Betty White's former home in L.A. -- where she'd lived for decades -- is nothing but dust and dirt now ... as the new owners apparently aim to build up a massive mansion in its place.

The late actress's relatively modest Brentwood property -- modest for A-list celebs, that is -- was recently demolished ... and now, photos of the aftermath are surfacing, showing construction crews already hard at work laying the groundwork for something new.

As you can see, her old house -- a roughly 3,000-square-foot structure with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, complete with a pool -- is practically all gone, meaning the folks moving in did, in fact, want to build out from the ground up without a trace of the former estate intact.

Per real estate records, reviewed by TMZ, the buyers ended up being a dentist and his wife ... and it looks like they filed for a permit to bulldoze back in November. In February of this year, they filed more paperwork signaling they're interested in putting in a new pool and spa.

It would also appear they're geared up to get an entirely new main house built as well. Considering what they've already suggested they'll be putting in -- you can bet it's gonna be a lot bigger than what BW was staying in for quite literally decades.

As many know, Betty had lived at this Brentwood address since the '60s ... and her career in Hollywood got fully in swing shortly after that. Her crib was a staple of celeb sight-seeing for tourists visiting town -- but now, they won't be able to get an eyeful of what was once.

Pretty sad, to be honest. But, when you drop upwards of $10 mil for a piece of real estate -- you're entitled to do whatever the hell you want with it ... regardless of its iconic status.

Logan Paul's wrestling career is just getting started -- the Maverick has officially signed a new contract with WWE ... just days after his stunning WrestleMania performance.

The 28-year-old initially signed a multi-fight deal with the promotion in June 2022 ... and after incredible outings at WrestleMania, Crown Jewel and Royal Rumble, the move was a no-brainer.

Logan shared the news on social media minutes ago ... holding his contract and snapping a pic with WWE chief content officer Triple H, who posed with his signature "point."

"A proven Superstar on the biggest stage," Triple H said on Monday. "Can't wait to see what's next for @LoganPaul"

Swifties are analyzing a TikTok clip from one of her 'Eras' concerts in Arizona -- where some folks think she got emotional during a performance of her track "Champagne Problems." In light of this weekend's news ... a handful believe this must have meant something.

While the song is about an unrequited marriage proposal, it's hard to say if there's anything to this. TS doesn't look any more animated than she does for any other song. There are also those who claim she tears up, but you can't see any active waterworks on her face.

That's not the only thing being studied in the aftermath of her split. A last-minute song change in her setlist is also getting picked apart as suggesting something bigger -- the swap being between "Invisible String," a track about 2 soulmates, to another song called "The 1" ... which focuses on love lost and reminiscing on a former relationship.

Seeing how "The 1" made the cut, some Swifties think she was telegraphing trouble with Joe. Again, it's possible, but on the flip side ... it could just as easily mean nothing at all.

The big breakup news came over the weekend ... Taylor and JA are reported to have gone their separate ways in recent weeks. The exact timeline isn't clear, nor do we know who broke up with whom. He's said to have been absent from her tour, which makes sense now.

Odell Beckham Jr. and Lamar Jackson are already connecting off the field ... the two NFL superstars hit up LIV nightclub in Miami Beach after OBJ signed a multi-million dollar deal with the Ravens.

OBJ and LJ were seen on video in the famed MIA nightclub ... partying it up as music played in the background, and they were greeted with a sign that read, "Welcome Lamar & OBJ."

Odell was visibly into the moment, enjoying himself after inking the one-year, $15 million deal (which could reportedly go up to $18 million).

The more pressing question is ... how does Lamar feel?

Remember, the 2019 NFL MVP revealed he asked for a trade earlier this month after failing to reach a lucrative, long-term deal with the Ravens.

You've got to imagine Jackson loves the idea of bringing in a top-tier wideout like Odell ... and judging by the fact they're partying together on night 1, it appears that's the case.

Before hitting LIV, OBJ, wearing a Ravens hat, announced the news on social media ... dressing his son, Zydn, in Jackson's No.8 Ravens jersey, with the word "Flock" as the caption.

Jackson publicly congratulated Beckham on signing with the Ravens ... posting a photo on IG of the two on what appears to be a FaceTime call with the caption, #TRUZZ.

Ravens fans have already started daydreaming about what an LJ-OBJ connection could look like on the field ... assuming Jackson's changed his mind on wanting out of Baltimore.

Don Lemon stepped in it again Monday, apparently making what he thought was an off-mic remark about Jon Stewart and then, after an awkward pause, backtracking big time.

Don threw to a clip of Jon Stewart interviewing U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks, in which Stewart challenged what he called extreme waste in the DOD's $850 billion budget. When Hicks took issue with the waste allegation, Jon shot back ... "I can't figure out how $850 billion to a department means that the rank and file still have to be on food stamps. To me, that's f***ing corruption."

The video of the interview stayed up but the audio cut out, and then you hear Don, apparently talking to his cohosts not realizing his mic was hot, saying, "He gets a lot of leeway with the comedian thing, though." It seems he was talking to his co-anchors and got caught on air.

There was silence for a few seconds, and then Don tried to recover, saying Stewart is so much more than a comedian. He repeated that again.

Students at Kanye West's Donda Academy are being deprived of the education they deserve, but the parents should be concerned if they try to go somewhere else -- so says one of the teachers suing the rapper over the school.

Former Donda teacher Cecilia Hailey's now giving a word of warning to parents, telling TMZ they're severely behind educationally -- but that doesn't mean moving somewhere else will instantly correct the problem.

She says the kids aren't getting graded at the unaccredited school, so transferring could be problematic.

Cecilia's worried about the students' futures ... angry the kids are way behind on the learning curve.

As we reported, Cecilia and her daughter claimed they were fired from their teaching gigs at Donda after calling out the school's flaws ... also saying race was a factor.

Cecilia tells us Kanye might not be involved with the school's issues, although she's named him in the suit. She listed numerous problems with Donda, BTW -- including a lack of chairs, locked front doors, and no lesson plans. She also complains the only item on the lunch menu was sushi.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's family is growing, and her latest addition to the brood has impeccable timing.

Keshia, AKA Rudy from "The Cosby Show", chose Sunday -- her birthday, BTW -- to announce she'd given birth to her second child. She shared a playful vid from the hospital bed with her husband Brad James, who was still in scrubs.

It's a cute moment ... Brad really seems to get into character saying "this is how grown people play doctor" before asking his wife about her symptoms and diet.

KKP wrote, "With this little one we are complete… Happy Birthday to me!!! What an eventful birthday week… 😆," Pulliam wrote on Instagram. "Thank you for the birthday wishes!! 😘"

It's unclear if she actually birthed the baby on her birthday, or just prior to Sunday ... Keshia's post wasn't that specific.

The vid ended with a photo with the entire family ... including Keshia's 6-year-old daughter Ella, who she shares with her ex, Edgerton Hartwell, and the newborn.

Just last month Keshia revealed they were expecting a boy.

Still no word on the little guy's name.

Hilary Swank had her hands full on Easter Sunday, but in a good way as she posed with 2 new bundles of joy in her arms.

The 2-time Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram to show the world her twin babies -- a boy and a girl -- after she had recently given birth.

In the photo, Hilary was seen holding the infants close to her chest while staring at a beautiful sunset with a caption that read ... "It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! Posting from pure Heaven."

As you might recall, Hilary announced in October she and her second husband, entrepreneur Philip Schneider, were expecting.

At the time, she told "Good Morning America" that she had been longing to be a mom and was overjoyed that she was having twins with Philip, who she had married in 2018.

Celeb pals Sharon Stone, Sophia Bush and Viola Davis showered Hilary with support after seeing the photo of her newborns.

Sharon wrote, "God bless honey This is the most extraordinary journey ever ❣️so happy for you all."

Some KISS memorabilia is hitting the auction block and expected to fetch a pretty penny -- upwards of hundreds of thousands, in fact -- and this stuff isn't even musical, per se.

Instead of music, it's letters ... handwritten by each OG band member, for their fourth album "Alive!" ... and featured in the gatefold of the groundbreaking live album. They're up for grabs through GottaHaveRockandRoll.com, which is expecting these personal notes to reach bids between $50k to $150k.

Like we said, the KISS rockers put pen to paper ahead of the release of "Alive!" ... writing separate pieces of correspondence to their fan base in pretty descriptive and unique terms.

There are notes from Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss, respectively.

The content is quite different in each letter -- Gene's talking about punishing/pleasuring listeners, Ace is on another planet, Pete's feelin' feline-ish and Paul's getting into voyeurism. The letters match each rocker's stage persona ... The Demon, The Spaceman, The Catman and The Starchild.

The soon-to-be owner will get the 4 pieces of paper -- inheriting them from a lucky then-15-year-old, who initially copped them in 1976 -- complete with the glue an art department applied way back then as well.

They're all certified legitimate through multiple authentication agencies ... so we're talking one of a kind.

The current highest bid is $20k and the auction ends April 14 ... so there's still plenty of time to rock and roll all nite, if you're into it.

Rob Gronkowski will NEVER play another down in the NFL ... at least, that's what the future Hall of Famer is now saying -- telling TMZ Sports this week there's "no chance" he comes back.

The 33-year-old hung up his spikes in June 2022 ... but many thought he could eventually make a return -- considering he had already retired and unretired once before in his career.

But, after sitting out the entire 2022 season -- and, after his good buddy, Tom Brady, called it quits this offseason -- Gronk told Michael Babcock and Mojo Muhtadi he's officially done.

"There's no chance anymore," the former Buccaneers and Patriots tight end said of a possible comeback. "I'm happily retired."

Gronk, though, says he's still using his athleticism ... telling the guys he's actually picked up pickleball in retirement -- and, according to him, he's good at it!!

"I beat my brother, Chris, who plays with pros, and my other brother, Gordon, who plays with pros too!" he said. "And I beat 'em with an average Joe -- my other brother, Glenn G., was my partner!"

"So," he added, "I'm happily retired. I'm still competing, I'm still winning, so I don't even need to go back to football."

Gronk is also spending time at his alma mater, the Univ. of Arizona, where he's slated to be a team captain for the Wildcats' spring football game on April 15.

Gronk will face off with his bro, Chris, who will also be manning the team opposite of Rob's.

"One Tree Hill" star Shantel VanSanten's actor hubby is calling it quits on their marriage ... filing for divorce after the couple said "I Do" less than 2 years ago, and they said it a whopping 3 times.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Shantel's husband Victor Webster filed for divorce in January, citing their date of separation as the 10th.

They don't have any kids together, and the reason for their split is unclear -- he didn't even check the box for "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce docs.

The now-estranged couple was super into each other back in 2021 when they tied the knot -- holding wedding ceremonies not once, not twice, but 3 times. The first one being an intimate courthouse marriage on Shantel's grandparents' wedding anniversary.

They followed it up with a Napa wedding, and then a third and final time in her hometown of Luverne, Minnesota.

Shantel played Quinn James on "One Tree Hill," and Lori in the 'Final Destination' flicks ... while Victor's been on "Days of Our Lives" and "Melrose Place."

Unlike her pregnancy announcement, Spice is doubling down on the seriousness of her recent health scare ... telling us it took nearly a year of recovery just to get walking again.

TMZ Hip Hop spoke to Spice this week and the dancehall reggae queen relived her worst nightmare ... a ruptured hernia that resulted in sepsis, and a 30 lb. weight loss!!!

The "Go Down Deh" crooner fooled fans with a "pregnancy" announcement back in March ... later explaining the photo only signified her return to life, not that she was actually expecting. She dropped a new track, "God a Bless Me" as the cherry on top.

Spice says things got so bad during her hospitalization, she actually prepared a will ... as she legitimately feared she was on her deathbed.

She describes the pain as if her organs were under attack and her skin was being eaten away.

It took a team of 14 doctors and 3 chest-busting operations to save Spice's life ... which caused her to spend 2 months in the hospital, and another 6 months relearning basic life functions like eating and talking.

American television personality and former Miss Universe Puerto Rico Joyce Giraud was 37 years old when she made her debut on season 4 of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" back in 2013.

Joining Joyce in the dramatic series included Kyle Richards as the bubbly mom and boutique owner, Kim Richards as the goofy and clumsy housewife, Yolanda Hadid as the ex-supermodel with the walk-in fridge, and Brandi Glanville whose no-filter personality caused tension between herself and Joyce.

Although she only lasted for one season, she remains friends with costar Lisa Vanderpump to this day!

Tristan Thompson is signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, which means he'll be reteaming with LeBron -- but, also, he'll be much closer to Khloe Kardashian ... and that's significant.

The team made it official amid reports that TT had signed with them, taking to social media to announce he was, in fact, a Laker now as they head into the playoffs. Thompson will add depth and experience to their bench.

It sounds like he could get some playing time, too ... considering he's a vet and his history with LBJ in the playoffs, not to mention a good amount of current Lakers players are plagued with injuries. Point guard Shaq Harrison is also signing with LAL.

This is great news for Laker Nation, as their chances at a playoff run seemed slim just a few short weeks ago. Now, however, they have an actual shot ... assuming they can get through the play-in tournament -- which starts this week. Lakers will play the Timberwolves.

Of course, Tristan now being a Laker could be seen as good news for someone else ... and that'd be his baby mama, Khloe -- who'll probably see him a lot more heading into summer.

The dude's already here in L.A. a helluva lot as it stands -- remember, he and KK share 2 children together ... and they have been hanging quite a bit these past several months as they continue to co-parent. They were even at McDonald's in the same ride this past week.

Considering all the other signs of what sure looks to be a romantic rekindling ... something tells us Khloe might be pretty thrilled about Tristan's transfer to the west coast too.

At the very least, it'll make their jobs as mom and dad easier. Congrats!

Michael Lerner -- famous for roles in 'Elf,' 'Barton Fink,' 'Godzilla' and tons of other shows and movies -- has died ... this according to his family.

The actor's nephew, Sam Lerner, broke the sad news Sunday -- taking to IG with a lengthy caption about his uncle, writing ... "We lost a legend last night. It’s hard to put into words how brilliant my uncle Michael was, and how influential he was to me."

Sam adds, "His stories always inspired me and made me fall in love with acting. He was the coolest, most confident, talented guy, and the fact that he was my blood will always make me feel special. Everyone that knows him knows how insane he was— in the best way. I’m so lucky I got to spend so much time with him, and we’re all lucky we can continue to watch his work for the rest of time."

He ends with ... "RIP Michael, enjoy your unlimited Cuban cigars, comfy chairs, and endless movie marathon." The exact circumstances surrounding his death are unclear.

Michael will, perhaps, be best remembered for his standout role in the 2003 Will Ferrell comedy -- where he played James Caan's hard-ass boss, Fulton, who was demanding a grade-A children's book. Of course, he's had way more credits before that came along.

Aside from the aforementioned flicks, ML's been in movies such as 'Blank Check,' 'Newsies,' 'Harlem Nights,' 'For Richer or Poorer,' 'The Mod Squad,' 'Celebrity,' 'A Serious Man,' and lots of others. His TV credits are equally impressive, with appearances dating back to the '70s.

Some of the biggest shows he's been a part of include ... 'The Brady Bunch,' 'The Good Guys,' 'Ironside,' 'MASH,' 'The Odd Couple,' 'Starsky and Hutch,' 'The Rockford Files,' 'Barnaby Jones,' 'Hill Street Blues,' 'Melba,' 'Tales from the Crypt,' 'Courthouse,' 'Clueless,' 'Kingdom Hospital,' 'Law & Order: SVU,' 'Matumbo Goldberg,' 'Glee,' and many, many more.

He's survived by his famous brother, Ken, and his extended family. Michael was 81.

It seems some 'Star Wars' diehards can't deal with Lizzo and Jack Black's cameos on 'The Mandalorian'  ... 'cause they're calling their appearances the death of the franchise. Yeesh ...

Here's the deal ... the 2 A-listers popped up on last week's episode of the hit Disney+ show, and it ruffled some feathers in the 'Star Wars' fanbase. Some thought the series, and the IP as a whole, had jumped the shark ... and that the magic of 'SW' was over and done with.

That sentiment came to a fever pitch this weekend with one dude's now-viral tweet ... which has spurred a lot of discourse about who, exactly, 'Star Wars' was made for in its original iteration ... and what it's come to represent now. Check out how this fella put it.

The Twitter user writes, "#StarWars isn't for us nerds anymore. We who respect the lore & would be in tears after being cast in one of the movies or shows. Star Wars is now for the popular kids who giggled & high-fived the bullies for stuffing you in your locker."

He adds with some doom and gloom, "It's crashing and #Disney deserves it." Jesus, dude!

The fanboy's thoughts were quite divisive on the bird app, with many responding to his tweet with confusion and shock. Basically, they feel like he's overreacting -- and that 'Star Wars' can (and should) be for everyone ... not just the locker-dwellers from the '70s and '80s.

While many tried shutting this guy down/laughing him off, there's a lot of folks who actually agree with him -- claiming Disney's just out for big names and brands ... and that 'Star Wars' has devolved into a soulless money grab. The Mouse House is definitely out for cash, no doubt, but ya gotta figure they have the best intentions with hires like Lizzo and JB.

Of course, the opinion of an OG goes a long way too ... Billy Dee Williams weighed in on this, and he's cool with Jack and Liz being in the family. That's gotta count for something.
