The Menendez Brothers case is back in the news now that an ex-member of Menudo is now backing their claim that their father was a pedophile.

Roy Rosselló -- who was part of the uber-popular boy band from the '80s -- is the subject of a new docuseries that's being aired by Peacock ... titled, "Menendez + Menudo: Boys Betrayed," which teases a big bombshell that Roy says he's ready to share with the world.

He claims Jose Menendez drugged and sexually assaulted him before Menendez was brutally killed alongside his wife by their sons, Lyle and Erik.

Unclear how exactly Roy claims to have known Jose during the time of the alleged incident -- but it's not outside the realm of possibility ... remember, Menendez worked as an executive in the music biz during the '80s and '90s -- and was tight with the Latino community.

Rossello's story is scheduled to stream May 2 ... but from the trailers/promos released this week, there's no doubt he's leveling a serious allegation that seems to jibe with what the Menendez Bros. also claimed about their dad in the '90s ... namely, that he'd allegedly sexually abused them for years during their childhood.

You'll recall ... the lynchpin of the brothers' defense essentially boiled down to telling the jury they lived in fear from the abuse and only killed their parents after claiming their dad threatened them when they said they would expose what he'd done.

It's unclear for now if Rossello's new assertion -- which seems to be the first time anyone has publicly backed the notion that Jose Menendez might've sexually abused minors -- will have any impact on the Menendez brothers' case, as their lawyers have tried for years to secure a new trial with several unsuccessful appeals.

Things between Ariana Madix and her Coachella boo are lookin' like more than just a festival hookup ... because nothing screams "serious" quite like taking someone to the airport.

Ariana was spotted once again with Daniel Wai Monday after their fun in the Indio sun ... and, again, they were making out -- curbside at LAX -- before he headed inside to jet off.

The pics, at least, make it seem like Ariana is really into this guy.

Setting aside the super-public PDA, Ariana drove him through infamous L.A. traffic to one of the busiest airports on the west coast -- talk about commitment!!!

As we reported, the "Vanderpump Rules" star was in full rebound mode over the weekend ... video obtained by TMZ showed Ari and the fitness coach lockin' lips pretty passionately while dancing the night away.

While some speculated this could've just been a fling, the LAX trip might be a sign it's a lot more legit ... 'cause gas ain't cheap!

Antonio Brown got into a heated spat with a security guard at a National Arena League game over the weekend ... but a spokesperson for the venue tells TMZ Sports the former NFL star was in the wrong in the situation.

The incident went down at halftime of Albany Empire's season-opening game against the Orlando Predators in New York ... when Brown -- who just became part owner of the Albany squad last month -- was down on the field trying to hype up fans.

In videos that Brown posted from the game, you can see as he was shaking hands with kids and waving to people in the stands ... an MVP Arena security guard told him he needed to get off the field ASAP.

The clips show the guard telling Brown he had to leave the area "right now" over and over again.

"I'll think about it," Brown can be heard saying in response ... before adding, "We ain't going nowhere."

Things escalated from there -- in Brown's videos, you can see he told the guard to "make me" get off the field repeatedly.

"It's my field," Brown said. "I'm the owner."

The two men then argued back and forth for several minutes.

On Monday and Tuesday, Brown blasted the guard over the situation ... saying on his social media pages the matter was "disgraceful."

But, the general manager of MVP Arena, Bob Belber, told us Tuesday morning Brown needed to exit the field simply for safety reasons.

According to Belber, halftime festivities were about to begin ... and as part of the show, the team was lowering its 2022 championship banner -- which required everyone to clear the area as it can present dangers for people below.

Belber, though, said not only was Brown not willing to leave ... he was actually trying to get kids to come onto the field, too ... putting them at risk.

"The safety of children on the field and Antonio was extremely important," Belber said.

Belber added that Brown used "pretty aggressive" language toward the security official that was not seen in the former NFL player's videos.

But, Belber said he fully anticipates all sides coming together at some point this week and coming to an understanding.

"I think we'll get through this," he said. "The parties will come together and I'm sure this won't be repeated."

Belber said Brown has not been banned from the arena "or anything" like that ... adding, "It was a simple misunderstanding on his part -- he shouldn't have been down on the field."

Attorney Ben Crump says it's a true miracle Ralph Yarl is alive after the Black 16-year-old was shot in Kansas City after ringing the wrong doorbell -- but he adds, the charges against the shooter point to a larger problem in America.

Crump joined us Tuesday on "TMZ Live" to talk all about the aftermath of 84-year-old Andrew Lester shooting Yarl in the head and near the chest-area ... after he had accidentally gone to the wrong house to pick up his younger siblings.

Ben tells us, it is a blessing Yarl survived and is in stable condition and recovering at home with his family. He adds, he hopes Ralph has a full recovery -- mentally and physically -- from all the trauma he's endured.

However, Crump was less hopeful about the shooter being held accountable. FYI, Lester was charged with 2 felonies on Monday - assault in the 1st degree and armed criminal action but he was NOT charged with attempted murder.

Crump tells us prosecutors say they charged Lester with the most they believe would result in a conviction ... meanwhile, he says Black folks are charged to the max and it's not a question about whether they would get convicted.

He also notes police questioned Lester for 20 minutes and let him go to sleep the same night -- something he calls "unbelievable". BC says we never see this happen when races are reversed.

Celebs and folks all over have rallied behind Ralph and his family ... donating to his GoFundMe and showing their support. However Ben says America has a long way to go.

In his eyes, the country has a larger issue with using guns to handle differences. He says we shoot first and ask questions later ... whether it's police or citizens.

Mindy Weiss, the most famous celebrity wedding planner in America, is being sued over a hoity-toity reception ... and the parents of the bride blame Mindy for botching a key Jewish tradition.

Barbara and Craig Spencer bankrolled a $2 million Aspen wedding in March 2022, for their daughter. They dropped $100k on Mindy, who's done weddings for Justin and Hailey Bieber, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Russell and Nina Westbrook, Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, as well as lots of Kardashian shindigs.

They say Mindy was overbooked and ill-prepared to pull off their lavish affair. They're also upset that the wedding was originally budgeted for $1 million, but Mindy ended up telling them shortly before the event that the cost had ballooned to double that. They hired a 12-piece band but the sound system sucked, and the father-daughter dance was barely audible. They tick off a number of problems that ticked them off ... notably, the ceremony started so late, the gondola that took guests to the venue only ran up to a certain hour and not everyone made it.

They hired Nelly to perform at the reception, but due to the delays, his performance had to be cut short.

But it seems the biggest thing that rankled them involved a tradition at most Jewish weddings -- a dance called the Hora. It's when the guests at the wedding hoist up the bride, groom and parents who are sitting in chairs and bob them around to traditional Jewish music.

According to the lawsuit, Mindy was warned the chairs in the reception room were much too heavy and that she should go with lighter chairs. Apparently, that didn't happen and as a result, the Hora dance was very brief and the father of the bride didn't get a ride!

Mindy's being sued for more than a million bucks. We reached out to Mindy ... she had no comment.

Mazel Tov to the bride and groom?

Angry "Love Is Blind" fans looking for an explanation for the Netflix meltdown that sunk the live reunion, need to look in the mirror ... according to a few of the cast members themselves.

We ran into a handful of this season's contestants Monday at LAX and, of course, had to ask 'em about what the heck happened Sunday when Netflix's site started glitching out ... and most fans couldn't see the episode.

Here's what fan fave Paul Peden had to say about it ... according to him, it wasn't so much a lack-of-preparation on Netflix's part -- as many fans suspect -- but more so an abundance of eyeballs, which Netflix's servers apparently couldn't handle all at once.

Paul says the reunion did, in fact, go live in some places, and he thinks the streaming giant should definitely keep dabbling in live programming ... there's, obviously, a ton of interest.

For the record, most viewers couldn't see the episode until Monday afternoon.

Paul also talked to us about his drama-filled journey on the show. As fans know, he left Micah Lussier at the altar -- after she demanded he say "I do" first -- and he talks about how he feels about her last-second switcheroo.

Bottom line ... he says he does sorta consider Micah's move pretty damn villainous.

We also talked to a couple that stayed together post-taping -- Zack Goytowski and Bliss Poureetezadi -- and they weighed in on the whole live stream fiasco as well.

They, too, attributed the hiccup to an overload of 'LIB' enthusiasts tuning in at once, and mostly see it as a good thing. We also asked them about a lot of other stuff -- like whether they thought Irina Solomonova was genuine in her apology. These 2 are already pros at plugging ... telling us over and over people just gotta watch for themselves.

Jonathan Majors reportedly had the door closed behind him by his management team ... getting dropped after last month's arrest for allegedly assaulting a woman.

According to Deadline, Majors' talent management company Entertainment 360 gave him the boot -- and the PR firm The Lede Company also pulled the plug on working with the actor.

Italian luxury fashion house Valentino has also uninvited Majors as its guest at this year's Met Gala ... according to the report.

All this rejection's coming after the "Creed 3" star was arrested last month in NYC for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment after allegedly slapping his GF in a taxi.

Majors' lawyer Priya Chaudhry told us the alleged victim texted the actor after he got arrested to say ... "she was the one who used physical force against him."

And as you know, Majors has been working in Hollywood nonstop recently ... and he's set up to be the next big villain in the MCU. Deadline reports there have been no talks within Marvel to strip him of the role at this time.

Megan Thee Stallion says she's closing the chapter on her Tory Lanez memories once and for all, now that he's been served justice.

For the first and (supposedly) last time, Megan jotted down her thoughts in a new op-ed for Elle on Tuesday ... lamenting the public humiliation she suffered, and her current road to recovery.

Megan says she's no victim, but couldn't ignore the trauma induced when Tory laughed, joked and pushed false narratives in the public ahead of their trial, which concluded last December with Tory's conviction.

She called the shooting "her most traumatic experience" in her 28 years, and lashed out at unnamed players in the music biz who threw sneak disses at her ... or accused her of lying about the shooting.

The "Savage" rapper says she hopes her words touch all past and future victims of traumatic experiences, and doesn't plan on rehashing the shooting timeline any further ... for the sake of her mental health.

Megan also thanked her most dedicated "Hottie" fans who showed up to court for moral support, and says she's just been kicking it with her manager T. Farris and has banging new music fans will love.

Damar Hamlin has the green light to throw on his helmet and shoulder pads once again -- the Bills safety is "fully cleared" to resume his football career just three and a half months after suffering cardiac arrest during a game, Brandon Beane announced Tuesday.

The Buffalo general manager shared the incredible update just minutes ago ... saying Hamlin's team of specialists are "in agreement" that he is able to resume his football career.

In fact, Beane says Hamlin has been working out lately -- just like any other athlete would after going down with an injury.

"He's fully cleared," Beane told reporters. "He's here, and he is of the mindset, he's in a great headspace to come back and make his return."

Hamlin hasn't played since his medical emergency during "Monday Night Football" on Jan. 2 ... and has used his near-death experience to spread awareness for CPR training and AED accessibility.

Back in February, Hamlin announced his intentions to return to the field in an interview with Michael Strahan ... saying, "That's always the goal, like I said, as a competitor, I'm trying to do things to keep advancing my situation."

"Bu, I'm allowing that to be in God's hands. I'm just thankful he gave me a second chance."

Bills coach Sean McDermott also addressed the news ... adding, "Super excited for Damar.  He's moving forward one step at a time. We'll provide all the mental health we can. Just taking it one day at a time."

When it rains it pours and, for Tom Sandoval, that just means more and more drama.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star took his seemingly never-ending cheating saga to Instagram Monday night and blasted Miraval Resorts and Spas for suggesting he would be staying at one of their locations this week.

Tom wrote, "I’m beyond disappointed in @MiravalResorts @MiravalArizona and their decision to post to their Instagram account this past weekend alluding to me staying there this week."

He continued, "They claim to be a refuge for wellness and betterment. But that is obviously false. They’d rather feed into the negativity and spectacle that has engulfed my life."

Tom went on to say that he planned a trip to the resort for some peace and quiet, but Miraval "isn’t the place for that." He also gave "a special shout-out to the general manager" for not taking responsibility for his team posting the message, which was in "poor taste."

In the since-deleted message, Miraval Arizona implied that Tom would be visiting its spa, sharing an image of an empty bar with a caption that mirrored the lyrics to VPR's theme song, "You know that it’s our time, these are the best days of our life."

To connect the dots ... Raquel checked into a mental health facility late last week, and fans speculated she was going to Miraval. Another rumor suggested Tom would be joining her. So it seems Miraval was playing into the speculation, and it seems Tom really had planned to be there.

As you know, Tom is in the crosshairs of a cheating scandal that has rocked the entire 'VPR' cast. TMZ broke the story in early March ... Tom blew up his 9-year relationship with girlfriend Ariana Madix after he had a torrid affair with fellow cast member, Raquel Leviss. Our sources say Madix, who's also a regular on the show, learned of the romance when she scrolled through Tom's cell phone and found inappropriate texts between him and Raquel.

Since then, Tom and Raquel have received major backlash from fans of the show and some of their cast members. Both have been struggling to keep their sanity through all the blowback they've received. We're told Raquel is currently seeking mental health treatment as a result of the fallout from the affair.

Jamie Foxx is still MIA for his latest flick, stuck in the hospital as doctors continue tests after his medical emergency ... and it appears producers of the film he was shooting are using a body double to complete it in his absence.

"Back In Action" is still going full steam ahead, with Jamie's costars Cameron Diaz and McKenna Roberts filming scenes with his double -- an actor named Chris.

Looks like things are going well, as he and Cameron were yukking it up on set Monday ... shooting a scene together as they walk out of a club.

Worth noting he doesn't have telltale CGI dots on his face, so it seems it's being shot in a way that makes it look like Jamie is in the scene.

As we reported, a stunt double named Travis took Jamie's place last week ... days after the actor was rushed to the hospital for an unknown, serious medical emergency. Doctors are still performing tests to determine what caused Jamie's medical crisis.

Netflix's latest hit show, "Obsession," features a sex scene with just a man and pillow ... and it's freaking out the general public, who are thinking twice about their next check-in.

Richard Armitage's character, William, gets into an affair with his son's fiancée -- played by actress Charlie Murphy -- and at one point in the mini series, he ransacks a hotel room that she had just stayed in ... desperately looking for any lingering sign of her left behind.

Eventually, he finds a pillow on the bed where she slept and picks up her scent ... which then launches him into a full-blown sex act where he's going at it with the cushion, literally. The dude sniffs it up, bites it and humps it like a dog -- as if it was the actual person.

That's where Netflix fans seem to have drawn the line on the kinkiness ... several took to Twitter to express their disgust, joking that they'd never look at another hotel pillow the same way again. That's probably a good rule ... but "Obsession" takes it to a new level.

Of course, a lot of folks are joking with their gross-out takes -- posting funny memes/GIFs to react. Some, it seems, even thought it was pretty hot! To each their own, we suppose.

Here's the crazy part ... the dude himself, Armitage, actually says this scene was largely improvised -- which just speaks to how good of an actor he is -- seeing how damn into it he was on camera. He explains that they were going to do a lipstick thing, but thought the pillow would be more realistic and jarring ... considering how much of a sex fiend the character is.

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour is so big she might have aliens in on the act -- that's what some folks in the Tampa area were thinking, as lights from her show led to UFO sightings!!!

TayTay performed at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium for 3 days at the end of last week, but lots of Floridians got a show even outside the stadium ... where they whipped out phones to document strange activity in the sky.

It's funny now, but you can hear the panic in the voice of one concerned resident, who posted a video to TikTok, showing a wide band of lights shifting across a cloudy sky. Ya gotta see it ... she repeatedly screams, "Bro, what the f***???"

Now, all the sky gazers seem aware T-Swift was playing nearby that night ... but they're completely convinced the lights in question are not from her concert, and instead something otherworldly.

At one point, a woman in the vid exclaims "that is NOT Taylor Swift!"

Of course, the lighting effect they were staring at was 100% from her show, but with all the recent UFO buzz -- from politicians and military leaders -- hard to blame these folks!

Country star Jessie James Decker is calling out United Airlines for its alleged treatment of her pregnant sister ... who, according to Jessie, was forced to get on her hands and knees to pick up some popcorn.

Even before Jessie sounded off, the incident went viral because her sister Sydney is married to Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass -- and he was first to rip into United, claiming flight attendants made his wife get on the floor to pick up the kernels their daughter dropped.

With the online backlash in full swing, Jessie's adding to it by revealing on IG that Sydney's "five months pregnant, high risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children."

Jessie continued ... "The flight attendant came up to Sydney with a trash bag, and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop" -- adding they called the scattered food a safety hazard.

She says Sydney was left in tears after her clean-up duty ... and now there's a push on Twitter for United to apologize.

Many chalked it up to laziness on the attendant's part, but there are some people backing United -- one user tweeted, "Commercial airlines are not your children’s playground. Pick it up and take responsibility for your kids."

Pauly Paul, one of the stars of MTV's "Siesta Key" series, is on the wrong side of the law after cops say he was speeding around South Florida while extremely drunk.

According to police docs obtained by TMZ, Paul was behind the wheel of a Mercedes going 74 MPH in a 40 MPH zone Sunday in Sarasota when a police officer spotted him.

Cops say Paul slowed down at one point, but put the pedal to the metal once more before an officer finally managed to pull him over with 2 passengers in his car.

The officer says he could immediately tell Paul was under the influence -- he allegedly displayed all the classic symptoms ... reeked of booze, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

Not just that, Paul allegedly stumbled out of the car, was unsteady on his feet ... and the officer smelled marijuana in the car.

Despite all that, the officer says Paul made a bold prediction that he would beat the field sobriety test, claiming he'd only had 2 drinks at a friend's house. Paul posted a video that day showing himself taking a shot ... unclear if he included that in the 2 drink estimate.

Anyway, you know how this ends ... cops say Paul failed the sobriety tests, and he was arrested for DUI. He got a breathalyzer test at the station, and police say he blew between .151 and .157, just under the .08 legal limit.

Coachella is cutting a check because Frank Ocean wasn't the only one performing late into the night ... the music festival is being dinged six figures for going past curfew.

A rep for the City of Indio, where Coachella is held, tells TMZ ... fines for curfew violations over the first weekend totaled $117,000.

We're told curfew is 1 AM on Friday and Saturday and midnight on Sunday, and Coachella missed the cutoff time on all three nights ... going over by 25 minutes Friday, 22 minutes Saturday and 25 minutes Sunday.

City of Indio officials say the fines are part of its agreement with Goldenvoice ... with the contract calling for a daily fine of $20,000 for the first 5 minutes past curfew, with another $1,000 tacked on for every minute after.

As we reported ... Frank Ocean cited the curfew during his Sunday headlining set. He showed up late, starting his show at 11 PM and wrapped his performance with an unenthusiastic one-liner ... "Guys I'm being told it's curfew, so that's the end of the show."

The $117,000 in fines goes into Indio's General Fund, and we're told the city uses the money for operating costs, including public works and the police and fire departments.
