Sean Penn is officially a single man 'cause his divorce from actress Leila George, has been finalized ... marking an end to the marriage that lasted just a little over a year.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge signed off on finalizing the divorce Friday, meaning things are settled. As we've previously told you, the Australian actress filed for divorce in Los Angeles, back in October 2021. The two tied the knot in July 2020, during the height of the pandemic.

And now, maybe it's a good thing it didn't seem like they spent a ton of cash on their wedding ... you'll recall, the two had a low-key wedding with fam at their home.

BTW, Leila is the daughter of actor Vincent D'Onofrio.

It's not exactly clear why they decided to call it quits ... Sean and Leila started dating in 2016 and don't share any kids together.

This ain't Sean's first rodeo, either. He was first married to Madonna from 1985 to 1989 ... before marrying actress Robin Wright from 1996 to 2010.

Kevin Federline is not too pleased about Britney Spears' latest salvo -- that he wouldn't see her when she was pregnant -- and his lawyer has delivered a not-so-veiled threat, saying her account is false.

Attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was leaving Craig's Thursday night, when a photog asked about Brit's most recent post, where she says, "... geez my ex-husband wouldn't see me when I flew to New York with a baby inside me and Las Vegas when he was shooting a video!!!"

Kaplan called her out, saying her account "is completely the opposite of what's true, she knows that," adding this warning ... "She should be very careful about pursuing a dialogue that's based on revisionist history."

In case that threat was too oblique, Kaplan got more specific ... "That story about Kevin in Las Vegas and Britney is completely erroneous, and he's not going to stand by and let that story besmirch what he did and his support of her back in the day."

The man who got punched by Mike Tyson on a JetBlue plane has a long criminal record ... TMZ has learned.

His name -- Melvin Townsend, III, and this isn't his first encounter with cops, by any means. He's been convicted of fraud, grand theft, burglary, possession of controlled substances and trafficking in stolen property.

As for specifics, the 36-year-old broke onto a property in 2018 and stole a trailer that he hitched to his pickup. The drug possession offense was for oxycodone. Official docs don't mention other specifics. He served time twice -- one for 20 months and another time for 15 months.

TMZ broke the story ... Townsend looks like he was harassing Tyson after they boarded the flight Wednesday from San Francisco to Miami. Before the plane took off, Townsend, who was sitting behind Tyson, was hounding him. Mike's team claims Townsend threw a water bottle at him.

The boxing champ then snapped and unloaded on him with repeated punches, leaving him bloodied. Both men got off the plane and were met by cops. Townsend said he didn't want to press charges and they both were free to go.

Pusha T's new album features a few verses from Kanye West, who used his guest spot to spill some of his feelings about his family situation ... and also some famous real estate.

Ye pops up on 2 songs ... "Dreamin Of The Past" and "Rock N Roll," and not shockingly he's got the divorce from Kim Kardashian and his kids on his mind.

In "Rock N Roll," he says, "I ain't come to pick up the kids to pick a fight" ... seemingly referencing the arguments he claims to have had with Kim about spending time with their 4 children.

Then, on "Dreamin Of The Past" he raps about the importance of keeping a family together. Some of his lyrics include ... "Born in the manger, the son of a stranger ... When daddy's not home, the family's in danger."

The good news is ... Ye's got some lighter lines too.

We know he's big into pricey real estate, and that comes up in 'Dreamin' when he drops these lyrics ... "I used to watch the Fresh Prince and pray the house would be mine ... Could have bought it but I ain't like the way the kitchen designed."

As you know, Ye hasn't backed down from speaking his mind through music ... his song "Eazy" with The Game features the verse, "God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass."

The claymation music video showed him dragging Pete with a bag over his head, and then planting him in the ground up to his neck.

Blac Chyna threatened to kill Kylie Jenner ... so claims Kris Jenner in shocking testimony.

Kris took the stand Thursday in Chyna's trial, claiming both Kylie and Tyga once told her Chyna threatened to off the youngest Jenner.

Kris hurled the allegation right out of the box when she began testifying. When Chyna's lawyer initially asked the question -- whether Chyna ever threatened to kill Kylie -- Kris said she did not recall. The lawyer then pointed to Kris' deposition to refresh her memory, and during that depo Kris indeed did make the allegation.

When further pressed, Kris told the lawyer she would have to ask Kylie and Tyga because they're the ones with first-hand information. She did back peddle a bit, saying, "I probably thought it was just some drama, which I'm used to."

And this is crazy ... Kris told the jury after hearing about the alleged threat she still supported Rob's engagement to Blac Chyna. She said, "I love second chances, and I wanted them to win. I wanted my son to be happy." She added she had to rely on the assumption Chyna wasn't serious.

"The Tinder Swindler" Simon Leviev could be facing serious prison time after an arrest warrant was issued against him for an incident back in 2019, where authorities claim he used a fake driver's license and got his luxury car stuck on a beach in Spain.

Police in Tarifa say they were able to link Leviev to a 2019 accident thanks to the Netflix doc, according to The Daily Mail. Cops say after getting his $100K Maserati stuck on the beach, Leviev offered up a fake ID, with the name Michael Bilton -- one of his alleged aliases.

Police apparently realized the connection upon watching the Netflix doc and seeing the name mentioned.

Cops reportedly suspected the license wasn't legit, but no arrests were made at the time ... the rented car was towed away, and he and his unknown date were free to go. He allegedly gave police an address in Costa del Sol pending an ongoing investigation.

Things apparently came to a halt after "Bilton" failed to answer his summons ... the case is being reopened after cops now think Leviev was the man in question.

Simon Leviev tells TMZ ... he's already served time for using a fake passport in 2019 -- he believes he can't be sentenced for the same crime twice.

Madonna just can't keep still, because she's selling the massive estate she bought just a year ago.

Madge just listed her Hidden Hills home for just under $26 million ... in case you've followed her real estate moves, she bought the house last year from The Weeknd for $19.3 mil, so she's banking on a sizeable profit.

The house is 12,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms. Among the bells and whistles ... a theater, music lounge, indoor/outdoor bar and the obligatory SoCal pool.

And, then there are even cooler features, like a barn, a gym and a dance studio.

The real estate market is cooling a bit in the L.A. area, like in other parts of the country, largely because interest rates have soared recently. That may not have an impact on this sale, because whoever can afford the house probably doesn't care whether the interest rate is 3% or 5%.

Madonna won't be struggling to find a place to call home ... she has homes in New York, London, Beverly Hills and Lisbon.

Blac Chyna and the Kardashians continue to duke it out at trial, but one face has been notably absent ... Rob Kardashian, who's been doing daddy duty at home with his daughter.

Sources close to Rob and Chyna tell TMZ ... he's been home with Dream over the last few weeks trying to keep everything as routine for her as possible ... all while her family members and mom are at war.

We're told Rob has no problem appearing in court if he's called as a witness, but until that happens, 5-year-old Dream is his top priority.

Rob is Dream's main caretaker -- he's got her 6 days out of the week -- so he feels it's important to be around her during the family drama.

Chyna revealed Thursday on the stand she didn't have a personal bank account and hasn't filed a personal tax return in several years ... so this may not be her only court case, and all of this becomes relevant in child custody cases.

The courtroom testimony has been intense ... Chyna broke down in tears Thursday recounting the time when Rob leaked her nudes. She also has her version of Rob's accusations that she held a gun to his head and choked him with a phone charging cord ... saying it was all done in jest.

The Weeknd isn't about to lose his groove for weekend two of Coachella ... hopping onstage Wednesday night to DJ and sing at a big Hollywood bash.

Katt Williams put a huge chunk of change down on an absolute beast of a vehicle ... one that's fittingly named after the end of days.

Katt recently purchased the Apocalypse Hellfire ... an eco-diesel truck with 6-wheel drive and Kevlar coating. The rims are fresh with custom purple powder, and it's got the leather interior color to match.

The "super truck" set Katt back $200K, but it's not the first time he's made a purchase like this -- he's worked with Apocalypse Manufacturing in the past, building 2 other trucks with them. We're told Katt had the Hellfire shipped out to him in California from FL.

The company sold other Apocalypse models to athletes like Aroldis Chapman and Hassan Whiteside ... and a version similar to Katt's new whip was used in Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum's "The Lost City."

Apocalypse recently dropped the first-ever 6-wheel Bronco to consumers, and created a commercial that brings some deja-vu to the scene ... revolving around a police chase with a certain football player.

Antonio Brown is a real-deal rapper, according to Keyshia Cole -- who tells TMZ Sports the NFL star is so good on the mic ... he could win a Grammy!

Of course, the award-winning R&B singer knows firsthand about Brown's potential ... after all, she worked with the former Buccaneers receiver on his new "Paradigm" album that dropped earlier this week.

She also performed her song with Brown on stage at Gunna's new weed strain launch in downtown L.A. on Wednesday ... and after their show, when we asked her if AB's got what it takes to make it big in the music industry, she said yes.

"I think so," the "I Changed My Mind" songbird said.

"I think he's really talented, for sure. I love the body of work that he created. I think he's gonna be great. I do. I wouldn't have collaborated if I didn't think he'd be great."

Now, is he gifted enough to win a Grammy? The 40-year-old also said she believes so.

"Of course!" Cole said. "Whatever you do, you put your mind to it, you can do whatever you choose to do in life."

FYI -- several athletes have been nominated for a Grammy before, including Muhammad Ali, Magic Johnson and Oscar De La Hoya.

Even though Cole believes AB can have a promising music career, she doesn't think the free agent should give up on the NFL.

Before this buttoned-up little girl turned into an A-list celeb, she was just a super cute kiddo with blunt bangs growing up in Kalispell, Montana.

This wavy haired gal started her career modeling for elite brands like Valentino and Chanel. Her acting career took off after landing a lead role in HBO's television series "The Leftovers", and soon after, she scored a role in "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood."

Mike Tyson looks like a happy camper on the heels of punching the crap out of an annoying passenger on an airplane ... and he's more than happy to take selfies with adoring fans.

Iron Mike rolled up to the Eden Roc Miami hotel Thursday evening -- he's in town for a cannabis conference, and he took time to greet folks outside the lobby. He was trying to get to Miami on Wednesday when he boarded that JetBlue flight in San Fran.

This is the first public sighting of MT since we first posted the video of him raining down blows on the man who was seated behind him on the plane.

Based on this new footage of Mike in Miami, it doesn't look like he's worried about any potential fallout from the airplane beatdown.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Mike started punching the guy who had been harassing Mike. The video definitely shows him jawing at Tyson nonstop, and sources close to Mike say the guy even threw a water bottle at the champ before the fists started flying.

The San Francisco Police Dept. tells us cops responded to the scene and detained 2 people they believed to be involved in the incident, treating one for non-life-threatening injuries, but say the person who was injured refused to cooperate with their investigation.

Seems like everyone's weighing in on the video, including Dana White. The UFC honcho posted a funny video showing the proper way to engage Tyson on a plane.

Mike Tyson seemed to lose his cool on a plane on Wednesday night ... repeatedly punching a man in the face after the guy had apparently annoyed him.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the incident all went down at around 10:30 PM PT as Tyson was slated to fly out of San Francisco International Airport to Florida.

A witness on the plane says as he and his friend were boarding Tyson's flight ... the boxing legend was initially cool with them and the other passengers.

The witness tells us Mike took a selfie with him ... and then was patient with his overly excited buddy, who kept trying to talk to the 55-year-old fighter as he sat behind him.

Eventually, though, we're told Tyson had enough of the guy behind him talking in his ear ... and told him to chill. When the guy didn't, that's when the witness says Tyson started to throw several punches at the man's face.

Video we obtained shows Tyson throwing a flurry of blows at the man, which you can see bloodied the passenger's forehead. The witness says Mike walked off the plane just seconds later.

We're told the man who was punched received medical attention and then went to the police over the incident. We've reached out to cops for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

We've also reached out to JetBlue and Tyson's camp for comment on the incident as well, but no word back yet there either.

Blac Chyna's long overdue for a good accountant ... after testifying in court that she hasn't paid her taxes in years, and doesn't even have a bank account.

BC was questioned about her finances by the Kardashians' defense lawyer, Michael Rhodes, on Thursday on Day 2 of her testimony in her civil case ... and she admitted she hadn't filed her taxes since 2018 or 2019.

She says the last filing was for her businesses -- Lashed LLC, 88 Fin, and Blac Chyna Inc. ... she tells Rhodes the last time she personally filed was back in 2015. She also said she doesn't have any personal bank accounts.

Chyna also revealed she'd made about $2 million in 2020, 2019 and 2018 ... and makes money through celebrity appearances -- like $25k for an upcoming celebrity boxing match. However, her main moneymaker seems to be OnlyFans, on which she claims she's made $1 million.

She says she posts bikini and feet pics on OnlyFans ... and when asked, admitted to posting some nudity on there as well.

As we reported, Thursday's testimony had BC in tears as she talked about her ex, Rob Kardashian, posting nude pictures of her online. As you'll recall, the pics were removed from IG after going up, but Rob reposted them.

When asked if her filing for a restraining order after the nudes were posted was a publicity stunt, she replied, while crying, "It was the only way I could stop him from posting pictures of me on the Internet."

Jake Paul says Mike Tyson didn't do a damn thing wrong when he pummeled a passenger aboard his flight ... 'cause the Problem Child flat out says the guy deserved to get beat up!

"If you’re being heckled in public like Mike Tyson was you should legally get a hall pass to beat someone’s ass. This generation thinks they can get away with anything," Jake wrote on Twitter.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... 55-year-old Tyson unloaded a flurry of punches to the face of a fellow passenger in the first-class cabin aboard a Jet Blue flight around 10:30 PM on Wednesday.

The flight -- scheduled to depart from San Francisco -- never made it off the ground with Mike on board ... as the former undisputed heavyweight champ was removed from the airplane after the melee.

And, like Jake says, Iron Mike's people tell us he was on the receiving end of some uncalled for heckling just prior to the physical altercation.

“Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat,” Mike's reps said in a statement to us.

San Francisco PD tell us they responded to the scene and detained two people they believed were part of the fight ... however, released both a short time later after they say a man treated for non-life-threatening injuries refused to cooperate.

Police did not specify whether one of the men was Mike Tyson.
