Talk about first-world problems ... Tom Brady just revealed the toughest thing he has to deal with as a parent is trying to keep his kids grounded despite their rich and famous lifestyle.

TB12 opened up about being a dad to Ford honcho Jim Farley on the "DRIVE" podcast earlier this month ... and he explained one of his biggest parenting struggles is teaching humility to his kids while also being one of the most wealthy families in the nation.

"We have people that clean for us," said the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star, who's made over $300 MILLION in NFL contracts alone. "We have people that make our food. We have people that drive us to the airport if we need that. We get off a plane and there's people waiting there for us and we get ushered in."

"And it's just, that's my kids' reality. Which is the hard part to say, 'Guys, this is not the way reality really is.'"

Brady -- who has two sons and one daughter -- called balancing it all "probably the hardest thing for us as parents."

Of course, the words were met with immediate backlash -- as there are certainly millions of people across the globe who would happily take those issues.

But, Brady said they are real problems for him and his wife, Gisele -- and they're things he says he has to deal with daily.

"I know that I've screwed up a lot of things -- that's the reality of being a parent," he said. "You just hope you can show them enough things to realize that when they are doing things that are selected for Mom and Dad to make our lives more convenient that that is a treat. You know, that is something that is not what every kid goes through."

Sami Sheen says her OnlyFans account is creating a house divided ... telling us Denise Richards is super supportive, but Charlie hasn't exactly come around to the idea.

We got Charlie and Denise's 18-year-old daughter at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills Thursday and asked her about the parental support behind her OF account, or lack thereof.

Sami says Denise, who also has an OnlyFans page, has been incredibly supportive from the jump ... and she's grateful to have mom in her corner.

As for Charlie, Sami tells us her dad hasn't seen the light yet ... which is a departure from some of her father's public comments.

Remember ... Charlie claimed last month he was withdrawing his objections to Sami's presence on the X-Rated site, in order to present a united front with his ex-wife Denise.

But based on what Sami's telling us ... it sounds like it's proving easier said than done for Charlie.

Sami says she doesn't really mind if her father isn't gung-ho about her new revenue stream -- she's charging her 11,600 followers $19.99 a month to see her content -- and tells us why she likes the OnlyFans life.

Denise is getting in on the OF action too ... charging $25 a month ... and Sami says she's happy to see her mom fully embrace the site.

Not everyone is here for Ray J's newest leg tattoo ... a homage to his sister, Brandy, but he's got quite a few words for all those haters.

We caught Ray at LAX Thursday and he proudly told us all about his fresh ink, while also delivering a message to the people sounding off, largely in disapproval, of the piece.

The "Sexy Can I" singer told us ... he got the tattoo of Brandy to show his love and appreciation for her. Ray J says, without her he wouldn't be who he is today.

And, he clearly wasn't phased by the standard social media shots, some of which -- hilariously -- came from Brandy!

Ray says she was a bit uneasy about the style of the tat -- which depicts Brandy with blood-red eyes and the words "Best friends 4 ever" on her face -- but he likes it and that's all that matters to him.

In fact, he doubles down saying anybody who doesn't approve is trippin'. In simpler terms ... "It's my leg, and my sister".

When Ray posted the image of his tattoo, he called it the "holy leg" and said it was "real gothic-like." For anyone asking, he says that's just the artist's style.

Of course, this comes a few months after Jack Harlow admitted he didn't know Ray J and Brandy were siblings, which stunned lots of folks on social media ... given that Brandy helped Ray J start his career.

Prosecutors have hit Duane Brown with a criminal charge stemming from his arrest at LAX last weekend ... and now, the NFL star could be facing up to 1 year behind bars if he's convicted.

We broke the story, the five-time Pro Bowler -- who most recently played for the Seattle Seahawks -- was busted at the airport in L.A. on July 9 after authorities said he tried to go through TSA with a gun in his luggage.

Now, TMZ Sports has learned Brown has been charged by Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer, a longtime national leader on gun violence prevention.

According to court documents, Brown was hit with one count of carrying a concealed weapon, a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to 1 year in jail.

For his part, Brown -- through his attorney -- called the incident "an accident" in a statement to media members earlier this week.

"To err is human, and this clearly was an accident," Brown's attorney, Kennard McGuire, said. "As a law-abiding citizen, Duane will continue to exercise proper judgment and continue education on gun safety measures."

Before this munchkin getting washed up was known for her rapping skills, she was just blowing bubbles, making big splashes and growing up in Santa Clara, California.

Six Univ. of Southwest student-athlete golfers were not killed by a 13-year-old boy driving a pickup truck -- as originally suspected -- it turns out the teen's dad, who had meth in his system, was behind the wheel during the horrific, fatal accident.

The crash occurred in West Texas in March around 8:17 PM ... and left six athletes -- age 18 to 22 -- and one 26-year-old male coach dead after a 2007 Dodge pickup truck veered across the center line and into the Ford van carrying the team, who just competed in a tournament. Two students survived, but were seriously injured.

Shortly after the accident, authorities from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said the 13-year-old, who did not have a license, was driving the pickup at the time of the head-on collision.

However, after a more thorough investigation, the NTSB is revising its story in a new preliminary report ... indicating the teenage boy's 38-year-old father was actually the driver, and when authorities tested his blood, they found methamphetamine.

They did not specify how much of the drug was in his system ... or whether it would've impacted his ability to operate a vehicle.

The NTSB say they used DNA to reach the new conclusion.

Both the 13-year-old and the father also died.

The NTSB also points out there's no evidence to suggest the crash was caused by a sudden flat tire, or any other catastrophic incident that could've caused the crash.

Snooki may not have realized a recent Cameo she recorded was for Dr. Oz, but you gotta admit, Oz's opponent was pretty clever in getting the "Jersey Shore" involved in his campaign.

The video starts with a friendly "Hey Mehmet!" -- Oz's first name -- from Snooki before she says she heard he had recently moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to "look for a new job." Snooki says she's confused as to why anyone would want to leave Jersey at all.

If you aren't following along ... Oz is running for Senate in Pennsylvania, even though he's called Jersey home for many years.

Snooki goes on to say she wishes Mehmet luck and says, "Don't worry, you'll be back home in Jersey soon because this is only temporary."

It's pretty clear ... Snooki wasn't aware the "Mehmet" she was recording the video for is the Senate hopeful.

Oz's Democratic opponent, PA Lt. Governor John Fetterman, posted the Snooki video to Twitter Thursday -- essentially confirming his campaign was behind getting it paid for and recorded.

In the words of Snooki ... "Good luck, you got this, Jersey loves you!"

Donald Trump's first wife, Ivana Trump, has died.

Donald Trump said, "I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there were many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City.  She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!"

Ivana and Trump got married in 1977 and went on to have 3 kids, Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric. Their breakup made national and tabloid news ... Donald was having an affair with Marla Maples and Ivana was furious.

There was an epic confrontation when Ivana saw Marla on the slopes in Aspen.

Ivana and Trump divorced in 1992.

Before the divorce, Ivana was in charge of remodeling the famed Plaza Hotel in New York City. During the divorce, Donald famously locked Ivana out of her office at the Plaza.

Their nasty split inspired the 1996 film "First Wives Club," in which Ivana had a cameo role and delivered the classic line ... "Don't get mad, get everything."

Ivana was born in Czechoslovakia in 1949. She was a skiing prodigy and a model before coming to the U.S. Because of her skiing prowess, she was allowed to get an Austrian passport and leave the Communist Eastern bloc -- first for Canada and then to the U.S.

She also created lines of clothing, jewelry and beauty products which she sold and promoted on QVC.

Despite their ugly public breakup, Ivana and Donald maintained a bond because of their kids, and she supported his run for the White House, saying ... "He'll be a great President."

After the divorce, Ivana married twice more -- she was divorced once before she married Trump -- and divorced her subsequent husbands.

Kanye West and his team continued to string a production company along with unfulfilled promises of payment, which eventually swelled up to more than $7 million ... according to the company, which is now suing Ye.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Phantom Labs says they worked on multiple large-scale projects with Kanye between June 2021 to March 2022. Among the ventures were 4 weeks of Sunday Service, a listening event for "Donda 2," the "Free Larry Hoover" show with Drake and his canceled 2022 Coachella performance.

Phantom, repped by attorney Howard King, says at first, Ye and team were good about making payments -- but it wasn't long before bills started to pile up -- and by February 2022, they say they were owed over $6 million.

The docs say Ye had allegedly promised to settle his debt with Phantom, using the reported $9 million he was supposed to make at Coachella, but when he unexpectedly canceled on the festival, Phantom says it became clear, Ye wasn't going to pay.

Phantom says in addition to the $6 million tab Ye already had with the company, they were hit with another $1.1 million in Coachella-related cancelation fees they also want Ye to cover.

TMZ broke the story, Kanye backed out of Coachella less than 2 weeks before the festival kicked off. While the reason behind his cancelation still isn't totally known, he made the decision after a rough few months which saw him lash out against Kim Kardashian.

The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia eventually filled Kanye's headlining spot, and got a ton of praise for an incredible performance.

LOX rapper Styles P thinks he should've handled things differently when cops took down a woman outside his Yonkers, NY business -- but he adds, some cops in the neighborhood are more about control than protection.

The artist and community leader joined us Thursday on "TMZ Live" and said the violent arrest this week makes it clear the vibe isn't great between citizens and officers -- and he's especially upset the 2 male cops got so rough with a woman.

Styles offered up a self-reflective question about the woman's race too, and how that might have played a factor in how she was arrested.

As for his approach in intervening, getting right in one cop's face -- he thinks there were better ways he could've handled himself, and really wants young people to get that message.

Still, he isn't discounting the impact PTSD -- from being a Black man in America -- influenced his response.

As we reported, Styles jumped in the middle of the heated arrest Tuesday outside Juice For Life ... the juice bar he owns with Jadakiss.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are growing their family, welcoming a new baby girl ... TMZ has confirmed.

A rep tells us the two recently welcomed a baby girl ... a source with knowledge of the new addition tells us the "Game of Thrones" star gave birth to the couple's second daughter earlier this month in Miami. We're told Sophie and the newborn are home from the hospital and relaxing.

We broke the story ... the couple welcomed their first daughter, Willa in July of 2020 in Los Angeles ... shortly after they tied the knot in 2019 during a Las Vegas wedding.

You'll recall, Joe and Sophie moved from the west coast to Miami last year where they scooped up an $11 million waterfront mansion. Seems like the south is treating them well!

Alex Murdaugh — who’s at the center of a double murder scandal in South Carolina — has been charged with murder in connection to the killings of his wife and son.

The disgraced powerhouse attorney was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday, which heard evidence from prosecutors and decided there was enough to charge Murdaugh with two counts of murder ... according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.

Maggie Murdaugh and 22-year-old Paul Murdaugh were found dead at the family’s hunting property last summer after they were shot and killed by what investigators believed were two different weapons. Alex told investigators he discovered them there after the fact, and claimed he had an alibi as to his whereabouts at the time of the murders.

Despite being a person of interest for a while, Murdaugh was never formally charged over their deaths. He was, however, arrested and charged for allegedly trying to stage his own death months later.

Murdaugh survived the ordeal — a gunshot wound to the head that left superficial injuries — but prosecutors claim his intention was to actually die, and have his surviving son collect a $10 million life insurance policy. Instead, he lived … and was subsequently accused of trying to hatch an elaborate scheme.

In addition to those charges, he’s also been hit with dozens of other charges over financial crimes — prosecutors claim he swindled various people out of millions of dollars through his legal practice.

Murdaugh has pled not guilty to all the charges thus far. He’s due in court later this week, and is expected to enter a plea on the new murder charges as well.

Travis Barker is fully back after a major health scare ... he jumped on stage with his bud Machine Gun Kelly to perform at a wild concert.

Travis took to the drums Wednesday night at The Forum in Inglewood during MGK's show -- part of Kelly's Mainstream Sellout tour. Trav got roaring cheers as he walked on stage, shirtless of course.

MGK also calls out their online haters before rockin' out, saying "If we would've listened to what the Internet f***ing said about us, we would've never made this album."

Willow and Avril Lavigne also got in the act ... quite the night for fans.

As we reported, Travis has been moving back into business mode ever since he was released from the hospital ... shortly after his release he headed into a Calabasas studio to record some tunes.

Boosie Badazz ended up in handcuffs during a Georgia traffic stop, which threw him into a rage, and we've obtained the wild body cam footage of the incident.

According to cops, Boosie was the passenger in a black Cadillac SUV on Wednesday morning with a 19-year-old man named De’Shun Lawrence … when they got pulled over for heavy window tint and concealed tags.

Cops claim they smelled marijuana, so they searched the vehicle and found a large bag of cash and a bag of weed ... and that's when they cuffed Boosie and Lawrence and told them to stand on the side of the ride.

It looks like Boosie reached his breaking point while waiting for the cops to finish up, and honestly, if not for the handcuffs … he might have broken something for real!

He barked at the officers, telling them he was only living in rural Georgia to get AWAY from police activity and he was a lover, not a fighter. He then fumed about the nearly 6 years he lost in prison -- before being found innocent -- and promised to raise hell ... be it with his fists, his spit or legit legal action.

Things also took a bizarre turn when he ranted about having 35 women at his house, at that very moment, performing sex acts. Yeah, Boosie was on one!

The intensity finally came down when Lawrence claimed ownership of the weed -- he was cited, and then he and Boosie were released. You can see Boosie’s mood lighten instantly.

Tom Brady's on-again, off-again friendship with Donald Trump is apparently on ice once again ... the quarterback just revealed he doesn't talk with the former president anymore, and hasn't spoken to him in "years."

The NFL superstar made the revelation during a recent interview with Variety ... after being asked if he still keeps in touch with No. 45.

"No," Brady said. "I haven’t talked to him in a lot of years."

Of course, Brady and Trump used to be good pals. The two golfed often, spoke regularly -- and, at one point during DT's initial run for president in 2015, the ex-Patriots signal-caller had a "Make America Great Again" cap in his locker.

But, Tom and Trump grew apart shortly after Donald got in office -- Brady famously skipped out on a visit to Trump's White House in 2017, and later slammed Trump's criticism of Colin Kaepernick as "just divisive."

The two had appeared to mend fences in 2020, when at a coronavirus update press conference, Trump said he had recently spoken to Brady -- calling him "a great guy."

Khloe Kardashian is having another baby with the same man with whom she broke up, Tristan Thompson ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the baby will be born via surrogate. We're told the birth is imminent, within days. Another source says the baby may already have been born in the last day or so.

The timeline of the surrogate's pregnancy seemingly indicates Khloe and Tristan made the decision to have the baby before their most recent split.

As you know, Khloe and Tristan have been together, broke up, got back together and broke up again over allegations of cheating.

The two already share a child -- 4-year-old daughter True -- and have successfully co-parented her even navigating their own personal hurdles. In discussions on this season of "The Kardashians" ... the two talked about further expanding their family, however, those plans hit a wall when Tristan got another woman pregnant late last year.

Maralee Nichols gave birth to Tristan's son last December, and he later confirmed the paternity results along with a public apology to Khloe. The couple had split in the summer.
