And, 21 years later ... the producer and model -- who is celebrating her 39th birthday tomorrow -- known for her action-packed roles in television shows such as "Dollhouse" and "Tru Calling" looking better than ever attending a special screening of 'Mapplethorpe' in New York City earlier this year.
