Kanye West's Presidential campaign was a total bust -- and cost him serious points in his marriage -- but that doesn't mean he's not keeping his political friends close ... dining with Jared Kushner in Miami.

Ye donned a neon hoodie, as he met up with Kushner -- the former Senior Advisor to President Trump, and of course, his son-in-law -- for a dinner meeting at Carbone in Miami Beach.

Unclear what the two discussed, but they've had ties in the past ... Jared also played a big role in getting Kim Kardashian to the White House to speak about her prison reform efforts with then-President Trump.

Of course, Kanye has openly supported Trump in the past and got folks talking when he wore a red MAGA hat. He recently said his wearing the hat caused issues with him and Kim.

Kanye's been back and forth between NYC and Miami this week, but his new boo Julia Fox was nowhere to be seen during the rendezvous with Kushner.

A bystander frantically urged 911 dispatch to get help to the Deshazor Everett car crash immediately ... telling an operator, "The car is trapped. It's trapped in the trees!"

In the audio, obtained by TMZ Sports, an initial caller can be heard on Dec. 23 saying he "just saw a car clip over" in Loudoun County, Virginia.

The caller said the car -- which was later identified to be a 2010 Nissan GT-R driven by the Washington Football Team safety -- had gone "into thick woods."

Later in the call, another man took the phone and tried to explain the seriousness of the situation -- repeatedly telling the woman they needed help ASAP.

"Please hurry," the man said over and over again.

The man told dispatch he wasn't sure what had caused the crash -- but said he believed one passenger in the car was trapped.

Medical personnel eventually arrived on the scene ... and, as we previously reported, they found Everett and his 29-year-old passenger, Olivia S. Peters, at the crash site.

Authorities said Peters tragically passed away due to injuries suffered in the crash ... and said Everett sustained serious but not life-threatening wounds in the wreck as well.

Everett was later placed on Washington's reserve/non-football injury list, concluding his season, and he tweeted on Thursday, "Thank you for all of your prayers, continue to pray for Olivia's family and me. Thank you all #Live4Liv."

An investigation into what caused the crash is still ongoing. Everett's attorney, Kaveh Noorishad, said Wednesday the football player is cooperating with law enforcement as the probe continues.

Kendall Jenner is putting on the full-court press for her basketball star boyfriend ... telling her 242 MILLION social media followers to vote Devin Booker into the All-Star Game!!

Jenner -- who's been dating D-Book since 2020 -- posted a campaign on social media Friday ... calling for everyone to get the Phoenix Suns baller a trip to Cleveland for the 2022 festivities.

"y'all know i wanna see #DevinBooker play in the All-Star Game #NBAAllStar," Jenner tweeted.

Booker -- who's averaging nearly 24 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists this season -- is currently trailing big names like Stephen Curry, LeBron James and even Klay Thompson ... who hasn't played a minute of hoops this year due to an injury.

Thompson currently has 367,743 votes (fourth among guards) ... and D-Book has 338,526 votes, ranking him one spot behind Klay in the voting process.

The good news?? The All-Star game won't be played until Feb. 20, 2022 ... so she's still got plenty of time to rally people to vote for her man.

Jenner and Book have been one of the hottest couples since officially going public on Valentine's Day in 2021 -- taking lavish trips and showing a ton of PDA.

Will Smith ripped a fart so hard during a workout with the NFL's Miami Dolphins he asked if there was a shower around ... and the hilarious chain of events is all on video.

The actor was getting stretched out for a training session with the Dolphins when he seemed to relax just a tad too much, suddenly breaking wind with a loud fart ... and drawing tons of laughs from everyone in the room.

Will's chalking it up to what was in his cup, saying ... "training with the Miami Dolphins was going great until that morning coffee snuck up on me."

Sidney Poitier, the actor and activist who broke color barriers in Hollywood and starred in some of the most iconic movies ever made, has died.

The office of the Bahamian Minister of Foreign Affairs has confirmed Sidney's death to TMZ ... however, the circumstances surrounding his passing are not yet known, nor do we know where he died.

Poitier was the first black man to win an Oscar for Best Actor for his starring role in "Lilies of the Field" in 1963.

Sidney's roles are legendary ... starring as Mark Thackeray in "To Sir With Love," and Detective Virgil Tibbs in "In the Heat of the Night" in 1967. You know, he delivered the famous line, "They call me Mr. Tibbs."

He also starred in "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner," also released in 1967.

Just think about that ... all 3 incredible movies were released the same year.

Poitier was a tireless civil rights activist ... he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009 by President Obama for his work.

Poitier, who is a dual citizen of the U.S. and the Bahamas, served from 1997-2007 as Bahamian Ambassador to Japan.

Poitier is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joanna and 6 daughters.

Sidney was 94.

Ashli Babbitt would not have died at the Capitol Riot if her husband was traveling by her side on the fateful cross-country trip ... at least that's how he feels about her death.

Ashli's husband, Aaron Babbitt, tells TMZ ... he did not accompany his late wife to Washington D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021, because he was back in Cali running their business, but if he had gone with her they would have never stepped foot inside the Capitol.

Aaron says he would have had Ashli's back at the insurrection, but says they would NOT have stormed the building if they were together ... and he was shocked to see her inside.

As you know, Ashli was shot by Capitol Police during the chaos, draped in a Trump flag as she jumped up on a windowpane and tried to charge through.

Video showed her falling backward onto the marble floor and blood flowing from her body. She later died in a hospital from her injuries.

The way Aaron explains it ... neither of them like crowds first of all, so they wouldn't have been in the thick of the mob if he was there.

Aaron also says he would have noticed something bad was potentially about to happen, calling himself a vigilant person, and explaining why there were red flags he thinks he would have picked up on if he were there.

It's interesting ... Aaron says Ashli made the decision to fly to D.C. when they were celebrating Christmas in Cabo, and he learned she was actually inside the Capitol from a friend who called to say he saw her on TV and it looked like she had been hurt.

Aaron was happy to see Ashli's name trending on social media on the first anniversary of the insurrection, because he wants to keep her name alive. However, since she passed he says he's gotten hate mail and death threats, but he's become desensitized.

It appears Kanye West's new GF Julia Fox won't be the only one decked out in a Balenciaga look inspired by Ye, 'cause he just teased a massive collab with the fashion brand and his own baby, Yeezy.

Ye posted some sort of "Collaboration Agreement" contract Friday, showing his signature under Yeezy, Gap and Balenciaga brand names. While it's currently unclear exactly what the partnership will bring, the fact 3 of Kanye's favorite fashion outlets are coming together is significant.

Of course, Balenciaga became synonymous with Kim Kardashian when the two were together -- Kanye would dress her in the brand all the time -- and she's continued to wear it almost exclusively over the last few months.

As we told you, Ye's most recent girlfriend, Julia Fox, switched into a look almost made entirely of Balenciaga in the middle of their date night in NYC on Tuesday. When we first saw Ye and Julia leave "Slave Play" on Broadway, she was wearing a blue coat ... but after dinner, she was in a Balenciaga coat, gloves, top and purse.

The Weeknd can definitely draw a crowd -- both normies and celebs -- because a bunch of big stars showed up on a rainy, L.A. night for his listening party.

The Weeknd announced just a few days back he was releasing the album, "Dawn FM." The music was streamed on Twitch and Amazon.

A bird brought new meaning to "deuce" at a tennis competition in Australia this week ... by crapping all over Reilly Opelka during a match!!!

It all went down at the Melbourne Summer Set ... when a bird decided to do its business right on the (ironically enough) #2 seed's hat during the second set against Maxime Cressy.

Opelka -- the #26 player in the world -- was immediately ticked off by becoming a human toilet ... walking over to the chair umpire in hopes of switching out his hat.

"Sorry, I just got s*** on," Opelka told the umpire as his sweaty locks draped over his eyes. "I can't see, a bird s*** on me. What do you want me to do?"

What unfolded over the next few minutes was nothing short of a movie -- Opelka tried wearing a different hat, but was told the logo on it was too big.

Next, the judge suggested wearing his coach's hat -- but Opelka refused to wear a different brand.

Even a ball boy tried to come to the rescue -- offering his Australian Open lid to the player, but it wouldn't fit his head.

Eventually, a match official brought out a tournament-approved hat for him to wear and asked if he wanted it swapped with a different hat in his locker room ... which Opelka accepted.

A Gen-Z'er went all Linda Blair on a Chicago morning show Thursday ... except instead of green slime, a mouthful of java propelled into his camera lens, horrifying a TV anchor.

It went down on WGN in Chicago, where a dude named Peter McIndoe was yakking about his conspiracy theory that birds don't really exist ... rather, the fair-feathered friends are actually drone replicas -- all part of an effort by the U.S. government to keep eyes on us.

As Peter dutifully answers the anchor's questions, he takes a swig of something from his coffee mug and then just hurls into the cam. The anchor is flummoxed ... and it's hysterical.

We're calling BS on this ... but that doesn't make it unfunny.

BTW ... Peter's grassy knoll theory has landed with his fellow Gen-Z'ers ... hundreds of thousands of them are wearing "Birds Aren't Real" t-shirts. They infiltrate various rallies.

Drakeo the Ruler's family says it can't afford to bury him in a coffin ... so they're asking a court to give them access to his coffers.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the rapper's mother says she just can't foot the bill for his funeral, which she is pegging at just under $52,000. She'd like to cover it with money from Drakeo's estate, but she can't access his assets without a court order.

In the docs, Drakeo's mom says her late son's assets should be at least $2 million, and she's asking the court to let her dip into those funds to say goodbye to her son with a proper burial. She adds ... the memorial she's planning will be full of "dignity, style and grace."

As we reported, Drakeo was fatally stabbed in the neck last month while backstage at the Once Upon A Time in L.A. festival.

Fresh off his first vacay with Kim Kardashian, Pete Davidson made a little time for his bros ... hitting up the L.A. Kings game for a guys' night out -- in some VERY good seats.

The comedian took in the action at Crypto.com Arena -- and while there was no Kim in site for this public outing, Davidson still looked like he was living the dream.

Pete and his boys had glass seats right behind one of the nets ... and the dudes appeared to have a great time all night while decked out in matching Kings jerseys.

The group caught some good puck too -- even though the Kings lost, it was still a tight 4-2 game against the Nashville Predators.

Of course, it all wraps up a really awesome start to 2022 for Pete -- who was just in the Bahamas with Kim earlier this week.

Julia Fox is explaining what it's like to date Kanye West ... and it sounds like he's full of surprises and is very generous.

The "Uncut Gems" star says she met Ye on New Year's Eve in Miami and felt an instant connection, describing his energy as "so fun to be around" ... according to what she told Interview Magazine.

Julia says Kanye kept her friends laughing, dancing and smiling all night ... so they decided to keep the good times rolling in New York City, where they took in a Broadway production of "Slave Play."

JF says she was super impressed by Kanye's punctuality ... noting his flight landed an hour before the show started and he still made it right on time ... and when the curtain dropped they were off to dinner at Carbone.

Julia says Kanye directed an entire photoshoot inside the restaurant while they wined and dined ... and she says the other patrons loved the gesture and even cheered them on.

After dinner, more surprises followed ... Julia says Ye brought her to a hotel where he had an entire suite full of clothes ... describing it as "every girl's dream come true" and "a real Cinderella moment."

It looks like Julia played dress-up with all the clothes Kanye brought to the suite, and they made out on the floor. As we first told you, he's dressing her head to toe in Balenciaga just like estranged wife Kim Kardashian.

Julia says she's still in shock over the hotel suite surprise ... admitting she doesn't know how Kanye pulled it off and got all of the clothes in there on such short notice. As she puts it ... "who does things like this on a second date? Or any date!"

The judge in Lil Mosey's rape case just handed down a ruling that could have a huge impact on the rapper's fate ... blocking his lawyers from using any prior acts of consensual sex with the alleged victim as a defense, TMZ has learned.

As we reported, the rapper was charged with rape back in April, after the alleged victim claimed she blacked out from drinking and couldn't possibly have consented. Last month, Mosey asked the court for permission to introduce evidence that he had multiple previous consensual sexual encounters with the woman.

Well they just got an answer -- no.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... Mosey claims he met the alleged victim at one of his concerts, and they engaged in consensual sexual activity multiple times. Lil Mosey claims on the night of the alleged rape, the woman invited him to a party. He claims he met up with her and they had consensual sex in a car.

As we previously reported, the alleged victim told police ... she and Mosey had two sexual encounters that night. She said the first was in the car and it was consensual. However, she told cops the second was not consensual because she was too drunk to give proper consent.

Prosecutors argued the previous acts were irrelevant because Mosey was charged with rape based solely on the alleged victim's inability to consent due to her level of intoxication.

The judge sided with the prosecutors, with one caveat. The judge will allow Mosey's team to bring up what happened in the car on the night of the alleged rape ... but only for the limited purpose of letting him explain why his DNA was allegedly found on her body.

Antonio Brown was quite the crowd-pleaser before his last game in a Buccaneers uniform ... smiling from ear to ear, taking selfies and even signing a fan's COVID-19 vaccine card!!

TMZ Sports is told ... AB was in the best of moods while chatting it up with fans in the front row at MetLife Stadium hours before his infamous shirtless exit from Sunday's game.

As one fan put it, "He was the most down-to-earth guy and couldn't have been nicer."

But while some spectators sought regular autographs, one fan went one step further and asked AB to sign his freakin' vax card -- and he obliged!!

Of course, the whole thing was a reference to AB's vax status scandal ... when his former chef accused him of getting a fake vax card. While AB swore up and down he was, in fact, vaccinated ... the NFL felt otherwise and handed him a 3-game suspension.

AB was clearly able to laugh it all off as the fan asked him to sign the card ... grinning and embracing the irony as he etched his John Hancock along the bottom.

On top of that, AB posed for pics with fans before the game ... and we're told he was generous to the entire section.

Unfortunately, things changed later on in the day ... as AB made his infamous exit by ripping his pads and jersey off and strolling into the locker room in the middle of the game.

The Bucs and AB have different stories behind what went down ... but he was ultimately released Thursday morning.

New York City native Moises Arias was only 12 years old when his celeb status topped the charts after he took on the wacky role of Rico Suave -- the cool younger classmate who hangs at Seaview High and beachside in his concession stand-- on the crazy popular Disney sitcom "Hannah Montana" back in 2006!
