Donnell Rawlings is about to make you laugh out loud over his cautionary tale about the 4th of July and the perils of black people and fireworks.
We got the comedian Saturday night leaving The Nice Guy in WeHo, and he hilariously had a take on how gang signs were created. He's obviously kidding, but it's really funny.
