'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi Burruss has no problem walking away from the series, if rumors about a Phaedra Parks comeback turn out to be true ... because some things ya just can't fix.

Kandi's the latest guest on the "It's Tricky with Raquel Harper" podcast ... and in this clip you can tell she's totally content, having just wrapped season 14 of the show, her 13th. She says it just works for her, because it allows her time for lots of other projects.

But, she also made it clear that could all change quickly. When Raq asked if 'RHOA' is big enough for her and Phaedra, she answered with zero hesitation ... "No."

As you'll recall, their friendship was broken during season 8, after Phaedra accused Kandi of not supporting her through her split with Apollo Nida.

Their feud exploded, ending Phaedra's time on the show the following season. She was fired after admitting she told Porsha Williams about Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker‘s alleged plan to drug Porsha and have sex with her ... something Kandi denied.

Five years later, Kandi says their rift is irreparable and you could feel the bad blood flowing as she said, "I don't think she and I need to interact."

Britney Spears has made her return to Instagram ... two days after her sudden disappearance. With the reactivation, Britney was back to her old habits -- posting pics, eyes locked on the camera!

While Britney's caption was a simple rose emoji, her fans flocked to the comments section, welcoming her back to the platform. However, Britney doesn't address why she ever left ... our Instagram sources told us they didn't remove her profile, so it must've been her doing.

Before abandoning the app, she used the platform as a weapon against those that hurt her ... in a post that's since been deleted, she called out the entire entertainment industry, saying she was on the clock 7 days a week with little privacy.

Luckily her past posts are still on the page ... meaning fans can still watch her dance or go off about her family secrets!

Disney World is under fire after allowing a high school cheer group to march during a parade at the theme park with both chants and uniforms featuring racist Native American stereotypes.

A video of the performance spread quickly on social media Thursday featuring dozens of students from The Port Neches-Groves “Indianettes” High School drill team, a group out of Texas. Each member is dressed in fringed outfits, danced with moves similar to those seen in Native American cultures and chanted, "I-N-D-I-A-N-S scalp 'em, Indians, scalp 'em."

Of course, people were outraged, calling the incident racist and tagging the school's Twitter page -- which has seemingly since been deleted.

In a statement Friday, a Disney spokesperson said, "The live performance in our park did not reflect our core values, and we regret it took place. It was not consistent with the audition tape the school provided and we have immediately put measures in place so this is not repeated.”

In a somewhat parallel incident, it was last summer when the theme park removed all "native" characters from its Jungle Cruise attraction.

"Shark Tank" star Daymond John is having a hard time enjoying this year's NCAA Tournament ... saying he believes it's "horrible," and is actually "modern-day slavery."

The 53-year-old businessman spelled out his beef with March Madness to Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" on Friday ... explaining he thinks the players are getting a raw deal in the huge event.

John said there's a ton of people making millions -- if not billions -- off the tourney ... yet players aren't seeing much of the pie at all.

"The players make nothing! Zero off of all that," John said. "I think this is modern-day slavery and they're just giving them a little bit of a crumb."

John acknowledged that players do get scholarships and do now have the ability to get paid from NIL deals -- but he insisted that's nowhere near enough.

"These players are bringing in billions of dollars and making absolutely zero," he said. "It is really, I think, what business model do you know that makes billions of dollars and pays their employees zero?"

Amanda Bynes is taking another big step as her conservatorship's expected to come to an end -- finding a place to live on her own, and moving in with her hubby-to-be.

The former child star's attorney, David A. Esquibias, tells TMZ … Amanda recently started looking at a bunch of properties around Los Angeles, and she's scored. Her new place is a new and modern rental in a very private neighborhood ... not far from the ocean.

Her plan is to move in once the conservatorship is dissolved.

Amanda won't be alone, either ... her fiancé, Paul, is coming with her, and it will be their first time living under the same roof.

We're told Amanda and Paul already spend all of their time together, but haven't been able to live together because she's been staying at sober living facilities that only allow women.

Remember, Amanda was placed in a conservatorship back in 2013. Her mother has been her conservator the whole time, but Amanda's parents fully support her move to end it.

Rick Ross's massive estate is starting to look more like a legit ranch ... adding 2 full-grown buffalos to the property.

Ya heard that right! On Friday, Ross was gifted TWO giant buffalos from his business partners at Ethika, the clothing and underwear company. The animals were delivered to his Georgia property -- which he's officially deemed the "Promise Land."

Darius Burton, director of brand operations at Ethika tells TMZ … “We are gifting Ross these Buffalo after a conversation at his birthday party back in January. I wanted to get him a giraffe but he wasn’t ready for that commitment so he said let’s start smaller, like a cow. I said nah, everyone has cows, I want you to have something nobody in your state has, I’m getting you a Buffalo.”

We're told one is a 5-year-old buffalo that weighs a hefty 2000 lbs. and stands 6'2. The other is a 700-lb. heifer who is just over a year old. Ross has already renamed the first 'Timbuktu' and it sounds like he's still taking suggestions for the second.

This is the latest addition to Rick's growing farm which includes 4 horses and a bull ... and Darius tells us the company is already looking to gift him that giraffe for Christmas.

Ricky seems to be absolutely ecstatic about this gift. He says this is something he spoke into existence and wanted his whole life. In a video on Instagram, he can be seen talking to the buffalos saying, "I love you" and welcoming them to their new home which is on about 235 acres of land.

The U.S. State Department is demanding Russia allow its officials to see Brittney Griner ... as the WNBA star sits in a jail cell awaiting her trial for alleged drug offenses.

In a statement released to AP on Friday, the U.S. State Dept. said it's "insisting" Russia "provide consular access" to Griner -- explaining the request has been repeatedly denied over the last few weeks.

It's all quite notable, considering it's the first time the U.S. State Department has used her name publicly.

You'll recall, when State Dept. Secretary Antony Blinken was asked about her case less than two weeks ago, he declined to get into specifics, saying only, "Whenever an American is detained anywhere in the world, we of course stand ready to provide every possible assistance."

On Friday, though, officials finally acknowledged in their statement that they "are closely engaged on this case." They added they are in "frequent contact with Brittney Griner's legal team."

As we reported, Griner has been detained in Russia since mid-February, after authorities say she went through airport security with hash oil in her luggage.

Griner's legal team asked a court on Thursday to allow her to be released on house arrest ... though officials denied that request. Griner is now expected to remain in detention in Russia until at least May 19, when she's expected to return to court.

The situation with Griner in Russia has been complicated ... as the State Department has "suspended operations" at embassies in Russia near where Griner is being held following the country's invasion of Ukraine.

Racial tension is simmering in the nation's capital where the so-called "People's Convoy" is taking a KKK-ish turn -- a protest leader invoked lynchings while promising to "take back" Black Lives Matter Plaza.

The convoy of truckers has been roving around Washington D.C. highways for about 2 weeks, purportedly to protest COVID restrictions. However, during a Friday rally, one of the truckers vowed to "tar and feather" BLM Plaza ... the street just a few blocks from White House grounds that was renamed in June 2020.

The trucker's pronouncement drew big cheers from the crowd, and the unidentified man also said they -- whoever "they" are -- were also going to "tar and feather delegates."

When the "People's Convoy" started, it sounded like America's version of the convoy in Canada earlier this year ... which made for some tense standoffs with law enforcement, but never turned violent.

Interestingly, BLM Plaza is currently undergoing renovations to make it a permanent installation. The big yellow lettering is still there, but it's been moved about a half block.

Deshaun Watson will have a new home -- after a week of rumors and meetings with several teams, the star NFL quarterback is expected to be traded to the Cleveland Browns.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Watson stunningly reversed course and picked the Browns -- who were previously thought to be out of the mix -- over the Saints, Panthers and Falcons on Friday.

Albert Breer is reporting the Browns are sending three first rounders and two additional picks to Houston in the deal.

The move comes after a grand jury in Texas elected not to pursue criminal charges after several massage therapists accused him of sexual misconduct.

Watson is not in the clear, however -- he is still facing more than 20 civil suits filed by his accusers ... and is still under investigation by the NFL.

Deshaun has played in 54 games so far in his career -- and has logged 104 touchdowns, 14,539 passing yards and a 104.5 passer rating. He sat out all of the 2021 season following the therapists' allegations.

Watson's change of scenery is the latest big QB move this offseason -- as Carson Wentz and Russell Wilson were both traded last week.

Baker Mayfield is NOT included in this deal ... but is expected to be traded soon.

Young Thug's family is suffering through an unimaginable loss, as the mother of one of his children was shot and killed after a fight at a bowling alley.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Atlanta Police Department responded to Metro Fun Center Thursday night on a report a woman had been shot. We're told when they arrived, they found LaKevia Jackson dead -- having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Cops say they've learned Jackson was involved in some sort of a dispute inside the venue over a bowling ball which eventually escalated to gunfire.

A local reporter spoke to Jackson's mom who said LaKevia was at the bowling alley to celebrate a friend's birthday ... and that the alleged shooter waited in the parking lot for about 20 minutes for her to leave.

Young Thug and LaKevia have a 14-year-old son, Kyvion, together ... the rapper has 6 children.

Gabriel Iglesias is helping to make the life of one fan who recently suffered a serious injury much easier ... by reaching into his wallet to help buy a much needed device.

Nick Weaver tells TMZ ... he recently reached out to the comedian on social media, sharing his story, and asking to help contribute to a GoFundMe with an $8,000 goal to buy a prosthetic leg.

On Thursday, much to Nick's surprise, a $5,000 donation come in from Gabriel ... hitting the fundraiser's target.

After donating, Gabriel reposted the link online, joking, "Just paid off his leg. Make sure he doesn’t miss my show." A few months ago, celebrity jeweler Ben Baller also donated $2K to Nick's cause, saying "thank you for being part of the BTB army!"

Nick says back in August 2021, he got into a dispute with his brother over some money owed ... and his brother allegedly ran him over with a car. He lost his leg as a result of the incident after surgeries were unsuccessful in saving it.

"Selling Sunset" honcho Jason Oppenheim is shaken up following an armed robbery in his office's parking lot, but he's taking steps to keep himself and his coworkers safe ... including arming himself.

We got Jason outside his West Hollywood office on Thursday, about an hour after the robbery -- he says the suspect pulled a gun on a man, demanding his luxury watch. Jason says they just missed the incident, walking around the corner as the thief fled by car.

He says he'd already been considering getting a firearm to protect his office and even went to a shooting range for practice. Now, after the armed robbery, he says he's absolutely getting a gun ... and even knows which one.

For now, Jason says he's told his staff to stop wearing watches and jewelry to prevent similar situations. They're also talking with their landlord about getting a security guard for their office.

As we reported, Jason's co-star Christine Quinn's home fell victim to an attempted robbery a few weeks ago. Two armed people tried breaking into her home while her family was asleep, but couldn't get through the triple-paned glass.

She says the window they tried to break was 4 feet away from her bedroom, but luckily no one was injured.

Russell Westbrook had yet another altercation with a heckler this week ... this time, the Lakers star got into it in the street with a guy who simply wants him to play to his full potential.

The video made rounds on social media Friday ... showing a man approach Russell and express his frustrations with #0's slump.

The fan is heard saying things like, "I f*** with you, I just want you to play better" ... and "I bet on you every night."

Westbrook is clearly annoyed with the man's advice ... telling the guy he's "not a little kid."

Of course, this has consistently happened all season -- and it got so bad, Westbrook had to plead with fans to stop calling him "Westbrick," as he finds it disrespectful to his family.

Just this week, Russell confronted a heckler for calling him the infamous nickname ... and that interaction was caught on video as well.

The Lakers have been clapping back at trolls in the stands all season -- even having fans ejected for jawing at them during games -- as they continue to fall to the bottom of the Western Conference.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo may pull off one of the biggest residential real estate deals ever, because they could end up selling the home they bought from Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $25 MILLION more than the plunked down just 2 years ago!!!

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Adam and Behati did a complete remodel of the Pacific Palisades estate. They bought the house in December 2019 for $32 million and have just listed it for ... $57.5 MILLION!!!

It's an awesome property for sure ... it's a 3-acre lot with the main house stretching 9,000 square feet. It has 6 bedrooms and all the bells and whistles, like a gym, a full theatre, an arcade, pool, firepit-lounge area, sweeping city views, and on and on. Don't feel too bad for Ben and Jen .. they bought the house in 2009 for $17.5 mil, so they almost doubled their money when they sold it to Adam and Behati.

Pete Davidson won't be going to space -- at least not during Blue Origin's next trip -- he's dropped out of the flight after it's launch date was pushed back.

Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin made the announcement late Thursday, saying, "Blue Origin's 20th flight of New Shepard has shifted to Tuesday, March 29. Pete Davidson is no longer able to join the NS-20 crew on this mission. We will announce the sixth crew member in the coming days."

The announcement is surprising, considering the launch date was supposed to be less than a week away on March 23.

It's currently unclear why Pete will be unable to make the trip, but as we reported -- he's been working on various projects, including James DeMonaco's "The Home" in which Pete was spotted covered in blood for a scene. So, it's possible one of them got in the way.

As for the remaining passengers who were scheduled to go up with Pete -- there's Party America CEO Marty Allen, hubby and wife duo Sharon and Marc Hagle, entrepreneur Jim Kitchen and Commercial Space Technologies Prez Dr. George Nield.

We got pics of Pete and Kim grabbing In-N-Out Thursday night in L.A. so it appears if there was even such a thing as a space diet, it's clearly out the window -- and for good reason.
