Former MMA fighter David Koenig's remains were found in a wooded area of Missouri last week, roughly two years after he went missing ... cops announced on Monday.

According to the Branson Police Department, a man searching for deer antlers on Dec. 22 discovered the skeletal remains ... and an ensuing investigation revealed they belonged to Koenig.

The ex-mixed martial artist had been reported missing back in early 2020 -- after his family and friends say he disappeared from a Peach Tree Inn in Branson and later sent disturbing messages asking for help.

Authorities say they searched for Koenig for "thousands of hours" following his disappearance.

Investigators said Monday Koenig's remains showed no signs of trauma ... adding that it appeared there was no "foul play" involved in his death.

"Nobody killed Dave. Nobody!" Koenig's mother, Tracy, wrote on social media on Monday. "He left the Peachtree on foot and never made it home."

She added, "Why he was in distress, and why he walked through the deep woods…..we most likely will never know. But he is GONE."

Koenig was 25 years old at the time of his disappearance.

Kanye West seems to be moving on with his life after Kim made it clear she's moving full steam ahead with the divorce ... because he was out partying with Instagram model Yasmine Lopez.

Ye and Yasmine were partying in Houston Tuesday night ... he and Justin LaBoy rolled up to James Harden's Thirteen restaurant for J Mulan's birthday... YouTuber Michaela Mendez was also in attendance, standing close to Ye.

It's a sign Kanye too is moving on ... TMZ broke the story, earlier this month Kim filed to restore her marital status to single, STAT, and leave all the other issues for another day.

Kanye clearly wanted to reconcile -- as he made clear during the concert with Drake earlier this month when he told the crowd he wanted Kim back with the lyric, "I need you run right back to me, more specifically Kimberly -- but Kim's made it clear the marriage is over.

As we reported ... Kanye bought a $4.5 million home directly across the street from the family house. We're told he bought the house abruptly -- so he could be close to the kids -- and our sources say this fixer-upper is going to be stripped right down to the studs ... it needs everything.

BTW ... just last week Kanye apparently called it quits with another model, Vinetria, according to page 6. So it seems he's back on the market.

Joe Francis claims his daughters have not been seen in over a week, and now their mother is facing a kidnapping charge south of the border.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the girls' mother, Abbey Wilson, has been ignoring court orders to let Joe see their twin daughters and the trio has fallen off the grid.

Remember ... Joe has a huge estate in Mexico and his daughters were born back in 2014 near Puerto Vallarta.

In the docs, Joe claims he was supposed to have the girls on Christmas but the mother never showed up with them on his doorstep ... and the kids haven't been seen in 10 days.

According to the docs, Abbey is also accused of family violence ... and authorities have been unable to serve her with legal papers as they can't find her ... because she hasn't been living at her listed address for at least 6 months.

In the docs, Joe claims Abbey and the kids are actually living with another man.

Our sources tell us Abbey is being charged with kidnapping, and an amber alert is about to be issued.

It's a lot of family drama ... especially around the holidays.

Tupac Shakur wrote a love poem to one of his old girlfriends back in the day ... it appears to have inspired one of his big hits ... and now it can be yours if the price is right!

The folks over at Moments in Time are hawking a handwritten poem Tupac penned to a former flame named Simi ... the story goes this piece of Tupac history inspired his famous "All Eyez on Me."

The poem is titled "All Eye Was Lookin 4" ... and it's going up for sale for $95,000 ... so this is no cheap holiday present ... if you're still doing your holiday shopping.

The auction house says the poem, dated Aug. 26, 1995, ended up in a private collection ... and 26 years later it's hitting the market.

BTW ... Tupac's "All Eyez On Me" came out in 1996 ... so it all tracks.

As you see ... Tupac put his rhyming skills to good use in the poem ... telling a story of how he fell in love with Simi and the direction he hoped their relationship would go.

It looks like things are getting real between RHOC's Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her new bae, Victoria Brito -- we've learned they'll be together for the holidays with Braunwyn's huge brood!

"12 Gauge" ain't out of ammo yet ... Cardale Jones tells TMZ Sports he's not retired, and he still wants to play pro football.

The former Ohio State star quarterback -- who bounced around the NFL from 2016 to 2019 -- says he's working out and staying in shape, ready for any role in either the NFL or XFL.

"That's still the goal," Jones said.

Jones is still only 29 years old, and he did have some bright moments the last time he took the field for the DC Defenders in the most recent iteration of the XFL.

Jones tells us he's eager to prove he's still got more left in the tank, saying he's confident he can still lead a team to wins.

John Madden -- the NFL coaching and broadcasting legend who's also the namesake of the famed "Madden" video game franchise -- has died, the NFL announced.

He was 85 years old.

The league said he passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning.

"Nobody loved football more than Coach," NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement Tuesday evening. "He was football. He was an incredible sounding board to me and so many others."

"There will never be another John Madden, and we will forever be indebted to him for all he did to make football and the NFL what it is today."

Madden is one of the most iconic figures in NFL history -- he dominated as a head coach of the Oakland Raiders, winning Super Bowl XI and finishing his career with a 103-32-7 record.

After his time as a head man on the sidelines ended, he went on to become one of the greatest color commentators ever -- famously teaming up with Pat Summerall to break down key NFL games for decades.

He was eventually inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006 -- and his popular terms "Boom!" and "Turducken" are still used around NFL broadcast booths to this day.

"I am not aware of anyone who has made a more meaningful impact on the National Football League than John Madden," Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said in a statement Tuesday. "And I know of no one who loved the game more."

Madden, though, is perhaps most known for his association with the insanely popular "Madden" football video game.

Casual fans, NFL players, and even coaches around the league play it religiously ... and the franchise -- which comes out with a new iteration yearly -- is reportedly worth around $4 billion.

Madden also gained fame in his career for his role as a pitchman -- he hawked products like Miller Lite and Tinactin, and appeared in notable commercials regularly.

Madden is survived by his wife Virginia, and his two sons, Joseph and Michael.

Harry Reid, the former Senate majority leader and the driving force behind the UFO movement in Congress over the years, is dead.

The famed Democratic Senator from Nevada died Tuesday in Henderson, NV ... according to Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak and current Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer.

The cause of death is unclear ... but Harry was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer back in 2018 and received intensive treatments.

Harry was a big deal in Nevada and Washington D.C. ... rising the political ranks after being born to a poor family in a tiny mining town in rural Nevada. He grew up as a boxer before getting into politics.

Reid served 34 years in Congress, starting as a Representative in 1983 before being elected to the Senate in 1986 and later becoming the chamber's Democratic leader following the 2004 election.

Schumer, who succeeded Reid as the Senate Democratic leader, is remembering Harry as "one of the most amazing individuals" and "tough-as-nails strong."

Being from Nevada, the home of the infamous Area 51, Harry became increasingly interested in UFOs ... and in 2007 he secured funding for a Pentagon program that investigated reports of UFOs and other related phenomena.

The UFO program, formerly known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, no longer exists but the government is still studying UFOs ... and things wouldn't be where they were today without Harry.

Reid was 82.

Dr. Dre has settled his divorce case by striking a property settlement agreement with his ex-wife, and for Dre's part, we're told he's "delighted" Nicole Young is only getting a fraction of his estate.

Dre and Nicole just filed their property settlement agreement, in which Dre agreed to pay Young $100 million -- $50 mil now, and $50 mil a year from now. Dre's estimated net worth is $820 million.

As for why Nicole didn't get half ... there's a prenup which she contested.

In exchange, Dre gets to keep 7 of the properties they own, including a Malibu home, 2 homes in Calabasas, and 4 properties in the L.A. area, including the $100 million Brentwood estate.

In addition, Dre gets full rights to his master recordings, trademarks and interests in various partnerships and trusts. He also keeps all of their Apple stocks, which includes the proceeds from the sale of Beats by Dre.

They divide a fleet of vehicles -- he gets 6 and she gets 4.

She gets to keep jewelry, cash and bank accounts that she had maintained during the marriage.

Nicole must pay her own legal fees ... which amount to millions of dollars.

Sources connected to Dre say Nicole could have actually gotten a bigger piece of the pie had she settled a year ago. One of those sources said, "She could have even been on the field for the Super Bowl halftime show as a friendly ex-wife."

There are also some storage lockers filled with items from their various homes. Dre had put the items in storage, and according to the settlement she gets to keep all the stuff inside that was hers.

The settlement forecloses Young's ability to get spousal support ... something that was hotly contested during the divorce.

Delta "Karen" has had a string of incidents involving violence or threatened violence ... the latest one we've uncovered involves an alleged threat to kill her own mom, and the details are crazy.

Robert Spoeri filed legal docs in July, 2020, explaining that he's married to Patricia Cornwall's mom, 68-year-old Yolanda Spoeri.

Robert went to court for a Civil Harassment Restraining Order, claiming Patricia physically attacked and beat both Yolanda and him.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Patricia claimed she was the real mother of Robert and Yolanda's 2, 14-year-old twins. He says he fears Patricia might kidnap them when she has a delusional episode.

Robert claims, "Patricia kicked me, punched me, threatened to kill me, jumped on me, pulled my hair very hard, pounded my head into the floor ... because I would not divulge where her mother was hiding. The real goal was to do far greater injury to her mother."

He went on ... "She did not explicitly say she would use a weapon but did say she would kill my mother and kill me."

According to the docs, 2 officers took Patricia to a psychiatric ward where she was placed on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold. The docs say this is the 2nd or 3rd time she was placed on a psych hold.

The judge granted a temporary restraining order but the matter was dropped after that.

Bing Crosby's former estate is hitting the market ... and the place is so nice, even John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe stayed there.

Our real estate sources tell us Bing's former mansion in Rancho Mirage, CA is up for sale at $4.5 million ... and the place includes a guest house dubbed the "JFK Wing."

The sprawling estate is 6,700 square feet with 5 bedrooms ... sitting on 1.36 acres in the esteemed Thunderbird Heights neighborhood in the desert town near Palm Springs.

The place features panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys ... and it's got all the bells and whistles, including theater room, pool and spa, bar, putting green and an outdoor kitchen.

The master suite is 1,400 square feet and comes decked out with a fireplace, walk-in closet and tub, plus indoor and outdoor showers.

The guest house, where JFK often stayed, is on the opposite side of the residence ... and it features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a full kitchen and living room.

As you probably know, JFK had a well-documented affair with Marilyn, and they found places to meet ... one of which was Bing's pad.

The neighborhood is super private with high-level, 24-hour security ... so it's no wonder the place hosted celebs like JFK and MM, and was home to Bing.

It may be the most drawn-out divorce in Hollywood history -- but after 10 1/2 years, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are single again.

It went down Tuesday morning in L.A. Superior Court ... TMZ has learned. The divorce had been mediated by a private judge and that judge signed off on the divorce earlier this month, but it needed to be entered into the court system by a sitting judge, which happened this morning.

As for why this divorce took so long, it's a combination of lack of motivation and a very complicated property settlement agreement. As we reported, both Arnold and Maria moved on years ago ... they both have been in relationships but stayed cordial with each other ... and often had family gatherings with their 4 kids.

The rupture in the marriage occurred more than a decade ago, when news leaked that Arnold had fathered a child with the family's housekeeper. That child -- now an adult -- Joseph Baena, is now a college grad with acting ambitions, and he has a leg up because he's the spitting image of his dad.

As for the property settlement ... well, it's all confidential. But, we know there was a ton of money -- an estimated $400 million -- and our sources say things pretty much got divided down the middle. There was no prenup.

Arnold and Maria were married in 1986, so it was a long run.

The police paid no mind to the teenage girl struck by a stray bullet in the fatal shooting at a Burlington Coat Factory ... at least according to her family.

Ben Crump is representing the family of Valentina Orellana-Peralta, the girl who was hiding in a dressing room when a bullet from a cop's AR-15 fatally struck her in the chest, and he just shared her family's harrowing account of what went down in the store,

Valentina's mother says they were in the dressing room when they heard shouting and screams -- a man was on a store rampage with a bike lock and chain -- and her daughter went to lock the door.

The girl's mother says they felt an explosion that sent them to the ground, and describes the graphic details of her daughter's gunshot wound ... and says police ignored her initial pleas for help and left her daughter's lifeless body on the floor when they finally came over.

As you know ... a cop with an AR-15 fired the fatal rounds that killed the suspect, but a stray bullet went through a wall and struck Valentina in the chest.

Timothy Williams Jr., a retired LAPD detective supervisor and expert on the use of force, says the cop with the assault rifle appeared to go rogue ... and he says police should not have used lethal force in this situation.

Kylie Jenner can take a small measure of comfort knowing a restraining order sometimes works, because an obsessed fan who violated hers has been arrested.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sunday afternoon, a guy named Jrue Mesgan approached Kylie's Holmby Hills home -- a super-exclusive part of Bev Hills -- and buzzed the gate.

A security guard eyeballed Mesgan and called the cops. He was arrested for misdemeanor violation of a court order and is being held on $20,000 bail.

Turns out Mesgan has a past with Kylie, and not a good one. Mesgan had been to the house numerous times over the last few months trying to see Kylie, so she got a stay-away order, which he violated Sunday -- thus, the arrest.

Kylie has had lots of problems with obsessed fans ... earlier this month a 23-year-old man armed with flowers came to Kylie's home to profess his love for her and ask for her hand in marriage.

The fan showed up at Kylie's house, hopped the fence and knocked at her front door. Turns out he had the wrong house ... he was at one of Kylie's neighbors. He was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing.

The problem with restraining orders ... they're effective against people who are in a state of mind where they understand they can be arrested if they violate it, but people who are unstable often view these docs as worthless pieces of paper.
