Josh Swickard busted out of his shirt and put on a show for your pleasure, ladies (and gentlemen).
The L.A.-based Wilhelmina model hit up Venice Beach for an intense workout that included rope jumping, rope climbing, pull-ups and push-ups. Basic workout but nothing basic about those bulging abs and biceps.
As if that eye candy wasn't enough ... Josh douses himself with some H2O before taking his sweaty ass for a dip in the Pacific blue. OK, we'll shut up now and let ya relish it all.
