Marlon Wayans says he's not to blame for missing his upcoming show after an issue with United Airlines, but apparently, the cops think differently ... because he's been hit with a citation for the incident.

A spokesperson for the Denver PD tells us Wayans got into it with a gate agent for the airline Friday as he was trying to fly out of the Mile High City. Cops say they spoke to all parties involved -- including Wayans -- and slapped him with a citation for disturbing the peace.

We spoke with a witness who tells us Wayans was pissed he had to check a bag during boarding, allegedly slamming his ticket on the counter and then proceeding to board the plane. The witness says the gate agent tried to stop Wayans, but he couldn't, so he called security.

However, a source close to Marlon says he was first told he had to consolidate his bag and then being told he had to check the bag altogether.

We're told about 30 minutes later, Wayans was escorted off the plane ... and that's the time when cops got involved. We got video of Marlon leaving the ticketing counter looking pissed.

As for Marlon, he took to Twitter to air his grievances with the airline, tweeting, "If this is how United treats their first class customers.... I'd rather fly any competitor coach. Sorry KC I'm gonna miss tonight's shows due to a United gate agent who probably hated white chicks."

For those not following along, "White Chicks" is a movie he and his brother, Shawn, starred in back in 2004.

Marlon, who was set to perform Friday night at Kansas City Improv, says the whole ordeal has forced him to miss his show, writing, "It's not my fault blame the gate agent and United Airlines can't believe how they allow their first class customers to be treated this way. I need corporate to reach out DM me. this agent was rude."

A source tells us Marlon was eventually able to get out of Denver on another airline.

Despite all the negativity surrounding Zion Williamson and his personal life, his stepfather is offering a public show of support for his son, saying he stands by the NBA star ... while reminding people to "believe half of what you see and nothing you hear."

Williamson's stepfather, Anderson Lee, indirectly addressed the swirling rumors which started when porn star and OnlyFans model Moriah Mills blasted the Pels star this week, while at a Zion Williamson Foundation event in Louisiana.

"And I wanna say this," Lee said at the end of his speech ... "and I wanna be politically correct when I say it. That’s my son and I love him."

He continued ... "Believe half of what you see and nothing you hear. That’s all I want to say. I stand by my son one hundred percent. I wasn’t always where I am today."

ICYMI, Mills, 32, went on a Twitter rant this week, saying she has a romantic fling with the NBA superstar. She says she exposed their relationship, and alleged screenshots of their intimate text messages because she claims Zion did not tell her he had a girlfriend, nor that they were expecting a baby.

Williamson and his girlfriend, Ahkeema, announced on Tuesday they're expecting a baby girl.

"I was with you last week in New Orleans and you couldn’t tell me you had a random thot pregnant after all I’ve done for you @Zionwilliamson," Mills wrote on Twitter.

"Better pray I’m not pregnant too because I’m definitely late."

Mills claims this is not for clout or money ... it's about her getting "emotionally played."

Williamson -- who signed a 5-year, $193 million rookie extension with the New Orleans Pelicans -- has yet to comment on the allegations.

Former President Donald Trump's indictments won't push him off the campaign trail ... he could use the legal drama to catapult himself back to the presidency, even if he's convicted.

Loyola Law School Professor Jessica Levinson joined us Friday on "TMZ Live," to break down the 37-count federal indictment -- it's the first ever against a former President, but she says if he plays it right, it won't block his path to a 2024 victory.

What's most shocking, perhaps, is Levinson says even if Trump loses in court -- he's also facing a NY state indictment -- there's nothing in the Constitution barring him from serving his term in a prison cell.

With all that in mind, Jessica thinks it should come down to a simple question -- do folks want to back a candidate who could be doing time while running the country?

She also clues us in on a potential tactic Trump's opponents could use to get some of his supporters.

As we reported, Trump was indicted once again Friday for allegedly taking boxes upon boxes of classified documents when he left the White House, and stashed them at Mar-a-Lago -- some of them were stored in a bathroom.

He's accused of breaking 7 different laws, including a whopping 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information.

Looks like Kanye West's bullying may cost him in court ... because he's been slapped with a lawsuit over a pic he used to troll a Vogue editor.

In case ya forgot -- Ye went after a contributing editor for Vogue named Gabriella Karefa-Johnson amid his various rants last year ... after she called his "White Lives Matter" shirt "dangerous" and "irresponsible."

Kanye blasted Gabriella by posting a photo of her and saying she's "not a fashion person" -- but according to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the pic was snapped by professional photog Michaela Efford, and she says she didn't give the rapper permission to swipe her work for his roast session.

Michaela says she snapped Gabriella's photo in September and notes Kanye used the pic on his social media about 1 week later without her permission.

Rick Ross has managed to up his luxury game even further -- showing off an 18-passenger plane that's wrapped in his signature logos and colors!!!

On Friday, the Biggest Boss showed off the new toy and debuted the name "Maybach Airlines." He also thanked his plug, Duncan Aviation, for the sweet hookup.

A bubbly Rozay danced away on the tarmac, and spouted off inspiration for his followers that one day, they too could have their own autobus with the right amount of effort.

One thing is becoming very clear as Donald Trump's 37-criminal-count indictment has been unsealed ... the guy stored classified docs just about anywhere he could in Mar-a-Lago -- using a restroom, bedroom even a ballroom to hoard boxes of papers.

The indictment, released Friday claims documents Trump took from The White House, "Included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the U.S. and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for a possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack."

In photos from the documents -- obtained by TMZ -- you can see boxes piled up next to a toilet in Mar-a-Lago, some sitting on a ballroom stage and others sitting in a storage room.

In all, the indictment accuses Trump of breaking 7 different laws -- 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information -- and single counts of false statements and representations, conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document, concealing a document in a federal investigation and a scheme to conceal.

Trump's also accused of showing the highly sensitive documents to others.

Actor and comedian, Mike Batayeh, who "Breaking Bad" fans came to know as the manager at Gustavo's infamous laundromat has died ... TMZ has learned.

Mike's family tells us Batayeh died June 1 in his sleep of a heart attack while home in Michigan. His sister Diane says his death was very sudden, as he didn't have a history of heart issues.

A family statement about his passing reads, "He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many."

Mike appeared on 3 episodes from 2011 to 2012 on the award-winning AMC hit as Dennis Markowski, the manager of Lavandería Brillante industrial laundromat.

The laundromat, owned by Gustavo Fring served as a disguise for the meth lab where Bryan Cranston's Walter White and Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman turned out tons of product.

Apart from his work on "Breaking Bad," Mike was a successful comedian, traveling the globe and did voicework as well as made appearances on "The Bernie Mac Show," "Boy Meets World" and "CSI: Miami."

Mike is survived by 5 sisters, and tons of nephews and nieces ... we're told everyone is devastated.

He was only 52.

Kim Zolciak knows how to promote herself, teasing a comeback to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" on the heels of her divorce, but fans aren't gonna get the tea on her split ... TMZ has learned.

Kim shared a group pic Thursday with 'RHOA' OG cast members Sheree Whitfield, Lisa Wu and DeShawn Snow. "See you soon 🎥 @bravotv #RHOA". Of course, fans immediately began to speculate Kim was brought back on the show because of her divorce with Kroy Biermann.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us … Kim's got a cameo on the upcoming season 15 of the series, which is currently airing on Bravo. We're told Kim will appear on the show in a small capacity and when she filmed with the other ATL ladies, it was several months ago before the divorce.

Sources connected to the show tell us 'RHOA' is not currently in production and there are currently no conversations being had between Kim and producers to bring her on full-time or to cover the fallout between her and Kroy.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kroy filed for divorce after 11 years and 4 kids.

As we reported, the former NFL star accused Kim of having a gambling problem and she's accused him of being a pothead who needs to take a drug test. Remember, Kroy has asked for sole physical and legal custody of their kids while Kim is asking for primary physical custody.

On top of that, the estranged couple is dealing with financial issues ... deep in the hole, owing more than $1 million to the IRS.

Someone might wanna take Justin Bieber's dad's phone -- he's attempting to clear up his previous anti-LGBTQ comment, claiming he's misunderstood ... and really is just making things worse.

Jeremy hopped on Twitter Friday morning to further explain what he meant in posting, "Don't forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence."

Jeremy says, "My post was to acknowledge families, that's it! and before you say I abandoned my son, move on! that's an old narrative pushed! its ridiculous and didn't happen. Now my delivery may have been poor but it was not to be hateful or homophobic."

What Jeremy has clearly failed to learn from the wave of criticism he's received is ... straight people aren't the only ones who have families.

He also played the "some of my best friends are" card in his clarification, tweeting ... "My brother is gay and I adore him, Love whomever you want that’s your business not "mine"  my problem is the hostile takeover of our cities and schools by LGBTQ this is the concern of many. There is a place for everyone, and everyone’s opinion! That does not equal hate!"

Jeremy's reference of a "hostile takeover" screams of someone who's been shooting up cases of Bud Light, and/or tearing down Pride displays in a Target store.

He's claiming he's not anti-LGBTQ, but to say there's been a "takeover" of cities and schools is not only inaccurate, it's the dangerous kind of rhetoric that puts LGBTQ members at risk.

Little advice for Jeremy -- maybe just take the rest of this month off to enjoy your version of a family.

Takeoff's mother Titania Davenport has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Houston venue where the Migos rapper was shot and killed on November 1.

According to the court docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Davenport claims the companies behind 810 Billiards & Bowling failed to take appropriate security measures to protect guests at the venue ... including her son, Takeoff.

The suit, filed Wednesday in Harris County, Texas also cites the lack of security prechecks while knowing Takeoff's celebrity would draw a huge crowd.

Patrick Xavier Clark, the man police say fired the fatal shot that killed the 28-year-old, isn't named in the suit ... but Davenport alleges 810 should have known there was a risk of violence based on past incidents on the premises and the crime in the surrounding area.

Takeoff had a huge memorial service inside State Farm Arena in his hometown Atlanta and the suit is seeking over a million dollars in damages to cover his funeral expenses, mental anguish, and more.

Rolling Stone was the first to report on Takeoff's mother's lawsuit.

Authorities believe they've captured the tiger shark responsible for attacking and killing a Russian man in Egypt.

Videos popped up late Thursday showing the massive animal brought to shore by heavy-duty nets ... with several boats used in the effort.

A statement from the Ministry of Environment confirmed they caught the shark, though beaches are to remain closed until Sunday to make sure nothing similar happens.

The Ministry noted the shark stayed in the area following the attack, near the surface of the water ... though it's unclear how long it took to capture and kill.

As we reported, terrifying video of the attack hit the internet from the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada. In it, you can see a man, now identified as 23-year-old Vladimir Popov screaming and fighting for his life as the shark continues to attack.

Ariana Madix isn't about to hold hands and sing kumbaya with Raquel Leviss, but the "Vanderpump Rules" star can admit feeling the slightest bit of sympathy for the woman who had an affair with her man, Tom Sandoval.

Ariana was getting the hell outta L.A. Thursday, when she summed up the bombastic reunion finale with just 2 small words: "a lot." Brief, but accurate as hell.

ICYMI, the episode highlights included Ariana screaming at Raquel "go f**k yourself with a f**king cheese grater," and Raquel admitting she'd banged Tom in the house he owns with Ariana ... while Ariana was attending her grandma's funeral!

So, yeah, "a lot." However, as she flew out of LAX, Ariana was asked if she felt for Raquel even a little bit, and she said, "Sure, yeah." Watch how it comes out -- it's debatable if she means it.

Of course, Raquel broke down in tears at the end of the episode, and we know she's been in a behavioral health center for at least 2 months. Now, on the topic of Raquel and Sandoval truly being in love -- as they declared during the reunion -- Ariana seems less than convinced.

Lala Kent, one of Ariana's 'VPR' allies through the 'Scandoval,' told us she too is feeling some sorta way about Raquel's emotions post-reunion. She says watching it all play out, did make her think Raquel -- in her fragile mental state -- might not be cut out for reality TV.

Bam Margera getting treatment at Lamar Odom's wellness center can't come fast enough for his estranged wife, who says she got some very aggressive texts after he was released from a psych hold.

Nikki Margera's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... "Bam has started texting since his release from the 5150 hold, but the content quickly turned abusive, calling Nikki awful names, saying she is the cause of all his problems, even saying she’s a 'gold digger.'"

David says Nikki's still hopeful Bam's upcoming treatment will help him learn to take responsibility for himself -- adding she also hopes he'll learn how to communicate without being abusive.

Bam's attorney, Peter Thompson, says Bam was pissed after finding out Nikki's filed docs asking for $15,377 in child support, spousal support and $50K in attorney's fees.

Thompson tells us, "Bam continues to support her and Phoenix even though she won’t even allow a phone call or FaceTime with Phoenix. He just wants to see his son and continues to come up against a brick wall on that. Contact would go a long way in getting this resolved."

TMZ broke the story, Bam's been detoxing as of Wednesday's release and went with Lamar to one of his treatment centers. The former NBA star even checked in on Bam earlier in the week while he was under the psych hold.

The "Jackass" star posted a pic Thursday of himself with Lamar, saying he's starting his rehab journey.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shunning the royal family isn't stopping their firstborn from getting a little royal treatment -- turns out Prince Archie's got a sweet gift for his 4th birthday, simply because of his bloodline.

Archie's big surprise arrived on the doorstep of his parents' Montecito home ... a brand-spanking new bike complete with training wheels.

The little prince's birthday was May 6, and he loved the bicycle so much, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to send thanks to the Montecito shop that sent it to him.

Their assistant, Harrison Colcord, typed a letter on behalf of Harry and Meghan and mailed it to the owners of Mad Dogs & Englishmen Bike Shop. If the name doesn't make it obvious ... yes, the owners are British.

It read, "On behalf of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke, and Duchess of Sussex, please accept their sincere thanks for the thoughtful gift you sent to Prince Archie for his fourth birthday. The bike has brought much joy and is most appreciated by the family."

Archie's 4th birthday was not without drama. You might recall, Harry was treated like less-than-royalty when he attended last month's coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla in London amid his ongoing feud with the Royal Family. Harry hightailed out of town to get back to California for Archie's birthday.

According to People ... the bike shop owner told Harry and Meghan's security he's "just a British business in town that wanted to give Archie a gift."

"Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent says she and her castmates might've gone too hard on Raquel Leviss during the explosive reunion finale ... but also says reality TV doesn't seem to be the best line of work for someone like Raquel.

We got Lala at LAX Thursday and she's feeling much different toward Raquel after watching Wednesday night's episode ... compared to the "dirty" feeling she had in March after the reunion filming.

She says she recognizes the work Raquel's been putting in at the mental health facility after she got pelted with attacks from her costars for the affair with Tom Sandoval behind Ariana Madix's back. Lala feels all the suffering Raquel's been going through is a sign the public spotlight isn't for her.

As you know, Raquel -- as well as Tom -- were the punching bags during the 3-part 'VPR' reunion, and Raquel eventually broke down and confessed the full accurate timeline of when she and Tom started having sex ... debunking some of Tom's claims.

She started sobbing when she admitted a huge secret -- they'd slept together in Ariana and Tom's home while Ariana was away at her grandma's funeral.

Raquel's been at a behavioral health and trauma center for more than 2 months now ... and Lala says she's really happy Raquel's getting the help she needs -- despite their fierce differences up to this point.

Shawn Mendes left fans both excited and understandably confused when he surprise-announced he had a new single on the way ... yet used a photo of a smoke-covered NYC to promote the new tune.

Mendes broke his musical hiatus Friday with the release of "What the Hell Are We Dying For?" but when he announced the single on Thursday, he also shared art showing the orange-tinted NYC skyline.

For the most part, fans were happy, as it's been about a year since Shawn dropped new music ... but there were also comments like, "Extremely poor taste" and "I thought this was parody" regarding the image Shawn used to promote the single.

One positive though -- Shawn says a portion of the proceeds will go to the Canadian Red Cross -- an org that's been on the frontlines assisting with the wildfires raging so badly across the country, it's smoked out multiple states in America's northeast.

As for the song's lyrics ... it opens up with "Smoke in the air, the city's burnin' down. I wanna speak, but I don't make a sound. Locked in my mind, you're all I think about. I wanna save us but I don't know how."
