Kyle Richards is setting the record straight about how she obtained her toned body ... saying she's never used the diabetes drug Ozempic, instead, she's putting the work in herself.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star says she's never even tried the drug, when it comes to her astounding weight loss results ... claiming, she couldn't bring herself to do it if she wanted.

She told Page 6, “I’m not on any weight loss drug. If you know me, you know I have terrible anxiety so that would scare me to death. I have never, ever ever taken it.”

ICYMI, Kyle has been posting away and showing off her toned body on social media the last few months ... prompting fans to speculate she might have taken the drug, to achieve her slim body -- just as some other celebs and 'Bravo' stars have admitted to doing.

On the other hand, Kyle has voiced her frustration with these rumors, maintaining she's done it all herself by changing her lifestyle and habits ... and now we have a better idea of how she got started.

Kyle says her new bod is homemade, thanks to grueling workouts with her personal trainer Cory Gregory, whom she met through singer Morgan Wade.

BTW, some of the dietary changes include cutting out alcohol, sugar, pizza and carbs.

The use of Ozempic for weight loss has become widely popular across the U.S. and has even caused shortages of the drug for those who have Type 2 diabetes ... despite some experts warning against it.

Tom Sandoval is NOT dating Texas influencer Karlee Hale despite media reports to the contrary, TMZ has learned.

A rep for Tom tells us ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star is just friends with Karlee and recently hung out with her because he happened to be in Austin performing with his band. The rep noted there were other people in their group at the time they were seen together.

The Sun published a TikTok video of Tom and Karlee seated at a table in a hotel restaurant last Wednesday. Tom was apparently trying to fly under the radar, wearing a white baseball cap with the brim covering his face.

The sighting reportedly came on the heels of Tom and his 'VPR' co-star Raquel Leviss calling it quits on their seven-month affair. According to Page Six, Raquel pulled the plug on their romance, quoting a source as saying, "Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not for her." However, PEOPLE reports Tom and Raquel's relationship status hasn't changed as they were never a couple.

Since that report last week, Tom and Raquel have yet to comment on the status of their relationship.

Back in April, Tom told paparazzi ... Raquel was getting treatment at a mental health facility after the fallout from Tom's much publicized break up with longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.

Amanda Bynes is facing a tough reality after spending weeks in a mental hospital, often feeling sad and isolated, as she works to balance her medical needs and where to go next in life ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Amanda tell us ... she's back living solo in her own place after her recent release from a mental hospital, but she doesn't have a lot of people in her life.

We're told Amanda hasn't been focusing on some of the passions she had before she was found roaming the streets naked in March -- like fashion design and being a nail tech.

Instead, she loses interest quickly ... though, we're told she could pick up those interests again down the road.

The good news -- our sources say Amanda is really good about attending her outpatient treatments, seeing therapists, and taking her medication.

TMZ broke the story ... she was released from a mental hospital last month, 3 weeks after she was first admitted for treatment.

While Amanda's alone these days, folks around her don't want to see her get back with her ex, Paul Michael.

Our sources say Paul wasn't there for Amanda when she was struggling, and they want to see her move on from him because they feel he's toxic to her recovery.

We're told Amanda mostly just communicates with her parents and siblings ... and actually sees her parents from time to time.

So, while she's isolated from friends, at least she's on good terms with her family.

Zedd knows how to crank out tunes -- and apparently babies -- 'cause a woman went into labor at his Nevada show over the weekend and gave birth.

The Grammy award-winning musician was performing at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas Saturday when a pregnant fan urgently needed to deliver near the stage.

An on-site medical team assisted the woman and rushed her to a hospital, where her infant girl was delivered.

After his performance, Zedd heard about the baby drama and took to Twitter to track down the woman. Zedd wrote, "I heard someone gave birth at the stage DURING MY SHOW. Can someone pls help me find the person? I'd like to reach out!" Zedd got it wrong ... the woman gave birth at the hospital, but close enough.

Zedd got a response Monday night from none other than the new mom herself, Cristina Celis.

Celis tweeted a photo of herself cradling her newborn daughter in a hospital chair with a caption that read, "It was me." She added her baby is "safe, happy and healthy," and thanked the first aid team for their help. The new parents decided to change her middle name to Daisy.

Dolph Lundgren is turning his pain into purpose ... saying he couldn't be happier to inspire others, after opening up about his 8-year battle with cancer.

We caught up with the "Rocky" icon Monday at LAX, where he gave us an update on how he's been feeling since revealing he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015.

Dolph told us, health-wise, he's feeling good at the moment, and he feels even better that his ordeal is inspiring so many others. He's had producers and other folks come up to him and ask for advice and says those exchanges are truly rewarding.

He's clearly focusing on the silver lining, saying even inspiring one person was enough, which is the reason why he talked about it in the first place.

As we reported, Dolph was on "In Depth With Graham Bensinger" earlier this month when he spoke for the first time about his cancer diagnosis.

He said he went into remission in 2020, but when the cancer came back, a doctor gave him a terminal diagnosis ... saying he had tumors in his lungs, stomach, spine, and kidneys and he only had a few years to live.

Thankfully, he got a second opinion from Dr. Alexandra Drakaki, who he credits for shrinking his tumors.

Yung Gravy's recovering from taking a huge tumble while doing something sweet for his fans -- and the accident likely had the crowd singing his song, "Oops!!!"

Gravy was in Gulf Shores, Alabama performing Sunday at the packed Hangout Music Festival, and this video shows just how brutal the fall was while he was doing a little crowd work.

As you can see, the "Betty" rapper was walking a path, with fans on either side and handing out roses on his way back to the stage. The dude never saw the slightly raised plywood in his way, and let's just say ... Gravy was tripping, hard.

Keep in mind, he's like 6'6", so it's a long way down!

Gravy powered through, and after 2 security guards helped him up, he finished the show ... and we've learned he was playing hurt.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gravy suffered a broken left elbow and a broken right wrist. He initially thought a couple Advil would be enough, but when he went to the ER on Monday, doctors discovered the fractures.

You'll recall ... earlier this year, Gravy told us he was excited about some projects he's cooking up in 2023, especially a supposed collab with rapper Quavo.

Hulk Hogan has endured 28 surgeries over the last decade after years of wrestling injuries ravaged his body ... but the WWE Hall of Famer tells us thanks to his THC and CBD use, he feels better than he has in 45 years!

"I always joke about I didn't get the memo that this stuff was 'fake' and after the 10 back surgery and two knees and two hips, it's just a situation of you do get hurt out there all the time," Hogan told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs weekdays on FS1).

Hogan continued, flat out saying ... "I feel better than I've ever felt at 69 years old, I feel like I'm 25 again."

If you know anything about Hulk's physical ailments (Hogan's publicly talked about enduring horrific pain on a daily basis), it's truly an incredible comeback.

"It definitely helped me because as I said the slow walk back from the prescription drugs ended with me downing the Tylenol and the Advil and Aleve's and finally even that wasn't working for me," Hogan said.

"As I moved away from that and got into the CBD world, it really changed the game from my sleep to the inflammation, the way my wrists and my joints hurt, across the board, it helped me with my health."

In fact, Hulk is such a proponent of THC and CBD, he's actually launching his own brand with the company behind Mike Tyson's "Tyson 2.0" and Ric Flair's "Ric Flair Drip," Carma HoldCo.

"When I saw what Ric and Mike were doing, I instantly wanted to get on the team because you use CBD for energy, for sleep, for fitness -- it just made sense. It's a logical extension of where I already was but this is the safe way to approach things instead of that wild card way of doctor's prescription stuff. It just didn't make sense anymore."

Hulk's new partner, Chad Bronstein, Carma's President, also joined us to preview the new health and wellness brand ... which he says will feature not just CBD and THC products but also "functional mushrooms."

Glen Kuiper has been fired from his role as Oakland A's broadcaster ... after he used the n-word while on-air earlier this month.

NBC Sports California said in a statement Monday it came to the decision to part ways with the longtime play-by-play man following a weekslong investigation into the incident.

"We thank Glen for his dedication to Bay Area baseball over the years," the network said in announcing the news.

Kuiper had initially been suspended on May 6 for using the racial slur while talking with Dallas Braden just before the A's vs. Royals game on May 5.

During their conversation, Kuiper had been trying to explain to viewers what they did during the leadup to Oakland's contest in Kansas City ... but in an attempt to say they had gone to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, he muttered the n-word instead.

Later in the game, the 60-year-old apologized for it all ... saying he had said something that didn't come out the way he intended.

"I could not be more sorry and horrified by what I said," he added in another apology later in the week. "I hope you will accept my sincerest apologies."

Jamie Foxx is still on the mend ... getting round-the-clock treatment at a facility in Chicago while his family continues to stay by his side.

Foxx's daughter, Corinne, and his close friend, Dave Brown, were among Jamie's visitors over the weekend. Both looked serious, and seemingly showed up to the facility for their time with Jamie.

TMZ broke the story, Jamie was transferred to the rehab facility in Chicago earlier this month after he was first hospitalized in Atlanta.

It's not entirely clear what sort of treatment Jamie's getting in Chicago, but we know the facility offers services to people who are recovering from strokes, spinal injuries and even cancer treatment. There's no indication Foxx has cancer.

Remember, it was early April when Corinne announced Jamie had suffered a 'medical complication' while he was working in Atlanta.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are ready to spend the rest of their lives together ... TMZ has confirmed they're engaged!!!

The billionaire popped the question while sailing around Europe on his new $500 million superyacht, which includes a sexy homage to Lauren, and she said, "Yes." Page Six was first to report the news.

Of course, Lauren's answer should come as no surprise ... the two have been absolutely inseparable since they started dating back in 2019, following Jeff's divorce from his wife of 24 years, MacKenzie.

Jeff looks to have spared no expense on an engagement ring, which Lauren proudly showed off Sunday aboard Jeff's yacht. As you can see, the rock on Lauren's finger is HUGE!!!

Still, no matter what Jeff dropped on an engagement ring, it's just a drop in the bucket to the Amazon founder.

It seems Jeff and Lauren actually got engaged last week, because she was photographed Wednesday with a ring on THAT finger, but it was twisted so the huge rock was hidden on the inside of her hand.

Jalen Ramsey is saying goodbye to both L.A.'s football team this year AND the insane mansion he called home in the city ... TMZ Sports has learned he's put his pad up for sale following his trade to the Dolphins.

The former Rams cornerback -- with the help of Compass agent Lee Mintz -- just listed the property on Monday for $13,995,000 ... and while it's a hefty price tag, it ain't hard to see that it's definitely worth it.

The home, located in the swanky Hidden Hills, has seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms ... and comes with its own basketball court and sauna.

It's also got a theatre room, a wine room, and an insane fitness room.

The backyard also has a luxury pool, a newly built guest house -- and plenty of incredible landscaping. There's even an area in the yard to train for uphill sprints!!

The 28-year-old, who initially bought the place from Howie Mandel in 2020 for $9.5 million, sure didn't seem thrilled to have to part ways with the home ... saying in a statement Monday, "It is tough coming to terms with selling it because I do love it."

"You can relax, play basketball, be healthy, workout," he added, "you can do it all here."

Of course, Ramsey doesn't have much use for the place these days ... after being traded to Miami back in March -- he won't be needing to be in L.A. too often for the foreseeable future.

The security guard who went viral for being an undercover Swiftie says it was a simple process to get the job working Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, but he admits things didn't go as he originally planned.

Davis Perrigo, whose day job is accounting, joined us Monday on "TMZ Live," and explained he just had to fill out a form in order to work "security" at Nashville's Nissan Stadium for Taylor's concert -- and even did a test run by working a Luke Combs' concert at the same venue the week before.

Ariana Madix is officially saying goodbye to the last major tie she had to her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval ... moving out of the place they once called home together.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was spotted Monday at their Valley Village crib, gathering some of her things and loading up a U-Haul moving truck. Ariana had a few folks on hand, helping her put items into different vehicles.

Ariana certainly looks happy to move on, sporting a huge smile on her face, even pausing to relish in the moment on IG with a cheery selfie vid captioned, "ready to dip out 😏."

Remember, Tom and Ariana were still living under the same roof, up until now ... despite their 10-year relationship coming to an explosive end once she found out Tom cheated on her with their 'VPR' costar Raquel Leviss.

The two each owned 50 percent of the home, per property records. As we reported, they were sleeping in separate rooms and pretty much avoiding any communication as much as possible.

Ray Stevenson, known for his work in 'Thor' and the "Star Wars" franchise, has died.

Ray's publicist confirms the news to TMZ, telling us he died Sunday -- they say they have no further details surrounding his death at this time.

Ray first broke into the world of acting in 1993, appearing in various episodes of TV before landing a role in the 1998 flick, "The Theory of Flight" ... where he played a gigolo tasked with helping Helena Bonham Carter's character lose her virginity.

He went on to appear in a bunch of projects like "The Book of Eli," "Rome," "The Other Guys," and "Kill the Irishman" -- all before landing the role of Volstagg in Marvel's "Thor" in 2011, returning to the series in 2 sequels as the years went on.

"Star Wars" fans remember Ray lending his voice to the character Gar Saxon -- appearing in "Rebels" & "The Clone Wars." He's also playing a separate character in the upcoming "Ahsoka" series, premiering later this year.

Apart from that, Ray's been featured in "Divergent," 9 episodes of "Dexter," "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," "Black Sails," and "Crossing Lines." He also played Scott Buxton in the recent Indian hit, "RRR."

Ray was 58.

Univ. of New Mexico tight end Jaden Hullaby, who started his collegiate football career at the Univ. of Texas, has tragically died at just 21 years old.

Hullaby's family said in a statement on social media on Sunday that they had feared for his safety ... after they hadn't been able to make contact with him since last Thursday. He was last seen on a freeway in Dallas, the family said.

In an update on Monday -- Hullaby's brother, Landon, announced the UNM athlete had sadly passed away.

"Forever living through you big brudda," Landon wrote. "I love you so much and I got you and the family forever I swear get your rest King 🕊💔 LLJAY"

No other details surrounding his death have been revealed.

UNM said in a statement following the news that it was praying for "Jaden’s family and all who knew him." UT head coach Steve Sarkisian added in a statement of his own that he and the Longhorns were heartbroken as well.

"He was a great person and someone we all enjoyed being around, coaching and spending time with," Sarkisian said. "All of our thoughts are with his family, friends and teammates, and we want to send our deepest condolences to them in such a difficult time."

Hullaby was a touted running back prospect in the Longhorns' 2020 class who switched to linebacker when he got to the Austin campus. He played in just two games in his two seasons for the school ... before he transferred to UNM prior to the 2022 season.

In his one year with the Lobos, he played tight end, and piled up 44 receiving yards and 59 rushing yards in eight games.
