Soho's Little Beach House Malibu is quite literally a celebrity hot spot ... because a fire erupted at the swanky oceanside club.

A portion of the restaurant, which sits next door to the famous Nobu Malibu, burst into flames Friday ... but the blaze was eventually extinguished. Videos posted on the Citizen App showed smoke pouring out of the building.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the cause was a grease fire in the establishment's ventilation system. We're told Soho is being shut down until the Health Department is able to come by and check things out.

It's certainly a bummer for members and not the way anyone wanted to start their Super Bowl weekend in Los Angeles. Unclear if any celebs were there to witness the blaze ... but luckily, there were no injuries.

The fire at Soho in Malibu comes just a few weeks after Kanye West was there.

Tom Brady hung up his football cleats and slipped on some sneakers for a romantic walk in the sand with Gisele.

TB12 and Gisele are on their annual beach vacation down in Costa Rica ... and locked hands Friday as they strolled along the sand ... with a cute pup in tow.

Seems retirement is suiting Tom well ... they both look super happy. It's only been a few weeks since he gave up football after 22 years in the NFL, saying he wants to spend more time with the fam.

Tom and Gisele are about to celebrate 13 years of marriage ... when you can smile broadly after that amount of time, something's clearly working!

The Brady bunch is down in Costa Rica a little bit sooner than Tom probably would have wanted ... the family always jets down after football season, but the Super Bowl is just 2 days away.

Celebs are officially out and about to kickoff Super Bowl weekend, flooding the streets of Beverly Hills to get hyped up before the big game ... and scarf down some breakfast, too.

Spago was the spot for Michael Rubin's power brunch Friday ... with a guest list that included Shaq, Meek Mill, Kevin Hart, A-Rod, Lil Baby, Steve Aoki and J Balvin!

Certainly an impressive group of A-listers, but should be expected for one of the biggest weekends of the year in such a celeb-heavy city.

Julia Haart, the star of Netflix's "My Unorthodox Life," is getting dragged into court by her estranged hubby ... who claims she made off with $850k from a company account.

Silvio Scaglia and Freedom Holding Inc. are suing Julia ... claiming she misappropriated the funds after finding out she was going to be dismissed as the CEO at Elite World Group.

Silvio runs EWG, a subsidiary of Freedom Holding, and in a lawsuit, he says she made the huge withdrawal on Tuesday, the day after finding out she was getting the ax.

It's interesting ... the alleged withdrawal went down the day before Julia filed to divorce Silvio after 3 years of marriage.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Silvio claims he gave Julia a 50% stake in Freedom Holding back in 2019, and she became the CEO of EWG that same year ... a job that gave her access to the company bank account.

Julia's ex claims they met in January to discuss company finances and agreed to place limits on what she could withdraw ... no more than $250k to cover a mortgage, rent and living expenses, and he claims she took out $250k shortly after that agreement was made.

Silvio says EWG sent a letter to Julia outlining reasons for her dismissal, and it cites an alleged increase in costs and expenses beyond the budget. It also blames Haart for the company's failure to raise new money.

Silvio claims Julia swiped the money as retaliation for getting fired, and he's suing to get back the $850k, plus damages.

We reached out to Julia ... so far, no word back.

Adele has made a vow to fans hoping to see her in Vegas -- exclaiming the show will go on -- and needs to happen by the end of this year, because she's got a baby on the brain.

Adele sat down with BBC's Graham Norton Friday, saying that while she was gutted she couldn't start the residency ... it absolutely is still happening, and she'll be on stage in 2022.

The pop star was reluctant to announce any exact dates, but says it needs to happen this year because she wants to have a baby in 2023.

Of course, she's been dating sports biz big shot Rich Paul -- so it would appear things are getting very serious between the two.

During the interview, Adele wore a nice rock on her ring finger ... even Graham had to ask the question that we've all been wondering ... is she engaged?

Adele laughed off the question, and would not confirm ... but she also didn't say no. Perhaps both a new baby and last name are in her very near future.

The internet is going wild about Zendaya's new homage at Madame Tussauds -- ripping it for looking more like another famous face ... but the museum is standing its ground!

Madame Tussauds London unveiled the wax figure this week of the "Euphoria" star, and it has Twitter extremely divided (what else is new?) -- some say it's spot on, and others claim MT did her dirty, because it seems more like a Kylie Jenner tribute.

But, now Madame Tussauds is firing back with receipts ... claiming the statue is correct, by the numbers at least. A spokesperson says, "Our talented artists created our new Zendaya figure using measurements and references taken during her 2015 sitting."

The spokesperson added, "We understand that when fans are incredibly passionate they might feel differently, until they have had the chance to see it up close."

Translation: See it in person before ya judge.

For now, though, fans are teeing off on social media with comments like ... "The wax version of Zendaya looks like she wants to speak to the manager."

The Kylie comments are coming in hot too, and TBH ... we get it. Once you think it, it's hard NOT to see it.

Jonathan Owens, shield your eyes ...

Simone Biles received a lap dance on stage at a "Magic Mike Live" show in Las Vegas on Thursday night ... and video of it, obtained by TMZ Sports, is STEAMY!!

The gymnastics star took in the performance at SAHARA Las Vegas ... when about mid-way through the act, she was pulled on stage with another woman.

It didn't take long for the shirtless dancers to rope the two ladies into their bit -- 'cause the guys grinded all over the girls ... and, at one point, one of them even picked up Biles and took her to the floor.

The whole routine lasted about two minutes -- and it featured tons of gyrating, lots of hip thrusting, and plenty of touching.

Biles played along with it all and seemed to be having a great time -- she even posed for a picture with the dancers after the show.

No word yet on Owens' thoughts on it all -- but he and Biles have both said they're madly in love with each other, so we're pretty sure the football player ain't stressing over this.

Kylie Jenner just revealed the name of her newborn son with Travis Scott ... Wolf Webster.

Kylie announced the name Friday on social media ... putting an end to constant speculation about the name of her and Travis' second child.

As we reported ... Kylie and the baby are doing great and Stormi is excited to be a big sister.

Kylie first announced she had given birth to a baby boy back on Feb. 2 ... posting a picture Sunday of what appeared to be Stormi's hand reaching out and touching her baby bro.

Remember ... news about Kylie's second pregnancy broke in August, following weeks of speculation and Internet sleuths uncovering near-daily signs that she was expecting.

Kylie officially announced she had a bun in the over not long after the toothpaste was out of the tube ... sharing a super emotional video documenting the early stages of her pregnancy, with lots of footage of Kris Jenner, Travis and Stormi.

Kendall Jenner also revealed her sis broke the news to her the OG way ... phoning her up and showing off the sonogram.

Kylie's second pregnancy was a lot more public than her first ... leaving the house more and not being too shy about showing off her baby bump.

Remember ... Kylie has said she felt pressure to give Stormi a younger sibling, and now the official Kardashian kids crew stands at 11 ... and that means Caitlyn Jenner has 19 grandkids.

Sounds like Kanye West is stuck in the anger stage of breaking up from Kim Kardashian, and he's taking it out on Pete Davidson with a new hint of violence ... in a song, at least.

Ye is featured on Fivio Foreign's new single, "City of Gods," alongside Alicia Keys. Great track ... unless you're Pete because when Ye's verse comes up, intimidation towards Pete comes flying out.

We mean, how else should the 'SNL' star take these lyrics -- "This afternoon, a hundred goons pullin' up to SNL (What?) When I pull up, it's dead on arrival."

Ye even throws some shots towards his estranged wife ... "And if I let 'em have my wife, n****s should thank me ... With this Balenciaga and Balenci' boots and a new blue Yankee."

Don't forget, this isn't the first time he's put his feelings about the couple in lyrics.

In the track "Eazy", he says "God saved me from that crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass."

And, as we first reported, Ye was allegedly spreading rumors last month that Pete has AIDS -- although, sources close to the rapper called that "nonsense".

Ya wanna believe things will get better between the 3 of them ... but for now, Ye seems stuck in lyrical threats mode.

Logan Paul is taking his rivalry with Floyd Mayweather to the courtroom -- the YouTube superstar tells TMZ Sports he's planning to sue the legend ... claiming he still hasn't gotten paid for their exhibition fight in June.

Logan has been vocal claiming he hasn't gotten a dime from the 50-0 boxer following their popular bout at Hard Rock Stadium last year ... and he says he's so pissed about the situation, he's going to file a lawsuit.

"It's honestly bulls***," Logan said outside Saddle Ranch on Thursday. "Like, having people who aren't a professional promotional company control where the money goes, we made that mistake,"

"It's Floyd Mayweather. Before we fought him, we were kind of willing to do whatever. Now after the fact, we're kind of shooting ourselves in the foot because he's a "f***ing scumbag."

FYI -- Floyd has made a killing over the course of his career ... and reportedly made over $300 million for his Conor McGregor fight alone.

The Logan vs. Floyd fight raked in a ton of cash ... but so far, Paul claims he hasn't gotten what he deserves for his involvement.

Logan has a bit of advice for whoever steps in the ring next -- "don't let him control the money."

Paul also says Floyd has hit him up for a rematch ... but his response was simple -- "suck a d***."

Adele is finally speaking out since she canceled her Las Vegas shows ... saying she canceled because the concerts would've been "half-assed" ... which now has lots of folks wondering if COVID was the real reason.

Adele appeared on the BBC One Series on Friday ... again explaining she tried her best to go on with the show ... and then she dropped the "half-assed" comment.

Remember, Adele said half her crew had COVID and that's the main reason she pulled the plug on her residency last minute. If COVID were the real reason it would be kind of weird to say the performance would have been "half-assed."

As we reported, there were a number of disputes between Adele and the folks behind the scenes ... there were disputes over set pieces, audio and general production issues. Some folks in Caesar's camp say they just could not please her.

That said, Adele spent Thursday night at Heaven, a gay bar in London, where she sang along to "It's Raining Men" and ended up on stage doin' a little pole dance!!!

She also judged the stripping contest!

Former MLB player Jeremy Giambi died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound ... according to the medical examiner in Los Angeles.

He was only 47 years old.

As we previously reported, sources told us it was evident the former 7-year Major League Baseball vet took his own life earlier this week at his parents' home in the L.A. area.

We're told a family member found Jeremy around 11:40 AM on Wednesday ... and immediately dialed 911. Rescuers responded, but sadly, there was nothing they could do to help Giambi.

Jeremy played from 1998 to 2003 ... for the Royals, Athletics, Phillies, and Red Sox. He had a career batting average of .263, hit 52 home runs, and batted in 209 runs throughout his career.

His best season came in 2002, when he played in 124 games and hit 20 homers.

The Athletics issued a statement on Jeremy's death, saying ... "We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of a member of our Green and Gold family, Jeremy Giambi. We offer our condolences to Jeanne, Jason, and his family and friends."

Jeremy is the younger brother of former AL MVP Jason Giambi.

Move over Bengals and Rams fans ... Drake now might be the most nervous person on the continent watching the Super Bowl this weekend -- 'cause he revealed he's betting more than $1 MILLION on the Big Game.

The "Hotline Bling" singer disclosed his bets on his social media page Thursday evening ... showing he's laying down serious cash on the Rams and Odell Beckham Jr.

In screenshots of his wagers -- which appear to be placed in Bitcoin -- Drake showed he's got nearly $500K on the Rams to beat Cincy outright.

Drake also revealed he's betting nearly $800K on Odell catching a touchdown and logging more than 62.5 receiving yards.

In total, if Drake hits all three bets, he stands to make over $2 MILLION.

Of course, the bets aren't too surprising -- Drake's rich after all, but he's also good buds with Beckham. In fact, along with his betting slips, Drake showed a photo of what appeared to be gloves given to him by OBJ.

Joel McHale has made a compelling case that Betty White was not the person Bea Arthur and Rue McClanahan claimed she was ... a case so compelling it would have impressed Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.!!!

As we reported, the director of "The Golden Girls" said Bea and Rue used to call Betty the c-word during the run of the show .... and even Betty acknowledged they didn't like her.

Well, Joel says it's all a numbers game, because no one made similar comments on other shows on which Betty was featured, including 'Mary Tyler Moore,' "Password," 'SNL' and "Community."

Joel has first-hand knowledge, because Betty shared the screen with him on "Community," and he says she was delightful. In other words, he's saying Bea and Rue are outliers.

Jamie Lynn Spears is getting into phase 3 of her return to the entertainment industry ... making moves to start a new podcast, where no topics will be off-limits.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Jamie Lynn has a grand plan for her entertainment return and her next step is launching a podcast. What's interesting about that -- especially for her sister, Britney Spears -- is that we're told no topics are off the table for JLS, and she could discuss everything from her career to her childhood ... but unclear if she she will choose to discuss Britney.

As we've reported ... the sisters have been feuding, on social media and in person, over recent interviews where Jamie Lynn talked about Britney.

We're told Jamie Lynn's strategy to return to work has been releasing her book, returning to acting and hosting a podcast. She's already done the first 2 ... and our sources say she's wanted to start a podcast for years.

Our sources say, the pod will feature guests and JLS wants it to be an open discussion, where folks feel they have a safe place to talk.

As you know, her controversial memoir, "Things I Should Have Said," made bestseller lists ... and she's also acting on the No. 1 new show on Netflix, "Sweet Magnolias."

For DaBaby and his crew it's pretty simple -- gotta get your bowl on, or your brawl on ... and since they opted for a beat down on DaniLeigh's brother, they're now banned from a SoCal bowling alley.

TMZ has learned Corbin Bowl in Topanga, CA is dropping the hammer -- as much as a bowling alley can -- on the rapper and his pals over Wednesday night's vicious attack on Brandon Bills.

An employee from the bowling alley tells us ... the staff reviewed security footage from the fight, and turned it over to the police. In their eyes, the videos clearly show DaBaby as the aggressor and Brandon as the victim.

We're told it's still really early in the investigation, so it's unclear to the bowling alley if Brandon said anything, prior to DaBaby's attack. However, a witness in the party tells us Brandon first approached DaBaby and told him he didn't appreciate how Baby had treated DaniLeigh in the past.

For now, Brandon's free to return to Corbin and bowl 10 frames.

As for the brawl itself ... not only was it fierce to observe, it was an absolute disaster for the bowling alley to clean up.

We're told one of their mechanics was on his hands and knees for hours scrubbing at the dried-up sugary drink DaBaby apparently threw at Brandon. It actually cost 'em $250 in cleaning chemicals ... plus they had to re-oil the lanes where the fight went down.

As you may know, things have been rocky between Dani and DaBaby. Back in November, they got in a huge blowout fight ... she ended up getting arrested on 2 counts of assault.
