The guy who deserves the NFL MVP award this season is Dak Prescott, period ... so says Jamie Foxx.
The Oscar winner was out in Beverly Hills when he spelled out the case for Dak -- but says when it comes to Rookie of the Year, the NFL needs to "split that thing" with Dak and Zeke.
