Here is a 60-year-old version of the Greek-Canadian actress with her hair pulled back ... showcasing her beautiful bright smile and décolleté at the premiere of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" in Los Angeles, California back in 2002 (left).

And, 21 years later the stunning actress proved to be aging like a fine wine ouzo, recently showin' some skin at the Elton John AIDS Foundation's Academy Awards Viewing Party (right).

Vardalos recently reprised her iconic role of Toula Portokalos for the third time in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3", which premiered this weekend ... Opa!
