Emily Ratajkowski is officially pulling the plug on her marriage ... filing for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.

According to online records, the model filed divorce docs Thursday in New York City.

Of course, the filing comes on the heels of allegations Sebastian cheated on the 31-year-old model. There've been plenty of signs over the last few weeks that things were coming to an end between the couple.

Emily was spotted moving out of their NYC home just last month, she also recently announced on social media that she was single and dating again.

Emily and Sebastian married back in 2018 in a surprise ceremony. They have a 1-year-old son, Sylvester, together.

Queen Elizabeth II's garden house, part of her Sandringham Estate, is available as a listing on Airbnb -- but QE2 superfans are gonna need seriously good luck, because the place is sold out for the next 2 years.

The residence was once home to Elizabeth's former head gardener at Sandringham -- one of the royal family's countryside estates -- but now commoners can stay there for an average of about $400 a night.

The Airbnb booking calendar goes as far as August of 2024, but there's only one problem -- EVERY day until then is unavailable. It seems admirers jumped on the opportunity to live like royalty.

The place has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ... and can hold up to 8 guests at a time. It's surrounded by plenty of gardens and a large "adventure play area" for little ones.

Amanda Cupples, Airbnb's GM for Northern Europe, tells us they are "delighted" to offer up the property to the public ... adding guests can hopefully "even see a Corgi or two" during their stay.

What's really eerie about the listing is it was first posted on Wednesday ... just one day before the passing of Queen Elizabeth at her Balmoral Castle in Scotland.

Kris Jenner got herself hooked up to a polygraph Thursday night ... and the question that dogged her for years was on the table -- was she involved in the release of Kim's sex tape!

Kris sat next to Kylie as James Corden fired off the question -- "Did you help Kim release her sex tape?" the audience gasped, but Kris assured everyone it was ok, she gave a firm "No" to the question and a dude named John who was manning the machine said she was a truthteller!

So, couple of things ... the sex tape could not be released unless the parties involved gave their signoff ... Kim filed a lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment, which released the tape, but according to Vivid they reached a financial settlement and they dropped the case.

Vivid has long said it would not release a tape without everyone's consent, because in addition to losing the profits it made off the tape, it would be on the hook for invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress. Nevertheless, Kim sued and they settled.

Corden didn't follow up with whether she knew if Kim was in on the plot ... something Kim has denied.

Some of Britain's biggest rock stars tipped their hats to the late Queen Elizabeth -- including a few fellas who've had her sword tapped on their shoulders.

First off, Harry Styles took a moment to acknowledge QE2's passing Thursday night during his concert at Madison Square Garden -- asking the crowd to give her a round of applause for 70 years of service.

The MSG crowd gave it up big time for the Queen ... and Harry then promised a mood shift to nothing but fun for the rest of the evening.

He wasn't the only Brit who shouted out Her Majesty Thursday during a live performance -- Sir Elton John also paid his respects during his gig in Toronto ... speaking a bit more at length and from the heart.

EJ said he knew the Queen personally and had spent some time with her -- including during his knighting in 1998 -- and noted she'd led the country through some turbulent times in the 20th century, always with aplomb. Elton sent his thoughts and prayers to her whole family.

He also said he was happy she was finally at rest. Elton also released a statement with even more condolences.

More tributes poured in from other music greats, who'd also been knighted ... including Sirs Mick Jagger and Paul McCartney.

MJ wrote, "For my whole life Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II has always been there. In my childhood I can recall watching her wedding highlights on TV. I remember her as a beautiful young lady, to the much beloved grandmother of the nation. My deepest sympathies are with the Royal family."

For his part, Paul took to Twitter to say succinctly... "God bless Queen Elizabeth II. May she rest in peace. Long live The King." Both he and Mick attached photos of QE2 in her youth.

O.J. Simpson slaughtered his ex-wife and her friend -- so says a civil jury that awarded the victims' families $33 million -- but you wouldn't know it by the reception he received 13 miles from the murder site, because fans were beyond stoked to rub elbows with him.

O.J. returned to L.A. -- as far as we can tell for the first time in years -- to watch the Bills trounce the Rams at SoFi Stadium.

Simpson was like a rock star outside the stadium ... with fans flocking to him for a precious selfie. They could not mask their excitement, screaming his name, hugging and fist-bumping him ... they just couldn't contain their glee.

True enough, O.J. was found not guilty of murder, but the civil jury ruled he did indeed kill Ron and Nicole -- who was almost decapitated by the knife -- and left her dead on the front doorstep. If it weren't for a curious pedestrian, his children would have found the body.

While many families come together in a moment of healing after the death of a loved one, the mountain of anger between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and The Royal Family is just too much to overcome.

Queen Elizabeth acted as a sort of bridge over the years, with The Sussexes on one side and Prince William and King Charles on the other. Now, that bridge is gone.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield tells us there's a chance things could get even worse between the rivals in the coming months ... namely because of projects Harry and Meghan have on the horizon.

Harry's upcoming memoir -- set to drop in November -- allegedly contains some damning info about the strained relationship, including parts that could be damaging to Queen Consort Camilla.

Remember, many believe it was either Camilla or King Charles that made racist remarks about the skin color of Harry and Meghan's son, Archie, which have never been cleared up privately or publicly.

Schofield also believes Meghan's new podcast, which has 12 pre-recorded episodes set to drop weekly, will also take digs at the Royals ... causing further division. Given the fact the memoir is already written and podcasts recorded, Schofield says there's no turning back.

"Bachelorette" contestant Erich Schwer -- the last remaining candidate for Gabby Windey -- is owning up to wearing blackface as part of a Halloween costume in high school ... saying he deeply regrets his actions.

A photo from Schwer's old yearbook made rounds on social media this week ... showing him dressed as Jimi Hendrix, donning dark makeup and an afro wig.

The 29-year-old real estate analyst from New Jersey is now speaking out on his costume choice ... saying he wholeheartedly apologizes for what he thought was a gesture showing love for the artist, but admits it only showed ignorance.

"I was naïve to the hurtful implications of my actions to the Black community and those closest to me, and will forever regret my offensive and damaging behavior," Schwer said on Thursday.

"I am deeply ashamed by my actions and understand that my apology is only the first step in taking accountability."

Schwer is Gabby's final chance at love on this season of the dating show ... after she parted ways with Johnny and Jason during the Fantasy Suite episode.

Teresa Giudice is gonna be juggling family, the ballroom and a ton of time in the sky ... now that she's committing to a crazy schedule to appear on "Dancing with the Stars."

The show's producers clearly wanted the 'Real Housewives' star badly, because they pulled some strings to allow her to train with her dance partner, Pasha Pashkov, in New Jersey ... according to Teresa's attorney, James Leonard.

Once the show starts airing, though ... he says she'll be flying to L.A. a day or 2 before each performance. He tells TMZ ... 'DWTS' producers pulled a few strings so that Teresa can train with her dance partner, close to her 4 daughters and new hubby in New Jersey. In order to perform on the show from L.A., she will fly from NJ to L.A. each week a day or two before the show's taping.

James says this was a dealbreaker for Teresa, because she wanted to be home ... close to her 4 daughters her new husband and his 2 sons. He says 'DWTS' is also making arrangements for the fam to come, at some point, to cheer on Teresa in person.

As you know, the 'RHONJ' star has had a lot on her plate recently.

You'll recall, she tied the knot with Luis Ruelas last month ... and then the lovebirds jetted off to Greece for a beachside honeymoon.

The couple also bought a home together last year in Montville, NJ -- and, we all know that the moving process is always a blast.

No doubt, her wild schedule is only getting wilder ... but when we got Teresa in NYC Thursday, she couldn't have been more excited about the new gig.

Boosie Badazz's is torn up about a Houston jeweler getting killed shortly after they met -- but he's also pissed there's internet chatter he might be involved in the crime ... something he's angrily denying.

No doubt, Boosie's Labor Day weekend visit to H-Town, ended in a tragedy -- the death of Duke the Jeweler. Police sources tell TMZ Hip Hop the 29-year-old died from multiple gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead Sunday at 11:46 PM.

According to cops, witnesses said they saw 2 unidentified Black male suspects hop out of a black GMC truck, approach Duke on foot and fire several shots in his direction ... before fleeing the parking lot.

Now, here's where Boosie comes into the story -- on Sunday, he actually met with Duke ... who, as it turns out, unwittingly captured his final moments on Instagram.

During the meeting, Duke showed off some jewelry, stacks of cash and Louis Vuitton bags -- and, according to Boosie, Duke got shot shortly after this.

The rapper was pretty emotional when he posted a video during his flight back home ... and spilled all the details he had about the incident.

Boosie says Duke was walking to his car -- after their meeting -- and, in his opinion, the dudes who jumped Duke were trying to rob the jeweler.

Boosie says it was in the distance, but he definitely heard the gunshots.

His posting only stirred up internet trolls who insinuated Boosie might have some involvement in the fatal shooting -- and that prompted him to curse them out.

Gilbert Burns -- the last man to share an Octagon with Khamzat Chimaev -- says despite Nate Diaz being a huge underdog, the star from Stockton can absolutely beat Borz on Saturday!

36-year-old Burns joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weekdays on FS1) ... where we asked the #4 ranked UFC welterweight if Diaz could truly get a W.

"I'm looking forward to Nate Diaz surviving that storm that [Khamzat's] gonna bring in the first two rounds but after that I think Nate Diaz got a chance," Burns said.

"I think the first two rounds are gonna be very rough for Diaz but the veteran that he is and a lot of experience, I hope he gets through those two rounds and then I think the fights gonna turn to the other side."

FYI, Chimaev is around a 10-to-1 favorite ... meaning you'll risk around $1K just to win $100.

Of course, 37-year-old Diaz hasn't consistently fought over the last few years. In fact, Nate's only had one scrap since late 2019 ... a loss in June 2021 to now-champ Leon Edwards.

Speaking of Edwards, Nate hurt Leon in the 5th round of their fight. And, that's why Burns thinks he can beat Khamzat ... Diaz has an incredible gas tank, while Khamzat hasn't yet proven he can fight 5 rounds.

"I want Nate Diaz to win and I hope he survives the first two rounds and then put on a beating on Khazmat. I know he can do it," Burns told us, adding ... "It's gonna be tough the first two rounds. After that, the gas tank of Khazmat slows down."

"Five rounds is different brother."

While UFC 279 is about Nate and Khamzat, Gilbert is looking to get back in the Octagon with Chimaev ... whom he fought in April 2022. Burns lost the razer close fight by decision ... but pushed Khamzat further than any other fighter had previously.

That contest was just three rounds ... and Gilbert believes if they fought a full five rounds, there's no question he would've won.

"100%. It's very hard to say, but I do believe I would've won and I do believe if we fight again, I'm gonna beat him."

Rajon Rondo didn't have to wait for the NBA season to pursue another ring ... 'cause the 2-time champ just popped the big question to his girlfriend -- and she said "yes!!!"

The 4-time All-Star got down on one knee and asked for his partner Latoia Fitzgerald's hand in marriage Thursday night ... and it was one of the biggest nights of her life in more than one way, as she was also hosting a huge NYFW event for her clothing brand, "Lionne."

Right as the show ended, Rondo hopped up on the runway as Latoia's back was turned ... and when she turned around and saw him, he found his opportunity to propose.

Rondo's move seemed to be a real shocker to Latoia and the guests, who crowded around the couple and cheered as she accepted.

Rondo wasn't the only household name in the building, either ... Draya Michele, Fivio Foreign and Flo Milli were among other celebs in attendance.

Rondo and Latoia have been dating for a while. She's a fashion designer from Philly ... and, now she'll be taking on a whole new title -- last name, that is!

There's been another shooting in Uvalde, Texas ... with early reports of at least two people injured and cops looking for multiple suspects.

The Uvalde Police Department posted a message late Thursday afternoon, saying, "Please AVOID the area of the Uvalde Memorial Park. The Uvalde Police Department is currently investigating a shooting with injured victims."

CBS News correspondent, Lilia Luciano, posted a series of photos from the alleged crime scene showing an older model Chevrolet sedan surrounded by police tape and a couple of cop cars.

Luciano reports two injured victims who are being treated at a hospital. She says cops are looking for two possible suspects.

From all counts, it appears to be an isolated incident ... but of course, any gun violence in the Uvalde community is both frightening and extremely sensitive.

O.J. Simpson -- #32 back in the day -- just posted a 32-second video he shot in L.A. ... and as far we know, he hasn't been back in years, and there's a lot of history.

O.J. was in a suite at SoFi Stadium Thursday afternoon, getting ready to watch the Buffalo Bills square off against the L.A. Rams.

Simpson was giddy with excitement, telling his followers, "Hey twitterworld, it's me, yours truly!!!" He made it clear, he's rooting for his old team, and seemed amped up for the game.

Of course, it almost goes without saying ... O.J. in L.A. conjures up memories of June 12, 1994 and the murders that went down 13 miles from the stadium.

As you know, O.J. was tried for the murders of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. He was found not guilty, but shortly thereafter a civil jury ruled he did indeed kill Ron and Nicole and did so with malice. The jury awarded the families $33 million but O.J. paid virtually nothing, and has even mocked Ron Goldman's dad, Fred, in the years that followed.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are about to find out exactly where they stand with his father, because the new King Charles III has a big decision to make about the couple's 2 children.

Here's the deal ... it's all about royal succession, and who gets what title. With the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Harry and Meghan's kids -- Archie and Lilibet -- now, officially, get prince and princess titles and use of the HRH (His/Her Royal Highness). That's because their dad has moved up the line of succession.

But, here's the rub ... Buckingham Palace has made it clear it wants to reduce the number of so-called key royals. One way that could happen is if King Charles issues an amendment -- known as a letters patent -- which would effectively revoke Archie and Lilibet's titles.

Imagine how that would sit with Meghan and Harry ... especially since they've been estranged from Harry's dad ever since their big Oprah interview.

Remember, that's when Meghan suggested the real reason her kids wouldn't get royal titles is because someone in the family was concerned they might be too dark-skinned. She and Harry never named that person, but the wide speculation is it was Charles.

This desire to cut down on the royal family's central players is one of the reasons -- or excuses, depending on your perspective -- the Palace gave for limiting family members on the balcony with QE2 earlier this year during the Jubilee.

Of course, Harry and Meghan were, conspicuously, among the royals sent to alternate viewing areas.

Queen Elizabeth II is leaving behind a trove of precious possessions, but probably none more important to her than her beloved horses and dogs. As for who gets them ... it may take nearly a century to find out.

The Queen adored her horses ... she had more than 100 at the time of her death. She rode them with pride for decades.

Ditto her dogs that were omnipresent during her reign. At the time of her death, she had 4 --Corgis Muick and Sandy, a Dorgi named Candy, and a Cocker Spaniel.

The Queen has something in common with commoners ... a last will and testament that leaves her possessions, including dogs and horses, to designated beneficiaries. More than 30 royals who have died all left behind a will, so it's SOP in England.

The question -- who gets the animals? Although her will certainly provides answers, it will probably be kept under wraps for many years.

When her husband, Prince Philip died last year, an English judge revealed Phillip's will would be sealed for 90 years.

That said, certain items may be fair game for public disclosure.

After Phillip died, it became known he left his carriage to his granddaughter Louise Windsor, the daughter of Edward.

There is one hint ... we know Prince Andrew gave his mom 2 dogs last year while Prince Philip was in the hospital, as a way to keep her spirits up ... although one died a few months later. So, it's possible Andrew will get that dog and he's in the mix for the others as well.
