Rapper Famous Dex is taking another shot at battling his addiction issues, and this attempt comes right on the heels of his latest stint in jail.

Sources close to Dex tell TMZ ... the RichForever rapper was released from L.A. County jail last week, and went straight into a rehab facility for his overall wellness ... and to get himself right for the world again.

Dex had been thrown back behind bars in January and then in June for violating a protective order his ex-girlfriend got against him.

This is his second rehab stay, and we’re told his plan is to remain in treatment until November.

In December 2020, he voluntarily admitted himself for treatment after publicly denying he had any issues with drugs -- that was despite his infamous 2018 IG Live session where he passed out, sparking concern from fans.

Right now, he's trending in the right direction -- in June, Dex announced he'd gone 5 months without a relapse.

Lorde's little sis is following in the singer's footsteps ... because she's gearing up to release her first ever track -- and it's already sounding like a certified hit.

23-year-old Indy Yelich is releasing her song, "Threads" on September 16th ... and it's the first piece of music she's ever officially put out -- needless to say this is a BIG deal for the young artist.

Clearly musical talent runs in the family... but the sisters even have a similar music style -- just take a listen.

It's unclear if Indy's signed with a label yet, but she's got the chops for the big leagues ... maybe her big sister can pull some strings and get her a deal!!!

Indy teased the track a few weeks ago on social media ... posting a clip of her singing the song while playing the piano.

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Lia Dias has a restraining order against her for allegedly threatening to kill her husband, and she got arrested after allegedly getting too close to him.

LAPD tells us Lia was arrested back in August for violating the terms of the stay away order ... and she ended up getting booked on 2 misdemeanor counts and spent a couple nights behind bars.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Lia was busted for allegedly violating the restraining order by coming within 100 yards of him and 100 yards of his Beverly Hills home.

Lia tells us she only went to the home to retrieve her mail, claiming the home had been vacant for several months. When she arrived, Lia says she saw U-Haul trucks on the property, loading up some her personal belongings.

She says her estranged husband called the cops, allegedly telling them she had a gun. She says she eventually got her belongings -- including her dead mom's jewelry -- back.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Lia's estranged husband, Colin Dias, has been getting court-ordered protection from his wife since he claimed she threatened to kill him in November before attacking him a few days later while he was shopping at a PetSmart with their two kids.

At the time, Colin alleged Lia called him up one morning and made a death threat, which he says came on the heels of her telling him she had access to firearms. He says she later attacked him at the El Segundo PetSmart in the presence of their children and got arrested for domestic violence.

Lia's supposed to keep the hell away from Colin, his home and their kids.

"Call Cam. Call Kaepernick. Call anybody out there!"

Drew Pearson tells TMZ Sports the Cowboys are in BIG trouble following Dak Prescott's thumb injury -- and they need to give Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick and any other veteran QBs out there a ring ASAP in order to potentially salvage this season.

Dallas lost its star signal-caller in the fourth quarter of the team's blowout loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs on Sunday night -- and after surgery on Monday, Prescott is expected to miss the next six-to-eight games.

Drew tells us the blow is brutal ... and there's now really only one solution to fixing the problem -- get on the phone and acquire someone like Newton or Kaepernick.

"We got to have somebody there with some experience, some game experience," the legendary Dallas wide receiver said.

"I'm not talking about coming in and mopping up for somebody after the game's already won or already lost. I'm talking about somebody that's been there, been in the big time, knows how to be a starting quarterback in the National Football League."

For now, there's been no murmurs of potential free agent pickups for the Cowboys ... who appear to be poised to ride things out with backup Cooper Rush.

Pearson seemed to be upset with Dallas' front office over the situation -- sounding off on the team's brass for letting go of receivers Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson as well as offensive tackle La'el Collins this offseason.

"That's what I'm disappointed in is that the offseason didn't produce what we needed to produce to surround Dak with the protection and the receivers he needed," Pearson said.

Before this adorable girl with glasses turned into a Hollywood brunette bombshell, she was just a little gal rockin' a pixie cut who had big dreams of becoming an actress and growing up in Roswell, New Mexico.

Rapper PnB Rock was shot while dining with his girlfriend at a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant ... and video shows him fighting for his life.

The shooting just happened, with restaurant employees in a panic as the rapper lay on the floor. Law enforcement sources say they got a call to the restaurant at 1:23 in the afternoon for a shooting victim.

The video shows Rock still moving, but it's possible he may have taken a turn for the worse.

We don't yet have any info on the shooter, but we know PnB was there dining with his girlfriend, Steph, who posted a photo of their meal. A source connected to the restaurant tells TMZ ... it appears the shooter targeted PnB, because no one else was shot or assaulted, and there were plenty of people eating inside the restaurant.

Our source adds it appears the shooter took jewelry off PnB and then fled. PnB had previously posted video of himself wearing several diamond/silver chains.

We're told there's surveillance cameras inside the restaurant, so it may help police apprehend the shooter.

Rock is originally from Philly, but calls L.A. home. He released his debut mixtape in June 2014, and in 2015 signed a record deal with Atlantic Records. In 2016, Rolling Stone named PnB on the list of "10 New Artists You Need to Know."

One of the jurors seated in the R. Kelly trial in Chicago just suffered a panic attack during a break in proceedings ... and the judge quickly moved to get them outta there.

The unusual scene played out Monday, when the juror, a white female, started having a panic attack after the prosecution gave their closing argument. The judge says he was told the juror "couldn't last another minute" and he excused her ... according to reporter Jon Seidel.

The judge says a white male alternate juror is now stepping in ... and like the juror he's replacing, this guy has also not seen the "Surviving R. Kelly" documentary.

The defense teams are now giving their closing arguments, after the prosecution ripped Kelly to begin the day, labeling him a sexual predator who used his celebrity to abuse minors.

Jake Paul says Dana White still owes him a million-dollar check for beating Ben Askren, but the Problem Child is once again proposing a friendly wager with the UFC honcho ... saying he's willing to put $5 MILLION on the line when he fights Anderson Silva.

Jake and Spider were holding a news conference in L.A. on Monday ahead of their October 29 bout in Arizona ... when Paul mentioned how his nemesis thought he'd never take on the challenge ahead of him.

"Dana White did not think I'd take this fight," Jake said minutes ago. "And Dana, I know you're watching, bro. You still owe me a million dollars from when you bet against me on Ben Askren."

"I want you to come out of hiding, stop being a bitch and make a bet against me and Anderson and actually pay up this time because you didn't think I would take this fight."

"So let's make a bet," he added. "Let's put a mil, let's put two mil, let's put 5 mil on it. But I bet you won't, Dana, because you're a bitch."

As for a bet between Jake and Anderson ... Spider says he hates tattoos, so a body ink bet is off the table. With that being said, Jake says he'll get clever and figure something out.

Don't expect Dana to respond to Jake's offer -- 'cause as he told TMZ Sports last week, he's sick of talking about the guy.

Drakeo The Ruler was killed at his own show in December 2021 ... but that hasn't stopped his old landlord from trying to collect the rent against his estate.

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, a man named Oliver Omidvar says he rented a place in Hollywood Hills to the late Los Angeles rapper back in June 2021 for $14,500/month.

Omidvar says he stopped getting monthly payments in January 2022 ... a month after Drakeo was killed outside the Once Upon A Time In LA music festival.

The lawsuit also claims the property was left in shambles ... noting damage to everything from electronics to windows and skylights in addition to several thousands of dollars being used to fix plumbing, drywall, and new coats of paint on the walls.

All told, Omidvar is asking for a total of $104,542.60 from Drakeo's estate to pay for the back rent and damages.

Jamie Spears says the judge got it wrong ... Britney should have to sit for a deposition and answer to all of the allegations she's made about him and her time in the conservatorship.

According to legal docs, filed in the California Court of Appeals and obtained by TMZ, Jamie says it's unfair the court ruled he had to sit for a deposition while Britney can get away without having to sit for one. The docs state, "The right to take a deposition can rarely be denied. In California, discovery is a matter of right."

Jamie's legal team also argues Britney and her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, did not establish good cause to justify prohibiting her deposition ... especially given the fact she made countless claims against Jamie for wrongdoing.

Jamie says if the court had an issue with Britney's deposition, it could have limited the topics or questions covered ... but instead, it just shut her deposition down altogether.

Jamie's legal team says the one-sidedness in the trial judge's ruling violates basic fairness ... that if one party has to sit for a depo, the other party should as well.

Prince Andrew was the target of a heckler during Queen Elizabeth's funeral procession, taking some nasty insults before police intervened.

The Queen's funeral cortege passed through the streets of Edinburgh Monday, as Andrew was among the men walking behind QEII's casket.

Eventually, police grabbed the 22-year-old heckler ... he's reportedly been arrested for a breach of the peace, aka disturbing the peace.

That's when the heckler unloaded, shouting, "Andrew, you're a sick old man!"

As you know, there's been lots of drama surrounding Prince Andrew.

He settled a lawsuit back in February ... after a woman named Virginia Giuffre claimed he had sex with her 3 times when she was still a minor, something he categorically denied.

Prince Harry is giving a heartfelt goodbye to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II ... finally breaking his silence after her passing last week.

Harry released his statement Monday morning, turning the website he shares with Meghan Markle -- Archewell -- into a memorial for QE2 ... saying "We are all reminded of the guiding compass [Elizabeth] was to so many in her commitment to service and duty. She was globally admired and respected."

He continues, "Let us echo the words she spoke after the passing of her husband, Prince Philip, words which can bring comfort to all of us now: 'Life, of course, consists of final partings as well as first meetings.'"

Harry goes on to reflect on some of his favorite memories with her, and says she's sorely missed -- "Not just by us, but by the world over."

He also says he honors his father's new role as king, too -- which is interesting, considering King Charles' on-camera message last week directly reaching out to Harry and Meghan.

As we reported, Prince William and Kate Middleton also seemed to have extended an olive branch to Harry and Megan over the weekend ... the 4 of them were together as they checked out the scores of flowers and cards left outside the palace gates.

Robert Kraft had a champion in his corner as New England kicked off its 2022 season ... with the Patriots owner hosting none other than Mike Tyson in his suite.

Iron Mike was on hand at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. ... where he watched as the Pats fell to the division rival Dolphins, 20-7.

Mike had a seat right next to Kraft, who was sitting next to his son, Jonathan, -- and the two appeared to be chummy throughout the game as the Pats and 'Fins duked it out on the field.

No word on what exactly led to the meetup ... but Mike and Kraft seemed to have a lot to talk about throughout the duration of the game.

The day didn't go without an awkward moment, though -- At one point, Tyson went to give Kraft a fist bump, who missed the cue, but the two managed to clean it up at the end.

Britney Spears says it's likely she'll never perform on stage again ... and rips her dad and her conservatorship for the trauma she went through over the years.

The singer posted -- then deleted -- her frustration on Instagram Sunday ... blasting the fact that she had no control over her music videos and photoshoots while being in her conservatorship.

She says the "so called" professional pics she got while on tour were offensive ... believing the least they could've done was touch them up.

BS says she was traumatized throughout her 13-year conservatorship ... and would rather hang it all up -- adding, "no I probably won't perform again just because I'm stubborn and I will make my point."

For those unaware, 2017 marked the last time Britney performed live, closing her Vegas residency ... of course, she recently returned to music with a collab remix of Elton John's "Hold Me Closer."

Fans were hoping BS and EJ would jump on stage together sometime soon to perform their hit ... but that sounds more like a fantasy, now.

She then points her attention to Jamie ... calling her dad out for a Pepsi ad put up in NYC that made her cry, claiming she looked 80 years old.

Former UFC fighter Elias Theodorou died Sunday following a battle with cancer. He was only 34 years old.

Theodorou had been courageously fighting stage 4 liver cancer ... but chose to share the diagnosis with only select people who were close to him.

Elias -- an outgoing and personable dude outside the cage -- was a heck of a fighter inside it. During his years in the UFC, Theodorou posted an 8-3 record with wins over Eryk Anders and Sam Alvey.

ET was also an advocate for the use of medical marijuana in combat sports ... believing the herb to be safer and more beneficial than prescription drugs.

Elias last fought in December 2021 ... against Bryan Baker at Colorado Combat Club 10, where he won by unanimous decision. Overall, ET was 19-3 professionally.

Back in 2018, Theodorou became the first "ring boy" ... when he worked the Invicta FC (all women's MMA promotion), strutting around the cage like Arianny Celeste.

We spoke to Elias at the time (March 2018) ... and he couldn't have been cooler.
