The famous Italian tenor was spotted windsurfing while vacationing at Elba Island, Italy Wednesday ... not letting his disability get in the way of good time on the water.

Bocelli's known for partaking in action sports, and if you think a blind man windsurfing is impressive ... you should see him fly down the slopes.
