Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Make Out in Miami Restaurant

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are still very much a happily engaged couple ... and they're saying it with their own lips.

The 2 were spotted grabbing dinner at Komodo restaurant in Miami around 10 PM on Friday the 13th, and sat on the same side of the booth so a makeout session with their meal was much easier.

We're told Jaden Smith popped by and hung with them for a bit, too.

The couple's PDA tour's been all over the place lately -- Bahamas, NYC, Miami, whacking some golf balls in Georgia ... and now back in Miami.
