Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann's Son Arrested for Alleged Aggravated Sodomy, Sexual Battery

10:54 AM PT -- Kim Zolciak is vehemently denying allegations that her son Kroy Biermann Jr. sexually assaulted a female classmate.

Kim tells TMZ in a statement, "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's teenage son is in police custody for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery after a girl claimed he assaulted her inside a gym changing area ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, for a reported sexual assault.

Police say the alleged victim -- a teenage classmate of Kroy and Kim's son -- and her father claimed the incident occurred one day earlier inside a nearby gym.

Cops say the girl told them she was hanging out at the gym when she saw her friend, Kroy Biermann Jr., and he suggested they go to the co-ed sauna. In order to get to the sauna, they had to walk through a family changing room, which is where the alleged incident happened.

In the police report, she claimed Kroy Jr. started to get touchy with her, and she told him no ... but he continued and, at one point, forced her mouth on his penis. She also alleges he digitally penetrated her vagina.

Police launched an investigation, and an officer says he began attempting to contact Kroy Sr. on May 14. The officer says he spoke with him on May 18, and Kroy Sr. said he would discuss the matter with Kim.

Kroy Jr. was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody.

The police report notes the alleged victim was examined at a hospital, and doctors did not find evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.
