Mike Tyson is not letting his airplane beatdown stop him from talking to a bunch of bigwigs in the weed biz at an industry event ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Our sources say Tyson is slated to speak at the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference Afterparty at LIV in Miami at around 8 PM ET on Thursday night ... despite bloodying a man in an altercation on a plane in San Francisco on Wednesday night.

What's interesting ... Tyson was initially scheduled to talk at the Cannabis Capital Conference -- an event for those in the weed industry -- at 12:05 p.m. ET with Ric Flair, but event organizers told conference-goers Mike had to cancel on that "due to a flight change."

No word on if Tyson will address the plane incident at the afterparty ... or stick strictly to marijuana talk.

As we reported, Tyson was captured on video throwing a flurry of punches at a man on a plane at SFO on Wednesday after the passenger had appeared to annoy him.

Footage shows following the blows, the man was bleeding from his forehead. A witness on the plane told us the man required medical attention and went to the police.

For his part, sources close to Tyson claim the man was extremely intoxicated ... and wouldn't stop provoking the boxer prior to the outburst.

Johnny Depp is getting grilled on the stand, with Amber Heard's lawyer showing the court text messages from Depp that say he'd do unspeakable things to Heard's corpse just to prove she was dead.

The actor's testimony continued on for the third day, and a string of texts between him and "WandaVision" actor Paul Bettany were presented during cross-examination ... talking about burning Heard's body, and what Depp would do to her after she died.

At one point in the texts, Depp says they should drown her before burning her body. Then, he writes, "I will f*** her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead."

A source close to JD tells us the drowning line was in reference to the "She's a witch" scene from "Monty Python" -- one of Depp's favorite movies. However, it still doesn't explain the whole having sex with a corpse thing.

As the texts continue, Depp talks about being mentally messed up, talking about drinking bottles of alcohol and taking pills. Bettany is also expected to testify in this trial.

Depp has remained calm, cool and collected throughout the hearing -- with his legal team painting the picture of a peaceful man -- so you can imagine Heard's team brought up the texts to try and prove the opposite.

The lawyer read more texts from Depp, referring to Heard, from 2013 ... calling her a "workless hooker" and saying things like “I‘ll smack the ugly C**t around before I let her in don’t worry."

Johnny also talked about his drug use, using with Marilyn Manson, and being introduced to drugs at an early age.

As we reported, day 2 of Depp's testimony partially focused on the alleged human fecal matter found in their bed ... saying he found it "so outside, so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh."

Later, he says Amber blamed it on their dogs, but Johnny noted their animals were tiny, and couldn't produce what had been left behind.

Justin Bieber and Dan + Shay are in the legal crosshairs of a group who says their smash hit "10,000 Hours" straight up jacked another artist's work ... and now, a lawsuit has been filed.

The Biebs and the country pop duo are being sued for copyright infringement by the folks who say they own the rights to an old song they say was ripped off for "10,000 Hours."

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Justin and Dan + Shay stole the core portion of their collab from a song written way back in 1973 called, "First Time Baby Is a Holiday." It was originally written by Palmer Rakes and Frank Fioravanti. The song was finally released in 2014.

In the docs, the companies who say they own 'First Time' claim it's unmistakable how similar the song is to "10,000 Hours" ... alleging JB and D+S copied the chorus, verse and hook and tried to pass it off as their own.

According to the suit, "10,000 Hours" has nearly 2 billion streams across the globe ... and the 'First Time' folks are going after Justin and Dan + Shay for money, credit and an injunction preventing further distribution of "10,000 Hours."

Trey Songz has a new accuser -- a woman whose attorneys are demanding he pay for allegedly groping their client ... and they say the video makes their case a slam dunk.

The demand letter, obtained by TMZ, was fired off to Songz and his team Thursday by attorneys George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell on behalf of their client, Megan Johnson, who they allege was sexually assaulted by Trey during a party back in August 2013.

They say Johnson was at an event called "Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz" at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT -- and it was there, they claim, that Megan encountered Trey in the VIP tent.

According to the letter, Johnson was having a friend take a picture of her, but in that moment they allege Trey came up from behind and pulled her breast out from her bikini top and then chanted "T***ies in the Open" four different times.

In the video, you see a woman who they claim is Johnson quickly reach up to cover her chest in embarrassment.

While Megan appears to have laughed it off, the attorneys claim she was humiliated and the incident caused lasting damage, including severe emotional distress and self-harm.

The attorneys say Megan was recently triggered by Trey's Vegas case -- which was recently dropped by authorities. The lawyers say they will drop the case if Trey settles ... for north of $5 mil.

There may be a statute of limitations problem for Megan ... the statute of limitations for this in CT is generally 3 years, although if there's a memory issue with the alleged victim where she doesn't recall the incident until she's triggered later, she may be able to try to extend that period.

A$AP Rocky was totally blindsided by cops when they showed up at a private, LAX terminal and put him in handcuffs ... all while a pregnant and equally shocked Rihanna looked on.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops chose not to give Rocky or his team a heads up. In fact, we're told the arrest was more than a week in the making.

There's a very common procedure LAPD and other agencies employ when they arrest a suspect ... a voluntary surrender. The cops would typically call the suspect's lawyer or other rep and arrange for the suspect to turn himself/herself in without fanfare. That didn't happen here, and we're told Rocky and his team can't understand why ... it's not like he would escape -- and, by the way, his girlfriend is in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Our law enforcement sources say the reason they blindsided Rocky was because they wanted to see if they could find the gun used in the shooting. As we reported, cops believe A$AP shot a man in Hollywood during an argument back in November. The bullet grazed the victim's hand. Cops wanted to find the gun and worried if they gave Rocky a heads up, he might 86 it. That's why they coordinated the arrest and the search of his home so both went down at the same time.

We're told at least 10 cops were waiting for Rocky when his private jet pulled up to the terminal ... and that's when they cuffed him and took him away. Rihanna and Rocky were on their way back from Barbados.

We're also told Rihanna wanted to go by his place Wednesday morning and pick up some of her stuff but cops wouldn't let her in.

Actor Robert Morse, best known for his work on "Mad Men," has died.

Morse's death was confirmed Wednesday, though his cause of death is currently unknown.

The actor's work on "Mad Men," playing Bertram Cooper for 74 episodes, got him 5 Emmy nominations over its 8 years on the air. Bertram, or Bert, was one of the founding partners of the Sterling Cooper Advertising Agency, where the show takes place.

Always dressed with a bow tie, Bert reluctantly agreed to a merger with British agency Puttnam, Powell, and Lowe ... he would then go on to be a founding partner of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

The character would die the night after watching the televised Apollo 11 moon landing ... Bert appeared after his passing in one of Don Draper's visions, played by Jon Hamm.

The Tony and Emmy-award-winning actor left behind a career on both stage and screen, steadily working for 6 decades. He got his start on Broadway in the '60s with a production of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" ... his performance snagged him a Tony for Best Actor in a Musical.

He went on to win another best actor Tony award as Truman Capote in the 1990 play "Tru" ... for which he got an Emmy for Leading Actor in a Limited Series.

After "Mad Men," Morse came back to Broadway, working with Nathan Lane in the 2016 revival of "The Front Page."

Tributes have been pouring, including one from Larry Karaszewski, the VP on the board of governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, who called Morse "a huge talent and a beautiful spirit."

Broadway composer David Krane also paid tribute, saying "He had those cool, clear eyes of a seeker of wisdom and truth. Wishing that eternal boy eternal peace in his new forever home. He succeeded without really trying."

Morse is survived by his wife Elizabeth Roberts and his 4 children -- Charlie, Robin, Hilary, and Andrea.

He was 90.

Sasha Obama's boyfriend is none other than Clifton Powell Jr. ... a former college basketball player and the son of Clifton Sr., the actor.

20-year-old Sasha got together with 24-year-old Clifton Powell Jr. after she made the switch from the University of Michigan to USC -- according to The Daily Mail, who broke the story.

The former hoops star was awarded a four-year basketball scholarship at the University of California at Santa Barbara ... he's now jumped into the world of commercials ... working with big brands like Peloton and Nike.

His dad's acting chops might've served Clifton Jr. well  -- Clifton Sr.'s been in movies like "Ray" and "Next Friday," with a long list of upcoming projects.

As we reported, Sasha's older sister and recent Harvard grad Malia also made the move to the west coast after getting hired as a screenwriter for Donald Glover's latest project with Amazon.

Malia's been dating her British boyfriend Rory Farquharson since 2017 ... the two met at Harvard.

Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston seem to have an unbreakable bond ... so much so, Aaron says choosing his newborn kid's godfather was a no-brainer.

We caught up with Aaron Wednesday at LAX and asked about him naming his best friend and "Breaking Bad" costar godfather to his newest addition, baby Ryden.

Aaron says Bryan's a beautiful man who's more than deserving of the title he and his wife bestowed on Cranston.

As far as what it takes to be a godfather, Aaron tells us Bryan's gonna be on diaper duty ... and don't get him started on burping little Ryden.

The most dramatic moment from this season of "The Masked Singer" has finally played out ... as Rudy Giuliani was revealed as a contestant, causing one judge to walk off set.

The whole thing went down on the FOX singing contest Wednesday night as the disgraced politician and former right-hand-man of Trump was revealed as The Jack in the Box. Giuliani got the boot after this week's performance of "Bad to The Bone."

While he's performing the song, you see a clearly pissed-off judge, Ken Jeong, say "I'm done" before walking off the set.

It was back in February when it was reported both Ken and judge Robin Thicke walked off in disgust after Giuliani's reveal ... but that didn't appear to be the case Wednesday, with only Ken leaving.

NeNe Leakes says the folks who produce "Real Housewives of Atlanta" tolerate a toxic work environment rife with racism ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The former 'RHOA' star just filed an explosive suit in federal court in Atlanta, accusing the folks behind the reality TV show of ignoring her complaints about years of racist remarks directed her way by fellow cast member Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

In the docs, NeNe claims Kim, who is not being sued, made racially offensive and stereotypical comments about NeNe and Kandi Burruss over multiple seasons ...  and even used the n-word in reference to NeNe and other Black housewives in a dispute.

In her suit, NeNe claims she complained about Kim's alleged comments to the execs behind 'RHOA' ... but says Kim was not punished and was instead rewarded with her own spinoff series, while NeNe's complaints forced her from 'RHOA.'

According to the docs, NeNe claims the execs behind 'RHOA' tried to muzzle her support of the Black Lives Matter movement ... keeping her away from scenes where other cast members discussed BLM.

NeNe is suing NBCUniversal, Bravo, True Entertainment, Truly Original and Andy Cohen ... claiming they fostered a corporate and workplace culture where racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated, if not, encouraged.

She claims the folks behind 'RHOA' violated federal employment and anti-discrimination law ... and is going after them for damages.

The timing of the lawsuit is interesting ... NeNe hinted back in November she would return to the show, as long as some changes were made.

Von Miller is being sued by a woman in Los Angeles who claims the NFL star, consumed by rage and jealousy, distributed a sexually explicit photo of her to "two well-known celebrities" in May 2020, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs, Miller was dating a woman in 2020 ... and the couple allegedly took personal and private photos together during "sexual acts" -- with the understanding they would never be shared.

However, the unnamed woman (she filed under "Jane Doe") alleges Miller, "in a fit of jealousy, anger, and rage" sent "sexually explicit" photos to two unnamed celebrities.

The lawsuit claims the first message was sent on May 7, 2020 ... allegedly saying, "This the bitch you want? You can have her dawg."

The second message was allegedly sent three minutes later, to a different person, saying, "This the bitch you want?"

Both messages allegedly came with the explicit photograph.

And, Doe's attorney believes his client's alleged situation can be a learning experience for females who date celebs.

"This case is a cautionary tale for young woman that date professional athletes like Miller that think laws do not apply because of fame, money, and power."

"However, professional athletes are not exempt from the law and Miler's vindictive, manipulative and unlawful actions must not be overlooked," the lawsuit reads.

33-year-old Miller, an 8x Pro Bowler, recently signed a 6-year deal with the Buffalo Bills and is one of the most well-known, talented, and highest paid defensive players in the NFL.

"We Ready" rapper, Archie Eversole, was shot in the jaw while he was asleep, shortly before he died from his wounds ... this according to cops.

According to the police report ... Archie told cops someone had kicked open his bedroom door and he was awakened by a gunshot to his face on March 25, but he couldn't see who shot him.

The docs say police then asked if the shooter was still in the home and he nodded his head yes. Cops say they asked if he knew who it was but Eversole wouldn't answer and then he started to fade in and out of consciousness.

As we reported, Archie was rushed to the hospital and died April 3 ... police say his brother, Alexander Krause, was the shooter.

Cops found fresh blood covering the front door and a trail of blood from the stairs to Eversole's room where the blood-spattered door had been busted through ... there was also blood all over the bed, pillows and the wall.

According to the report, Krause initially told cops he was fine and just checking on his brother, although police did notice he had blood on his socks. He also told police he was limping from a blister on his foot.

As we reported, Krause has now been arrested for murder and is in custody in DeKalb County.

Katharine McPhee is now more than a million dollars richer ... cause she just sold her Hollywood Hills home for $3.27 Mil.

The "American Idol" alum first listed the pad for about $2.6 Mil last March ... so she was able to cash in, and get a bit more than the original asking price.

The Spanish-style home has two levels and sits on 3,527 sq ft ... and whoever scooped up the 4-bed-room, 4-bathroom home has now got a pretty spiffy pad ... with oak floors, wood beam ceilings, a built-in BBQ and all sorts of other fixins.

Katharine purchased the home back in the summer of 2017 for just over $2M -- which is around the time she and her husband, David Foster, were first romantically linked. She plunked down some money for renovations, but it seems it added to the value and she got more than what she put in.

Of course, it's no surprise she's moved on to greener pastures ... David and Katharine snagged a bigger home last summer in Brentwood Park for $7.1 mil.

Their new home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and ample room ... more space for their family after welcoming their first child last fall.

Shareef O'Neal is making it clear he's not done with basketball despite exits from both LSU and UCLA ... telling TMZ Sports he's not ready yet to give up the game.

Shaq's son spoke with us out at LAX this week about his future on the hardwood ... and even though he's leaving a major DI basketball program for the second time in his college hoops life -- he's still ready to play more.

"Yeah," Shareef said. "I'm not giving up."

As for where he might head after his departure from Baton Rouge ... we had to ask Shareef if he's leaning toward playing at Texas Southern University, where his sister, Amirah O'Neal, hoops.

Shareef, though, was mum about his next college destination, saying, "I ain't going say too much right now. But people going to see."

Shareef began his college hoops career in Westwood, but had to sit out his freshman season after undergoing serious heart surgery. He eventually recovered, but played sparingly in his second season at UCLA -- and eventually transferred.

He landed at LSU and played there the past two seasons -- but a foot injury limited his playing time, and he ultimately elected to transfer out of the school just a few weeks ago.

Before this mini-footballer with dirty blonde hair turned into a well-known actor and all around great guy, he was just another youthful boy playing with the ol' pigskin growing up in Vancouver, Canada.

This young thing may be a big time actor, but he's taken on other ventures and owns multiple companies ... one being a mobile company. Even though he is known for his boy next door roles, he has also shown off his comedic and superhero skills.
