentary probing the miracle in the Amazon that unfolded 2 weeks ago ... when 4 children survived a plane crash and fended for themselves for 40 terrifying days.

The special -- which airs Thursday on FOX at 8 PM -- "TMZ Investigates: The Miracle Children of the Amazon." We have boots on the ground in Colombia to not only chronicle the crash, the search and the rescue, but explore some very puzzling elements.

As you know ... four kids, ages 13, 9, 4 and 11 months, made it out alive after a fatal plane crash -- which killed 3 adults, including their mother -- and went on to fight for their lives for well over a month in the jungles of Colombia.

Some of the questions ... Why did the children hide from rescuers? Were they political pawns in a conflict between insurgent forces and the government of Colombia? Why did the President of Colombia announce the kids were found 2 weeks before the rescue, and then take it back? And why is there now a bitter custody war over the kids?

There's so much more here than meets the eye -- and TMZ has it all covered, with interviews with the father, grandparents, government officials and rescuers.

Sounds like Meghan Markle's rumored megadeal with Dior might be a 'lil more fiction than fact ... because new reports say the previous claims are just bogus.

According to a spokesperson for Meghan and Prince Harry, who spoke to The Telegraph, the "Duchess of Dior" isn't getting to any finish line with the fashion line -- and a similar denial came from Dior itself after this weekend's alleged news.

One of The Telegraph's sources claims they were "nonplussed as to how the story came about."

For what it's worth, Page Six sources say MM's hoping to work out a deal with a luxury brand at some point ... but she's allegedly eyeing Cartier as the business of choice -- a company that's got its own ties to the royal family, ironically.

For those unaware, Caroline Graham of the Daily Mail cited her sources this weekend, saying Meghan was on the brink of inking a huge deal with Dior ... claiming, "If she pulls that off, then no one will remember that her silly little podcast got canceled after one season."

The brand made sense -- she's been spotted in Dior quite a bit over the years, as has Harry ... and with the news coming just days after their podcast deal with Spotify fell apart, the move sounded legit.

Maybe that rumor mill's just workin' overtime.

Donald Trump is floating a strange theory for why he didn’t return classified documents to the U.S. government … and it has everything to do with his golf attire.

Trump sat down with Fox News anchor Bret Baier for a wide-ranging interview Monday night ... and the 45th Prez gave an odd response when the questioning turned to why he held on to sensitive materials that belong to the National Archives in D.C.

DT said he was "very busy" and needed time to sort through the boxes because his personal effects were mixed in with the top secret documents, adding ... "These boxes were interspersed with all sorts of things: golf shirts, pants, shoes."

Baier followed up with ... "Iran war plans?" Trump responded, "Not that I know."

Baier was referring to an audio recording of Trump allegedly saying he wanted to share Iranian war plans with others -- something DT fervently denied, even though it's part of his federal case. Trump also shot down the notion he boasted about having classified docs to guests at his Bedminster, NJ estate ... an allegation also included in the indictment.

Of course, Trump also suggested the feds might have planted some of the classified docs when they raided Mar-a-Lago in August 2022.

Trump told Baier ... "All of a sudden we got raided…what I’m concerned about [is] they took everything. Right? I don’t know what they took."

He continued ... "They could be stuffing it. I don’t know what they put in there. They have never treated a president like this."

As we reported, Trump was arraigned last week in a Miami courthouse on a 37-count indictment charging him with, among other things, willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and withholding a document or record.

Prosecutors claim Trump squirreled away stacks of boxes containing classified docs in his Palm Beach resort, including on a ballroom stage and next to a bathroom toilet.

Tyga and Avril Lavigne aren't a couple anymore, 'cause they've broken up -- but they're still on good terms ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the two musicians -- who went public with their relationship in March -- recently went their separate ways ... having split a couple weeks ago. We're told it was a mutual decision, and that there are no hard feelings -- the romance just ran its course.

Avril just came off her tour, and Tyga's in the middle of making new music.

They were first seen hanging out back in February, this on the heels of AL ending her engagement to Mod Sun. Soon after, they were spotted smooching on camera.

7:16 AM PT -- 6/20 -- KT Smith took to Instagram and shared that the dog, Legend, was dropped off to a new family that lives on a farm, where he will live out the rest of his life.

She wrote, "I couldn't have asked for a better family for him to be loved on by. and they're east Tennesseans so we can visit any time we need to. Thank you guys again, for helping but for also crying with me and lifting me up."

Morgan Wallen's son Indigo took a dog bite to the face ... and now the boy's mother is looking to rehome the pooch.

The country music star's baby mama, KT Smith, says her Great Pyrenees bit the two-year-old child she shares with Morgan, and the kid needed stitches.

Morgan's ex says the dog, Legend, is a rescue ... and she doesn't want to put the dog down, as some are suggesting.

KT, who lives in the Nashville area, says she is instead looking to rehome Legend with a family that has a lot of land and no small children.

The dog-biting incident happened Sunday and KT says her pup had never shown aggression before. Still, she says she just can't keep the dog in the house knowing her and Morgan's son may be traumatized.

As for Morgan's kid, Indigo's mom says he will be OK ... though he may come out of this with a scar.

"Imagine Dragons" frontman Dan Reynolds will do whatever it takes to show love to people who are battling cancer ... even if that means an impromptu performance of one of his band's biggest hits.

Dan was at a comedy show over the weekend in Hollywood with his girlfriend, Minka Kelly, when he serenaded 16-year-old cancer survivor Zoe Suder with a special tune ... and TMZ has it all on video.

Zoe's mom, Leslie, tells us her family was celebrating Zoe finishing 8 months of chemotherapy for stage 4 metastatic bone cancer -- they rented out a lounge area Friday night at the Bourbon Room on Hollywood Blvd.

During his set, comedian Anthony Jeselnik shouted out Zoe, and when Dan caught wind of their celebration ... he went over to her group and sang "Whatever It Takes."

As you can see, Dan shocked Zoe when he came over, said he was super proud of her ... and shared how he's lost friends and family to cancer.

Dan helped launch the Tyler Robinson Foundation after the Imagine Dragons super-fan passed away at 16 from a rare form of cancer. The foundation helps families who have children fighting cancer.

Zoe's got a pretty inspiring story ... she was diagnosed when she was 15, but she's beating the disease and fighting hard to get back to playing soccer, following her dream to one day play in college.

NFL star Maxx Crosby just got a permanent reminder to chase greatness daily ... getting pictures of Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, and Kobe Bryant tattooed all over his torso!!

The Las Vegas Raiders pass rusher got the work done last week ... hitting up Andres Ortega at Onder Ink for the massive piece, and check out the images of the artwork -- it came out awesome.

Just above his right hip, Crosby got a shot of Jordan in the middle of a free-throw stroke. To the left of that, the football player had an iconic snap of Ali put down. And, just above his left hip, Crosby also got a photo of Kobe mid-celebration inked too.

Ortega tells the reasoning for the trio of tats was simple ... Crosby wanted to make sure he always keeps his focus on his journey to being one of the best ever -- hence why he also got the words "Be Legendary" put near his rib cage as well.

The homages to the sports icons, though, were far from the only tats he got ... Ortega also put a sweet tribute to Crosby's baby daughter on his chest, before rounding out the nod to the newborn with diamonds and a rose.

In total, Ortega says it took about 11 hours to complete.

Amanda Bynes is a danger to herself and others, according to police officers who detained her over the weekend ... which means she's back on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Amanda is the one who called LAPD Saturday morning to report a woman in distress.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was intercepted by LAPD officers and taken to a police station for a medical evaluation to determine if she needed further treatment.

As it turns out, it was determined Amanda needed to be brought in on a mandatory psychiatric hold -- she can be held for up to 72 hours, by law.

It's the latest stumble in the former Nickelodeon star's downward spiral ... and it's the second time this year she's been placed on a psych hold. The first instance happened in March, when she was found naked, roaming the streets of downtown Los Angeles.

Amanda was released from a mental health facility only 2 months ago, but we had heard from people close to her that she was isolated and not doing so well.
