Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been hospitalized with what sounds like a serious illness ... but the high court says he should be okay in due time.

The SCOTUS's Office of Public Information made the announcement Sunday, saying Thomas had been admitted to Sibley Memorial in D.C. Friday after experiencing flu-like symptoms. After undergoing tests, he was diagnosed with an infection ... and is now being treated with intravenous antibiotics.

The good news ... his bosses say his symptoms are waning, and he should be released in a day or two. In the meantime, they say he's resting comfortably.

As for his work duties, Thomas will apparently continue to weigh in on cases to be considered for the Supreme Court while he's bed-ridden -- but he'll do so on the basis of briefs, transcripts and audio of oral arguments. So ... no in-person stuff for now.

The SCOTUS office made clear after the fact ... this is not COVID-related -- Thomas is said to be vaxxed and boosted.

Thomas is the longest-serving justice on the bench -- and there are some big cases on the docket that'll require his say in the near future ... including a few that are scheduled for this week.

Tucker Carlson has a forthcoming interview with Kid Rock -- and it seems they got pretty chummy off-camera ... hanging out at the latter's bar and having a few laughs.

The FOX News host was spotted letting his hair down Saturday night at KR's Big Ass Honky Tonk restaurant in Nashville, where he was given the VIP treatment right from the get-go.

We're told Tuck was whisked away to the VIP "Cadillac P***y Room," and eventually took in the musical showdown below from an upper deck area ... where he and Kid were chopping it up and enjoying some beverages.

Eyewitnesses even say that Kid got on the mic at one point and announced that Tucker was in the house, to which the audience roared and chanted "USA." There were other types of chanting too, BTW.

Kid eventually helped kick off a "Let's Go Brandon" war cry, which as you know is not-so-hidden code for "F*** Joe Biden" -- something that's become a go-to slogan for conservatives.

If you're wondering what Tucker Carlson was even doing there to begin with -- look no further than this clip he teased over the weekend, which foreshadows an interview he's airing with Kid on Monday ... where they discuss why the rocker isn't "cancelable."

In Kid's eyes, he's not beholden to any corporate interests ... which means he can say and do as he pleases. He also just doesn't "give a f***," which got a chuckle out of TC.

Pete Davidson is in the driver's seat in his relationship with Kim Kardashian -- or at least he was this weekend ... when he gave her a lift from the airport, for which he was rewarded.

The couple was spotted locking lips Sunday morning at the Van Nuys Airport, where Kim had just landed in her private G650 jet ... which had just come back from Miami, where she was on hand for her new SKIMS Swim launch.

PD played the role of good boyfriend, picking Kim up himself in a Mercedes ... and being greeted with a sweet kiss from his girl. It was one of those head-grabbing smooches too -- so you know, serious stuff.

Eventually, they realized the paps had seen them and they separated ... with Pete eventually driving off as Kim continued to chat him up from the passenger side.

Considering the chaotic weekend they had last week -- thanks to Kanye West -- it's nice seeing them in a calm, comforting setting like this ... and just proves they're going strong several months into the relationship, despite all the outside noise.

This is one of the few times we've actually seen them face embrace -- they were also seen swapping spit around Valentine's Day ... and now, we're getting a different angle, profiling.

While Kim was busy hawking swimsuits, Pete apparently had his hands full with Scott Disick and co. -- with all of them having some sort of guys' night out, which ended with everyone passed out ... except for Pete, who was filming the aftermath of their shenanigans.

Rachel Zegler was apparently iced out of this year's Oscars ceremony, which is shocking ... considering how many awards her movie/costars are up for, and how many it might win.

The actress made the startling revelation this weekend, responding to a comment someone left on her recent IG post recapping a quarter of the year through 2022 ... which was pretty eventful for her, it seems.

Somebody innocently wrote, "Can't wait to see what you'll be wearing on Oscar night," which prompted a couple different responses from her -- one which stated she actually hadn't been invited ... and another revealing just what her plans were for next Sunday.

Rachel first wrote, "i'm not invited so sweatpants and my boyfriend's flannel." She followed up with a bit more elaboration afterward, explaining that she tried making it happen (being able to attend, that is) but was met with resistance.

She adds, "i hope some last minute miracle occurs and i can celebrate our film in person but hey, that's how it goes sometimes, i guess." RZ went on to thank her fans for all the shock and outrage -- and yes, there certainly has been some online on her behalf -- going on to say she's also disappointed.

It's unclear why Zegler might've been snubbed, especially since her costar -- Ariana DeBose -- is a bona fide favorite to win Best Supporting Actress, and not just that ... but Spielberg himself is up for Best Director. The film itself is even up for Best Picture for crying out loud.

Of course, the Academy has yet to release an official list of who's expected to attend, keeping all those logistical deets hush-hush a week out. So this is eye-opening, for sure.

COVID might be to blame, but seeing how Zegler was literally the lead of 'WSS' ... you gotta figure they could've squeezed her in somewhere if they wanted. Yes, not everyone from 'West Side Story' can attend -- it's a massive cast -- but the main people certainly can, no???

Also strange is the fact that Zegler was able to attend two other major movie award shows this year ... albeit both were across the pond. She went to the Critics Choice Awards and the BAFTAs (both of which were in London on the same day) ... but somehow, is missing the Academy Awards, which is by far the biggest of them all.

If the seating arrangement isn't finalized at this point, then the Oscar planners should definitely reconsider extending an olive branch -- because yeah, this feels like BS.

BTW, even though Spielberg's offering bombed at the box office ... it was actually high-key fantastic, from the set design to the cinematography and especially in the hair/makeup and choreography departments.

As the war in Ukraine drags on, its president has made it quite clear that failing to come to terms with Russia will result in what he calls World War 3 ... striking an ominous tone.

Volodymyr Zelensky said as much Sunday during an interview with CNN, in which he was asked about the prospect of ending all this via peace talks with Russia. He said he's obviously open to that, and has even tried negotiating with Putin for years now.

However, he was very blunt in saying ... if Ukraine and Russia cannot figure this out diplomatically -- as they've already tried several times thus far -- then it'll mean an even bigger global conflict.

That conflict would translate to a "third world war," according to VZ -- who didn't really elaborate on what exactly he meant.

Watch the clip for yourself, because it's pretty enlightening. He says Ukraine has done a good job thus far in maintaining its sovereignty and dignity, but that alone won't resolve this fighting. He seems to be alluding to the fact that NATO could get more involved than it already is ... which is almost certainly what it would take to spark an actual world war.

At this point, several countries within NATO have provided tons of aid to Ukraine in the form of money, weapons and other support ... but have stopped short of offering up troops on the ground, including the U.S. The reason, obviously, is because Putin would see that as a reason to start getting nukes ready for launch -- and that's the last thing anyone wants.

As far as what each country wants, it's simple ... Ukraine wants Russia to respect its borders and sovereignty while guaranteeing they won't be under constant threat of invasion. Russia, meanwhile, wants Ukraine to formally acknowledge the Crimean Peninsula is theirs, and to allow separatist territories to join Russia ... plus a promise of never joining NATO.

Aaron Rodgers' off-season is off to a sunny start -- the guy is back in California with his girlfriend, sippin' a little vino and cashing in chips ... riding out the high of his fat payday.

The Packers QB -- who just got a huge deal from his longtime team in the form of a 3-year, $150-million contract -- was spotted out in Los Olivos this weekend with Shailene Woodley by his side ... with the two of them tagging along for a little wine tasting with friends.

We're told this photo, obtained by TMZ, was shot Saturday at the Demetria Winery -- and as you can see ... Aaron's chillin' with his shades on, and his glass tilted back. SW is right by his side ... but eyewitnesses tell us they were getting quite cozy, with lap-sitting, etc.

The boozy outing here follows what sounds like a little high-rolling in a nearby casino the day prior -- some folks saw Aaron and Shailene on Friday trying their luck at the Chumash Casino Resort in neighboring Santa Ynez, which is a stone's throw away from this winery.

Of course, Shailene was there too at what appears to be a cashier window ... standing right next to Aaron and sporting her signature curly 'do. Seems like a nice, long romantic getaway for the pair.

As if the recent runway plane photos didn't spell it out clearly enough, here's just more evidence that they're definitely back together and an item again. On top of this, they also recently went to a wedding together -- for a fellow Packer, no less -- so it's confirmed.

Soulja Boy is about to have himself a little junior running around, because the dude is having his first kid ever ... plus, the identity of the woman carrying their baby has been revealed.

We did a little digging and figured out who she is -- her name is Jackie -- and she's a celebrity hairstylist living in L.A. She posted the same video to her own IG page (among others) and has been getting tons of congratulatory messages left and right.

Now, while it's unclear how long she's been with Soulja and just how far along she is in the pregnancy ... the one thing we do know about her is she's very plugged into the biz.

Julia Fox is doing a moonwalk after she told TMZ her ex, Kanye West, wouldn't hurt a fly.

When we got Julia outside Barry's Bootcamp a few days back in WeHo, she called Ye's rants "artistic, creative expression," though she said she wasn't following his blow-by-blow social media attacks against Kim and Pete.

Well, apparently she started looking more closely, because Julia posted -- then deleted -- "I would like to point out that I had not seen the latest Instagram posts at the time of this video," adding, "Believe it or not I have a life and a son, and I don't have google alerts for this man!"

And then the comment that's hard to swallow ... "I thought this question was in reference to the music video."

Julia, who dated Kanye for a few weeks, says she's stuck between a rock and a hard place ... "Yeah I could just not answer questions but then it would be 'Julia is mad she salty' etc and I'm not! It's a real catch 22 so please stop F'n asking me!"

And then, as if she's as perplexed as the millions of people who follow Kanye, she said, "I wish I had the answers, but I do not. I would like to remain an Indie Queen. The mainstream life isn't for me."

This is actually a really sad story so hold the chuckles ... a North Carolina dog was abandoned and sent to an animal shelter because its owner thought the pooch was gay.

Fezco is held up at the shelter in Stanly County after his owners caught him humping another male hound.

Of course, the owners' reaction is absurd ... dogs do this for dominance, and even if Fezco was gay, so what?

The shelter has posted Fezco's story on Facebook, assuring prospective owners he's a good boy and kind to people and his peers alike.

The 5-year-old doggie will almost certainly get a home ... and according to WCCB TV, applications are apparently flooding in.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz were back together just days after they told the world they split, but judging from their encounter, a reconciliation doesn't seem likely.

Katie and Tom hit up Mister O's Saturday in the San Fernando Valley -- Studio City to be specific. They were tucked away in a back corner on the outside patio and ordered drinks.

An eyewitness tells TMZ ... they seemed disinterested in each other, constantly looking down and examining their cellphones.

The eyewitness says there was zero evidence of affection ... they talked, but that was about it. They were there a fairly long time.

Katie and Tom announced their split this past Tuesday, ending their 12-year relationship. They got married on the Bravo show back in 2016. Turns out the TV wedding wasn't legit, so they hopped on a flight to Vegas 3 years later and tied the knot.

They had a pretty explosive relationship, with speed bumps that included cheating, raging texts ... stuff like that.

Spring Break in Miami Beach turned violent Saturday night ... after 2 people were shot and kids scrambled for their lives.

It all went down on famed Ocean Drive ... you hear the shots and people start running for their lives.

As for the shooting victims ... a woman was hit in the leg. The other person may have been more seriously hurt ... that person was carried out on a stretcher and taken to a hospital. The injuries were not life-threatening. We also don't know if cops caught the shooter.

It's been a tough Spring Break week ... three people were hurt after a shooting broke out in Texas.

Gabby Petito's parents are fighting to help other families whose loved ones have vanished by working with senators and governors to make a national missing persons database accessible everywhere.

Joe Petito, Gabby's father, tells TMZ ... national media coverage played a big role in his daughter's case, but he knows not everyone has that same benefit. Joe says every missing person deserves the same attention as Gabby, and that's why they're pushing for expanded use of the government program, NamUs.

NamUs is a national information resource center for missing, unidentified, and unclaimed people in the United States. The Department of Justice-funded program provides technology, forensic services and investigative support to resolve missing person and unidentified remains cases.

Currently eleven states must participate in NamUs, but all U.S. states can voluntarily participate.

Two months ago, Gabby's parents broke out a list of U.S. senators, and started calling all of them to muster support for expanding access to NamUs. Joe says they were overwhelmed by the wave of positive responses after getting through just half the list, and he adds ... they got the same reaction when they reached out to governors' offices.

Now, the family is speaking with policy teams for veteran Senators Elizabeth Warren, Ted Cruz and Dianne Feinstein ... just to name a few. So far, everyone seems open to creating legislation that includes NamUs, but Gabby's family won't be satisfied until bills are introduced federally and in every state.

Joe emphasizes this is not meant to be a partisan issue ... but something all Americans should rally around. More than 4 thousand unidentified remains are recovered every year, which hits home for him, as 7 bodies were discovered just during the search for Gabby.

As you'll recall, Gabby went missing on a road trip with her boyfriend Brian Laundrie. After a nationwide search and constant media coverage, Gabby's body was found in Wyoming a week after being reported missing.

Olympic legend Florence Griffith Joyner -- AKA Flo-Jo -- had her priceless memorabilia returned to Olympic gold medalist and husband Al Joyner ... and it's all thanks to "Storage Wars" Star Rene Nezhoda!

Rene tells TMZ ... after our story broke about his acquired collection, family members and friends of Flo-Jo started reaching out to him, including Al, hoping to buy it back.

Rene and Al met up in San Diego to strike a deal, with Rene making a profit much smaller than he could've snagged on the open market. Rene says the important thing was restoring the gold to the fam.

The item that held the most value to Al was her weight belt, something they'd use together working out. The belt was going in the trash after the locker -- originally owned by Al -- was picked through. Luckily, the piece was saved and it's back in Al's hands.

As we reported, Rene bought a ton of Flo-Jo's belongings and collectibles off of his pal George, who purchased Al's lockers at auction. Inside were Olympic jackets, autographed Flo-Jo Barbie dolls, and signed track shoes -- the same ones worn while breaking the world record!

It was in 1998 when Flo-Jo unexpectedly died of suffocation in her sleep after suffering an epileptic fit.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are taking the next step in their relationship, and it's a big one ... they're plunking down more than $50 MILLION on a spectacular estate ... real estate sources tell TMZ.

We've learned they're buying a 20,000 square foot estate in the ritzy Bel-Air area of Los Angeles. The home has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms!!! It has multiple kitchens, a theatre, gym, his and hers bath, and on and on. Oh, of course, a pool.

The house is super private ... tucked away in a forest of trees. It has an incredible city view.

We're told they sealed the deal in the mid-$50 million range.

Our sources say it's not a done deal because there are still contingencies that must be satisfied.

It's a big move, and we're told the entire brood from both sides will be living there. It certainly seems like a precursor to marriage.

Jake Paul says his $60 million offer to get Kanye West and Pete Davidson to take their beef to the boxing ring is NOT a publicity stunt ... telling TMZ Sports he wants the two to stop fighting for the sake of Ye and Kim's kids.

We spoke to the "Problem Child" about his decision to get in the middle of the biggest feud of the year ... and he says he's worried about how Ye and Kim's kids will handle watching the two grown men bicker online.

"I'm kinda sick of them going back and forth on social media and I think its affecting the kids' lives, like Kanye and Kim's kids," Jake tells us. "They're gonna be the ones that take the most trauma from this."

Of course, Kanye's antics recently got him temporarily banned from Instagram ... and he's openly argued with Kim, Pete, Trevor Noah and more over the past few weeks.

Paul -- who's been outspoken about the positive benefits of boxing -- isn't making light of the situation ... he seriously thinks this could help end the beef for good and both sides can move on.

Jake says his Most Valuable Promotions will handle everything -- as long as they show up and do their thing in the ring, they'll get their $30 mill AND some pay-per-view bucks, too.

As for the money ... Jake says that's no problem, and he's already got financial backers involved ... even though he didn't need them.

Erica says Kanye can't only follow the Lord's teachings on Sundays ... she says he needs to carry it over Monday through Saturday, but it doesn't mean being a perfect person either.

Erica thinks Ye needs to be kinder, more gracious, patient, understanding and faithful during the week ... if he's truly a man of God, as he claims.
