Tom Brady is using his Ugg's connect in a very smart way ... regularly HOOKIN' up his boss -- Patriots owner Robert Kraft -- with the super cozy slippers.

TMZ Sports saw Kraft out in NYC Tuesday ... and had to ask whether Brady -- who famously endorses Uggs -- shares any of the free goods he gets from the company.

FYI -- Kraft is a sneaker head ... who's worked with Nike in the past to release Patriots-themed Lunar Force 1s.

So, if Uggs are good enough for Kraft and Brady ...
