Hard to tell who's "winning" the war on drugs in a Colombian town that's now completely shrouded in marijuana smoke, and it's all because the cops lit up a huge pile of pot at the wrong time.

Puff, puff, NO pass is in full effect for residents of Bello ... a suburb of Medellin, which of course is best known for a different drug, but we digress. This citywide hotboxing was set in motion 2 weeks ago, when cops and soldiers started to seize weed from local dealers ... eventually snatching up 1.5 tons of sticky icky from the streets.

Score one for law enforcement, right? Well, on Tuesday some genius decided to torch the confiscated ganja without doing a weather check. Big mistake. Huge.

When the winds shifted the pot cloud started drifting over Bello, and not shockingly residents started reporting a tremendous smell of marijuana. Sounds funny, but officials reportedly had to evacuate several towers in the area, while reassuring citizens there was no danger from fire.

"Stranger Things" star Noah Schnapp came under a lot of fire for leaking DMs between himself and Doja Cat -- but says he's already apologized and things are all good between the two.

17-year-old Schnapp took to TikTok Wednesday night to give an update on the situation between him and DC ... saying, "Guys everything is all good I apologized and I still follow her and love her music no hard feelings ❤️❤️". Doja's song "Kiss Me More" plays in the background of the video.

If you weren't following along, Schnapp had recently posted a private exchange between him and Doja where she was asking about his "Stranger Things" costar, Joseph Quinn, seemingly wanting to go on a date or get set up through Noah.

Doja didn't appreciate Noah's posting, saying it was some "weasel s***" ... but she did acknowledge Noah was young, and said everyone makes and learns from mistakes.

Alex Rodriguez is clearly at peace more than a year after officially breaking things off with Jennifer Lopez ... he said this week he's now very happy and has "no regrets" over how anything went down with the entertainment icon.

The former MLB superstar explained it all to Martha Stewart on her "The Martha Stewart Podcast" Wednesday ... saying "life is good" post-J Lo.

"You know, Martha, thank goodness, no regrets," Rodriguez said. "Life is good. I'm very fortunate."

A-Rod and Lopez began dating back in 2017 -- and the couple became quite serious in the ensuing months.

The two intertwined their families and children -- and in 2019, the couple became engaged.

In 2021, however, they split ... but Rodriguez made it clear Wednesday there's no bad blood between the two whatsoever.

"Look, we had a great time," the 46-year-old said. "But, more importantly, we always put the kids front and center in everything we do."

Rodriguez went on to call Lopez "the most talented human being I've ever been around."

"Hardest worker," he said. "And I think she is the greatest performer, live performer in the world today that's alive."

A Georgia Southern University graduate is now paralyzed and in the ICU after going to a chiropractor for neck pain ... and leaving with 4 snapped arteries.

Caitlin Jensen was rushed to the hospital last month after going to an unnamed chiro practice for a neck adjustment. Her mother told WSB-TV the chiropractor called 911 and then her, explaining her 28-year-old daughter was "having a reaction to the treatment."

Doctors at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA say 4 arteries in her neck had been divided, and Caitlin's mom says every doctor who's looked at her connected her injuries to neck manipulation.

Caitlin had a stroke, went into cardiac arrest and had no pulse for 10 minutes before doctors resuscitated her -- and that's when they discovered she was mostly paralyzed with serious brain injuries.

Currently, she's only able to communicate by moving her toes, lightly squeezing her hand and opening her eyes -- her family's working on getting her out of the hospital and into a rehab facility in Atlanta.

Oregon Ducks tight end Spencer Webb has tragically died, his teammates and coaches confirmed on Wednesday night.

He was just 22 years old.

"So full of life in every moment of the day," Ducks football head coach Dan Lanning said of Webb in a tweet on Wednesday evening. "Your smile and energy will be missed Spencer. I love you!"

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Wednesday night it responded to rock slides near Triangle Lake earlier in the afternoon after receiving reports of an injured 22-year-old. Cops said the man had been recreating and fell, striking his head. According to the statement, bystanders and first responders tried to help the man, but say he could not be revived.

Police did not name the victim in the statement, though The Sacramento Bee reports it was Webb.

"Shocked. Unbelievable. Unreal," Oregon wide receiver Isaah Crocker said of Webb's passing on his social media page Wednesday night.

"You've been there since Day 1 and no matter what, I will keep our promise. Love you unconditionally. Truly more than family. You was my n****! There is no turning back…. Until we meet again🕊Love you 4💔 never thought it ever come to this day..❤️🕊🕸"

Webb joined the Oregon football team in 2018 after starring in H.S. at Christian Brothers Academy in Sacramento. He went on to play in 20 games for the Ducks, and was expected to have a key role with the team this season.

"Rest easy lil bro," said NFL star Arik Armstead, who played at Oregon and interacted with Webb when he returned back to campus for games. "Great young man with a promising future gone too soon."

Several members of Brittney Griner's Russian basketball team came to her aid at her trial in Moscow on Thursday ... praising her character and leadership skills in testimonies inside of the courtroom.

One week after pleading guilty to drug charges in the foreign country, Griner's trial pressed onward -- and during the proceedings, players and officials from UMMC Ekaterinburg, Griner's former basketball team in Russia, testified in support of the WNBA star.

Team captain Evgeniya Belyakova, according to NPR, told the court Griner was "the heart of our team." She added that fans in Russia "adored" the 31-year-old center.

One of Griner's attorneys added following the hearing that the director of UMMC Ekaterinburg, Maxim Ryabkov, also "gave a positive description of Brittney Griner during his speech in court, noting her outstanding abilities as a player and personal contribution to strengthening the team spirit, which allowed the team to achieve the highest results in the Russian basketball premier league and in international competitions for many years."

Griner showed up at the courtroom in a dark-colored t-shirt and glasses. She did not give a testimony during the proceedings. Her trial is expected to continue on Friday morning.

As we reported, Griner is facing up to 10 years behind bars after she pled guilty to charges that she had hashish oil in her luggage at a Moscow airport back in February.

Here's Joe Gorga booting out a tenant -- the same one he claims hasn't paid rent for 4 years -- and Joe did NOT go easy on the guy during the eviction.

The 'RHONJ' star was recording as he and a sheriff's deputy armed with eviction papers told the Hawthorne, NJ tenant he's gotta beat it. Joe got a warrant to evict the guy after filing court docs alleging he owed nearly $50,000 in back rent.

The eviction went down Tuesday night, and as you can see, the tenant was pretty shocked when Joe and the sheriff came a knocking. There was a woman there with him who started crying.

Joe's rep, Michael Martocci, tells TMZ ... the tenant's father came over to try and tug at Joe's heartstrings, begging him not to go through with the eviction, but Joe told them he had enough.

As we reported, Joe and the tenant got into a heated exchange last month -- again, all on video.

While Joe looks and sounds giddy watching the eviction unfold, his rep says he does not like throwing out tenants, and insists this situation is different because it was a multi-year ordeal.

Britney Spears' father can't dodge her attorney Mathew Rosengart anymore ... a judge has ruled Jamie Spears will be grilled about the conservatorship.

The ruling came down Wednesday in Los Angeles, and as you know ... Britney's dad and Rosengart have been going back and forth for months on this issue. Jamie has insisted that his lawyers be allowed to depose his daughter as well.

On that matter, the judge was prepared to deny the motion to compel Britney to be deposed -- but after hearing arguments, decided to put off a final ruling until July 27.

As for Jamie's deposition ... we don't know yet when it will happen, but we know Rosengart has been very vocal about wanting him to hand over documents and answer questions about how the conservatorship was operated under his watch.

In particular, he's claimed Jamie blew way too much of Brit's money. Rosengart also wants to interrogate him about cameras and listening devices being placed in Britney's room.

Jamie's argument for Britney being deposed centers on the fact she's made so many accusations about how he's treated her -- such as claiming he forced her into rehab and wouldn't allow her to get married -- and he deserves to question her under oath about those allegations.

Amber Rose isn't buying the notion God created our universe, planet or species ... nor does she believe Jesus died for our sins -- but she can get behind Buddhism.

The model and TV personality sat down with Raq on the 'It's Tricky' podcast, saying the scientific explanation for how human beings got here just makes more sense to her.

She makes it clear, however -- she isn't kickin' it with Scientology.

AR says science and the theory of evolution are just more logical ... at least to her. She says she did grow up going to church, and was even told by her mom what TV shows to avoid due to "the devil" -- but as she's grown up, she's only developed more questions than answers about religion. Especially about some of the Bible stories.

As for what she's believing in these days, Amber says Buddhism is more her speed ... explaining why it's more philosophy than religion, which is right up her alley.

Big E doesn't know if he'll ever wrestle again after breaking his neck in March ... and that's perfectly okay with the WWE Superstar, who tells us he's "at peace" with the way his 13-year career played out.

The 36-year-old 8x tag team champ (WWE champ and 2x Intercontinental Champ, too) joined the TMZ Sports TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... where Mojo and Babcock asked the wrestler for a health update.

“I’m doing really well," E said.

"I can live my life pretty normally. But [my necks] not in a position where I should be ramming my head against other things, immovable objects. So wrestling doesn't make sense right now."

And, E says things could've turned out far different.

"I feel great. Don't have any nerve issues, don't have any weakness, don't have any atrophy. I got real lucky cause it could've been a lot worse."

E broke his neck in March when Ridge Holland attempted a belly-to-belly suplex. It wasn't just his career that was in doubt ... there was concern the injury could severely alter E's life.

Months later, the former champ tells us doctors are taking a "wait and see approach" with his recovery and will reevaluate his progress after the 1 year anniversary of the injury. Meaning fans of the near 300-pounder shouldn't expect to see him competing in a WWE ring anytime soon.

"For me right now, March of next year is very far off. So, I don’t want to spend a lot of time worrying or stressing about that. I’m just kind of living my life," E said.

"I’ve been with this company for 13 years. That means a lot of Saturdays and Sundays in Poughkeepsie and Kalamazoo and most random towns. But, now I get to live my life a little bit and see some friends and I’m enjoying just being human.”

We asked E if he'd be content if he was never able to wrestle again ... and ultimately, he believes the answer is yes.

"Yeah, I think so. Honestly, my philosophy as a human being is learning to be content with whatever life brings you. I'm so grateful to not be in a wheelchair, but if I was, I would have to adjust to life in a wheelchair. That's just how I am programmed."

E continued ... "If I spend hours or days or weeks kind of mourning where I'm at in life, and not being what I wanted to be, that doesn't serve me."

Although Big E has been trying to make the most of his newfound "free time" ... the star wrestler admits he's tired of being in the house, which is why he was thrilled Triple H asked him to be a part of a WWE tryout for college athletes in the days before SummerSlam on July 30.

As we've told you, the two actors teamed up with Omaze to help raise money for the org. Those who donated were entered into a drawing for the chance to get flown out to the premiere of their new movie "The Gray Man" for some serious movie star treatment.

We're told the winner selected was Lula H. and her daughter, Mariah, from Columbus, OH.

The two will enjoy an all-expense-paid flight, 4-star hotel stay and will get to join Chris at the red carpet premiere of "The Gray Man" with plenty photo ops with Chris and Ryan -- who both star in the movie.

That's Enes Kanter Freedom squarely rejecting LeBron James explanation for questioning whether Brittney Griner -- who's in a Russian jail cell on drug charges -- should even want to return to America.

James has been skewered by many in light of comments he made in a trailer for an upcoming episode of "The Shop," saying ... "Now, how can she feel like America has her back? I would be feeling like, 'Do I even want to go back to America?'"

Bron attempted to clarify Tuesday night, writing he "wasn’t knocking our beautiful country" ... but, it seems Kanter isn't buyin' it.

"You call it a step back, we call this a walk back," Enes said.

"You are free to leave buddy or you can even volunteer for an exchange for her."

The 30-year-old added, "Some people literally have NO idea what is it like to live in a dictatorship. Keep taking your freedom for granted."

Of course, Freedom is outspoken when it comes to global issues affecting human rights ... in fact, he spoke with us recently where he called out NBA commish Adam Silver for pushing him to retire.

He also mentioned Griner ... saying the U.S. government needs to be more aggressive and understand that "human rights is above politics."

Amber Heard lost what may have been her best argument for a new trial ... because the judge has just slammed the gavel on her claim that one of the jurors committed fraud.

Amber's legal team had filed docs claiming one of the jurors actually took the summons from his father -- who shared the same name -- and got himself fraudulently empaneled. The father and son live together.

The judge didn't buy what Amber was selling, ruling there was no fraud because the summons did not include a birth date. What's unclear ... does the son's name have anything distinguishing him from his dad, like a "junior" or a "II" at the end. Whatever ... the judge said there was no fraud, suggesting either the father or son could have shown up for jury service.

What's more ... the judge said Amber's motion was sour grapes ... she could have made it much earlier, but the only reason she's doing it now is that she lost the case. In other words, she sat on her hands, so she gets no judicial relief.

Amber also argued the $10 million compensatory damage award that Johnny Depp received was excessive. No surprise here, the judge turned thumbs down on Amber. There was testimony Johnny lost way more than that after his movie roles were pulled in the wake of Amber's defamatory Op-Ed in the Washington Post.

The NFL is facing yet another lawsuit ... this time, musician Bobby Nunn says the league used his famous "Rocket 2 U" song during numerous broadcasts -- including a recent 2022 "Sunday Night Football" game -- but never compensated him for it.

In the suit, filed in New York on Wednesday and obtained by TMZ Sports, Nunn says the smash hit that he wrote and produced for the Jets back in 1988 was used without his permission multiple times by the NFL and NBC Universal.

Nunn specifically claims his song was played during the broadcast of the Packers vs. Vikings 'SNF' game on Jan. 3. In the docs, Nunn included a screen grab of the portion of the broadcast where he says the tune could be heard.

Nunn, who's perhaps most well known for his "She's Just a Groupie" song, claims the NFL never licensed the song to use it ... and says when he made contact with the league and its TV partner about it all, they denied infringement.

Nunn is asking for damages ... as well as for the league and NBC to stop using his song without his consent.

This is now at least the third time the NFL has been sued by a high-profile plaintiff in the last few months -- you'll recall, both Jon Gruden and Brian Flores are involved in lawsuits against The Shield as well.

No matter how many kids he helps create, Nick Cannon is making it clear ... Mariah Carey is his one and true love.

Nick was a guest on "The Hot Tee Talk Show" where he dove headfirst into the topic "Spin The Block" ... which asks about rekindling romance with exes. Without hesitation, Nick admitted if things "could be like they were" -- when he and Mariah were a fun-toting family -- he'd be all in for it.

He also laughed at the notion he still had a hall pass!!!

Mariah's currently dating her ex-backup dancer Bryan Tanaka -- but Nick and Mariah still co-parent their 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe ... so it was a valid question.

Nick's kinda busy himself on the daddy daycare front. He's currently on record as the father of 8 kids and number 9 is reportedly on the way.
