DJ Khaled's a key figure who requires da best of everything ... especially when it comes to telling time.

The rapper celebrated his 41st birthday over the weekend at Komodo Miami hosted by Haute Living. He was surrounded by da best of friends ... including Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe who gave him one of the ballest presents EVER.

The new bling -- valued at upwards of $100k -- featured his "major key" logo on each side and it was decorated with "We The Best" on the caseback. And don't bother trying to cop a similar watch ... it's definitely a special edition -- as in 1 of 1.

And he had fun showing it off.
