The TikToker who went viral after claiming a disastrous chemical peel left him with serious facial burns has now lawyered up, and he wants a boatload of cash.

Neyo White's attorneys, Fisher, Klein & Wolfe LLP, have fired off a demand letter to Diamond Facez Skin Care Bar in Atlanta, GA -- laying out their case in pretty simple terms ... pay up, or get ready to fight it out in court.

In the correspondence obtained by TMZ, White's lawyers say their client suffered 2nd-degree burns as a result of a botched procedure ... which they blame entirely on Diamond Facez.

FK&W say White has had to travel to L.A. to meet with dermatologists in hopes of repairing the damage, which they say has been costly and painful on a physical and emotional level.

Because DF allegedly screwed up, White and co. are asking for $10,000.

You'll recall ... White recounted his ordeal to us, saying he was reassured by the staff at the time that all would be well in the end -- and yet, he claims it turned out to be anything but that.

It's no surprise things are getting litigious ... Neyo had already told us he planned to sue, and now -- it seems he may end up following through on that. We're told he also plans to fly to LA to visit Dr. Jason Emer, where he hopes to correct the burn damage.

Bill Maher bent minds Friday night ... with the premise companies and organizations have hidden behind old images of who they once were ... changing everything but their name.

The "Real Time" host ticked off some pretty undeniable examples ... TLC used to be about learning ... now, "My Teen Is Pregnant and So Am I." Yet it's still called TLC.

A&E used to be about arts -- now, "Psychic Kids."

The History Channel offers nothing historic anymore, and MTV has nothing to do with music.

As Bill says, "You can have a petting zoo and turn it into a bondage dungeon, but you gotta change the sign!"

And, then there's Playboy, and Bill harkens back to the 'ol days when it was a "whack-off mag" for straight guys. Now, the woman are gone and the mags gone in every which direction.

Two more. Weight Watchers, which he says used to be a club for people to lose weight. Now, he says, despite the fact obesity is linked to a slew of serious diseases, it's recast as body positivity. The company's now ashamed of its name, he says, so it's now just WW and people who talk about weight loss are slammed.

Drake had some divided loyalties Friday night ... he's a die-hard Raptors fan but he's also buds with one LeBron James.

Drake was front and center in Toronto ... cheering on his home team with a trusty bottle of Lobos 1707 Extra Añejo by his side -- FYI ... it's LeBron's tequila company. So, in a way, he supported both his team and his pal.

Hope the booze was good, because his support for the Raptors fell on deaf ears ... they lost to the Lakers 128-123.

Drake was stunned when Russell Westbrook -- who's gotten more than his share of hate lately -- delivered big time ... with only 10 seconds left in regulation and the Lakers down by 3, Westbrook raced down the floor and scored a 3 pointer, forcing the game into OT.

NFL reporter John Clayton, who covered the league for decades and was one of the most recognizable reporters on television, has died at the age of 67 years old.

The detail surrounding Clayton's death are not publicly known ... but John's friend and former colleague Chris Mortensen provided some information on social media.

"John Clayton passed away today at a Seattle area hospital. His wife Pat and sister Amy were at his side and communicated earlier he passed peacefully after a brief illness," Chris wrote.

"We loved John. We are mourning his loss. Pat has asked the @Seahawks to release further information."

Clayton began covering professional football in the early 1970s in Pittsburgh ... and ended up rising all the way to ESPN, where he wrote for the website, and appeared on TV and radio.

He first joined the network in 1995.

Aside from all his great on-camera work in Bristol, John also starred in one of the funniest ESPN commercials ever ... dropping the line, "Hey Ma, I'm done with my segment!!"

Clayton, a member of the writer's wing in the Pro Football Hall of Fame (2007), was incredibly respected by both colleagues and fans.

JC was also inducted into the HOF at his Alma Mater, Duquesne University, in 2001.

John is survived by his wife Patricia.

Carolyn Moore is getting the last laugh, some might say -- after getting blindsided on the finale of "Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer," she says she ended up rejecting Kurt Sowers months after the show.

TMZ broke the story ... Kurt and Amanda Pace, the woman he picked over Carolyn, ended things the month after filming the show last fall. Now Carolyn tells us Kurt reached out to her following that split, but alas ... he couldn't make their relationship work either.

Carolyn says they were both curious about trying again because of the connection they made on the show, but she soon realized Kurt still had issues with her platonic relationship with the father of her child.

She says that's why she's shutting the door completely on Kurt -- rejecting a romantic relationship, or even a friendship. She explained why the "just friends" thing would not work with him.

ICYMI ... Kurt shocked fans, and Carolyn, when he chose Amanda.

The whole season it was clear he and Carolyn had a genuine connection ... but he still got cold feet in the finale, as he constantly worried about Carolyn's previous relationship.

Despite Colin Kaepernick's recent workouts, the chances of the QB getting signed are slim to none ... so says Warren Moon, who tells TMZ Sports he doubts NFL owners will give the ex-49ers star another shot.

"I just don't know if he's going to get that opportunity," the Hall of Famer said earlier this week. "I just don't think the NFL wants that subject back into the league."

Kaepernick hasn't played a down in the NFL since the 2016 season ... but he's been itching to get back ever since. And, he's amped up workouts recently with the hopes of finally getting a call this offseason.

Kaep's been spotted at high schools all across the country the past few days throwing footballs -- and has looked good.

Moon, though, says he's just not sure teams will ever give him a fair shake at this point -- given how polarizing his national anthem demonstrations became.

"Just thinking off the top of my head," Moon said, "those owners, they have a very close-knit unit and once they make their minds up that they don't want to do something, it doesn't happen."

Moon tells us he's hoping 34-year-old Kaepernick gets another chance -- saying he believes the guy is "still a great athlete."

As you'll recall, their friendship was broken during season 8, after Phaedra accused Kandi of not supporting her through her split with Apollo Nida.

Their feud exploded, ending Phaedra's time on the show the following season. She was fired after admitting she told Porsha Williams about Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker‘s alleged plan to drug Porsha and have sex with her ... something Kandi denied.

Five years later, Kandi says their rift is irreparable and you could feel the bad blood flowing as she said, "I don't think she and I need to interact."

Britney Spears has made her return to Instagram ... two days after her sudden disappearance. With the reactivation, Britney was back to her old habits -- posting pics, eyes locked on the camera!

While Britney's caption was a simple rose emoji, her fans flocked to the comments section, welcoming her back to the platform. However, Britney doesn't address why she ever left ... our Instagram sources told us they didn't remove her profile, so it must've been her doing.

Before abandoning the app, she used the platform as a weapon against those that hurt her ... in a post that's since been deleted, she called out the entire entertainment industry, saying she was on the clock 7 days a week with little privacy.

Luckily her past posts are still on the page ... meaning fans can still watch her dance or go off about her family secrets!

Disney World is under fire after allowing a high school cheer group to march during a parade at the theme park with both chants and uniforms featuring racist Native American stereotypes.

A video of the performance spread quickly on social media Thursday featuring dozens of students from The Port Neches-Groves “Indianettes” High School drill team, a group out of Texas. Each member is dressed in fringed outfits, danced with moves similar to those seen in Native American cultures and chanted, "I-N-D-I-A-N-S scalp 'em, Indians, scalp 'em."

Of course, people were outraged, calling the incident racist and tagging the school's Twitter page -- which has seemingly since been deleted.

In a statement Friday, a Disney spokesperson said, "The live performance in our park did not reflect our core values, and we regret it took place. It was not consistent with the audition tape the school provided and we have immediately put measures in place so this is not repeated.”

In a somewhat parallel incident, it was last summer when the theme park removed all "native" characters from its Jungle Cruise attraction.

"Shark Tank" star Daymond John is having a hard time enjoying this year's NCAA Tournament ... saying he believes it's "horrible," and is actually "modern-day slavery."

The 53-year-old businessman spelled out his beef with March Madness to Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" on Friday ... explaining he thinks the players are getting a raw deal in the huge event.

John said there's a ton of people making millions -- if not billions -- off the tourney ... yet players aren't seeing much of the pie at all.

"The players make nothing! Zero off of all that," John said. "I think this is modern-day slavery and they're just giving them a little bit of a crumb."

John acknowledged that players do get scholarships and do now have the ability to get paid from NIL deals -- but he insisted that's nowhere near enough.

"These players are bringing in billions of dollars and making absolutely zero," he said. "It is really, I think, what business model do you know that makes billions of dollars and pays their employees zero?"

Amanda Bynes is taking another big step as her conservatorship's expected to come to an end -- finding a place to live on her own, and moving in with her hubby-to-be.

The former child star's attorney, David A. Esquibias, tells TMZ … Amanda recently started looking at a bunch of properties around Los Angeles, and she's scored. Her new place is a new and modern rental in a very private neighborhood ... not far from the ocean.

Her plan is to move in once the conservatorship is dissolved.

Amanda won't be alone, either ... her fiancé, Paul, is coming with her, and it will be their first time living under the same roof.

We're told Amanda and Paul already spend all of their time together, but haven't been able to live together because she's been staying at sober living facilities that only allow women.

Remember, Amanda was placed in a conservatorship back in 2013. Her mother has been her conservator the whole time, but Amanda's parents fully support her move to end it.

Rick Ross's massive estate is starting to look more like a legit ranch ... adding 2 full-grown buffalos to the property.

Ya heard that right! On Friday, Ross was gifted TWO giant buffalos from his business partners at Ethika, the clothing and underwear company. The animals were delivered to his Georgia property -- which he's officially deemed the "Promise Land."

Darius Burton, director of brand operations at Ethika tells TMZ … “We are gifting Ross these Buffalo after a conversation at his birthday party back in January. I wanted to get him a giraffe but he wasn’t ready for that commitment so he said let’s start smaller, like a cow. I said nah, everyone has cows, I want you to have something nobody in your state has, I’m getting you a Buffalo.”

We're told one is a 5-year-old buffalo that weighs a hefty 2000 lbs. and stands 6'2. The other is a 700-lb. heifer who is just over a year old. Ross has already renamed the first 'Timbuktu' and it sounds like he's still taking suggestions for the second.

This is the latest addition to Rick's growing farm which includes 4 horses and a bull ... and Darius tells us the company is already looking to gift him that giraffe for Christmas.

Ricky seems to be absolutely ecstatic about this gift. He says this is something he spoke into existence and wanted his whole life. In a video on Instagram, he can be seen talking to the buffalos saying, "I love you" and welcoming them to their new home which is on about 235 acres of land.

The U.S. State Department is demanding Russia allow its officials to see Brittney Griner ... as the WNBA star sits in a jail cell awaiting her trial for alleged drug offenses.

In a statement released to AP on Friday, the U.S. State Dept. said it's "insisting" Russia "provide consular access" to Griner -- explaining the request has been repeatedly denied over the last few weeks.

It's all quite notable, considering it's the first time the U.S. State Department has used her name publicly.

You'll recall, when State Dept. Secretary Antony Blinken was asked about her case less than two weeks ago, he declined to get into specifics, saying only, "Whenever an American is detained anywhere in the world, we of course stand ready to provide every possible assistance."

On Friday, though, officials finally acknowledged in their statement that they "are closely engaged on this case." They added they are in "frequent contact with Brittney Griner's legal team."

As we reported, Griner has been detained in Russia since mid-February, after authorities say she went through airport security with hash oil in her luggage.

Griner's legal team asked a court on Thursday to allow her to be released on house arrest ... though officials denied that request. Griner is now expected to remain in detention in Russia until at least May 19, when she's expected to return to court.

The situation with Griner in Russia has been complicated ... as the State Department has "suspended operations" at embassies in Russia near where Griner is being held following the country's invasion of Ukraine.
